Sir,
This is to inform u that my laptop model, 15 AC 092 TU, it is under warranty period, I bought it in sep., 2015, last few days it start giving problem in battery charging
I complaint regarding it to Mumbai HP customer care because I reside in Mumbai
one fellow from service center visit me and repair it
after 2, days it again started giving the same problem,
I don't know why there is battery discharging problem which in a product of HP
After so many research I bought it
So u short out my problem because customer care people response is not satisfactory...vandana Singh, [protected],

      Dear sir,

      Sir i m call and complain so many time in hp care but they did not proving a solution for problem. I did registered first complain on 12/7/16 at hp care they send me service centre number and case id : 50001825 for my "hp desktop all in one" pc. We are so many time in rajouri service center jibil service center but they did not pick my phone & and also no reply from him.
      After 11 days they send a engineer for pc but after taking so many time he also can't solve my problem he send report to his senior authority but they was not responce for this then i am call & mail so many time in hp care & jibil service center but no responce for my mail & not pick our phone...

        In extended warranty, been 2 years almost, i keep my laptop as new as possible, it still looks new from outside, but, for a month or two, its battery showed decrease in backup though i always complete its cycle every time.
        Its screen corner has a black shadow.

        It is still in onsite warranty, and i contacted their customer service but they have been ignoring me for a week. I keep losing my cool day by day. I want this bad laptop to be replaced or repaired fully.

          Hp laptop was purchased from setia infotech chandigarh on 14jul.16. Within 20 hours of purchase it stopped working. Defect informed to setia infotech. The owner & his son misbehaved on the phone to the maximum, shouted too much. Laptop lying with them for repairs. They are sitting on my money since 14jul. Complaint reported to hp also. I want my money back immediately.

          Purchased hp 14 laptop from setia infotech, sec. 20-d, chandigarh on 14 jul.2016. It stopped working within 20 hours of it's use. Setia infotech has failed to load microsoft word on the laptop, he tried at least 30 time, but failed. The dealer misbehaves, shouts on the top of his voice, refuses to provide any service and says "do whatever you can do, i will see". Will hp cancel the dealership of setia infotech and refund my money. Laptop is lying with setia infotech for repairs since 20 jul.2016

          Dear HP Team.
          Thanks for some eye wash response. Your 3 different persons from customer care from their no.[protected] spoke to me on 27 Jul., 28 Jul., 29 Jul. & 30 Jul. What resolution they all have given - just ask them. Just a joke. If they are not capable to take any decision then why do they waste the time of the customers.
          As requestde by you I can be reached at [protected] and at [protected]@rediffmail.com. As required by you I have forwarded the mails sent to the dealer M/S Setia Infotech (off course no response from them) and also to HP.

            Dear sir/madam,

            I am a user of hp laptop which has gone off in its initial months, reported (Complaint no-[protected]) the issue for the first time, motherboard problem was detected. Then something was performed by your engineer but no solution came in, then again a problem relating start button was identified and yet again no solution came in from your ignorant engineer in the midst of all this suddenly my complaint was closed without any resolution. Then again i lodged another complaint (Complaint no - [protected]-471) where a new engineer in his visit told the issue is regarding battery.

            I am not sure that the people sent by you are even educated about the matter in any way. It has been a long time and i have received no solution from the end of hp and if things don't turn good soon, i may need to approach the consumer forum. Heard that hp is a trusted brand but if this is the service where a consumer with a not working device is being harassed for months then the matter should be raised to a higher level. Please look into the matter and try to make a resolution asap.

              I had purhased a brand new desktop computer model no. aio 23-r141in on 22nd december 2015, vide invoice no. hs/hp/1453/15-16, from m/s. hi-tech services, 11, dr. u. n. brahmachari street, kolkata-700017, india, but since one month keyboard is not functioning. i had made call to your helpline no. at [protected], but after transferring the call to your technical department, they did not responded and disconnected the call. regret to say that your support service has shown lackadaisical attitude towards our call. i hope you will respond our mail and take effort to repair or replace the same (keyboard) at the earliest.

                I purchased hp notebook - 14-ar001tu recently with dos os,

                I installed windows 7 64 bit os after os installation i am trying to install drivers but when i checked in hp. com\drivers site it is showing "we were unable to find any drivers for your product. drivers may be in development so please check back at a later date or visit the product homepage."

                O i contacted customer care through phone they are saying it is a site issue after 24 hours it will work

                After 24 hours i again contacted them so they are saying still website issue but when i checked in hp site it clearly showing drivers for this product still in development stage so i asked them they are not replying me and they disconnects my call. i have all the call recordings.

                  1.Try disconnecting any external displays including projectors and monitors to make sure they're not stopping your laptop from booting into Windows.
                  Even if there is any external device like printer or moue.

                  2. Sometimes the screen can be faulty so make sure the screen is working fine and its not the display issue.

                    I have bought my laptop (Product no-w0j50pa#acj/sr. No-8cg6182g4r) from hp dealer m/s computerland, nehru place, new delhi on 23.07.2016.. Next day morning, i found that my web-cam is not working. I informed to the dealer and asking for replacement for this defective product. But i am really surprised with their reply:

                    "you must check you web-cam during purchasing and we can not replace now. Please call hp customer care"

                    After that i called the hp support team and they have check the laptop but unable to resolve the issue. Then they are raising a request for me (Case id-[protected]). I am requesting him, please send the technician in evening between 6 pm to 7pm. After 48 hrs of my request, one person called me and informed me that he can not visit after 6pm.

