HELLO MAM/SIR, FEW DAYS BACK WE PURCHASED A BLACK INK CARTRIDGE FROM A SHOP NAMED CARTRIDGE CARE LACATED IN SHIVAJI NAGAR, PUNE.IT IS NOT GIVING PRINT PROPERLY WE ASKED THE SHOP PERSON TO REPLACE THE CARTRIDGE HE IS NOT READY TO LISTEN ALSO ANYTHING. HE STATED THAT WE DIRECTLY HAVE TO CONTACT HP EVEN FOR SMALL SMALL PROBLEMS THEY ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY ISSUES RELATED TO ANY PRODUCTS, THIS IS THE WORST AND VERY IRRESPONSIBLE ATTITUDE SHOWN. IF AS HE SAID IS THE PROCEDURE TO BE FOLLOWED TO RECTIFY ANY PROBLEM FACED BY CUSTOMERS THEN PLZ SOLVE THE PROBLEM ASAP AS OUR PROJECT WORK IS PENDING BECUASE OF THAT DEFECTIVE PRODUCT PROVIDED BY HP, HEREWITH I HAVE ATTACHED THE BILL AS WELL. SO PLZ RECTIFY THE PROBLEM ASAP.

    Hello Sir/ Madam It has been atleast 1 month i have logged a complaint for the desktop. There has been no reply by mail or phone regarding my complaints and additionally the attitude is being shown as if we made a big mistake by purchasing the hp product. Kindly look into the problem and resolve as soon as possible.

      Sir/Madam, For past 4-5 days, i have been calling every day to HP regarding my windows activation issue.(every 10 mins a pop up shows " windows about to expire") PC settings show my windows will expire on 16th Dec if activation not done. 1. On the first day i was told to update the windows and install it, i did that 2. on second day i was send a link to update bios, i did that but no use. 3. on the third day i talked over 50 mins on phone and some thing was installed through command prompt.nothing happened so than customer executive remotely accessed my computer again installed some files and told me to call next day. 4. next day i was told to take backup on an external disk, and my system was restored, still nothing happened. After all this mental trauma and huge loss of work and time, today i decided to connect with Microsoft people. 5. Now they asked "please ask HP for your product key" for you pre-installed windows. They should provide it" 6. the Microsoft executive checked my system for key and suggested that the current key is only a trial version or test key and that is why this problem is persisting. Sir/ Madam this is a new laptop, and i have been so tensed and now i am loosing patience. Your executives give time and then they just don't call, even if they do it is not on suggested time slot. I request you to kindly resolve this matter ASAP. Please arrange a call back today between 9 AM to 11 AM, with a senior person who can answer all queries.           Reference to our Complaint made on 1.12.14 regarding non - functioning of Wi-fi in HP LAPTOP (Model 15r-014Tx Notebook), but sorry to inform you that till date our problem is stand still.

          Our problem is handling by HP telephonically only through their remote system, but our problem is stand still. HP has informed that they will depute their engineer to attend the same but till date no engineer has visited to resolve our problem. Is this is the way HP a reputed organisation handling their customer complaint?

          We once again request you to look into the matter and instruct the concerned to resolve our complaint so that Wi-fi can function in our above said Laptop.

          Pls treat the matter as MOST URGENT.

            I Sahil Kaundal S/O SH. Mast Ram would like to bring your attention towards the laptop which i have purchased from HP. I had purchased a laptop i.e. HP ENVY DV6 7207tx around 2 years back on 28/11/2 I012. And starting from the purchase of my laptop I started facing problems with it. Neither its card reader worked nor the USB PORTS. I visited the service centre and they solved the problem o[censored]SB ports. Yet card reader never worked. Same problem was with the cooling system. I told the HP service centre about it, but they never contacted me about the cooling system. Now during this period my warranty was over. So i have to pay. And heating problem was always there. Now talking about the display, there were always some lines on the screen, when i visited the HP service centre they told me that it is display problem. So guys as warranty period was over.. So i have to pay. Conclusion is like that in within a year each and every part of my laptop was defective. And please don't ask about the battery backup, it was never more than 1.5 hours.. And now it is also gone. I have given more than 62000 Rs. On it. And what i got was a defective piece.. And recent news is this that it is not turning on. When i contacted the HP Service the guy there told me that this is motherboard related problem. Just tell me what should i do.. Even after spending 62000 i got a piece of crap. Which Have stopped working within 2 years of purchase. And by the way i belongs from a low income family and this laptop have created a big mess. I am Architecture student. And i have to use this for daily purpose. I don't have money to spend more on this. I am writing to you for the help. I don't have money for repairs. Sometimes i think that the decision of purchasing HP Laptop was a big mistake. > That to of 62000. Sir pls reply to my post or else should i visit the consumer court.               I purchased HP Pavilion Touchsmart 23-f202in all-in-one Desktop PC a year ago, it has perfectly worked for 1 year and suddenly the motherboard got damaged for some reason. HP technician said it has been burnt and need to be replaced (for which they have provided quotation of around Rs. 20, 000). Not sure what caused this, I am using surge protector and APC UPS. I believe this might be due to the parts used in HP desktop may not be of good quality. Whatever is the case, the expensive desktop has became useless just after a year use.

