Sir,
I Kunal Shaw residin at 160a andul road, like to inform you that i have bought a HP printer (deskjet nk advantage 3835) from flipkart .date of purchase 10/08/2016. Moreover i would like to inform you that the dispplay panle of the priner is defective and i have registered a complaint in hp.com/go/support.
but no service person been send to rectify the problem.further there was a gift scheme of free ink catidge (1 black & 1 colour ) but no informatin was provide to me regardin claim of free cartridge.i have registered my printer in www.register.hp.com but now they said that within 15day (from date of purchase) i have to register my product in (hpshopping.in/inkadvantageoffer)
but how can a layman can know that where to register for free gifts.
so i made a call to hp and they asked me to register my product withoutinforming wehere to register it
and so i registered my product in site that is printed in their instuction book.

please help me to claim my warranty and free ink cartridge black and colour

i hope you will do me the needy.

    My laptop HP ENVY Notebook - 14-j008tx not working since june 2016 and purchased in may 2016.
    i had logged a complain to HP.
    Engineer came and visit 4 times and replace the motherboard and ram and after still not working they send a mail that its liquid damage.
    my question is if it is luqid damage hP can say it in first visit in 3rd visit they replace the mother board and ram and in 4th visit they had not say anythin just send a mail that its luquid damage.

      I have bought a HP blue too the speaker hps6500 model which stopped working abruptly, and its with in the warrenty period, I tried calling HP customer care but the response was very worst they don't even have at least 1 percent in helping the customer, I came to know there is a door atop aaaistence for HP but when I called the local HP service center they say its not there for blue tooth speaker I don't understand why is it not there please contact me for further info please help me in getting this resolved my number is [protected]

        I have purchased the above printer and using since last 2 years. So far the service was very good. Recently when i switched on the printer, there was no power connection to printer. Even i tried different plug points and also a new cable, but same result. Printer was taken to hp authorised service center "ensure" in bhubaneswar for repair. Though it was there for 15 days with them, this small problem could not be rectified. Finally they returned the printer to me with a reason that the part is not available.
        I have observed that hp is going a very big way for publicity for its wireless printers and even customers are being attracted to this. But if the spare parts are not available, then what will be the fate of these customers. Will they also be forced to throw away their printer after using 2 years only? Hp should have been honest in declaring that this is a use and throw product as no spare parts will be available. Or is it the fact that the authorized service center is not equipped to handle this problem. Can any body give me a solution to this problem?

          Ha ha, more than 13days passed and I am still to get any reply from your customer service department of renowned HP. Do not send me any reply further because I will not be wasting my time reading it. Also just FYI your authorized service department Cyber Works of 10A, Hemanta Basu Sarani, Kolkata 700001could not be able to assess the defect in 15days where as a local repairer repaired it just in 5 days and that too charging only 700/-
          A free advice to you -- concentrate equally on service issues along with selling your product. Wishing you all the best in your endeavors.

            I have recently purchased a new laptop from baba computer pune. 5 days after purchase the are asking me to pay more money or return the laptop. They claim that they are doing so after receiving an email complaint from hp, intiated by the nearby authorised dealer
            I have purchased the laptop fair and square after making multiple enquiries. If this travesty is intiated on hp's part then put a stop to it. Also inform the dealer and his assocites not to harass or contact me or i will not hesitate to launch a legal complaint

            Not getting any service even after repeated reminders and phone calls, they are just escalating the matter to their team and juggling the matter.

              Sir,

              I have purchased a HP note book ( 15-ac101TU; Serial No:CND 54603M0; Product No:N4G35PA#ACJ) with Onam special offer (additional two year warranty at a nominal rate) on 11th September 2016 from Reliance digital, Calicut, Kerala and registered the same with HP site on 15th september 2016 and not received any redemption code on that .After that i again registered on 22nd September 2016 and received redemption code :90266531, latter stage HP team replied as bottom

              i herewith attached the proof of my registration on 15th September 2016 at 2.13 AM and purchase bill

              Mean while i keep in touch with your call center and live chat.i have no time to spend much on this issues
              the issues as misleading advertisement and cheating
              HP India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
              Computer screen scrolls down automatically.Doesnt matter what I am watching or reading on any website, sometimes the screen just scrolls down on its own. I cant control it!!! If I try to prevent it from doing that, the screen just stand and is flickering. Sometimes, only sometimes it helps if I push the home button or pg up or down button.

                  Dear Mr. Manish,

                  Thanks for the reply. I was very busy and so could'nt revert back in time. But now I am free and can take up matter further.

