Hp service is very bad i have purchased a battery in sept, 2015 and it is not working then i went to service centre there i have given on 18/06/2016 in hyderabad they said minimum it will take one week to replace the battery, but so far (01/07/2016) they didn't replace it and still they are telling that it will take one more week, it means we have to buy their products and we have to stop working months together what a service...

    I took my laptop around one and half year ago. everything was okay until 2 days ago i opened it and the left side of the screen rotater made a breaking noise, when i saw its not moving normally and makes the breaking noise whenever i open it or close. Because of that my left bottom of the screen is detached. how is it possible it happen out of the blues ? without any damage or anything?

      Soon after i buy my hp 15-ab219tx i have faced a lot of problems . firstly i noticed that my mini fans are making too much sound so i call hp support and they send a technician and he just say its normal .
      after that i start getting blue screen errors (driver irql not less or equal) and touch pad and space key stop working sometime so i again called hp call center and they run a online diagnose and say it was just because of old version of bios, so they suggest me to update it . but updating it still don't fix the problem .
      And then my laptop start working too slowly i again call hp support they again diagnose it and suggest me to reset my laptop so i deleted all my data ( some important data too ), but still it don't work.
      Lastly a week ago when i open my laptop i saw a dead bug below the lcd panel ( i have never open it or give my laptop to any third party ) mean its a manufacturing defect that how a bug enters my in my lcd .So i asked hp care to correct it but they asked for 7500 rupee.
      I have never open my laptop, there is no crack on lcd from where insect can get in also i have never handed it to third party for repair . My laptop is in warranty they are saying its not manufacturing defect and its my fault.
      I have paid a huge amount of 55000 INR (including taxes) to buy it and now they are refusing to correct it . Now i'm fed up by calling them again and again as they are doing nothing and now i cant afford this much huge amount to repair it.
      So i'm kindly requesting HP INDIA to please replace this or give my money back or i will take this to the consumer court .

      Firstly for the hardware issue (mini fan sound, space bar and touch pad issue) they send a technician name VISHAL (under case id: 4764430640-470) which come and run some diagnose test and say that laptop is working fine and there is no hardware issue its just because software problem so he update some software but I am still facing those problems. One issue I forgot to mention before is for the audio, when I connect my hp 15-ab219tx with my sony led it don’t work correctly so I called hp care (case id : 4766155917 ) and they suggest me to update some bios but again that don’t work . But soon I noticed that its because of my loose laptop hdmi ports so I have to twist my hdmi cable to make it work (the hdmi cables I use are amazon basis hdmi, and one that I got with airtel tv setup box) . So in this case again they do nothing but suggest me to update software. And when I start facing some more serious issue like blue screen errors and slowing down of my laptop and even my graphic card software stop working (nvidia control panel) I again call hp care and this time they run a online diagnose test ( dated- 23 April 2016, case id :4773399900 ) and they delete some of applications from my laptop and suggest me to delete some (including need for speed game, sony vegas pro) but that still don’t work and the hp technician out there told that it’s because of software issue but when I told her that my friend has same laptop and that’s working fine she told that it’s because maybe he must have less number of applications but in actual he have much number of applications in his laptop than mine .So again they do nothing but erased some data from my laptop and suggest to update it which I do regularly. I don’t use my laptop daily and when one day I open it I saw a dead insect in my lcd so I contact hp care by their chat service (https://support.hp.com/in-en/contact-hp/product/HP-Pavilion-15-ab200-Notebook-PC-series/8499306/model/8818901#Z7_3054ICK0KGTE30AQO5O3KA30F3) and he told me that they will send a technician and he will charge some money but I told them that my laptop is under warranty so he replied me that he will send me mail regarding service price (which I never received) . 2 or 3 days later a technician (VISHAL KAUSHUL) visited our home and he just check the hardware (if had ever tried to open it) but everything was correct so he told us that he will carry laptop with him for repair and give us a paper with case id : 4773978498-471 . Two days later when I call him to know about my laptop he says that HP INDIA had denied to repair it and they are asking for a huge amount (7, 500INR) to repair even when it is in warranty period. I have never tried to open it, never gave it to any third party for repair or anything else the body is company sealed even there is not any crack on the laptop body from where insect can get in so I again call HP INDIA that its manufacturing defect and my laptop is under warranty but he denied and say it is not company fault rather mine and I have to pay 7, 500 INR to correct it. Week later they hand over the laptop to me. I have spent such a huge amount of money (55, 000 INR including taxes) and it’s in warranty and they are denying to repair it and asking for huge amount of money to repair it. Now I am fed up by calling them again and again and there poor service, they are making us fool by not repairing the product even in warranty. SO I AM REQUESTING HP INDIA TO PLEASE RELAPSE MY PRODUCT OR GIVE MY MONEY BACK OR I WILL TAKE SOME SERIOUS ACTION.         I am having wifi connectivity problem since past 3 months. Have shown my computer to the service center (Jabil / iqor); spoken to call center many times; had chat sessions; and written many mails to cs head and india service head. There is no response from anyone. I wonder why they display the mail ids of all these guys if they don't care to respond to customers. Since i complained many times, there are different case nos.In the hp system for this issue. Two of them are [protected] and [protected]. Need a solution to this problem.

