I registered my complaint on 4th of aug 2016 and today its been 23th aug 2016.
They responsed me on 18th aug 2016, on this day an executive visited my house...
They hp customer care frusted me alot i called them thrice a day after that a person from hp visited my house and detected that the keyboard is malfunctioned and its been 18th of august to 23rd of august.. No one anwer my call..

I purchased a hp laserjet 1020 plus printer from meerut 2 months back i. e 18 june 2016. it has a slanting problem in it. i get into touch with customer care executive they changed my printer and some parts of the changed printer were also replaced but still the problem is not solved and i am not at all satisfied with the services you are providing and want a solution to my problem asap....

I have bought a HP laptop (HP Pavilion Notebook 15-ab516TX) and avail the offer " HP Back to College Offer". as per redemptionsupport.com requirement I provided all document on 13th july.