                  As per your suggestion Mr. Bimal was contacted and he arranged one meeting with Mr. Umesh. My spouse explained him the problem. But he refused to accept either of the solution. He said that he will return money only when he will replace the existing screen (LCD) by old one. When asked to him that show us the old screen (LCD), he showed one LCD. On asking that why the replaced part is not handed over to us, he said it is not the practice. It was asked him to provide us the details of new screen(LCD) (like part number, manufacturer serial no., waranty etc.) he was not having any details. He further informed that in most cases they are using china parts to have a good business as their cost is very less. On informing him that you have given three months waranty and it has happened on the same day of delivery you have to replace the LCD with new one. On this his contention was the problem is not in LCD but in touch screen.

                  I don’t understand where the problem is. First formatting, then in mother board and now in touch screen. It is clear that duplicate part(having no warranty) is used assuming it will work for
                  Three months and again he will get the business as the part is not going to last long. This is clear cut cheating and matter needs to be raised in consumer court.
                  Now you have informed that Geonet is not your authorized partner. Please see the attachment. Also on Google if you will ask for HP service it is opening with Geonet. Why?

                  I have gone to get my laptop repaired not in the name of Geonet but HP. Your saying that it is not your partner then why he is putting this certificate in his shop. You are supposed to take action for misusing your valued name HP. See how the business is being done on the name of HP if your contention is correct.
                  As per consumer act, the replaced part has to be returned to the customer but it was not. Why?
                  The details of part no, man ser. No. etc has to be maintained in the register in proper way but your business partner have nothing. Does HP work in this way? If it is so then I will have make your customers aware about this through Facebook, Twitter, Whattsapp etc. I will have to make all recordings public.
                  Anyway now it’s enough. I can wait for just two more days. Kindly arrange to refund me RS. 7500/- failing which I will be moving to Consumer Court asking for Rs. 50000/- compensation.

                  I didn't find any email ID on your site for customer service at any of your branch offices like Mumbai, Ahmadabad etc.
                  Dear Sir, Myself Mr. Sandeep Joshi residing at New Panvel. I have elaborated below my grievance in details.

                  First of all the customer service people tried to extract more money from me. The reasons mentioned by these people found absurd like formatting the laptop for screen problem etc.
                  They have charged me Rs. 6500/- but not resolved my issue thoroughly.

                  Sir, why are you giving the franchises of your esteemed company to such people who doesn't even bother to reply the customers even after seven days.
                  I sent an email to Geonetindia on 21/07 and unfortunately I didn't receive any reply from them.

                  In the process they damaged the screen guard and not even apologized for that.

                  Sir, you are my last hope to resolve this issue. I request you to kindly redress my grievance in full i.e. to refund me my balance Rs. 6500/- and also the cost of new screen guard of Rs. 1000/- OR get me a 100% perfect touch screen replaced with the new screen guard at no extra cost.

                  Dear Sir/Madam,

                  On 20/06/2016, my spouse and daughter went to HP World, New Panvel as my laptop screen was not showing anything. This laptop was purchased from Gulf and was not in guarantee period. The HP world representative informed that he will send it to Vashi office and then let you know the exact cause of failure and charges for repair.

                  After two days, phone call was received saying that screen is faulty and needs replacement. He informed that if touch screen is to be installed it will cost Rs. 9500/- and screen with no touch will cost Rs. 6500/-. So it was informed to install screen with no touch.

                  Next day phone call received by my spouse from your company that mam we have installed the touch screen and now it will cost you Rs. 8000/- instead of Rs. 9500/-. My spouse told him that as it is now already installed and will cost 1500/- less, it is OK.

                  On 28/06/2016, my daughter accepted the delivery of laptop by paying Rs. 8000/- by card at New Panvel. While accepting the delivery, my daughter noticed that the touch for some of the part of screen ( Right upper corner) is not working. On informing, the guy told her that it needs to be formatted and will cost Rs. 2500/- He informed that once formatted it will be OK.

                  My daughter took the delivery of laptop that day. I took the laptop again to New Panvel office on 06/07/2016. I told him that you have installed new screen and if it is not working properly, it is your responsibility to get it corrected at no extra cost. Also the screen guard was found intact. I asked him how the screen is replaced without removing the screen guard, he told me from backside. The counter man told that engineer is out so he will ask him to check and then will call me back.

                  No call received for three days. On 09/07/2016 in the evening, I again visited the New Panvel office. The Engineer was on site. I asked the counter man to call him on his mobile. The engineer became ready to format with no extra cost but said that I need to take out my data. I immediately went home and gave him back the laptop to format. I told him that formatting will not solve the problem but he informed that Vashi office has told him to do so. On Monday Mr Hanuman called me and informed that by formatting problem is not solved and needs to send it to Vashi. I said OK.

