I purchased full unit of desktop cpu with monitor, keyboard & mouse and printer on 25.08.2015 from geonet hp world authorised dealers of hp india at santacruz west mumbai. I am a cancer survivor & had just lost my job so within my budget wanted the most economical pc. Compared costs incl licenced ms office + accessories ups & loudspeakers etc & chose hp aft comparing cost of machine + free gift + warranty extension (We) cost in future. Dealer deliberately gave me old model of printer. He also told me spl offer for warranty extn rs.2000 for 2yrs if i buy fm the co within 2 months of purchase - if i buy in 2016 maximum rs.3000 for 2yr we. Now hp india is not ready to honor the word of authorised dealer - they are asking for proof! Dealer had given handwritten bill when i bought pc - even that bill hp was refusing to accept as proof of purchase because shop stamp was not there. If authorised dealer gives assurance in 2015 that maximum cost for 2yr we for full unit will be rs.3000 if buying in 2016 then why i should not believe him? But hp india is now forcing me to pay rs.4500 [3400 for cpu + 1100 for printer]. They are not assuring that parts of this old printer will be available for 2 yrs & saying if i want only cpu we cost is rs.4000. They are not willing to penalise the dealer for telling lies & giving me old model printer. They do not want to be just and fair! Please help - i should get 2yr we for cpu + printer for rs.3000. Also different staff of hp india give different answers for the same question and increase our stress and confusion! Little respect for customer's time.

It took 60 min and 4 calls to customer care phone no for registering the complaint. After registering, even after 48 hours your Chennai Ensure support services does not even aware that a complaint has to be addressed.

    I bought hp ac 101 tu on 23september 2015. Right from the first day i am having struggle while using it. I have also locked several cases for the same. After 4 months i stopped using it as its not working properly. But due to some urgency i started using it from august 2016. Again some issue came. I have been contacting your customer care number but i m getting very bad response. My case number is [protected]. I want you to look personally into it and resolve it. I am very very disappointed by using it. There are many cases which are linked to my mobile number. You can also check that. Please look into it asap.

    I have purchased HP 4535 printer on 21 July 16. Gift of two cartridges were offered and it got approved on 5 Aug 16. Even after one month, it has not reached me. Redemption code: 1028145.

      I had purchased a HP Probook 440 from HP Online in the last week of May. The model that i selected was supposed to have a DVD but the one that was delivered to me didn't had. I wanted to return the Laptop to get the correct model but the Team of Mr. Lalit 'begged' me to keep the laptop and in lieu they promised me a External Hard Drive of 1TB. Now this was in the beginning of 1st of of June and since then i had been just following up / calling them almost everyday and then finally on 27th of July the team headed by Mr. Yashveer / Mr. Lalit / Mr. Iqbal / Mr. Ashutosh raised a Order No. 752767 dated 27th July for which i had been waiting for last 1 month only to shocking see today that it stands as cancelled without any information to me.
      This is case of pure Cheating by the HP Online Store.

      Three times doa and hp doesnt want to understand they have afaulty machine

        It has been extremely disappointing and frustrating that I have been following up for almost a month for repair of my laptop which is purchased in Feb 2016. Laptop works like a desktop as it can't work without power chord. The case number registered for online support was [protected]. They have done all kinds of trial and error and the issue is not resolved and in the last HP technician says that motherboard to be replaced and the part is not available which means a further wait for 1 month. I feel very dissatisfied with the HP after sales service.

          HP's POST SALE AFTER THE WARRENTY ENDS THE SERVICE IS VERY POOR.           We understand your grievance but regret to inform our team wont be able to track your stolen laptop.

          Below are few steps which might be of some help to you.