                    I think that i have doing a lifetime mistake by purchasing hp laptop. Any service provider will be better than hp. It will be hp responsibility to replace my laptop without a single word because i have raise the complaint only after 16 hrs from the purchasing.

                        The above printer is not working for the past 3-4 weeks, "off-line.
                        My repeated complaints as per trail mail has not evoked any response. This is really frustrating. The simple complaint has not been attended for weeks together.

                        The printer is new one 3540 purchased in jan'2016.

                          I have purshased hp laptop model 15-ac 179 tx serial no cnd6105hbp from sri vari systems& web solutions, thirumangalam, chenn 600101 on 25/07/2016. laptop is not working from 26/07/2016. the above company as told they are sole distributor for chenni. i dout whether they have sold original laptop or duplicate. i also dout about the companys geniunity. please rectify the defect in laptop or supply new one. t. prabhakar, t!, power tower, 91, arcot road, chennai 600092. cell no [protected]. email id [protected]@yahoo.co.in

                          please ban your so called distributor namely sri vari systems&web solution, welcome colony, tirumangalam (cellno [protected] venkatesh), chennai 600110 for suppling duplicate hp laptop. this company owner is very adament in responding to complaints and not taking any action to recify the fault. please replace hp laptop supplied by this company or refund amount of rs 50000 towards the cost of hp lp top purchased.

                          As already complained please inform whether sri vari system& web solution is your authourised distributor for chennai. the company adress is welcome colony, tirumangalam, chennai 600110(cell no [protected] venkatesh). they are telling lot of lies to all customers and selling duplicate Hplaptop. please ask them to take back laptop and refund the amout of rs 50000 paid by me on 24/07/2016 and laptop supplied on25/07/2016. Otherwise i will go to consumer court and file complaint with chennai police commissiner. prabhakar sundaram.

                            I bought an hp pavilion notebook -13-b202tu last year. This year, a
                            Month after its warranty expired, the battery conked off. I visited an
                            Authorized hp service center in my city and the rep there told me that
                            My battery needed replacement. Your partners @ iqor got in touch with
                            Me on email a day or two later. It has been over a month (41 days since
                            The first email) and there are no signs of the replacement battery being
                            Provided.

                            I am frustrated and angry. Hp sold me a faulty product which i can do
                            Nothing about because my warranty expired 30 days before i knew there
                            Was a problem. So now i have to shell out close to 20% of the original
                            Price of the laptop. What's more maddening is that you cannot even
                            Replace the battery within a reasonable amount of time. This is the
                            Absolute pits.

                            It is now around 60 days since the first email was exchanged on this issue (the problem was identified and flagged with HP even earlier). Your lack of response is a clear reflection of HP's service standards and its commitment to its customers.

                            What will it take for you to take action? A rant on Twitter or Facebook? Or should I construe your silence as an indication of your intent to do nothing at all?

                            For crying out loud, just tell me so that I can move on with my life. A better life, where I do not have to deal with a dying laptop and incompetent/ invisible customer service agents.

                              I have purchased hp laptop model 15-ac179tx serial no cnd6105hbp from sri vari systems& web solutions 1/17 welcome colony, thirumangalam, chennai 600101 on 25/07/2016. laptop is not working from 26/07/2016. the above company told they are sole distributor for chennai. i dout whether they have sold original hplaptop or duplicate and also dout about the geniuvity of the above company. kindly look into this and rectify / replace laptop.

                                i have brought A laptop 4 months ago nd in that now i am facing a problem with my LAN port.An engineer is visited to my house bt he dosnt able to solve my issue.Now the people of customer care are just asking me that i m sending an another engineer form last 10 days bt no one is coming.I am facing a lot of problem with the service.I also contacted to the regional head, he just say that i am calling back in 5 mins then no phone call came from him.Also when i again call him, he doesnt pick my call.please look after my issue as quickly as possible.one month past away from my complaint date.

                                  We have purchased a hp laser jet printer in june 2016. Now the printer button is misplaced during printer servicing. I have lodged a complaint 6 days before complaint no bhzg035401. Till date the problem is not rectified.

                                  Service center executives are telling me that you take the printer and come service centers, hence the complaint is not cover under warranty.

                                  Customer services of hp is very very poor.

                                  Please help to solve this issue.

                                    Regarding extended warranty offer

                                    I have registered a notebook from amazon on 10 july 2016, and after receiving my notebook i fill up all the details needed for extended warranty scheme, but i received an email that my notebook is not a valid model for that offer. I have contacted customer care about this they assured me that all details are fine and my notebook is valid for that offer. But till now again and again they are sending the same message.

                                      We had a problem with our laptop keyboard recently further we intimated the same to our computer service provider on 9th july 2016 and after 2 days of their inspection of laptop it is found that, that laptop it is under warranty hence they will intimate the same to hp.
                                      According to them the intimation to hp has been done on 12th july.

                                      After 8 days we received confirmation message to our mobile from hp.

                                      Next day a dedicated person visited our office and took that laptop for repair.

                                      And on 20th july we are receiving information that hp rejected to repair the laptop with warranty because the bill what we had provided was not clear as it dint have the seal it-seams.

                                      Now my question is why the hell did hp company take 8 days to respond to the call. (12th july intimation and confirmation massage received on 20th july)
                                      And also again they took 5 days to revert back regarding rejection of warranty service.

                                      This is very disgusting and inconvenient way that we experienced service with hp.
                                      Hence in future we will ensure that we never buy any hp products and we recommend the same to others.