            Hp service center in bangalore took for servicing and now audio, lan drivers are not working, now customer care people complaining on hardware issue and now which is not support in india..
            I am curious & wondering that in complaint ticket numbers, customer care people verified and mentioned that it is supported in india and when it came to hardware issue, they trying to escape by saying not support in india. My laptop purchased on 23rd nov 2015 at denver, colorado, usa. Please help!! How can i proceed further.. Still my laptop is with hp customer center, jayanagar, bangalore

            May I know from where did you download the drivers?
            As of now some of the drivers of old Windows may not work properly on latest Windows. For the meantime, I suggest you some basic troubleshooting steps that may help you to solve the issue.
            1) Press Windows + R keys on the Keyboard.
            2) Type devmgmt.msc in the Open textbox.
            3) Expand Sound, video and game controllers from the window.
            4) Right click on the Audio Driver and select Uninstall.
            5) Click on OK on Confirm device uninstall prompt.
            6) Restart the computer, the drivers will get automatically installed on your Windows .

              I srajan gupta purchased an hp laptop on dec 2015, which comes with 1 year onsite warranty. After i found some problem with its display i went to hp service center jabalpur 40km away from my town sihora to get it repaired, they not even listened my problem by saying that you should register your complain on hp number, we will come your home, i called hp number, they told me to send the snapshot my screen, as i dont have a very good camera i cant send them a clearer snapshot, so they said your complaint cannot be registered you directly visit hp service service center, there is no provision that we cant visit there directly. Moreover on hp website it is written service centers are both carry in and on site type.

B.) – 732101, want to inform you that i have received one e-mail from your end on 27/06/2016 where you seek for the invoice which has been already submitted at your end on 08/06/2016 at the time of deposition of my hp laptop for service vide laptop serial no. 8cg6021s0c model no. Hp pavilion x 360 convertible pro no. Toy58pa acj

                In this regard, i would like to express my grief against the said service centre for their aloof behavior.

                In this connection, it is also informed that, i have purchased the aforesaid laptop from flipkart and the product was dispatched by “hariom” on behalf of flipkart and i received the same on 08/02/2016 against invoice no. F09m6mh16-1022 dt 08/02/2016, the cost of this laptop was rs. 42600/-. I have also been made a contract with hp for extended warranty up to the month of february 2018.