          1. Call up HP Technical Support and report this issue
          2. Get a Case Number for your conversation with the representative immediately
          3. Please find the receipt of your Notebook, Scan a copy of it and send yourself a copy of it in your inbox
          4. Please contact the nearest Police Station and file a complaint regarding your notebook which is stolen
          5. Handover the hardcopy of the invoice of your Notebook to the Cops
          6. Keep in touch with Cops and follow up to get an update as and when you require

          Note: HP is not responsible for any loss of data or any information on your notebook as there is no way track your

            Dear sir,
            I have purchased above laptop and i am totally disappointed with your above defective laptop, only in one and half years, your laptop giving problem in power supply in motherboard as per my technician observation and even i have complaint at croma, prabhadevi their technician also given same opinion. it is out of warranty but i have never accepted this kind of motherboard defect only in one and half years, company like hp that i have to spend extra for motherboard so take necessary action and repaired and fix motherboard without any charges otherwise i have to go consumer protection forum.

              With reference to registration under HP Back to college 2016 Offer, My Redemption reference code is[protected].
              With respect to the above redemption, I did receive the HP blue tooth speakers via courier. However the said speakers are not working.
              Kindly help me in letting me know the next steps.

              I had to visit Croma- Juhu, Mumbai outlet again & put forward a oral complaint to the HP Staff there on the event. Ashish from HP desk in Croma-Juhu, helped me out and the matter was escalated to HP team. The old peice was picked up and a new one delivered yesterday. A long & painful process, however it got resolved. Thanks,

              Thanks. I did receive a call from HP Redemption Desk & as per information given by them, they will initiate pickup of the faulty speaker and once they receive it, will initiate delivery of a new speaker. However no timelines were shared.

              I did receive a replacement from HP India, post complaining at Croma HP counter and after nearly a month; HP arranged to collect back the faulty peice & replaced it with a new one. Thanks.
              Wifi is not working, need drivers.

                I did buy the laptop (i. e. hp notebook 15 ay079tx laptop (core i3-5005u/8gb ram/1tb hdd/2gb graphic/15.6 (39.6 cm)/win 10) on 21-aug-2016 from gadgets & gizmos gip[protected], sec - 38a noida (201301) for rs. 40, 190.00 including of all taxes. but since the very next day i. e. from moday (22-aug-16) itself i'm facing a problem with the webcam. when i open the webcam, it displays an error (we can't find your camera) with the error code as (0xa00f4244 (0xc00d36d5), i've attached the screenshot of the error being displayed.
                I'd attached image of the bill details even.
                The laptop details are as follows :

I recivied recovery kit on 22/08/2016 and as I was unable to recover my laptop myself so on the very same day I handed my laptop to my nearest service centre but it's been 2 days but still I don't get any response or help from the service centre and when I seek for help in my matter they make excuse and say we are facing an error in recovery but they are not specifically saying what type of error they are facing..

                  I REQUEST FOR HELP FROM YOUR SIDE ON THIS MATTER AND TAKE NECESSARY ACTIONS AS SOON AS POSSIBLE .

                    I have purchased H P laptop AU084TX on 20/6/16.From the beginning it is not working properly.I call customer care, they tried their best but it dose not work properly. After one month of several complaint at last engineer visited and repair it . Now my adopter is giving me a electric shock when i touch it pin . A engineer visited again and checked it, he agree that adopter is faulty . He asked me that he will replace it. But my adopter is not replaced up till now . My adopter is giving me a swear Electric Shock .If any damage is done, who will be responsible.                         I purchased a laptop in june 2016 ...it takes 10minytes to start when ever i am working it restarts on its own and my files are also not saved...my internet explorer is also not responding if your company is not able to make products then why the hell are you into this business...stop making other people fool...will never purchase any another product of hp...when i call and ask for on site repair they do not respond ...very very dissatisfied...

                          From purchasing date to till now, i experienced such a worst experience from hp. Laptop doesn't perform properly, giving (Not responding) whenever i used to open any window even task manager too gave that. No of times got slow. Windows corrupted once on reset. I want this laptop away from me either replace or change its hardware & software completely.

                              I registered my complaint on 4th of aug 2016 and today its been 23th aug 2016.
                              They responsed me on 18th aug 2016, on this day an executive visited my house...
                              They hp customer care frusted me alot i called them thrice a day after that a person from hp visited my house and detected that the keyboard is malfunctioned and its been 18th of august to 23rd of august.. No one anwer my call..