                  Till Thursday, 14/07/2016 no call received so I called Hanuman. He told me to call Vashi office. So I called Vashi office. Mr. Umesh from Vashi office informed me that there seems to be some problem with motherboard. He will confirm and will let me know. Again after two hours I called him. He told problem is with mother board. I asked him to fix the problem at no extra cost. But he said no. Then I asked him ok, if this screen having problem with mother board then replace this screen with non touch screen. To which Mr. Umesh informed me that if we will replace this with non- touch screen then there will be a gap between the screen and we will have to put the tape on that. I said him but initially you have not informed me this when you told me the charges for non- touch and touch screen as Rs. 6500/- and Rs. 9500/- To which he was not having any answer and he told that Panvel office should have informed you about this. He told me that he will refund me Rs. 1500/- and will ask Mr. Hanuman to send an e mail to HP regarding this to get the problem attended and let the laptop be as it is. I said Ok and collected the laptop and Rs. 1500/- from New Panvel office. While collecting the laptop it was found that screen guard was damaged at the portion where touch is not working.

                  After going through all this do you think that the service of HP is up to the mark.

                  1) Initially giving the costs for non-touch and touch screens as Rs. 6500/- and Rs. 9500/-. Then fixing the touch screen without customer’s approval and then giving Rs. 1500/- discount.

                  2) Then asking money for formatting the laptop from my daughter and when I came formatting it free.

                  3) And then saying it is motherboard problem. Then saying non touch screen will malign the look of laptop and refunding Rs. 1500/-.


                  Sir/Madam,
                  I have not got corrected the fault of my laptop to 100% satisfaction and you charged me for Rs. 6500/-. My humble request to you is to refund me my balance Rs. 6500/- and also the cost of new screen guard of Rs. 1000/- within seven days failing which I will have to proceed further in the matter with either consumer forum for compensation or with police under IPC 420. OR get me a 100% perfect touch screen replaced with the new screen guard at no extra cost.

                  Your early action shall highly be appreciated.

                    Worst performance by hp. I bought this laptop in jan 16 online thru in amazon from a pune dealer, paying 53k has been consistently giving me problems ever since i purchased it 8 months ago. No use of the warrantee they give, since hp customer care people have many reasons to deny u service. I have used many cheaper laptops with better performances earlier. Never ever buy laptops from hp. Very poor built body. Keyboard letters started fading already. Mousepad polish peeled off on its own. Windows 10 frequently gets updated disturbing all days work. Frequent hanging of system.. Sometime even automatically restarts.. Worst worst worst ever performance. I am totally dissatisfied.. Worst of all, when i complained, they asked me to pay 850/- bucks just for someone to come and diagnose the problem... Please never ever purhcase from hp..

                      Urgent issue complaint no. [protected]

                      Hello Sir/ Ma'am
                      Few months ago my printer was not working properly so I called HP then I got to know my black cartridge is not working and I am supposed to send it to nearest service centre which is Agra around 100kms from my place. So I did courier a month ago to the agra service centre and today a month ago I called HP again to know why I haven't received cartridge back after a month so I have jst given two different no.s two times, all were either not reachable or switched off ([protected], [protected]- jaiveer singh) & ( [protected], [protected]) I use printer for home consumption and I am unable to print a single page since two months.
                      Just giving no.s wont help my issue . Kindly look into the matter as early as possible as its already 2-3 months gone since I am suffering.

                        I am a government employee in pwd kerala. I purchased a printer on 11.08.2016 from logtech infoway pvt lmd, tc-14/730, museum, nandavanam road, vikas bhavan po, thiruvananthapuram. But this printer has to be under complint upto 30 print on 23.09.2016. I inform that shop, but the manager said me "we are healpless"and shouted and insulted me. This is one year warranty product.
                        I request you pls take necessary action to this shop and manager, and for maintain my printer.

                            I have purchased the hp laptop hp pavilion notebook - 15-ab214tx on 05march2016 and from day one onwards the laptop is not working then i have made the compiant with the hp call centre. the compiant number is [protected]. since it is almost 7 months, hp is not replacing the laptop even though it is in the warranty period. very poor service even from the service head of hp.

                            Pls dont go for the hp products hereafter.

                                Like i have said already, the ct mismatch is due hp service replacing the motherboard b/w oct 2014 to early 2015.

                                Its not my fault you that you have lost the records. Why should i be paying for hps incompetence?

                                Am telling you my laptop was serviced b/w oct 2014 to early 2015 onsite by the hp service station at wood street kolkata. If that service station has shut shop and hp has lost all such records, its not my fault!!

