Good day, i have a complaint regarding customer care executive non responsive behavior. we have just purchase a hp computer for our daily work in our office and now we are facing very much problem. it does not open properly. when we call to customer care executive to register complaint they are not bothering they are saying that they can help through telephonically only they are did not know that we are laymen we did...

I called hp toll free no for my hp monitor problem they said that they will give me the service within 48 hrs . but after 7 days when call to there service center they could not give any kind of service also told me that there is no service request come in there service till now . i called 2 service center they said same things. the service center located - tollyguagunge and pricep street (iqor). plese help me out from this problem ....

I have purchased hp all in one desktop on 26th aug 2015.

Case no - [protected], complaint about display damage. engineer visited us on 4th july 2016, and said will replace display in maximum 4 days but still there is no progress. we are calling customer care and engineer again and again but they are fooling us by saying we send, we haven't received and...

Sir i have purchase a laptop and in the next 2 or 3 day register in adp with paying 999/-. But adp not activate on my warranty check status. So please check the query. Also one more thing i can share with you sir, adp registration says i provide to a customer adp - accidental damage protection, but he only say. Not actually solve the problem or any insurance... We are fond lover of hp products...

Complaint so many times in hp customer care. piece was damaged from start and when i complaint they said we will change anywhere in india. but after some time when i again asked to change as i moved to bangalore they denied and now its almost 1.5 months that i am trying to solve my issue but not got any resolution.

Even tried to post on facebook but they removed the post.

Now i want to file a complaint against...

I have brought hp laptop but I have inserted the windows 8.1 O's but I didn't get the driver for that platform I have complained about my problem to customer care but I didn't get any good response from their side I agreed to pay also but they didn't react any of that they told me to go to ekkatuthangal but there were no service centre so I got feed of HP products so please be aware of getting hp products...

I bought hp pavilion ab522tx laptop five weeks ago and applied for back to college offer of rs. 999/-. The payment was to be done online, so there is no reciept of the payment. I purchased hp make dvd writer usb part no f6v97aa#acj cnh510c306hp from computer shoppee india ludhiana vide bill no rt000020 dtd. 18.04.2016 after only 2 month use the dvd wirter became defective. I deliverd it to service center at ludhiana on 18.06.2016 vide case id no ac 74626.In spite of my repeated request to the said service center neither the dvd writer has been replaced nor any refund given to m my work is suffering i cannot buy...

Hp service is very bad i have purchased a battery in sept, 2015 and it is not working then i went to service centre there i have given on 18/06/2016 in hyderabad they said minimum it will take one week to replace the battery, but so far (01/07/2016) they didn't replace it and still they are telling that it will take one more week, it means we have to buy their products and we have to stop working months together what a service......

I took my laptop around one and half year ago. everything was okay until 2 days ago i opened it and the left side of the screen rotater made a breaking noise, when i saw its not moving normally and makes the breaking noise whenever i open it or close. Because of that my left bottom of the screen is detached. how is it possible it happen out of the blues ? without any damage or anything?...
