Kindly refer to my talk with yr six representatives for more than 90 minutes and mr. Mandeep the floor supervisor as well. The call is logged on 10th of august and till date none has visited us. On queries we were told by ankita that the motherboard is required to be changed and its lying in the warehouse and as soon as they it reaches the service center it will be changed. The service center people are saying that they have not recd motherboard from the company so they cant fix the problem. None in the company is in a position to tell that by which date the the complain will be resolved. People have deliberately disconnected the call as well in the process of their frustration to not to give any reply. Pls see to it that the complain is resolved as reasonable time has already expired.

      About 3 months back I purchased a laptop from HP’s Authorized showroom located at Calicut.
      The laptop is working fine but there is a small black spot on its screen. I tried to clean it but found that the dirt is from inside, as we know that we are not authorized to open the glass as it voids warranty.
      So I took the laptop to the authorized service center who after inspection said that the glass could not be opened as it is molded, they will escalate the fungus issue with the HP representatives, along with some snaps of the same for better understanding.
      After a week's wait, I got the reply today that this would not be covered by HP warranty.
      Funny is it not.
      The lap top which has got 2 years of warranty does not cover this major manufacturing defect. If they had manufactured the laptop according to higher standards will the fungus ever occur inside the screen, or do HP thinks that I am running some sort of fungus culture in my house.
      The guys at your support center says that this display is molded then how did this fungus occur, it is your mistake, you have to replace it at the earliest to stop further escalation of this issue.
      What is the use of having a warranty ?
      Or give me a satisfying answer that this was my mistake, I will accept it.
      For your information this is the 8th laptop which I have purchased till now and the 3rd one from HP, I never had any problem of this sort before.

          After i called so many times for order status, I got mail on 11th July 2016

          Thank you for your order for a HP Notebook - 14-ac153tx (HP Part Code: W6T25PA). We have received an overwhelming response and regret to inform you that W6T25PA for which you have placed an order is out of stock, and we will not be able to fulfil your order.

          I requested for same model which i purchased they convinced me to choose another model by paying extra Rs 2000/-

          Again I paid money extra 2000/- on 11th July 2016,

          After so many followups i received laptop on 22nd July 2016, which is defective, keyboard is not working properly, I raised complaint on the same day, HP support team suggested me to update bias setting and i did, next day again same problem, similarly they asked to format the laptop even I followed again next day same problem. They send me one exe file to check the hardware issue, I did the steps which they asked me to do. HP support people told its a software issue not the hardware we are in a process of rectifying. Its 1 month over problem not got resolved, I am fed up with HP laptop, I asked for refund or replacement, as per the policy 14 days over so we cannot process for replacement or refund. HPonline store only gave defective piece, They only delayed for 1 month to rectify the problem but now they are telling 14 days refund period over we cannot do replacement.

          Please at least now understand my problem and replace or refund the money

          You may try the following steps:
          1. Open the Control Panel.
          2. Select Device Manager .
          3. In the Device Manager, expand Hardware Devices.
          4. Right click on your controller and select Properties.
          5. In the new Tab, click on the "Driver" tab and select "Update Driver". Then select "Search automatically".
          6. Restart your PC and try to access the device again.

          You may also try to install "Keyboard filter driver". You can download the drivers from the manufacturer’s website. Then you can install and reboot.

          I am sorry for the issue you are facing but as a WD official I can't officially provide you the information for this issue.

          However, I'd suggest you to contact the manufacturer directly for fruther assistance regarding your PC issue.

          I hope they should be able to provide you more help on it.

              I purchased a hp laserjet 1020 plus printer from meerut 2 months back i. e 18 june 2016. it has a slanting problem in it. i get into touch with customer care executive they changed my printer and some parts of the changed printer were also replaced but still the problem is not solved and i am not at all satisfied with the services you are providing and want a solution to my problem asap.

                I purchased the extended warranty from hp for 3 years and after 2 years my laptop didn't start because of motherboard problem stated by hp engineer and they said it will not cover under warranty as i got little rust on my vga port which lies outside exposed to surrounding.
                I told them as it not was not my fault that it got rust as my laptop is 2 years now. It's metal in nature it will get a little rust. Or else they did give me low quality product at the beginning and it didn't last long.
                They said their policy doest not cover it:

                Great marketing strategy followed by hp:

                As per hp limited warranty statement, the standard warranty does not extend to any hp hardware product that has been damaged or rendered defective as a result of accident, misuse, liquid spills, abuse, contamination, or other external causes.
                The point contamination and external causes itself tells one that you are wasting your money over extended warranty.

                They will not rapair your hardware saying the vga port or external parts got rust. Or else they will say it will not be repaired bacause it got damaged due to external cause.
                Guys this are very cheap strategies by hp as even their laptops get damaged naturally after 2 to 3 years and again you are bound to purchase parts from them.
                Think again before buying hp
                N i read the whole document there is no mention of contamination or external causes

                  I face the problem regarding the windows recovery issu form one months and i purchased the notebook on 7/6/2016. Everytime when i call the hp it always pospond my complaint and when finally the recovery media which is sent to me by hp is use less because it was not supported on my notebook. Their was a price must given to hp for make the customer trouble. Worst service ever.

