Hp has terrible service… i would like to have my refund of extended warranty done

Both my printers are under extended warranty and no one in hp bothers to even call and update. I have made over 100 calls to all department of hp service.

Assure who are authorised service centre of hp do not bother to take customer calls. And hp call centre (Tech team) is helpless.

So please refund my money for extended warranty immediately.

    Refer to case id: [protected]/service order: [protected] dated 10th june 2016.
    Monitor not replaced even after more than a month due to deliberate inattention from hp and service coordinator.
    Chronology:
    10th june: self phoned up hp customer care to lodge the complaint mentioned above. assured by hp customer care, the problem will be resolved in 48hrs.
    48hrs passed but no action.
    14th june: service technician visited, diagnosed and informed monitor cannot be repaired thus has to be replaced. since it is in warranty period, they will replace at their cost within a week.
    A week passed from 14th june, but no action.
    20th june: then phoned up customer care again on around 20th june, had a conference call with service coordinator and again was assured to be resolved in a week.
    A week passed from 20th june, but no action.
    01st july: then phoned up to service coordinator on around 1st july and again was assured that it will be solved in a week.
    A week passed from 1st july, but no action.
    14th july: then phoned up to service coordinator on 14th july and now they are saying he has already raised the demand, now it is upto hp to supply the monitor to them so that he can replace. since he is not getting any response from hp, he does not know when it will be replaced.
    Denying to take any responsibility to timely resolve the problem.

    Please look into the case and help resolve at the earliest.

      I had ordered hp ink advantage 3 in 1 printer in april this year. it had an offer which included free ink cartridges. i had uploaded all the necessary documents online and applied for the same.
      I received an email stating that it has some discrepancies and could not process the free ink cartridge as the date of purchasing is after the free cartridge was applies.
      I was asked for my invoice. as per my invoice my details were correct. but they had some issues. i contacted aditi computers pvt. ltd. dc janak puri from where it was purchased. i also talked to the concerned person from hp who was present there.
      He apologized and promised to get it delivered.
      Its been several weeks now but no action has been taken from them.
      Are they looting or scamming customers by selling the free offers separately.
      Or has a good and renowned brand name lost its authenticity and business ethics.
      Kindly suggest what appropriate actions can be taken.

        I purchased a laptop around 1 year back and it has 3 years warranty,
        The laptop is having defects from starting only as
        *the motherboard got replaced in 4 months of purchase
        *the antenna stopped working after that
        *i was told i will get windows 10 when it will be released and when it released they told u have drivers issue with your laptop so windows 10 is not possible for u
        *the laptop crashes for no reason and every time i call then they tell me to format the laptop

        I am a student and once my college project got formatted due to crashing of laptop.

        I asked them refund or replacement but every time they are like we will repair your product

        I cant repair my product every week but they are not agreeing for repalcement.

        Don't ever buy any HP product. Their customer care service is disgusting. their toll free guidance is awful. Buy a HP product and rue if it stops working.There are better options

              I have brought hp omni 10 5601tw tablet last year. its sd card (which has operating system software) is somehow corrupted.
              I needed an operating system software so that tablet can work in its original state.
              So i had a chat with hp support team (since that's the only available medium as per their website). i have been ignored and mentally harassed as follows:

              1. they have no email support. their website doesn't display phone number of hp support. they don't provide email of higher authority even on request.
              2. after contacting 3-4 times with chat support, they have provided me with a long list of phone numbers and service center addresses, which does not exist.
              3. they ask me to physically go to service center (afforeserve, sector 34), which does not exist (closed) and over the shutter, another service center address is written (sco 146/147), where they says that they don't deal with the issue.
              4. service center (new address) gives me phone number of hp support who in turn gives me address and phone number of same service center (sco 146/147) which creates deadlock.
              5. so i gave my phone to service center guy after which they transferred my call to technical team. they analysed the issue and told me that i need to pay for recovery media, for which they will provide me a link in my email id. i agreed and waited for email, which i didn't receive even after 5 days. i called them again and they told they has made a mistake and forgot to create an order. they, then again created an order for it.
              6. i received recovery media, but its faulty. it doesn't work as intended and fails.
              7. i call service center/chat support again, who keeps on disconnecting calls/chats and now are not supporting me anymore. they don't even tell me email/ phone of higher support team and don't even escalate the issue.

