      I had bought the hp never stop laser 1000w printer on 1st of march under hp never stop laser 1000w offer (free ink toner kit), in which the offered gift was an additional free toner reload kit. While buying this product at the hp's outlet, i was told that the toner kit will be delivered within 15 days.
      It has been more than 100 days, but neither the product was delivered nor any update of the product was informed. I had been contacting the customer service, who only have sent a couple of apologies email but no further details of the delivery of the product.
      On my last email, they promised to deliver within 10- 15 days, and the time limit is over, but the product is no show nor they disclosed any tracking details.

        उपरोकत विषय मे मेने HP का WIRELESS key board लिया था जिसकी खराबी के कारण HP SHOP पर गया था I राजकोट मे लेकिन उसका रिसीवर मे भूल गया ऑफिस तो उन्होने मुजे कहा तो कुछ नही बीना कुछ देखे मना कर दिया I जो गलत किया एवं आप सर्विस सेन्टर पर जाए अब हमने जिस शॉप से लिए लिया उसी के पास जायेगे या जो सेन्टर हमने देखा नही वहा जायेगे KEY BOARD मे MULTIFUNCTION KEY 1 से 4 एव 7 से 0 कार्य नही कर रही थी I यही शिकायत थी I

          I bought an HP laptop on July 2020. Not even 2 years completed, seeing only blank screen. On checking in a service center it turns out to be a motherboard issue.
          Didn't expect this from a brand like HP. We bought it for 70000 and now we are again expected to spend 15000 on the motherboard just because we trusted this brand .
          As it is past 1 year, warranty can't be covered . I need my laptop for official use and 15k is literally huge for me to afford at this point of time. What answer will you give to a customer who trusted you and spent 70K on your product ?

            I'm Mr Parag Kashiram Patil, my consumer no.- 642921 and my LPG I'd-2 [protected], my gas agency- jivdani HP gas agency, Bhayandar has blocked my I'd because I have not done their maintenance checkup bz I am out of town for 2 months as now I am unable to book cylinder so kindly unblock my I'd as now I am ready to do their maintenance checkup.

                    Purchased HP Envy Laptop 14-eb0020TX (S.NO- 5CD129JDJX) on 27th May, 2022 for Rs 90, 000 and just after using 3-4 times the laptop's display has gone bad. Nothing is visible on the screen.

                    Complaint to HP regarding this and had a live session to help to resolve the problem and told them I need to replace this faulty laptop or either pick this up and refund my entire amount.

                    Currently they are not providing any response. HP case ID - [protected] on 11th June, 2022 and they told technician will visit within 48 hours but still 3 days have passed no response from then.

                        I purchased a new hp pavilion laptop on 22.5.22 from hp showroom, KBM centre, koramangala, bangalore-560095 at rs 89, 500/-
                        the new laptop is defective. Blinking continuously. The hp dealer does not help. Hp ivr pathetic, not taking the complaint. Email to hp, no response.

                        Since it is a defective laptop, hp should replace the laptop with a new one, as it just 2 weeks old. It is 15-eg 2039 tu laptop with i7, 12 gen laptop

                          But they are not providing any updates.

                          Even the link they share also says not dispatched.

                          I have talked to support for this, but they are just giving false promises.

                          But there is no resolution.

                          Please help me what to do in this situation.

                            I have bought a brand new HP laptop recently but the screen light is flickering and so I complained to HP support on 27/05/2022 and in return, the HP support team started my case with the number [protected].

                            Its almost one week but the HP support team is unable to resolve my laptop flickering, and I have tried to explain them that the technical person needs to be visited at my location or I can take the laptop to HP local service center, but they have not yet come to any decision and every time, the HP support team tell me that they will reply within 24 to 48 hours, but thy cannot resolve the issue immediately, and I am suffering.

                            I have a question for HP, does all the customers who have HP brands suffers similar like me whenever they are having any issues with their HP products ?

                            Now, I feel it was my big mistake of purchasing HP product as the after sale response is is very very poor because till 6 days, neither HP is able to give me a satisfied answer, nor HP is able to solve my Laptop issue.

                            I feel helpless, but I am very sure never to buy or recommend anyone, any HP product.

