Hi.. As per trailing email I'm highly disappointed that HP team is unable to provide me a simple quote for my malfunctioning adapter. First of all I would like to draw your attention towards few facts like :- 1. The adapter which I'm using is a genuine product of HP came along with my laptop (HP ENVY Ultrabook 4-1103tx). 2. As per Consumer Protection Act (CPA - Part 1) the law says "people who are injured by defective products can sue for compensation without having to prove that the manufacturer was negligent. It is merely necessary to prove that the product was defective, and that any injury or damage was most likely caused by the product", currently I've till now did't made up my mind to go for it, however let me inform you that the defect observed with in 3-5 mins of putting the charger in action to AC mains after which I received a severe shock from the body of my laptop at that time my data card & mobile phone was connected to the laptop which in-turn has resulted in damage to my mobile phone which is in the repair shop with the mobile company I can produce the proof of the same if required. After which I investigated first the AC mains which was OK as per standards ~~220 v with proper earthing and resistance value . then only I found out that the adapter was heated up to a temperature of 70-75 deg. c.. Which may have resulted in a fatal accident may be fire or high voltage shock as the device failed to block the flow of current during malfunctioning & fire also. 3. It's my humble request to your team to kindly look into the matter & resolve the issue . 4. In lieu of above facts and trailing emails it's fact proven that I've approached & given enough time to manufacturer to resolve the issue & replace the defective part & I'm free to approach any legal body. However, I'm not demanding any compensation from you for the damages made by the defective product, Kindly resolve issue of adapter for replacement by the end of this week. I once again request you to look into the matter & resolve it on priority. Looking for a affirmative response from your end.

Issue resolved with replacement of another (old, used & faulty adapter too without cord ), but that too was damaged as the product provided was already faulty . I've purchased new one on my own expense. As mentioned Mr. Prateesh from HP called me and the resolution made was not up to he mark as the replacement provided to me was also faulty . Moreover I've bought one adapter with consultation with HP team which is not compatible with my laptop, now again I've to buy a new one so in nut shell I paid double the price for one adapter and that too one is obsolete of no use to me. Further no inspection / health checkup of my laptop done by the team. Overall poor after sales service . One needs to be careful while purchasing HP products . However I resolved my issue on my own but the support from HP is highly poor in all manner.

      Dear sir/mam i purchased a laptop on 16th march 2015 from your authorised dealer name invenio retail technologies pvt ltd ahmedabad. Right from the first day we have noticed some noise in the hard disk area, also the software was lagging.Even the touch pad of the laptop was uneven.One key of the of the key board is loose.I lodged the official complain on 20th march, 2015, which was attended by your service engineer on 26th march 2015 . The problems noticed by the engineer already been forwarded to the respective department by him. Since then i made several telephonic reminder to the concern person, but no action have been taken so far. The serial no of the laptop is 5CD4483MJW and the model no of the laptop is P201TX. For your ready reference i here with attaching the Invoice copy as well as complain receipt. your prompt action in the matter will be highly appreciated.(We require the replacement as soon as possible.)

        Sir, I brought H P Probook 440, Serial No 2CE3440GLV as per ONGC request under 4 year warranty from HP. Twice I complain regarding repairing as all right side USB& Sound ports are not functioning. Today after 15 days your service engineer came to my house, he opened the note book without any result as he was carrying faulty mother board. same thing happened 1st time for repairing of the screen error and able to assembled after 3 visit.             Hi sir this is Yakesh damodar, i brought a HP laptopon october 2013, its worked well upto 2 months, after that it was having automatically hanguots and very over heat issues, about these issues i complaint to HP technical team via chat, they told me nothing to worry while working with grphical applications it'll little bit slow. after one month, i had worried adoubt over heat and slow performence issue, and i sent to it to servicenter which is in MAHA ELECTRONICS, ANNASALAI, CHENNAI. and they solved that issue and gave it to me, after winthin 24hrs, my laptops speakers and Keyboard is gone, agin i sent it to the same service center, they fixed the problem and gave it to, and then next month Hard disc is gone, then nex month again speakers, then again display, like this continuesly multiple issue i was facing, now they are saying my laptop is out of warrenty, but still that issue is not cleared, iam helpless, i have all reciepts which i was faced which type of issues, at when the fixed it, so please help us,

Invoice copy No. 3938dt 5 march 2015 is attached herewith for your ref. May I request acknowledgement of this request and quick action. Pl Note : 1. The initial complaint was logged with the dealer M/s Infosoft (Phone No[protected], Dehradun) on 20th March 2015 and an engineer from his side visited us and later registered the above mentioned complaint on 25th March. 2. That the Machine is the property of M/S PHD Chamber of Commerce and Industry Uttarakhand Chapter. This is highly disappointing that till now there is no response to the request. Given the reputation of the brand HP I really wonder about the customer care standards of the company as perceived by us till now. There is total lull from the customer care and also the dealer from whom we purchased the product. I'm not being able to use the product even after having paid the amount of purchase upfront. Is this the true standard/ Sub standard of service delivery of your company?

