I bought HP laptop in June 2014 and sometime in January 2015 it stopped working. After submitting to service center I came to know that motherboard has issues and need to be replaced. It has been 3 weeks since that and I have still not received update from HP. I have created several case from HP support portal and none of them has been responded to. When I called at helpline number and explained the issue, I was told that we don't have information and we cannot assist you since you have given to Authorized service center. Now its been 3+ weeks that I have been without laptop, I am missing out on lot of deadlines due to non-availability of laptop.

I would also want that my warranty on motherboard, which probably will be replaced, be extended to 1 year from the day the part is replaced. As I know for sure that motherboard will be gone on next 7 months(confidence on HP products now, friends warned me) and My laptop will be out of warranty and I will have to pay humongous amount to get new motherboard or throw away laptop in River.


This proves why HP is not gaining market in India and world as they are backed by worst support ever. There is no integration.

This is getting even worse, I just contacted Authorized Service Center. They are now claiming that processor needs to be replaced. They are fooling people, as CPU/Processor is part of the motherboard. And still it means I am without my laptop, I need compensation.

    Hi All I want to highlight below incident with HP management, explaining how the behaviour of one of your support centre representative can make clients switch to other market giants IBM, Dell etc. We are a unit of Starwood Hotels (One of the world's largest hotel companies) located at Bengaluru as Aloft Bengaluru Cessna Business Park Hotel. All Starwood Hotels are using HP in IT systems from high-end servers, backup autoloaders, switched to desktops & laptops etc. Incident: We have two HP z230 workstations delivered preinstalled with windows 7 bought last year arrived with windows 8 recovery. Due to windows corruption one of the system went down and we are not able to install windows 7 as we do not have windows 7 disc provided by HP or vendor. So we called up HP support centre and landed up to Mr. San Joseph who after putting call many times on hold provided solutions either to check with Microsoft or buy new Windows 7 CD from HP as mentioned in trailing mail and when asked to give in writing his way of answering back was very unmannered and very rude to customer. As suggested we tried to reach Microsoft, as per them HP can only provide the OEM media or key for Windows 7 as it was preinstalled, their reply was with all customer respects, understandable and very professional with clear information. Again we tried to reach HP after 2 days and landed up to support centre representative Preeti and call got disconnected. After calling back call was picked by Mr. San Joseph again knowing the same customer is calling his language and behaviour was so cheap and unprofessional like he is speaking to road side kid with all his useless questions and information. We reminded him we will escalate his behaviour and call to HP higher management but he was fearless and the whole conversation made me so upset to switch to other brand for future hotels or any upcoming requirement. We have around 100 retail license for windows 7 for this particular unit but I tried right way to get the license from HP ended up in cheap, respect less, unprofessional conversation with Mr. San Joseph and worst experience with HP. Below is the summary of issue: 1. System was preinstalled with windows means media should be provided for the same but your representative stating in trailing mail "some systems comes with windows 8 some with windows 7". 2. If system is down gradable to windows 7 which is clearly mentioned on the CPU, easily a URL to download windows 7 can be provided by HP. 3. Reply in trailing mail means HP will give system preinstalled with windows 7 and if system crashes you need to buy windows again from HP or buy retail OS from Microsoft.. 2. Representative was so unprofessional, respectless and fearless of his own management. 3. Customer will think many times before calling HP support as he don’t want to get insulted by HP representative. As I have specially taken out time for writing this long mail shows how bad experience I had with your repetitive as it was not expected from company like HP. Looking forward for earliest action or response from HP so our loyalty and relationship should continue.         sir/madam, sir, i am hp printer user i bought a printer from Micro computer center in rewa ( M.P), dated[protected]. printer work succesfully on dated[protected].but on[protected] printer have a problem printer shrink pages after printing. Then i will make a complaint in micro computer center in rewa (m.p) he want to maitain printer but not succes to prepare printer.Then he give a cutomer care service number and i will call a customer care service on dated[protected] my complaint number is 5087487 . engineer ne[protected] ko visit kiya aur printer ko banane ka prayas kiya is dauran printer ko do baar open kiya gaya lakin samasya ka koi samadhan nahi hua balki ek problem aur ho gayi printer me white line ane laga. aur engineer ne dusre din ane ke liya kaha bola mere pass part nahi hai kal akar change kar do ga next visit uski[protected] ko kiya gaya jisme engineer ne printer open kar teflon change kiya lekin phir se problem solve nahi ho paya balki printer ka ek part break ho gaya jises printer me paper jaam bata raha tha tab printer ko again open kiya aur printer ka break hua part ko quik fix se fix kiya iss dauran again printer khula is tarah se printer char baar open hua lakin problem sove nahi ho paya.[protected] jis room me hamara system laga tha space na hone ka karn bagal ke room me printer banane ka option diya our second room jaha space thaa printer banana offer unhone second room ka voltage check kar ek complaint list banaya jis par voltage condition ko good nahi bataya jabki printer first room me laga thaa jaha already earth kiya hua hai aur proper light work hota hai.first room me already two computer establed hai jaha koi problem nahi hai. again engineer mr gaurav ku mishra[protected] ko visit kiya fisrt room jaha printer rkaha tha voltage condition ko good bataya aur apne proposal me fuzer ki demand ki aur kaha[protected] ke pahle printer work karne lage ga lakin aaj tak koi printer ki problem solve nahin ho paya. approx ek month ho gaya mere bahut nuksan ho raha isliye is par dhayan de . aur printer ke replacment karke new printer avilable karyan. nahin to hame majbooran consumer forum me complaint karna padega.