                                Bought a new hp printer (Deskjet-2131) on 7th aug'16. Installed it on 19th aug'16. The colour cartridge which was sealed packed is damaged. Customer care asked me to take a print of printer maintenance report which proves that i have not used the printer at all and that the colour cartridge was damaged. The customer executive told me to go to the service centre which is 40kms away from my place. I requested for a doorstep delivery of the replacement of the cartridge but they simply refused. So either i spend more money to courier it or travel 40kms to get it sorted out. I am entitled to a new colour and a black and white cartridge with the printer then why is the hp company harassing me. This is not even a service related issue which comes after usage... I have not even used the printer. My money completely wasted or else i spend more money to resolve this issue. Customer care refuses to give any other solution.

                                  I buy a hp monitor in dember 2015

                                  On 13th of august 2016 the screen of monitor started showing multicolours and no clear vision and then completley gone i called the customer care and raised my complaint on dated 16/08/2016 and my case id is[protected] as over the telecon the issue could not be resloved by the engineers. I waited till 19th aug but i got no resposnse from hp. After i called again on customer care and they provided me a new cae id: [protected] and the contact no. Of head (Mr. Amit kumar-[protected]) of delhi area to raise the issue with him but surprisingly nobudy picks up the phone on this number it is either not pick up the phone or it says the line is busy. Kindly look into the issue at the earliest.

                                    With 3 year warranty and 1 year accidental damage protection
                                    It near 9 month on july 27 my laptop get off and not on I call to customer care and raised my complaint on dated 27/07/2015 and my case ID is [protected]. HP engineer visited my location next day he open laptop from back and did something in laptop and laptop get on when I ask to check again then he say it is ram slot problem your motherboard will change in 2-3 days. Later on he took some pictures of it and went away. After some time i get email from hp saying fungus on slot it is not support under warranty.then I contact eng. U say the motherboard will change and in email it is not support. He say talk to my manager in roorkee then I contact to them they don't help me also contact customer care they say eng validate the report which is not under warranty.The warranty is given by HP is fake.
                                    HP product should be compatible enough to safe guard from these issues as these are not created one by the users.
                                    I am surprised that I am a single handed user of that laptop which we keep on a very safe place there is no chance of such happenings. without checking he simply tried putting the blame that its a fungus on slot. If this of service is happening to such a big brand, there is no use of continuing the services. For me, It seems a self created issue by HP engineer.
                                    My laptop is also in accidental damage so why it is not support i[censored] say it is fungus.on purchasing laptop they say all type of warranty
                                    Plz take appropriate action against HP

                                      Dei agra is a one of the premier university and has been a valuable customer of hp since its inception.

                                      With reference to case id number [protected] received on 12th august, 2016 regarding the complaint of a one month old purchased product as mentioned in the subject. It is regretted to mention that the call has not been received by any engineer till date. While contacting, we were responded very poorly & disgraceful manner by the person available on regn. [protected]@aforeserve.co.in mob. [protected].

                                      Our institute has taken this very seriously. It has also been experience that our sale hp does not care about his customer and hp ignores customer problems after sale. This may cause if institute opt another brand in future purchases.

                                        I bought a hp notebook from hariom trading company situated at office no.7, 3rd floor, city plaza complex, medical college, jodhpur (Rajasthan)

                                        As hp company provide back to college offers on various range of notebook, if conditions completed from buyer side and also trader side.

                                        Myself pankaj vaishnav, jodhpur, bought a hp notebook (Hp15-ay-019tu) & (Serial no.: cnd628479k) and want to extended my onsite warranty & burglary and theft insurance offer from back to college offer. But as hp company's condition for trader himself to get registered as partner for this offer, and therefor their customer get that benefit accordingly.

                                        I told to hariom trading company for this issue but till today (Last day for availing btc offer) not get and cooperation & support from their side as such.

                                        Please provide me any suggestion or solution for this complaint.
