I purchased a laptop from hp on 29 july 2016. It was coming with many offers which were to be sent by 1 aug 2016. All the offers among which were to be sent by email were sent but the remaining which were to be sent by courier are not sent yet.
My HP laptop RTL 8723BE not working proper its only 3 rd month of puchaged the product but DVD writer not working and hard disk show red marks on all drives c E & F this is very discussing my all sensitive data of company flush out and my all project disturb due to this fault .
There is a black line on screen and it is increasing as the time passes.due to this i am facing a lot of problems.please take neccesary action on it.my labtop is under warranty.

    This is umakanta sahoo. I am one of the counsumer of you since last 4 years. I am staying in secunderabad. My actual address is road #4, lane #9, nehur nagar westmarredpally secunderabad, opposite reliance fresh, near axis bank. My consumer complaint is 820090. I booked a gas on thursday, but i still i did not get, then again i went to the hp gas company, but they told me today will deliver, but still i couldn't get. Actually, how many days u can take to deliver a gas cylinder to consumer.

    So i request u just consider the case and give me the proper suggestion

      I bought my HP Pavilion P077tx laptop in September 2014, I have been facing issues with it since them, i also notified Hp about it them and my complained was cleared only after 6 months delay when i mailed them about moving Legally.
      1)Now, its nearing an year after the warranty got over and the same problem which was rectified in the brink of warranty extinction has come up again.(I WAS TOLD HP PRODUCTS HAVE GOOD BUILD QUALITY WHICH I UNDERSTOOD, IS A BIG LIE).
      2)Now my battery is dead, And i checked and my battery is eligible for a recall but i cant register in the website and Hp customer care doesnt take responsibility for it.
      3) Hp customer care numbers are fakes (provided along with the laptop).
      i got a number from the net, The lady picked up the call, made me wait for 7 minutes and then cut the call(I have the call recording)
      FROM HERE I HAVE PROOFS FOR EVERYTHING BELOW IN THE FORM OF MAILS, CALL RECORDING AND CHATS :
      4)Finally i managed to get someone and told hima bout the issue, he blamed mE AND TOLD ME THE CHARGE CYCLES GOT OVER.
      to clarify this i made him explain how the charge cycles get over and understood that wasnt my issue since the charge wasnt going down gradually as said by hp customer care.
      Since i understood it was a manufacturing defect since my battery was working perfectly fine until one fine day when it stopped detecting a bettery.
      5)i spoke to 3 different people and i was told i will be contacted within a day.Its 3 days now and there is no news from Hp regarding this laptop.
      one of the customer care rep asked me to go legally in this case and told me he cant do anything about it and asked me to pay for a new battery every two years.
      THIS IS THE PATHETIC SERVICE LEVEL OF HP.I HIGHLY RECOMMEND EVERYONE NOT TO BUY AN HP PRODUCT EVEN IF ITS A GOOD ONE, BECAUSETHE HP PERSONNEL WILL BEHAVE AS IF ITS NOT THEIR PRODUCT ONCE THE WARRANTY GETS OVER.
      I have all evidences, screenshots, mails, conversations as proof in case if i have to move legally

        I’ve purchased HP-15ac025TX on jan 12, 2016. Within 2 months, this unit started making trouble.
        its dvd tray have been replaced, after that part been replaced, it stoped working and then I complain for the same. They register the case with case id [protected] on july 18, 2016. And after a long wait HP service center replaced the motherboard. And as this replacement happened this causes:
        1. Graphic card doesnt supporting my unit
        2. Speakers are not supporting the unit
        3. Intermittent wifi services
        4. Most importantly RAM is not supporing the slot, that leads to ‘NO DISPLAY’ in the unit.
        Today its august 7, 2016 and the there is no service is provided by the service center, its more than 20 days and more than 6 engineer visits and what they are doing is they further allivating the case . and my device is having 1 year onsite warranty with ADP cover. Still no solution provided, so due to the poor service provided, I don’t recommend you to by any HP product.