              I will bookmark your blog and take the feeds additionally? I’m satisfied to find so many helpful information here within the put up, we want work out extra strategies in this regard, thanks for sharing.

                Good day, i have a complaint regarding customer care executive non responsive behavior. we have just purchase a hp computer for our daily work in our office and now we are facing very much problem. it does not open properly. when we call to customer care executive to register complaint they are not bothering they are saying that they can help through telephonically only they are did not know that we are laymen we did not have any technical knowledge. somebody from theirside should visit at our office then only can it be disolve. you can make amc/cmc with our office so that time to time we can contact you for our problem. my computer details is below please disolve it at the earliest.

                  I called hp toll free no for my hp monitor problem they said that they will give me the service within 48 hrs . but after 7 days when call to there service center they could not give any kind of service also told me that there is no service request come in there service till now . i called 2 service center they said same things. the service center located - tollyguagunge and pricep street (iqor). plese help me out from this problem .

                    I have purchased hp all in one desktop on 26th aug 2015.
                    Model no - 20-r010in, serial no - 3cr528080k, product no - m1q27aa#acj.
                    Case no - [protected], complaint about display damage. engineer visited us on 4th july 2016, and said will replace display in maximum 4 days but still there is no progress. we are calling customer care and engineer again and again but they are fooling us by saying we send, we haven't received and all.
                    Also engineer opened our system to look for problem but did not fixed web camera properly. if you do not have the display request you to replace the system with immediate effect as i am not able to my work from last 10 days.

                      Sir i have purchase a laptop and in the next 2 or 3 day register in adp with paying 999/-. But adp not activate on my warranty check status. So please check the query. Also one more thing i can share with you sir, adp registration says i provide to a customer adp - accidental damage protection, but he only say. Not actually solve the problem or any insurance...                           Dear sir/madam,

                          Ref:- s. no.1056, token no.006, obligation type-trade dated 09/07/2016 of hp authorized service centre located in shop no.32, spa plaza no.1094, otc road, opp. hotel lucy international, bangalore

                          I am syed muneer, secretary of an ngo called – koshish educational & social welfare trust, which is running a minority educational institution in bangalore.

                          We are fond lover of hp products and we have high regards to this reputed company. few months back we purchased an hp all in one k209a printer for office purpose. it was working absolutely fine as there is no issue of any kind.

                          Very recently we heard some kind of loud noise coming from the aforesaid printer as and when we switch on or whenever we give print command. other than this there was no other issue, the printing and copying everything was fine. as the noise was creating little irritation, we thought of taking it for repair.

                          In that, we chose the hp authorized service centre located in shop no.32, spa plaza no.1094, otc road, opp. hotel lucy international, bangalore.

                          Today (09/07/2016), i took this printer to the aforesaid hp authorized service centre and met one mr srinivas in the reception counter. i briefed him about the noise issue while making him very clear that there is no other issue with the printer. he checked the printer right in front of me and took the printer to the mezzanine floor of the service centre.

                          After 45 minutes, he brought printer back and started giving demo. unfortunately, the same loud noise was still there. then he again took the printer to mezzanine floor. after one hour he brought back and started giving demo. this time, though the noise disappeared, but the paper intake was not happening. finally, he opened the printer in front of me and after more than one hour he started showing demo again. this time the noise totally disappeared but printer was seen dead, as there was no response of any kind. he finally informed me that there is ‘mechanism damage” and he suggested that i should go for exchange in place of this printer and same cannot be repaired.

                          It is pertinent to note that if at all there was mechanism damage or any sort of damage to any parts of the printer, why the service staff not brought this fact immediately to my notice as i was sitting/waiting down. this makes very clear that it was during the course of processing/repair by the hp authorized staff the so called mechanism damage occurred for which i should not be held responsible.

