With reference to registration under HP Back to college 2016 Offer, My Redemption reference code is[protected].
With respect to the above redemption, I did receive the HP blue tooth speakers via courier. However the said speakers are not working.
Kindly help me in letting me know the next steps.

Complaint marked as Resolved I had to visit Croma- Juhu, Mumbai outlet again & put forward a oral complaint to the HP Staff there on the event.
Ashish from HP desk in Croma-Juhu, helped me out and the matter was escalated to HP team. The old peice was picked up and a new one delivered yesterday.
A long & painful process, however it got resolved.

Updated by Ketan Ved Thanks. I did receive a call from HP Redemption Desk & as per information given by them, they will initiate pickup of the faulty speaker and once they receive it, will initiate delivery of a new speaker. However no timelines were shared.

Updated by Ketan Ved I did receive a replacement from HP India, post complaining at Croma HP counter and after nearly a month; HP arranged to collect back the faulty peice & replaced it with a new one. Thanks.
