Complaint No. [protected] Name Akash Singh Visit of engineer at my place was on 20/03/15 and i was said that there will be a feedback given to me on very next day but since now it is 18 days, still no response from your side. I tried calling you a several time, but none of the time my call was answered, from like past 10 days i am trying hard to contact you, but it is not happening and people neither bothered to call me and inform me about my problem The lack of response which you have showed to me, i will take care that it will seriously be a problem for you guyz. I am facing this problem past 2 months. 5 visits of engineer has already taken place but u never came up with a solution to it. This time was the last of any engineer visiting at my place. Now i need a damm replacement as early as possible otherwise i will seriously be talking strict action against HP. Reply me as soon as you receive this mail.

              Dear Sir, I purchased a HP Slate 6 voicetab (6001 ra) on 16th June 2014 bearing IMEI No. [protected]. I have been facing service issues with the phone for more than a month now and despite repeated visits to the service centre my problems have remained as it was. Initially my phone stopped working and would not start. It was taken to the service centre on 21-Feb-15. It was delivered to me after around 10 days. However i noticed that now the phone had a different issue. Being a dual sim phone, it would lose network at the same time in both the SIM cards. Only solution was each time I had to restart the phone after the networks were lost (which was like repeating every hour or so). I took it to the service centre the 2nd time on 16-Mar-15. The phone was handed over to me after work done instantly (which did not solve my problem), after a software downgrade (from Android Kitkat to Jellybean). However the problem was still there. I took the phone for the 3rd time on 28-Mar-15 and deposited the phone. They called me on 31st March asking me to visit them on 1st April 2015, however when i went there, the problem was still there and they again have asked today. i.e. 1st April 2015, , that i need to wait for another 5 to 7 days to get the phone as they would be changing some parts. I wish to state that I have purchased the phone to use it and not to keep it at the service centre and visit them 4 times a month. Being a professional (chartered accountant by profession) I do have work to do and a very challenging job and hence do not have the time to keep visiting the service centre every alternate day, that too within 8 months of buying the phone (still in warranty period). This is a test of patience and I am very sorry to say that the quality of service given by a globally renowned brand is very very poor and is very much hampering my personal and professional life. In case of future problems the service centre will ask me to visit them, but what about the time and the effort I am having to put and the problems I am facing for this. I therefore request you to replace my phone at the earliest. The 3 service requests have been attached herein for your action. The recent service request is still open and the phone is now with the service centre (as has been for most of the time during the last month). I expect to hear from you at the earliest.                 I bought an HP Slate 7 VoiceTab through snapdeal. The device is so pathetic that I was not even use it perfectly for a single day. So far have visited the service center 3 times. Two times for camera and 1 time for touch issue. Today only I got the device back from center after the repairing done by support centers but only to discover that the keyboard touch is not working. I am so upset and feeling cheated after purchasing the device that I don't want to use this crap for even a single more day. All I want the money back. I have spent 500 bucks to go to the center but all in vain.

                    I have ought the hp dreamscreen 400 on 4/2/2011, for the price if 21, 000 rupees.as my computer is stopped working now.due to the failure of CPU fan.as I requested to the company to provide me the fan to get it replaced .But the company as well as the authorised service centre is unable to provide me the particular part.due to which my compuTer is down.so as a customer my complain is that, if just after 4 years company would not be able to provide me the part than where will customer go.its a cheating with customers.kindly help.

                        Dear Authorities, I have Purchased a HP slate 7 voice tab 6102ra from Flipkart on 14 July 2014 (it's serial no. is-6CY42023K2)and within a month many problems arose in the tablet and when I have contact your customer care executive they have only one solution of resetting the tablet even if I told that I have done reset then also they have suggested again the same that don't even register my complaint. After writing a mail only you have provided me the address of HP service center which I have visited several times but I am not able to find it as it remains close before that's why I have contacted customer care executive again and when I have said to them that please transfer my call to your right authority/technical person then your senior executive has registered my complaint and escalated it to customer relation team and Your CRT team executive Mam lakshmi ramesh is looking after my case now but I am not getting a satisfactory solution by her also. I have given my tablet to your service center many times but they are not even able to understand the problem that are encountering in my tablet. Your engineer who have checked my tablet has said to me that “we are unable to find out the problem as it is working fine under our supervision". I have received my tablet again from Roorkee service center & same time I have shown them the same problems has occur that are previously in it. that's why I have thought to contact you instead of contacting your service center engineer. When I have given it for repairing last time with token no. - 158968 on [protected] and received on[protected] they have said that they have update the image because there are problems in the operating system of the tablet at the time of receiving . when I have asked them & my tablet was at service center then they have told to me that there is problem in its motherboard, we have made a order of it and it takes 3-4 days for a part to arrive but at the time of receiving when I have asked them with respect to this mater they have said that we have not even said a single word with respect to motherboard so I just want to say that it is a very wrong practise of giving false report to the customers. There are many problems in my tablet like problems in touch, in mobile network, in battery, in charger and also having hanging problem. I have attached many screen shots of mobile network problem which arose when mobile data is turned on and battery capacity/duration of working problem. So, now I am tired of my tablet which is full of problems as your engineers are not able to short out the problems that's why I want a full replacement of my tablet with a new one because I am fed up of giving my tablet to service center for repairing and receiving it in by adding one more problem/tempered by them.                           Above subject product i bought through ebay on 29 Apr 2014. with all India warranty. Since i live in Aligarh i contacted the hp Authorized service centre in Aligarh on following address..