          I've bought a printer hp "4535 series" two three days earlier, I was unable to install the printer setup, So i called on customer care number and ask for help (to send a guy in my place and hepl me out) they said that you will recieved a call from technician department and then i ve recieved a call and a guy said me that he will visit today but no one came at my place to install my printer setup, now you tell me thats what service u are provide to your customer.

            HI there,

            I purchased a HP pendrive named: HP x705w USB 3.0.
            It has stopped detecting at my laptop and other devices,
            it is under warranty. when I tried to register it on their website to avail help there database doesn't mention the pendrive and shows some other pendrive with the name 702-w

            I mean what is this kind of service you are providing, you are a big reputed company and you are doing these kind of things.

            Please let us know that what's next if a person bought the products from HP and it went down???
            This is my last product from HP and I will also going to aware people on social media about what kind of service you provides.

            PC show Fatal Error C0000034 Applying update operation 133 of 32597 so the pc is not start. last time when PC was shut down that was not to shut down because updating fils. sombody was turn off the computer. so the complaint for repair.

              My issue was not resolved.

              Issue Reported : optical drive issue
              Case Number : [protected]
              Serial Number : CND5342R5Z

              So many times calling to customer care and talking to technical support people but not solved the issue. After performing the many tests and procedures, they are not able to provide the solution. Instead the attitude of the technical people is like this:
              1. Not able to provide the solution for problem.
              2. Asking customers to use external devises to solve the issue.
              3. If not solved then telling its operating system problem without checking or having knowledge.
              4. Transferring the calls to managers and holding so much time.
              5. Asking to call after sometime.
              6. Disconnected the calls while talking to customer.
              7. Telling the technical problem in their system for remote access.

              Please take the appropriate action on the technical people for incapacity to perform their duties.

                  This is to inform u that my laptop model, 15 AC 092 TU, it is under warranty period, I bought it in sep., 2015, last few days it start giving problem in battery charging

                      Sir i m call and complain so many time in hp care but they did not proving a solution for problem. I did registered first complain on 12/7/16 at hp care they send me service centre number and case id : 50001825 for my "hp desktop all in one" pc. We are so many time in rajouri service center jibil service center but they did not pick my phone & and also no reply from him.
                      After 11 days they send a engineer for pc but after taking so many time he also can't solve my problem he send report to his senior authority but they was not responce for this then i am call & mail so many time in hp care & jibil service center but no responce for my mail & not pick our phone...

                        In extended warranty, been 2 years almost, i keep my laptop as new as possible, it still looks new from outside, but, for a month or two, its battery showed decrease in backup though i always complete its cycle every time.
                        Its screen corner has a black shadow.

                        It is still in onsite warranty, and i contacted their customer service but they have been ignoring me for a week. I keep losing my cool day by day. I want this bad laptop to be replaced or repaired fully.

                          Hp laptop was purchased from setia infotech chandigarh on 14jul.16. Within 20 hours of purchase it stopped working. Defect informed to setia infotech. The owner & his son misbehaved on the phone to the maximum, shouted too much. Laptop lying with them for repairs. They are sitting on my money since 14jul. Complaint reported to hp also. I want my money back immediately.

                          Purchased hp 14 laptop from setia infotech, sec. 20-d, chandigarh on 14 jul.2016. It stopped working within 20 hours of it's use. Setia infotech has failed to load microsoft word on the laptop, he tried at least 30 time, but failed. The dealer misbehaves, shouts on the top of his voice, refuses to provide any service and says "do whatever you can do, i will see". Will hp cancel the dealership of setia infotech and refund my money. Laptop is lying with setia infotech for repairs since 20 jul.2016

                          Dear HP Team.
                          Thanks for some eye wash response. Your 3 different persons from customer care from their no.[protected] spoke to me on 27 Jul., 28 Jul., 29 Jul. & 30 Jul. What resolution they all have given - just ask them. Just a joke. If they are not capable to take any decision then why do they waste the time of the customers.
                          As requestde by you I can be reached at [protected] and at [protected]@rediffmail.com. As required by you I have forwarded the mails sent to the dealer M/S Setia Infotech (off course no response from them) and also to HP.