                          I wish to mention that we are running a charitable institution and each penny has its value and we cannot bear the loss consequent to negligent acts of the third person. when i brought hp printer to your service centre it was working fine other than giving a loud noise. after processing/repair by your authorized service staff, the so called noise disappeared and at the same time the printer stopped working.

                          In view of the above, i make humble request to kindly look into the issue and give life to my printer which was otherwise in working condition (alive) when i brought this printer to your service centre.

                            Complaint so many times in hp customer care. piece was damaged from start and when i complaint they said we will change anywhere in india. but after some time when i again asked to change as i moved to bangalore they denied and now its almost 1.5 months that i am trying to solve my issue but not got any resolution.

                            Even tried to post on facebook but they removed the post.

                            Now i want to file a complaint against them in consumer court so please help me in that.

                                I bought hp pavilion ab522tx laptop five weeks ago and applied for back to college offer of rs. 999/-. The payment was to be done online, so there is no reciept of the payment. The offer includes a free gift, a bluetooth speaker which was delivered to me 2 days ago. The speaker is in dead condition. So, i wish to replace it. But the local customer service team is saying that they can't do anything about it. Therefore i need some help from you.

                                  Hi shantanu87,
                                  I suggest you some basic troubleshooting steps that may help you to solve the issue.
                                  1. Open the Control Panel.
                                  2. Select Device Manager .
                                  3. In the Device Manager, expand Hardware Devices.
                                  4. Right click on your controller and select Properties.
                                  5. In the new Tab, click on the "Driver" tab and select "Update Driver". Then select "Search automatically".
                                  6. Restart your PC and try to access the device again.

                                  You may also try to install "Keyboard filter driver". You can download the drivers from the manufacturer’s website. Then you can install and reboot.

                                  Good luck!

                                    I purchased hp make dvd writer usb part no f6v97aa#acj cnh510c306hp from computer shoppee india ludhiana vide bill no rt000020 dtd. 18.04.2016 after only 2 month use the dvd wirter became defective. I deliverd it to service center at ludhiana on 18.06.2016 vide case id no ac 74626.In spite of my repeated request to the said service center neither the dvd writer has been replaced nor any refund given to m my work is suffering i cannot buy and other dvd writer unless the fate of the dvd writer returned by me is decided the service center referred above does not listen to me at all i approach them all most daily please help me to get refund of 1600/- as early as possible

                                      Dear sir/madam,

                                      Myself, siddarth sreeni, — semester be (eee) student of bits pilani. i purchased a laptop made by your esteemed company, (model - hp-15 r014tx - on august 2014 from flipkart. of late, i encountered with a problem on its hinges on the left side. while on a visit home, i referred the problem to hp world, ravipuram, kochi – kerala on 16/05/2016. service centre agreed to replace the damaged hinges and they serviced. but to my surprise, they fixed problem by pouring over super glue, instead of replacing the hinges as billed for 1500/- and promised. thus this resulted in damaging the entire back cover which is plastic, and now shredded and broken into pieces near the left side, where they poured superglue thanks to hp's wonderful and experienced service and help.

                                      In order to fix the problem, today i approached another "hp world" near my home today, they told me that they could only replace my laptop's back panel and also the wifi cable and screen vga cable which is damaged as a result of powdering of the cable wires. the estimate for these works is about 7000/- rupees, which solely as a result of in-experienced handling by your service team earlier. hopefully as you know, i can't afford this cost, caused due to wrong handling by your service personnel.

                                      Hence i humbly request you to correct the problem, without billing me

                                        I bought my HP laptop in the month of FEBRUARY 2016. i am facing many problems . I am pursuing B.tech CSE, so laptop is my basic necessity. But the poor laptop services and the products provided by this company are really very disturbing. I am facing many problems. I lost all my data and then they said you have to buy some recovery CDs of 550 Rs. After 15 days only I am losing all my data and I have to spend money .So this is disturbing. Then the laptop screen broke because of the poor quality of the case and they put the blame on me that i must have hit the laptop. It took 15 days to claim the insurance and get my laptop back. This laptop hangs alot. I have heard this from many people. Then from the last few days it is showing that no bootable device and i cant access my laptop . i tried repairing that but i was not able to .
