Dear Madam/Sir, I am facing wifi issue in my HP laptop & it is under warranty on site support. But till now it is not resolved after several follow up. Please find the details as below.

Dear Team
Till now my laptop wifi issue is not resolved. Kindly resolve it on priority. Because I am facing lot of problems due to that. On 16.06.2016/ Thursday your engineer came to my place but he was not able to resolve the issue. He told me just revert back OS window 10 to window 8 . Because this model laptop is not support wifi on OS window 10. As per his advised I done the same but now wifi is not working in window 8 also. So that it is requested please send some one & resolve the issue asap. Please find the service report as attached for your reference.[Image]