All the time from call center i am getting promise of support and call arrange from service center but in last 4 months i have not received a single call from HP.                   Dear Sir / Madam, I have purchased a HP Omni 10.1 Tab on 14Apr 2014. Within 2 months of purchase the touch screen has stopped working and also the speaker. I have lodged a complaint and I was advised to meet the Service center, Maha electronics in Mysore. The touch screen got replaced within couple of days. But the Speaker was not replaced. The service engineer informed me that the speaker has been ordered and will be replaced soon. The device was with the Service center till Aug 2nd week. But the speaker issue was not resolved. WHen I raised the issue of the dealy, the device was handed over to me without solving the speaker issue and i was adviced to me that the speaker is not avaialble and will be delayed and I was asked to wait till the speaker arrives. later I raised the complaint through Online support and again I was asked to visit the same service center. But When I visited, I got the same reply from them. Then After series of complaints, my request finally my complaints reached the customer relation office. But now they are saying there is NO REFERENCE ORDER order for the Speaker raised form the service center and they are telling me that now they have registered the complaint. This shows that the HP's service center has not followed the standard process. Because of HP's mistake why I have to suffer. Now the HP customer relation officer is arguing with me about that this case is open only from 2 weeks. This is pure misleading from HP. See First of all the HP product is not performing well and over that the HP company's commitment to customer concerns is poor. Now who will help us. I hope this customer concerns forum help us a lot.                     I Have purchased Laser jet printer MFP M128fw from your authorized dealer Adarsh Computer Nagpur on 24 July 2014. From the begining Xerox from this printer was very faint. We complaint about this to Adarsh computer, we took our printer to their showroom to show them but they told us that this is in built fault of this printer. We bought this priter because it has got coppier, fax and printer facility. If we are not getting the coppier facility properly then the company should remove this facility from the printer.                       Hi Team I am Darshan Dhruv purchaed new laptop Hp Pavillion 15-077tx on the 28 Oct 2014 from Pune Hp Store 'Kodape Enterprises' and the executive and told me about the diwali offer from HP i.e 2000 Mytra Voucher 1 year subcription of Macfee antivirus 2 ticket from Book My Show for 12 months and 2 years exted warrety etc ... and alo told me that the registration can be done before 30 Nov 2014. And on 15 while registrating for the offer came to know that the offer last date was 1 Nov 14 . Since the hp store executive guided me wrongly my offer is wasted .Kindly help me with the offer redemtion on the priority basis .. Thanks Darshan Dhruv [protected]

                        Sir, 1. After purchasing the laptop i facing the bluetooth problem, that means i could not transfer data through bluetooth to one device to another device. 2. Regarding the same problem i visited to HP Service centre (three times) and deposited laptop in service Centre (reference Job sheet No 651 dt 25 Oct 14.) than they informed me issue has been solved i collected the laptop and checked the problem at home. i facing same problem again. I again visited HP Customer Centre 2nd time (reference Job Sheet No 3126 dt 28 Oct 14) that time they assured me this time problem surely resolved, they conveyed me wifi kit is faulty and same replaced by Service Centrre. again i collected and same problem i faced than 3rd time (reference Job Sheet No 5123 dt 18 Nov 14) i visited service centre than finaly they confirm me mother board of laptop is faulty and order will be placed by service centre and when they recieve mother board they will change it but not confirmed by them the issue is being solved or not. I wastaged lot off time for reparing this Laptop. Please issue me new Laptop. ------other details[protected] Add Service Centre were i submitted laptop. HP Jabil Service Centre, Sanas memories, Pune.                             My HP Voice Tab Slate 6 not working. Signal is dropping frequently and though it shows full signal strength while dialing it saying out of service area. I have given it for servicing at Maha electronics Jayanagar Bangalore (HP authorized service center) and they took 10 days to repair it.They said they replaced the board and fixed the problem. But still I am facing the same issue. Also HP sold this Tab for higher price (Rs.17000) and now it selling it for just Rs.9999. May I know what is the next step and product has warranty till 2015.                                   I had purchased HP brand desktop PC model no. P6 2357 IN and serial no. INA317PVSW and HP LED monitor SN- 6cm31121K9 on 16/06/2013. The cnnecting DVI cable was damaged and have ben replaced by a new one. But since then the Monitor not receiving any signal. As the computer is in warenty, please do the needful urgently.                                       Hi CS Team HP, We have two printer HP LJ 600 M 602 (product S, No Is CNCXG35LLH) and Leaser enterprises M806 (Product S.No. Is JPCXG7WB83) we log the complement for for the HP LJ 600 M 602 the case no Is [protected]-471 as per the engineering visited and says that your power supply is irregular and till the issue will not resolve he is not repair the same and not install the M806, , and also says that it will run on only on raw power not on ups, sir/madem -- i like to bring in your notice that our office is in Malviyanagar Industrial area Jaipur, Rajasthan and the the complex have the Transformer and the Transformer is running on it highest capacity to bring high tension line to lowest volts and the output of the same will be 240 to 245 volts if your printer are not run on this power then i like to suggest you people to please sand you engineer first to checked the voltage first before sailing of the printers and if they are not satisfied with the voltage then you will not sale the same to any client it will make an harassment to the client who brought the printer of HP to use like us we have two printer at our premises but still not able to take print as per our requirement, i hope from you to have a solution for the same Thanks & Regards Manish Srivastava Assistant Manager – Hub & Line-haul Mother Hub (FKMP) W s Retails Services Pvt Ltd.– Jaipur. This printer having a problem on 04/11/2014, i informed to Trium Lap World service Engineer MR.Karikalan, He sent His service engineer He said this printer having a technical problem, so i bring the printer to my office after problem solve i will be given to you, he promised it will take within two days. Till now he is not solve the problem and he is not response to us, i think your company service is worst or the dealer service is worst i don't understand i believe this hp service is good, please please consider my query and will give the solution to me as soon as earlier.
