My laptop don't boot i have to reopen th lid after closing it then another time i press the power button. It turns on. I asked hp agent. They telling me it is a software issue. Its been a month still not fixed.. Will i wait or visit service centre.

      We bought a hp pavilion gaming laptop 15-ec0100ax from hp showroom computer land in nehru place, new delhi. Details are as below:

      date of purchase: 4th july 2021
      amount- rs. 56, 000/-

      our laptop is not working and giving problems since last twelve months since we have bought it. It is under the warranty period and we have tried lodge a complaint five times at toll free no.But every time complaint is closed without any action.We have even sent e-mails to hp customer care regardin g this, but still no action.
      We have paid rs.56, 000 to hp. When hp cannot provide support then why do they sell products. We are going to lodge a complaint in consumer forum against hp laptop

        I bought a HP laptop, placed an order on the HP website on 11/28/2021, bought an HP ENVY x360 Convertible Laptop - 15t-ed100 laptop, shipped to me on 9th December from China, I received this computer on 16th December Notebook, Serial Number: CND1481CTK. But it took only 2 months for the laptop to break, no internet access, and no sound from the speakers. It was sent to HP repair station for repair on March 19, 2022, and it was not repaired for more than 3 months! It was not until June 28, 2022 that I was asked to pick it up and said it was repaired, and I have been waiting for 100 days!, but I took the laptop home for testing, and I could access the Internet for a while, but not for a while. Finally, the laptop showed that the hardware was broken. What should I do? Paid $855 for a malfunctioning thing that couldn't be repaired!
        For this repair notebook, the repair time of 100 days (more than 3 months) is too long. What's worse is that it has not been repaired, and I still cannot access the Internet. The computer indicates that the network adapter hardware is faulty. I have crashed and I have no confidence to repair this computer again., Requirements: Replace with another model laptop!
        I'm sure this is the worst service in the world, because I used to be a senior supervisor of computer and notebook repair services. For notebook repairs, there is a quick 2-hour repair, stand and wait, and the repair will be completed immediately. If it can't be completed in 2 hours, transfer to Repairs are completed within 3 working days, and 90% of laptop repairs are completed within 3 working days!
        Never seen the worst service in the world like HP!

          I purchased an HP Laptop HP ProBook 450G6 S/N: 5CD9194J8B / 6PA52PA-ACJ in August 2019 at Rs. 75, 000/- with Windows 10 Professional Operating System. The said Laptop went repaired (display problem) during March/April 2020 (Within 6-7 months during the warranty period).
          This has been intimated to you. The service personnel received taken for Service and returned the Laptop after changing the Display unit and the Hard Disk with pirated Operating System. The pirated Operating System did not support the Sound/Speaker. Since the HP Laptop Hardware was designed with Smart Technology, the HP laptop again displayed problems. This has informed you and handed over the Laptop for repair again during October 2021.
          For the last 9 months, there has been no reply from you. This has been reminded through emails, but no response from you or your service personnel.
          This is almost cheating on the precious HP Customer. It has learned that your service personnel has changed many original parts of the HP Laptop.
          I never expected such a worst performance from the HP Authorized dealer. The Laptop did not work satisfactorily during the warranty period and after the repair.
          I am not interested in waiting for further repairing the recent HP Laptop, and I have lost hope about the Genuine HP spares.
          For the above reasons, please the HP Authorized Dealer, namely M/s. Comtech Computers, Old No 18, New No.39, Oil Monger Street, Royapettah. Chennai – 600 014 Tamilnadu, India to return the money within 30-45 days, failing which legal action may be taken through Consumer Court.

            Tirupattur District., Vaniyambadi Taluk, Nekkundi village, Your HP Petrol Bunk. Dealer (Sidharth Fuel Station) 28/06/2022 night we filled Diesel for Rs. 3000/- we swiped SBI ATM card for paying. First when i swiped the card they said payment was failed, So again i swiped my card and paid again. After cheking my account transation details. Two time Rs. 3000/- was paid for the Sidharth Fuel Station. Today (30/06/2022) when we asked money back they said we will send the money later and asked us to live. and they gave a cell No.[protected]. Today i called them more then 15 times they are not responding. until now i have not received the money back.