          Hello, My self Pranav Khatwa from Bhilwara (Rajasthan). sir with due respect I had purchased a hp laptop (Hp Pavilion 15-N209 TX) on[protected] from your Hp Dealer (Tech Point ''G-9, Fatah Tower, Nagori Ganden, Bhilwara -311001) . When I had Purchased this laptop that time one offer of their was in 999 Rs. offer . In that offer some items of their that is that Hp 2.0 Speaker's, Hp Head phone, Hp Wireless mouse, Hp Pen drive . This items had come in BLUE Dart Agency in BHILWARA. But They Coudn't given me these items on my address so i inquired in BLUE Dart Agency .So they were saying that you wrote your wrong address that's way we coudn't given your items. So thay said me that your items sent again in Hp Company on[protected]. So they said me that you should inquire on whereas you purchased your lap top.So i had gone hp dealer but they were not responding me in this case. So sir please I want say you that with respect that you please send me my all items on this new address " ( UPASNA, E 16, MOTINAGAR SANGANER ROAD, BHILWARA, RAJASTHAN "). So I wish that you will send me my items earlier.

            I purchased hp omini10 before 4 months. I was got wrong information from the seller. I purchased a tablet Hp omini10, from Reliance digital shop kolar road Bhopal M.P on 22nd September 2014. They give me wrong information about the product and I was visiting service center since November they didn't told the problem after the 3months they told about the problem. Now they are telling me that you have to bye the software for Rs.2500. I'm a student and not possible for me to buy it. It was submitted by me since 12 Jan. 2015. The service center is not ready to listing my problem they are all just telling that we can't do any thing you have to purchased it. The policy is not mentioned in the warranty card. Please tell me that what can I do for this.

              I have bought a HP laptop on august 2013 and I paid 2000 RS. Extra because I was getting extention on warranty, but now when i wanted my laptop to get repaired i went to the service center and there they told me it doesn't have any accidental warranty which was only for 1 yr, ok... and it covers normal warranty, but that wont be applied on your damage as its not having more then 5 pixels on screen and its physical damage is not covered hence for repairs you have to pay. now, I just want to know that for what i have paid extra 2000 rs. for extension of warranty, if it doesn't apply on everything i need, it would have been better to pay without warranty. even I have to struggle a lot to know about the warranty and all customer care was not clear nether any one was telling me what to do and where to contact, when I finely came to know and asked to let me speak to senior technician to know whether I should wait to get 5 pixel on screen from 3 or shall i damage it my self to get the screen repaired, there was only one answer that ma'am we don't cover it under our policy ok if your policies doesn't cover adapter or battery or physical damage but getting pixel on screen is really a serious damage which is not physical and it should be repaired and covered under warranty. i have used dell laptop for more then 5 yrs and i never came across such a serious problem in that dell laptop I had only one year warranty but it never had such a damage please kindly check your products they are really very non durable.

              Same story. I have a hp J120tx notebook (Rs 67000) with stuck pixels which means a 1.5 inch bright spot. I have ADP cover for 3 years but HP India says that they won't cover it unless there are +5 stuck pixels.

              In case you get any positive response from HP India, please do post here. It will help other users also.

                Hi, I have brought a HP product 3 months back, Slate7 Voice tab. I got an update automatically few days back stating upgrade of android version to KITKAT. After proceeding with the update my tablet is not getting switched on since then. I went to HP forum to find out a solution and could see a few options. I did try all of them but even then no success.Lastly I called up the customer care to seek help from technical support team which responded as if they are least bothered about the issue and asked me to move to service center even without listening to my issue. I was trying to seek an online help since the service center is 400kms from my town to visit. The fix provided by the technical support team was incomplete and inappropriate. This issue is caused by HP and HP should take care of the products not working fine. I request you to help me fix my issue and get it done asap.

                  This is with reference to my Tablet HP10, I bought it on flip kart in July14. It had a problem in November 14 and I have given it at HP service center in the same month(Jabil Center, Pune).It took more than one month for service to repair it.After many follow up I got it repaired . After receiving it, I tried installing the apps again on it.At that time, I came to know that Google play is disappeared from the tablet during repair at HP service center?? I talked to HP online customer care but they were not able to help me and suggested to go back to service center. I tried calling service center, but no body was picking up the call. Finally with the help of Mr. Prashant Patil, I could get through and talked to Vishal again.He was unable to help me online and asked me to come to service center again. I have handed over the tablet 3.1.15 to Vishal. From that day, again the same follow up started and even after calling many times; till date I could not get my tablet back. Every time I call Vishal, he says it is not done and he will update me in few hours.However he never calls me back???                       I have purchased HP photos mart M425 Digital Camera. The on/off switch button is not working. I have been approaching/enquiring or trying to catch up HP Service Centre for rectification. All the authorised service centres are doing services only for Printers, Computers and laptops. SINCE IT IS HP PRODUCT, I WOULD LIKE TO REPAIR ONLY IN AUTHORISED SERVICE CENTRE. I FIND THERE IS NO AUTHORISED SERVICE CENTRE IS DOING CAMERA SERVICE. I would like to know why HP company is servicing the camera when they sell cameras. Please give me proper HP authorised service centre in Chennai for doing the service.If the company does not have any authorised service centre for camera then what I have to do. Better you please compensate/ reimburse the cost of the camera.