                                Dear Sir
                                I purchased one laptop from Dubai with worldwide Global warranty. Somehow the camera got disabled and hence i submitted same to HP service centre, kolkata, west bengal. They kept it for 1 week only to reply that since it is not made in India they cant get the parts. However they insist me to pay for the parts and get it repair hand to hand.
                                This is completely cheating and deceiving consumer trust on fake warranty. Take strict action against them.

                                  As my laptop is in warranty and it has damaged on top of the power button. See the attached image. So I would request you to please repair or replace my product within warranty.

                                  I have already raise my complaint in HP with Ticket #292386 but he said that it will be repair with extra payment. While this is manufacturing defect and this is not damage by me,

                                    I've ordered an HP Pavilion Gaming Laptop 15-ec2146AX gaming laptop by making a discounted deal
                                    on hp.com on[protected] and the sales manager assigned to me is Ms. Akriti Rai. As per our
                                    conversations I've made the payment via Company's Account which took 2 days to get verified and
                                    still on hp's portal, my order is showing me the status as "Wait for Payment" As per Ms. Akriti it was t
                                    be updated by today but that is not done and also there's no response from HP on emails I've sent
                                    asking for help. I tried calling HP also but then it seems to have no help.
                                    I'm a disabled person with 75% blindness and it is very hard for me to manage all this. Daily from last
                                    5-6 days I've to ask Akriti multiple times for help but it seems to be not working. I don't know what can
                                    I do as in today's digital world it is taking too long for the order to get processed. I need the system so
                                    I can do my work and the payment is also done by the company for which I work. So, I also have to
                                    respond to them for all these delays. Please help me. I've attached all required details. I’m trying to
                                    do my work very hardly and when there is this type of issues it demotivates me and the same puts
                                    down my performance.

                                      Purchased NEW HP gaming laptop from HP's registered dealer worth 67, 500 rs . I Have been facing hardware and software issues . I'm unable to use a laptop as it heats so much that it cannot be touched your skin hurts literally if touched mistakenly. . It hangs now and then, irritating pop ups get displayed, my data got deleted, it restarts automatically and the fan makes so much noise while spinning. And the main problem is it heats. The laptop heats so much that I get afraid that it doesn't burst out so I have to keep it aside. I called Hp customer care for more than 50 times and even dropped multiple mails. I got no valid response and kept my call always on hold . Simply kept telling me that we've raised a complaint and the technician will come and replace the defective part(fans). As I mentioned I've purchased brand new laptop and not used one then why should i allow the parts to get repaired or replaced. Also the product is in warranty .And after diagnosis and troubleshooting by the hp customer care department it didn't get solved and so the HP advisor himself advised me not to use the laptop. I hve not been able to use the product smoothly for a single day .. My projects are on hold as the laptop is not usable and payments of the same are on hold. I invested my 8 months salary in this product . I trusted hp and bought such a costly laptop as it has 2 fans. This attracted me most to purchase it and now the main feature has turned out to be a major issue. This was my hard earned money and this is what I'm supposed to get from Hp? My money is now blocked and that too in a product that's of no use to me. What about the opportunity cost of that amount? About the loss? About inconvenience?
                                      So my point is they (without asking me being the customer ) arranged another fan and arranged a technician's visit to remove the current fan and place another one. I'm not gonna agree and allow this . As i Haven't purchased a used or second hand product. I bought new so why to go for a replacement? Or repair?It seems Hp doesn't run and trials on product before delivering .1) And if they did then they might have found the defect and then too delivered it.2) And if they didn't find it then how can they expect customer to find the defect in a period of such small duration of 14 days? I'm so frustrated as I want full refund and they aren't helping me with it .
                                      I'm so tired and done mentally with HP's after sale service as I'm now done calling them so so so many times and pleading them to consider my issue and pass my full refund
                                      All i think is it's a scam and harassment by HP .
                                      I want to get my full refund.

                                        Yesterday I filled petrol rs.2000 at Rahul Petroleum Rajgurunager. and travel to Sangamner. While returning to Pune the same day I saw the petrol indicator was low. So I checked the petrol tank and saw that the cap off the petrol tank wasn't tight. The employee was female. Now in a which way should I take this incident was it done purposely or by mistake? I have a gut feeling that she hasn't filled the petrol. Now, who is responsible for my loss. And now I will make sure that I will not fill petrol from HP pumps all over India also I will warn my family and friend circle that do not fill petrol from the HP. I hope that you will take some strict action about this whole incident. Herewith attached is the credit card payment receipt for your reference.