              My laptop's battery is fully deteriorated and does not even last for 30 minutes. So I contacted HP customer care for a repair. I even agreed to pay whatever it costs. I contacted them on 19th June 2022, and they assured me of getting it done within 48 hours. But there was no response. I again contacted them on 25th June 2022, and they said the same thing and still no response. Same issue on 28th June 2022. I have attached the mail and chat photographs.

                This the second time my laptop has stopped abruptly. What’s the point to buy hp laptop when there is so much issue. I had requested for an replacement which was not accepted. Feel like suing or going to consumer court. We have put our hard earned money.

                  Hello sir
                  I have purchaseed printer hp 136w. From address silver mall indore city in mp on 9june 2022
                  Company says 136w printer cartridge (110a). Printing limit is 1500. But i printed only 715 pages and ink gone blank. After that. I give cartridge for replacement original on 11 June 2022 In hp care indore (near silver mall).they said cartridge replace in 1 week but
                  Till date 25june. No any response from hp care INDORE

                        I had bought the hp never stop laser 1000w printer on 1st of march under hp never stop laser 1000w offer (free ink toner kit), in which the offered gift was an additional free toner reload kit. While buying this product at the hp's outlet, i was told that the toner kit will be delivered within 15 days.
                        It has been more than 100 days, but neither the product was delivered nor any update of the product was informed. I had been contacting the customer service, who only have sent a couple of apologies email but no further details of the delivery of the product.
                        On my last email, they promised to deliver within 10- 15 days, and the time limit is over, but the product is no show nor they disclosed any tracking details.

                          उपरोकत विषय मे मेने HP का WIRELESS key board लिया था जिसकी खराबी के कारण HP SHOP पर गया था I राजकोट मे लेकिन उसका रिसीवर मे भूल गया ऑफिस तो उन्होने मुजे कहा तो कुछ नही बीना कुछ देखे मना कर दिया I जो गलत किया एवं आप सर्विस सेन्टर पर जाए अब हमने जिस शॉप से लिए लिया उसी के पास जायेगे या जो सेन्टर हमने देखा नही वहा जायेगे KEY BOARD मे MULTIFUNCTION KEY 1 से 4 एव 7 से 0 कार्य नही कर रही थी I यही शिकायत थी I

                            I bought an HP laptop on July 2020. Not even 2 years completed, seeing only blank screen. On checking in a service center it turns out to be a motherboard issue.
                            Didn't expect this from a brand like HP. We bought it for 70000 and now we are again expected to spend 15000 on the motherboard just because we trusted this brand .
                            As it is past 1 year, warranty can't be covered . I need my laptop for official use and 15k is literally huge for me to afford at this point of time. What answer will you give to a customer who trusted you and spent 70K on your product ?

                              I'm Mr Parag Kashiram Patil, my consumer no.- 642921 and my LPG I'd-2 [protected], my gas agency- jivdani HP gas agency, Bhayandar has blocked my I'd because I have not done their maintenance checkup bz I am out of town for 2 months as now I am unable to book cylinder so kindly unblock my I'd as now I am ready to do their maintenance checkup.

                                      Purchased HP Envy Laptop 14-eb0020TX (S.NO- 5CD129JDJX) on 27th May, 2022 for Rs 90, 000 and just after using 3-4 times the laptop's display has gone bad. Nothing is visible on the screen.

                                      Complaint to HP regarding this and had a live session to help to resolve the problem and told them I need to replace this faulty laptop or either pick this up and refund my entire amount.

                                      Currently they are not providing any response. HP case ID - [protected] on 11th June, 2022 and they told technician will visit within 48 hours but still 3 days have passed no response from then.