                            Dear sir/madam,

                            I am a user of hp laptop which has gone off in its initial months, reported (Complaint no-[protected]) the issue for the first time, motherboard problem was detected. Then something was performed by your engineer but no solution came in, then again a problem relating start button was identified and yet again no solution came in from your ignorant engineer in the midst of all this suddenly my complaint was closed without any resolution. Then again i lodged another complaint (Complaint no - [protected]-471) where a new engineer in his visit told the issue is regarding battery.

                            I am not sure that the people sent by you are even educated about the matter in any way. It has been a long time and i have received no solution from the end of hp and if things don't turn good soon, i may need to approach the consumer forum. Heard that hp is a trusted brand but if this is the service where a consumer with a not working device is being harassed for months then the matter should be raised to a higher level. Please look into the matter and try to make a resolution asap.

                              I had purhased a brand new desktop computer model no. aio 23-r141in on 22nd december 2015, vide invoice no. hs/hp/1453/15-16, from m/s. hi-tech services, 11, dr. u. n. brahmachari street, kolkata-700017, india, but since one month keyboard is not functioning. i had made call to your helpline no. at [protected], but after transferring the call to your technical department, they did not responded and disconnected the call. regret to say that your support service has shown lackadaisical attitude towards our call. i hope you will respond our mail and take effort to repair or replace the same (keyboard) at the earliest.

                                I purchased hp notebook - 14-ar001tu recently with dos os,

                                I installed windows 7 64 bit os after os installation i am trying to install drivers but when i checked in hp. com\drivers site it is showing "we were unable to find any drivers for your product. drivers may be in development so please check back at a later date or visit the product homepage."

                                O i contacted customer care through phone they are saying it is a site issue after 24 hours it will work

                                After 24 hours i again contacted them so they are saying still website issue but when i checked in hp site it clearly showing drivers for this product still in development stage so i asked them they are not replying me and they disconnects my call. i have all the call recordings.

                                  1.Try disconnecting any external displays including projectors and monitors to make sure they're not stopping your laptop from booting into Windows.
                                  Even if there is any external device like printer or moue.

                                  2. Sometimes the screen can be faulty so make sure the screen is working fine and its not the display issue.

                                    I have bought my laptop (Product no-w0j50pa#acj/sr. No-8cg6182g4r) from hp dealer m/s computerland, nehru place, new delhi on 23.07.2016.. Next day morning, i found that my web-cam is not working. I informed to the dealer and asking for replacement for this defective product. But i am really surprised with their reply:

                                    "you must check you web-cam during purchasing and we can not replace now. Please call hp customer care"

                                    After that i called the hp support team and they have check the laptop but unable to resolve the issue. Then they are raising a request for me (Case id-[protected]). I am requesting him, please send the technician in evening between 6 pm to 7pm. After 48 hrs of my request, one person called me and informed me that he can not visit after 6pm.

                                    I think that i have doing a lifetime mistake by purchasing hp laptop. Any service provider will be better than hp. It will be hp responsibility to replace my laptop without a single word because i have raise the complaint only after 16 hrs from the purchasing.

                                    It not working for last two days. This is all-in-one hp pavilion 20 AIO (20-A240IN). Warranty is there. please solve this problem as early as possible.

                                        The above printer is not working for the past 3-4 weeks, "off-line.
                                        My repeated complaints as per trail mail has not evoked any response. This is really frustrating. The simple complaint has not been attended for weeks together.

                                        The printer is new one 3540 purchased in jan'2016.

                                        Request you to take immediate action.
