as i informed you in my mail that i have purchased my laptop 17 sep 2015 same night problem came in my laptop after hanging it shutdown .then i want to service center( ENSURE SUPPORT SERVICE INDIA LIMITED, BASSAM VCOMPLEX, KALLAI ROAD, CALICUT, KERALA. ) but they suggested me format your laptop problem will be resolve .i did that many times still problem did not resolve .
after that new problem came
1- driver power state failure
2- watchdog violation error
3- some time without showing any error system shut down and restart
all these problems are coming after updating driver or window update.
first hp solving my case through online they installed some LOG FILE.i confirmed him that problem are coming after updating the driver but did not register this online.
this think i also confirmed to visiting engineer but he also not mentioned in cso paper that problem is coming after updating the driver
still problem not resolved.
they did all the dignosis and said to me that no further dignosis is left.
again problem not solved

now from 9 months hp is making me fool and not giving proper response.
every time after repairing my laptop same problem is coming driver power state failure
regarding i mailed to every executive of hp not nobody giving me proper response and satisfactory answer that they are able to solve my problem or problem will remain like that in
laptop
they are making me fool.