                        I purchased HP inkadvantage 1515 all in one printer at M/s soundry sysetems in chennai on 23-July 2014. Immly I applied for free gift redemption and got the redemption registration and coupon also. But while applying i got mail from redemption support that serial no. is not available in the Invoice eventhoug it is very much available. I tried writing to them several times and finally i got tired. SO I NEED MY FREE GIFT AS COMMITTED BY HP.

                          I bought this laptop only one month ago.Yesterday i was working on it.Then shut it down to take my dinner.When i came back and switched it on, the laptop was started and then as the first screen appears, it did normally and asked the password.I gave it.But then after entering the password, when the windows screen appeared, it was blank and only the curser was working.I shut it down and restarted it, but for no avail.Please help me solve this problem.

                            regarding sir, this about a problem i am having with my hp pavilion p6000 desktop product no-BZ613AA#AC serial no-INA110VZ7C model no-p6730in my system is dead 20 days ago i complain my first comp. no-[protected] ensure support services boring road patna he cant solve my problem than i complain 2nd time my second comp. no-[protected] he changed my system motherboard than system is on but not properly worked.when the system starts the hp logo is not displayed and boot starts running on the screen.without my permission my case is closed.than again third time i complain my comp. no-[protected] date-29/01/2015.i request to you please sort out my problem.Thank you Avinash kumar

                                Sir, Dy.CMM/South Western Railway/hubli has placed orders for supply of 9 computers to Sr.DFM/SWR/Mysore vide On line P.O. No.52.14.5164.2.69047 dated 25/08/2014 Similarly 2 PCs are yet to be supplied to Sr.DFM/SWR/Mysore againste P.O No.[protected] date 26/05/2014 (both the P.O.s are placed by Stores/SWR/Hubli). We are very unhappy regarding non supply of P.C. and the response by your company also. Please arrange to supply 9 computes immediately to us.                                   I bought a hp notebook on July '13 for Diwali Offer, hp stated you'll get a offer of additional 2 years extended warranty once you register the product in hp website, I registersed and got the confirmation email. After a year if face few usb port issues with the notebook. It was 1 year & 1 month old, I contacted hp support they collected all the details and informed the product was out of warranty. I explained about the offer they said for these offer we have to register in some special portal, which was not mentioned anywhere. I tried escalating the issue with the next level, they asked for the invoice and an ID proof for mine, provided the same to them, Again they came up the same answer. The answer given by them was not at in a professional way, it was very hard to understand those one word answers. It is very bad customer support by HP, how can they expect us to register in a special portal which was not mentioned nowhere, I registered and got the confirmation. They user to keep on spamming our mailbox with their newsletters & product promotions but no worry to provide proper details to user. This is clearly showing they are trying to make customer fool by giving false promotions.

                                    Not soon enough when I bought HP Slate 7 voice tab, it started to have charging issues cause the charging port on the tab wasn't functioning right. Left it at their service center for 5 days before it was fixed and I thought that it is the end of my worries but I was wrong. Last Sunday, I got a message from HP asking me to update the OS to Android 4.4.2...well obediently I did...and it screwed the tab. Not sure how is this even possible but after the update and reboot, the video on the tab went crazy with lines on the left half. Well I did a factory restore which took 2.5 hours compare to earlier times when it just took 15 mins max. Well that didn't help either. What were my options...had to take it to the HP service center...they said its a H/W issue...well then fix it as its still under warranty. I was to get it in 3 days but got it back in 4 days. I collected the tab from the service center, checked the display, they had replaced it and didn't use it till today morning and HP had to live up-to their expectations the VOICE ISNT WORKING...when I call, I have to now switch to speaker to talk to the person and the ear piece hasn't got any sound. Such a HORRIBLE and PATHETIC service. Not to mention the calls I had to make to follow up to check on the status and EVERY PROMISE THEY MADE TO CALL ME BACK WAS A PROMISE IN THIN AIR CAUSE THEY DID.

                                      This about a problem I am having with my HP Pavillion Laptop Product No- LQ457PA, DV6-6016TX SERIAL NO.:- 5CH1110DS7, that I repaired primary at Aforeserve.com Ltd., 1/7/14 AND Secondary at Jabil Global Service India Pvt. Ltd. on 4/10/2014 both of Pune, Maharashtra. Unfortunately, Service was not performed at all for the first time because even after paying 14k for the change of motherboard I still had a faulty motherboard in my laptop. So I went again and they replaced it for free but still faulty motherboard. I am requesting company to resolve the problem.