Yesterday that number not reachable. Then today morning i am contact that person they asked to me i am not printer service engineer i am only attend only hp laptop only. U contact customer care. Then today (17.08.16) 12.31pm i am contact toll free number [protected] somebody discuss to me then wait i am connect service person that call hold in 39.43minutes. And then i am call back 2.36pm i am contact tollfree number i am discuss seyad same answer give to me and my call is hold to 27.44 minutes. What is the solution for my printer problem

                        I have bought a HP laptop (HP Pavilion Notebook 15-ab516TX) and avail the offer " HP Back to College Offer". as per redemptionsupport.com requirement I provided all document on 13th july. But still not get my (HP Black S6500 Bluetooth Speaker and HP External 1TB HDD) till REDEMPTION DUE date (12th aug.)

                        HP has been cheating people. They have scammed many people like this. It's been more than 2 months since my purchase and the gifts have not been delivered. I am thinking over filing a complaint in the consumer court for their misinformation and misleading trade practices.
                        My friend hasn't received his purchases as yet and they are not replying. This is deceiving people and they can be dragged for harassment in this case.

                          My complaint dates back to July 7 and my issue has still not been resolved, instead all I got is a lot of inconvenience till now.
                          On July 7, my laptop charger adapter suddenly exploded with a pop sound while I was working on my laptop. Being a computer science student at IIT Kanpur, I required a substitute immediately to complete my assignments. So I called HP customer care service and told them my Laptop is under extended warranty and I need a new laptop charger. But unfortunately extended warranty doesn't cover either battery or charger (which are apparently most likely to cause an issue). So HP guys gave me a Case ID # ([protected]) and provided me the addresses of some nearby HP World Stores for buying a new charger to immediately obtain one. So the very next day, I went to one of the HP World Stores in Kanpur named Ummed Agencies on Birhana Road and bought a new adapter (costing me Rs. 1300) and a power cord as well.
                          Now not even a month had passed and this charger stopped working. So again I went to same HP World Store and asked them for a replacement under charger warranty but they told me that HP Service Center will do the replacement and it's not their job. I went to HP Service Center in Kanpur but the shop was closed by that time (it was around 5 pm). Now the next few days were weekends and their shop was again closed. So I somehow handled my course work without a charger for few days and went to HP Service Center again on Monday. The service center guy verified that my charger was actually not working and I should get a replacement. But now he told me that the bill given to me by HP World Store is not complete as it states only the Serial No. of my bought charger but lacks CTF No. They asked me to again go to the HP World Store and ask for a new bill and then come back. They also told me that it will take further 4 days before you get a new charger even if I get a new bill and I will have to come back there again after 4 days.
                          Now IIT Kanpur is located far away from these Stores and Centers and it takes a lot of time as well as money to book an auto and commute to these locations. Being a third year computer science student who has to sit for internship tests apart from doing course homeworks, I relied heavily on laptop and I don't have that much spare time due to hectic course time table and internship interviews schedule. Not only this has wasted my time, it has also caused me a loss in my academics as well. I have managed somehow to spare some time today to write this complaint so that some other buyer could be saved from the inconvenience I have faced. I will make sure that no other student in IIT Kanpur buys any HP product and discourage everyone who asks me about buying one.

                            I had bought a printer from a electronic shop in kolkata 2 years ago, so i am no longer covered under warranty. My printer have stopped working just after my warranty period is over. For the last 8 months, i am trying to contact the customer care but no one replied, even the hp buyback programme i tried to exchange but the shop details they gave me is wrong, even the service center number they gave me is wrong, i have been carrying the printe to every shop i could as they denied me of home service, whereas every customer care representative said that service engineer will visit my home. Then atlast i opted for hp buy back programme, i thought i will finally have a solution. But the reseller adress they gave me along with the coupon is wrong. I went to the reseller they denied the exchange, then i printed another coupon and went to a separate reseller of my city, same thing happened. And it happened for all the resellers i went to. So what is the agenda of this programme. I have been harrassed so much to buy a hp product that i am rethinking. I was a loyal customer of hp. All my computers and its peripherals, starting from desktop and my laptop to my priner all are of hp, now i am rethinking. For laptop and printer exchange is possible but for printer they have harrassed me so much. If they have no contact with their resellers then they must stop the business in india atleast in kolkata. Or else stop claimimg them as resellers and stop misguiding persons. Because it is not easy to carry a printer, a certain amount of money goes into it, and i have to take days off work to be denied of the exchange and that has cost me a lot financially as well as mentally.

                            I went to lifestyle technologies, lotte computers, shree shyam computers, optima infotech for exchange.in kolkata.

                            And synset solutions and iqor in kolkata for servicing, which was also denied

                                I purchased a laptop from amazon india when i opened my product, in keyboard one of a arrow key (Down arrow) is damaged it got remove when you press that key because it was not damaged, i found that key in my laptop box because it is not placing on its original place

                                      My laptop having keyboard problem and after that my laptop is not correctly working in between I complained to go customer care one of the engineering came out at that moment.
                                      When the engineer came after opened my laptop he told my hinge is defected. That's why he used mustard oil he ordered hinge and keyboard and then he went. After some day when I do next complain he came and take my laptop but my laptop not getting on he taken some snap and told me your motherboard is burned. He told me we solved my issue.                                         I have been facing issues with my display and has been replaced 5 times, then i faced issue with card reader, which led to replace my motherboard. After the replacement of motherboard, the NVIDIA graphic card won't detect on my laptop.
                                        After opening my laptop numb of times, it has been physically worn out. I have HP 15-r202tx.