                                The hp service guys had issues procuring the m/b at that time too, had to dismantle the laptop for a snapshot of the m/b (Just like the service guys did this time)... Thus is sheer harassment!

                                What do you mean a valued customer? Whats wrong with you guys. Have the decency and be upright and call spade a spade at least.

                                The laptop in question was purchased 09.2014, onsite service for a simillar power outage issue was done o/a 10.2014 by the hp service station at wood street kolkata. The m/b was replaced by the existing one.

                                Now what more info can a customer provide? If you think ill hold on to a piece of paper with the case no from 2014, youve got to be kidding me. Is this what u expect from your customers, "give us that piece of paper from 2 yrs ago or you can go take a hike... Sorry hp does not keep such records!" hp as a service provider should have all the details, pls check your archives.

                                You are telling me, that as a service provider you do not have access to the previous cases. Maybe you are not looking at the right place/ details


                                The above is under my name ie. Kapil kalra (Not sure why you guys keep ref my wifes name with this case/ laptop)

                                Do you think anyone in their right mind with a valid onsite warranty until 2017 will replace a m/b outside of hp???!!!

                                  Non trustworthy product, direction less customer service and goofed up service centers that sums up for hp laptops.

                                  Let me apologise at the beginning itself for the language used. its not meant for personal insult to neone but i am totally irritated with the quality of product, customer care and service centers of hp. i couldn't use laptop for over 1.5 months now.

                                  I purchased hp laptop in october 2015 from a reputed shop in thane.in august 2016 even before completion of 1 year all of a sudden its operating system got corrupted. even after using it with utmost care. your customer support executive said we don't make operating system so cant guarantee its performance and windows 10 is not very stable. what a ridiculous answer? if you are using it a for your laptops you should ensure that it works well and is of good quality. if my laptop stops working i would obviously contact hp and not bill gates. i was in danger of losing 90 gb of personal data which was important to me. surprisingly all your competent engineers at 'hp customer care' couldn't find a way out and said data will be lost permentaly.

                                  I took laptop to 'hp service center' at thane station. they took out hard disk and i could copy my data to other machine. and i am thankful to them for this. it was a big help. one prashant at the center was helpful and competent. surprisingly none of your engineers could think of this way even after frequent follow ups. i ordered for recovery cds and got recovery done on my laptop. when i left laptop at service center it was looking brand new without any issues but recovery failed. when i received laptop back i was told that its keyboard is not working, it had scratches on front body and hp sticker was ruined too. mr. prashant was on leave during this episode. even after inquiring repeatedly i was told they handle laptop with care. so its interesting to know how all of a sudden laptop developed scratches, ruined sticker and keyboard problem which was never there earlier. now 15 days are over since i am told by service center people that engineer will come at my home and fix keyboard for me, no one has turned up yet. now i am told that there is a keyboard shortage. hell knows when i will be able to use laptop again.

                                  I sincerely regret purchasing hp laptop, my cousin who got dell laptop in same month as mine has no complaints at all. laptop is working fine and is absolutely in pink of health. so i suppose i made this big mistake of buying hp laptop and purchased this headache. fool i was to think that hp is reliable, trustworthy and robust name in market. i should have gone for dell, lenovo or some other company for that matter. till today all my laptops were from hp but not anymore. and i would personally mouth spread this amongst all my friends and colleagues too.

                                      Hello my name is kishor. i want to buy workstation for my commercial work. hp online adviser tool suggest me z240 and z710 model as per my requirement, i fill form for contact me, i got call from lady customer care executive, she ask me my requirement and postal address, i refuse to give but she refuse to give me exact postal address, i told her that before getting quotation and fulfill my requirement i cant give my postal address. i got call from [protected] this no. at 3.04 pm.she speak with me rudely, i am serious about workstation and it is very urgent for me, i check online but that model was not available online, is this policy of hp that without exact postal address don't give detail to customer, i told my area, pin code also, why she rough on me, i think because i speak in hindi, she was talking me like i m beggar :), shame on u HP India. i think u dont need customer

                                        This is regarding the hp printer 3545 all in one printer service in chennai that is ensure support service located in anna salai, chennai. I have requested on june 2016 for service but none of them have turned back yet. It is sept 2016 now, the problem is not resolved, even after calling many times to ensure support service (India) center, naveen plaza, third floor, no.581, anna salai, chennai - 600002. The head of department ms. Prathiba (Phone number : +91-[protected]) and other staff services working under her is irresponsible, none of them have resolved my complaint and after requesting so many times for their services, they never call back or visit to my place to solve the printer issues. I request to the concerned person to take necessary action against ms. Pratibha who is very irresponsible in her duties. I request to resolve the issue as soon as possible.
