i thought to purchase a high configuration laptop which could give me support up to next 5 year. so i purchased 15-K004TX paying a sum of 63, 000. from bhavnagar (city) Gujarat State). on 11th Aug 2014 at 6:00 pm.on the next day i found that there was some issue with the Touch pad, so i complaint the customer care on 12th Aug itself.the complaint for forwarded. as i had to back up my data from old laptop and start using the new one. day by day i started using the features available in the laptop. i found that the application of windows were not functioning.on 19th i received a call from a lady executive around 5-7pm. during this call i mentioned the problem of sound. this model say 2 speaker and one sub-woofer was not producing enough volume. she said a technician would visit and solve the problem.I then contacted Microsoft regarding the windows app problem, they trouble shooter and said the windows is corrupted and asked me to contact HP as the windows is a OEM. so i called hp and asked for a recovery. By the mean time i started facing a problem with 1. USB ( external hard drive and printer suddenly droops the connection with USB). the same Hard drive and Printer are detected in other USB drive2. Bluetooth ( Sending images from my Samsung Galaxy Note 3 fails and the Bluetooth of Laptop looses the connection).3. Geoforce not running.as the engineer was already appointed i waited for the engineer and recovery disc. thinking that it will be a software problem and will be solved after recovery.i received a call from Hp engineer on 21st.so i asked to wait as the Recovery disc was ordered and we had to run a recovery. so on 26th the engineer came and run the recovery. the recovery process was over. after starting the windows In his presence the hard drive connected to USB stopped detecting. the time was around 8:30 and i had to go home. so the engineer suggested that we will try to update the USB driver and this may solve the problem. the next day a got a link for driver from the engineer and i tried it. but again the same problem. there was no chance in the Bluetooth issue and the USB Issue.so i again contacted hp customer care and now started wasting my time in cooperating and still thinking that its just some software issue. the executive took remote excess and tried installing drives and software related to Bluetooth and Ge Force Experience ( showing error: Ge force encountered an error and must close". but all gone in waste. now the executive say they need to replace the bluetooth device. and in 3 days the engineer will come with parts and replace. there was also a problem with USB. and now it was confirmed that the problem is hardware and not software.i wasted lots of my time holding telephone & mobile and giving my support to solve the problem. due to which i am not able to give my time to My Export business. so instead of wasting more time i asked the executive to replace the laptop. so again getting call from Hp support Mr. fayez hassen. escilating the case for DOA. on 4th Engineer came and i again showed him the problem of Bluetooth and UsB & Ge Force. i also made him talk with Fayez hassen. and confirmed that the problem is related to motherboard and its hardware.Details:[protected]: CASE NUMBER : [protected]On 21st the Recovery disc was dispatched.[protected]: Case ID # [protected] (multiple issue).Bios updated on[protected]: Case Id-[protected]‏ Fayaz HassenCustomer Relations Case Manager[protected] : ADV) Case ID # [protected]and last on[protected] i received a call from Mr.Fayaz Hassen ( Customer Relations Case Manager )saying the reply he got from DOA Team is "as there was no complain done regarding hardware from your side the laptop can't be replaced". hp can just replace the defective parts.It was my Goodness and my cooperation and the time that i gave you thinking its a software problem. But this was the worst reply i got from HP. the taking the benefit of a loophole.I believe in maintaining relation as i request to take proper steps regarding this. i am just tired of this laptop and just can't waste more time on this. its now impacting on my business. once again i request you to provide me a replacement of laptop. as its a defective piece or either a refurnished one. i hope hp will work on customer relationship and do the needful process.last reply i got from hp:[protected]New Case -- [protected])As per above case - We can only have the part replace in under warranty. DOA team has already rejected this case, we offer for Part replacement in warranty, but u r not agreeing, so hence we are close this case. worst company.

my suggestion to other buyer dont by HP Product... wastage of time and money.

    I have visited your two service outlets at CTC Hyderabad. They quoted laptop initially 27000 and when i went to buy they asked 29500. Later they told that 27k laptop is out of stock. They told me to wait for 2 hours before that. i wasted my Day. It is my worst experience with laptops and I will suggest everyone to don't buy any HP laptops. As these guys are saying that quad core is better than i3. There are lot of misguiding information, like they are saying you can install mac on this laptop. Super pathetic experience of my life. I know, even know one is listening. And the worst thing about Hp is everyone is cheat, that is why these guys have not authorized Amazon, Snapdeal etc. Sites because they give best price without misguiding info. I am writing this info for others as may be they will save there time and not go for HP.

                poor performance
                Very poor quality material is used in its building. The hinges of my screen have broken off in normal use. It didn't fall down or didn't suffer any blunt trauma. They just wore off and broke away.
                Even the speakers stopped working after a week or so. Very very disappointed with HP for pushing a below par laptop to the consumers. I'm never buying from HP again and even tell other not to.

                                    Hi Team HP, On 12th Feb'2014, I committed a mistake of buying a HP laptop to gift to my brother in law. I my sel[censored]sing Apple & Acer, trust it's been >1 Yr and both these laptops are operational flawless but seems HP has serious issue with the quality of product. Since the first day itself my brother in law is complaining that the respond time of this machine is pathetically bad, it gets hung up in b/w. Mouse pad has stopped working. What is this ??? Did I pay you to give me a crab which will work like heck. Team, trust me this is a hit on my reputation, a gift given to family & getting this kind of feedback is never tolerable. To judge the quality & working of this machine I mysel[censored]sed it for 2 days & the end result is "hats off to my brother-in-law who is bearing this device since eternity" I don't need repair, revamp, change/replacement of any part.                                     I purchased hp laptop in Nov. 2011 for Rs. 35000/. from Gajendra Electronics, Varanasi. After crossing warranty period of 1 year, it began to give trouble. First key board was shot which I have to replace and now a new trouble it is giving. It overheats and shuts down just 15 minutes after start. The service centre diagnosed that its mother- board has crashed which would cost around Rs. 8000/- So I have no choice but to go to consumer Courts for remedy as HP company has not specified that its laptop would work only for one year nor am i a fool to spend bags of money to purchase such inferior product,

                                      i have purchased the inkjet printer from reliance vorian mall on 1.12.14. The same is not working right from the begining. The reliance perple refer the case fo customer serice centre Msha electronics at jayanagar. the probelem was not c;eared bythem. The matter was broght to the notice of reliance perople. They have suggested to book a compliant with the h.p and obtain the D/Y certificate from the replacement of the same. I trquest upi tp send ypur authorised representative to check the problem and isssue to the certificate to replace the printer with reliance perople.