                          Service Provider is asking me to pay Rs 450 and is not ready to issue any receipt for that.
                          Since product is still under warranty, its supposed to be serviced free since its not even a damage and its only a technical problem. hp in Aligarh is sidelining the consumer Laws of India completely.

                          I want hp not only to sort our my problem immediately but also take strict action its authorized service provide

                            Bos it' s common practice of HP even I have similar grievance's with HP Here is what they have to say for their faulty parts .
                            1. They are very keen to get new orders, but will never provide proper support for that
                            They are doing good in US but in India they follow & think that we don't know anything & what ever they want to do they can do B'cos our Indian laws are not equipped with that force to help consumers.
                            I'was convinced to buy new adapter for my ENVY Ultra book as the adapter malfunctioned resulting in damage to my smartphone the repair of the same cost me INR 5000/-
                            Now when I've ordered new one from HP site on 8-Apr-15 it's still not shipped.
                            The irony is that what online support offered me was INR 7200/- for adapter & online on HP website its INR[protected]/- .

                              It is to inform that I got my gas booked on 23rd March through autamated booking system against consumer no.623887. But the gas cylinder has not been delivered so far nor any information has been received about . It is to mention that I got my consumer no. Linked with my SBI a/c.on 20th jan.2015 with the distributor.

                                Hello, I had a printer Hp deskjet F4200 series, which is not working in my computer which i had upgraded from vista to vista ultimate 64, which is not working to my pc. Is there option in which my printer should work without any changes.

                                  I have done a complaint for our printer. Details as below Case ID: [protected]//CASE-5180058. I received a message in my no stating that my complaint has been assigned to the Thane service centre. After few hrs I recived a call from Thane Centre saying that my complaint has been forwarded to the Vashi Centre as Vashi is near to Airoli. And till now no one has come to repair my Printer. Its been 4 days and we are still waiting .
                                  HP India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

                                    I am Madhumita Naskar lived in Uttar Badra Delhi Road, PO : Italgacha PS - Dum Dum, Kolkata - 700079. My Consumer Number is - 625909 and my Gas Distributor Name is "TAPTRISHA". Today I have received my gas cylender with Cash Memo No - 103226 . There are mentioned a total amount of Rs.646.00 including carring charges but delivery man whos Name is BANGO and he has forcefully collect Rs 670.00 from me with rough behaviour. He said that I have to pay this extra charges (Rs.26) as per Distributor's and if I am not paid this extra ammount then in future it is my resposibility to collect the gas cylinder from the gas distributor's office. Please kindly inform me that Rs.646 is including carring charge or not and if it is including with the carring charge then please take the action against the Distributor and Delivery man.                                       I would like to bring to your notice about the irresponsible Behavior of your employees( Maha electronics Service Center HP ) . I had just purchased a new laptop HP Pavilion. I was not able to lock the battery with the laptop, hence i had raised a complaint with HP Customer care which in turn was diverted to your Service Center. This complaint was lodged on Saturday 21/03/2015 on the same day on which i got the laptop delivered. Today is Friday 27/03/2015 and still i have not received any call from your service person or center. I called to Enquire on Wednesday where a lady called VARNA assisted me informing me that a person called PUNITH will be coming for a visit that day. And till today since i have not got ANY CALL from your people, i had to call them back asking for the status. This lady VARNA was very rude and unprofessional when i asked for the status.She was not ready to listen to what i was telling and ordering me to disconnect the call saying " I WILL CALL BACK IN 10 MINUTES". I have heard HP Provides very good after sales service, but i am very disappointed with this behavior of HP.

                                        TEAM, MY NAME SHADAB PATAIT.I BOUGHT HP PERSONAL DESKTOP ON 27/11/2012.1 MONTH BEFORE IT STOPPED WORKING THROWING ERROR AS ATTACHED.SYSTEM IS STILL UNDER WARRANTY AND I RAISED A CALL IN HP DATE 28 FEB 2015. INVOICE NO: VAS/806915 VOUCHER NO:SLS1352848 CASE: [protected] SERVICE ORDER: [protected] PRODUCT MODEL: QU315AA[protected]IN PRODUCT SR NO: 4CS14503JC 6 DIFFERENT DESKTOP ENGINEERS YOU SEND BUT THEY DID NOTHING OTHER THAN DOING R&D ON MY SYSTEM. THEY TRIED REPLACING ALL PARTS OF THE SYSTEM (M/BORD, RAM, LCD DISPLAY) BUT ALL WENT IN VAIN. ATTACHED ARE THE JOB SHEET OF THE JOB DONE BY EACH ENGG. NONE OF YOUR ENGG IS ABLE TO FIX MY SYSTEM'S ISSU. THEY ARE JUST OPENING THE SYSTEM AND TRYING OUT WITH THEIR SO CALLED KNOWLEDGE WITH WHICH THEY LEFT THE DESKTOP SCREEN WORKING ABNORMALLY. PREVIOUSLY IT WAS SHOWING THE ERROR AT LEAST, I M VERY MUCH DISAPPOINTED WITH THE SERVICE PROVIDED BY HP. I AM NOT REQUESTING YOU TO REPAIR MY SYSTEM BUT REPLACE IT DIRECTLY AND AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.
