The installation was done by this organisation only, out of this one computer system HP compaq pro 6305 bearing Sl No.INA 438 SS2M, product No.K3Q97PC # ACJ is not working/opening.                   Hi Team HP, On 12th Feb'2014, I committed a mistake of buying a HP laptop to gift to my brother in law. I my sel[censored]sing Apple & Acer, trust it's been >1 Yr and both these laptops are operational flawless but seems HP has serious issue with the quality of product. Since the first day itself my brother in law is complaining that the respond time of this machine is pathetically bad, it gets hung up in b/w. Mouse pad has stopped working. What is this ??? Did I pay you to give me a crab which will work like heck. Team, trust me this is a hit on my reputation, a gift given to family & getting this kind of feedback is never tolerable.                   I purchased hp laptop in Nov. 2011 for Rs. 35000/. from Gajendra Electronics, Varanasi. After crossing warranty period of 1 year, it began to give trouble. First key board was shot which I have to replace and now a new trouble it is giving. It overheats and shuts down just 15 minutes after start. The service centre diagnosed that its mother- board has crashed which would cost around Rs. 8000/- So I have no choice but to go to consumer Courts for remedy as HP company has not specified that its laptop would work only for one year nor am i a fool to spend bags of money to purchase such inferior product,

                    i have purchased the inkjet printer from reliance vorian mall on 1.12.14. The same is not working right from the begining. The reliance perple refer the case fo customer serice centre Msha electronics at jayanagar. the probelem was not c;eared bythem. The matter was broght to the notice of reliance perople. They have suggested to book a compliant with the h.p and obtain the D/Y certificate from the replacement of the same. I trquest upi tp send ypur authorised representative to check the problem and isssue to the certificate to replace the printer with reliance perople.

                        Good day Sir, We (Tamilnadu Polytechnic College) are one of the well known Govt. Polytechnic colleges in Southern Tamilnadu. Last year we had purchased HP system named HP Pro 3330 Micro Tower and its serial # INA410V4GB and Product # GOE17PA#ACJ and its OS is Windows 8. The complaint is that the system is not booting and we approached your dealers and the technician has come to our premises and has done the drive test and he told that the the drive has failed to boot up and has given an idea to contact you. I hereby state that the product is under warranty coverage and I request you to give a solution for this trouble at the earliest as possible. Next two days are holidays for our institution and so you please make a call on Monday(15.12.2014) after 10:30 am. Our official work is severely getting affected due to this ..

                          I bought a HP Pavilion 15- p 077 TX NB PC just about a month back. From the very beginning the USB ports on the LEFT side (Motherboard side) were non functional. I registered a complaint on line under case ref No -[protected]. The engineer reported on 11 Dec 14. On examination the on site engineer has reported that the problem lies with the motherboard. Also, while the laptop was being opened by him the body case has developed a crack which was not there earlier. The same has been indicated in the service call report by me. Since, the laptop is brand new and has not been used at all. Major defect in the machine which requires a change of motherboard is not acceptable under any circumstances. I expect the company will appreciate the problem empathetically and replace the product on immediate basis. Trusting the company's credentials, I have even taken an additional two years warranty too.                                     Hi, I have bought a HP slate 6 voice tab from snapdeal.com () and after 15 days it had problem with wifi we went to the nearest service center and the guy there suggested that this handset needs to be replace and please contact the vendor form where we have purchased. When I speak to snapdeal they say we only cater to replacement within 7 days and moving forward its between the consumer and the company.                                       Hi, This is to inform you that i bought a HP Laptop Product name:HP 15 Notebook PC Product number:J2C54PA#ACJ in the month of august.. since then i am facing lot of issues with the Wifi Internet connection & games. I have raised a lot of cases in hp support but noone actually helped to sort this issue out. Case No.s # [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected] ... No action has been taken so far about this trouble. Sometimes they have done recovery of my laptop due to which i lost all the data & files & they install the graphics drivers which was really important for me.Till now i am not able to play games due to video card & also Wifi connection didnot work.Even twice during the conversion with hp support staff ; they said i am appointing an engineer for this concern & he will come to your home & fix the issue however till now noone turned up. Believe me i am really very very dissatisfied with HP Support & laptop because when you spend 45, 000/- rs for a new laptop then you expect the laptop to work great but in ths situation i am disappointed about the HP Laptops & probably i am not going to buy anymore hp products in future even though i will strictly inform my all relatives & friends not to buy the hp products. Please do something about the same & help me sort this out.

HE STATED THAT WE DIRECTLY HAVE TO CONTACT HP EVEN FOR SMALL SMALL PROBLEMS THEY ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY ISSUES RELATED TO ANY PRODUCTS, THIS IS THE WORST AND VERY IRRESPONSIBLE ATTITUDE SHOWN. IF AS HE SAID IS THE PROCEDURE TO BE FOLLOWED TO RECTIFY ANY PROBLEM FACED BY CUSTOMERS THEN PLZ SOLVE THE PROBLEM ASAP AS OUR PROJECT WORK IS PENDING BECUASE OF THAT DEFECTIVE PRODUCT PROVIDED BY HP, HEREWITH I HAVE ATTACHED THE BILL AS WELL. SO PLZ RECTIFY THE PROBLEM ASAP.