                But, regretfully it is submitted that many problems start from very first day, the operating system (Win-10) was not working properly from the beginning. The o. S. Was provided by the company and when i contacted with customer care, i was instructed to deposit rs. 559.65/- (Toword case no [protected], payment date 03/06/2016, order no ip/1617/hpso-17364) to get the original cd from them, as i have no cds with my laptop. After depositing the required amount they send win-10 recovery cds to my address and i handed over the same in seal pack condition with my laptop to you on 08/06/2016 along with invoice and all required papers. On this day i came to know that the service process will take 2 days only and you will be able to hand over the same to after 2 days.

                Now, i would like to regretfully inform you that on 27/06/2016, after repeated visit to your service centre, i only come to know that you are not going to take any responsibility in terms of service my laptop for some unforeseen reasons and you make yourself spellbound when i ask for the exact reasons behind the delay. I also provide my e-mail address for smooth communication on 08/06/2016, but no communications were made before 27/06/2016.

                Sir, i am facing enormous mental pressure and monitory loss as my laptop is at your custody for such a long time without any service, this also hamper my daily routine work which is impossible without my laptop.

                Therefore, you are requested to provide me the exact date when i will get back my laptop after satisfactory service. You are also requested to please inform me the exact fact behind such abnormal delay and also arrange to inform me that who are responsible for this act? You are also requested to inform me that, will the company ready to compensate against my mental harassment and monitory loss?

                Please arrange to inform me the answers of the aforesaid questions within 3 days from the date of receipt of this letter, failing which i have no other ways but to take appropriate legal action against you and your company.

                  The printer that we bought almost last year is shoeing many problems like it gets jammed up and then it gives troubles when ever we need it the most.                     Delays in providing the spare part and just giving excuses .My case number is - [protected] .The case is about a black spot on hp laptop screen which is in warranty and the case is been registered and spare is shipped to the nearest service centre so that it can be change by the hardware engineer but the service centre is saying that we havent received the spare and is giving excuse .Please look forward into this matter.It is an hp-15ac082tx notebook.

                      I had complained thrice but no technician visited me from hp.

                      My laptop serial no.- cnd42820lq, proudct no.-j2c54pa is under extended on site warranty.
                      I am facing problem with my laptop screen, i complained thrice in hp no technician from hp visited my home not only that without seeing the laptop hp send me quotation mail of rd 10, 000 for the replacement of my laptop screen.

                      Is this the way to deal, what is the meaning of onsite warranty than?

                        Very bad service from HP service center for case id [protected]
                        Laptop is not working from last 20 days but still hp is careless for there customers. Even i contracted you earliet on 17 june but still there is no resolution veru bad experience with HP. Very disappointing experience this time i will not go for HP in my life even i will share same bad experience with friends and social networking.

                            Hinges of the laptop got jammed or say tight and thus it's making noise whenever opened or closed. Also it is still under warranty period.As the laptop is still new, and though of hp, the tight hinges creates a lot of inconvenience for the use and it seems to get detached and thus the jammed hinges are required to be repaired as soon as possible so that work which is left due to it, could be solved as early as possible. So, it's a very kind request to please look after this issue and solve the problem soon. Thank you.

                                Till now my laptop wifi issue is not resolved. Kindly resolve it on priority. Because I am facing lot of problems due to that. On 16.06.2016/ Thursday your engineer came to my place but he was not able to resolve the issue. He told me just revert back OS window 10 to window 8 . Because this model laptop is not support wifi on OS window 10. As per his advised I done the same but now wifi is not working in window 8 also.                                   I have purchase a 32 gb pendrive (Hp v216b) from amazon.In in feb 2015, now its nor working properlly i want to replace the pendrive.
                                  2 year of manufacturer warranty, is mentioned in the advertisement.
                                  Only for 2 month it work properlly after 2 months its stop working properlly.
                                  Item model no. Of pandrive is mm-uspdhp-114.
                                  Date of delivery is 2nd feb 2015.
                                  I m facing many problems using this device.
                                  Hp is a trusted brand if it provide such kind of stuff then i will never go for the hp products, and also i will never suggest to any one to purchase any product of hp.

                                    On 18 mar, 2016 my laptop started coming up with problems. form that day i am struggling with my laptop, but till today my laptop is not in proper condition.

                                    The first time engg came he was little sick so he was unable to repair my laptop at my home. Actually he made it dead. So i gave him permission to take laptop to service center. After 5-6 days they came with my laptop. On the very same day again my laptop came with the same problem.

                                    So next day the took back my laptop and this time they kept my laptop for 20-25 day. Again after that my laptop is not working properly. Now my laptop has started overheating. They took the temp of my laptop and found that in 15 min laptop's temp is rising to 56 deg.

                                    Now also my laptop show me strange errors like plugged in not charging.

                                    Now it has been three months they had arranged more that 20 engg visits and my laptop as with service center for about a month but still my laptop is not working properly.
                                    HP India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

                                      I am rahul singh m. Tech student from national institute of technology calicut, kerala, (India).

                                      But now i would like to kindly inform u that i m not happy and really get fed-up with the service provided to me from the service center and the hewlett-packard (Hp) support executives...

                                      It's my heartly request that please go through my complete case, because really its very important you for to know that what the hp employs are doing with customers and what kind of service they are providing to the customers
                                      I had purchased laptop on 17th sep 2015 but from the next day i m facing some issues, so on the same day i just went to service center ensure support service india limited, bassam vcomplex, kallai road, calicut, kerala. But they didn't provide me the service and suggested me to just format the system even i had requested for the service report also but they didn't provide me the same.

                                      Problems: after updating the driver problems comes.
                                      1-power driver state failure
                                      2-watchdog violation error
                                      Ystem got freezed with blue screen then it automatically restart, sometimes without showing any error it automatically restart.
                                      This problem comes after updating the driver.

                                      After that i had gone through the same problem but even after 2-3 days system is caught up in the same error again. And i had contacted hp support, first they have suggested me the same (Recover the system and and update the driver) i did that so many times and the problem was not resolving and i had confirmed them that the error is coming mainly after updating the driver from hp support assistant.
                                      This is confirmed to engineer also but they didn't updated on cso paper.

                                      And one of the crt case manager - pradeep kumar (Email id: pradeep. [protected]@hp.com
                                      Tel # +[protected] extn: 1109081) had confirmed me that we will send the dvd drive for the new os. And he also confirmed me that there is no more dignosis left on your system and everything he already has checked, if furthur problem will come hp will replace your laptop he confirmed me, after that he has sent those new dvd.

                                      After that same problem came many times then mr fiyaz came to handle my case, but the problem is not resolved
                                      After that miss shweta extension no. [protected]-ext 73245 is replying that she doesn't have any idea about the probable cause of problem is windows update.
                                      Like other managers she is not confirming that she will solve my problem or not she is handling the case from approx last 2 or 3 month.

                                      Many times hp resolve laptop problem through online they installed idr log file and did many thinks, for that you can go through the recording. But does not resolve, after that hp sent engineers but after that same problem was there.

                                      And now i have no hope that hp is going to provide me the proper and permanent solution for the same...

                                      Hp employees (Case managers) do false promises to customers

                                      I want replacement of this laptop or return me the cost of this laptop and compensation also.

                                        Dear sir (S),

                                        My hp omni120 all-in-one (Model 130-1160in) is lying damaged tft with the hp authorized service center (Viz. Ensure support service, okhla-i, new delhi. Tel. No.[protected],[protected] for almost two months now for want of tft.

                                        Hp's authorized service center is unable to repair the machine due to non-availability of spare part (Tft).

                                        It is surprising that even hp isn't providing its tft (Screen) despite several mails stated to have been sent by the service center.

                                        Can anyone help???

                                        Company representative contacted me on June 24, 2016 seeking your name, email address, and unit serial number that I provided on July 1st, 2016. But thereafter, nothing seems to have been done and my PC is still lying with the Work Shop, un-repaired.