                  Complaint No. [protected] Name Akash Singh Visit of engineer at my place was on 20/03/15 and i was said that there will be a feedback given to me on very next day but since now it is 18 days, still no response from your side. I tried calling you a several time, but none of the time my call was answered, from like past 10 days i am trying hard to contact you, but it is not happening and people neither bothered to call me and inform me about my problem The lack of response which you have showed to me, i will take care that it will seriously be a problem for you guyz. I am facing this problem past 2 months. 5 visits of engineer has already taken place but u never came up with a solution to it. This time was the last of any engineer visiting at my place. Now i need a damm replacement as early as possible otherwise i will seriously be talking strict action against HP. Reply me as soon as you receive this mail.

                              Dear Sir, I purchased a HP Slate 6 voicetab (6001 ra) on 16th June 2014 bearing IMEI No. [protected]. I have been facing service issues with the phone for more than a month now and despite repeated visits to the service centre my problems have remained as it was. Initially my phone stopped working and would not start. It was taken to the service centre on 21-Feb-15. It was delivered to me after around 10 days. However i noticed that now the phone had a different issue. Being a dual sim phone, it would lose network at the same time in both the SIM cards. Only solution was each time I had to restart the phone after the networks were lost (which was like repeating every hour or so). I took it to the service centre the 2nd time on 16-Mar-15. The phone was handed over to me after work done instantly (which did not solve my problem), after a software downgrade (from Android Kitkat to Jellybean). However the problem was still there. I took the phone for the 3rd time on 28-Mar-15 and deposited the phone. They called me on 31st March asking me to visit them on 1st April 2015, however when i went there, the problem was still there and they again have asked today. i.e. 1st April 2015, , that i need to wait for another 5 to 7 days to get the phone as they would be changing some parts. I wish to state that I have purchased the phone to use it and not to keep it at the service centre and visit them 4 times a month. Being a professional (chartered accountant by profession) I do have work to do and a very challenging job and hence do not have the time to keep visiting the service centre every alternate day, that too within 8 months of buying the phone (still in warranty period). This is a test of patience and I am very sorry to say that the quality of service given by a globally renowned brand is very very poor and is very much hampering my personal and professional life. In case of future problems the service centre will ask me to visit them, but what about the time and the effort I am having to put and the problems I am facing for this. I therefore request you to replace my phone at the earliest. The 3 service requests have been attached herein for your action. The recent service request is still open and the phone is now with the service centre (as has been for most of the time during the last month). I expect to hear from you at the earliest.                                 I bought an HP Slate 7 VoiceTab through snapdeal. The device is so pathetic that I was not even use it perfectly for a single day. So far have visited the service center 3 times. Two times for camera and 1 time for touch issue. Today only I got the device back from center after the repairing done by support centers but only to discover that the keyboard touch is not working. I am so upset and feeling cheated after purchasing the device that I don't want to use this crap for even a single more day. All I want the money back. I have spent 500 bucks to go to the center but all in vain.

                                        Dear Authorities, I have Purchased a HP slate 7 voice tab 6102ra from Flipkart on 14 July 2014 (it's serial no. is-6CY42023K2)and within a month many problems arose in the tablet and when I have contact your customer care executive they have only one solution of resetting the tablet even if I told that I have done reset then also they have suggested again the same that don't even register my complaint. After writing a mail only you have provided me the address of HP service center which I have visited several times but I am not able to find it as it remains close before that's why I have contacted customer care executive again and when I have said to them that please transfer my call to your right authority/technical person then your senior executive has registered my complaint and escalated it to customer relation team and Your CRT team executive Mam lakshmi ramesh is looking after my case now but I am not getting a satisfactory solution by her also. I have given my tablet to your service center many times but they are not even able to understand the problem that are encountering in my tablet. Your engineer who have checked my tablet has said to me that “we are unable to find out the problem as it is working fine under our supervision". I have received my tablet again from Roorkee service center & same time I have shown them the same problems has occur that are previously in it. that's why I have thought to contact you instead of contacting your service center engineer. When I have given it for repairing last time with token no. - 158968 on [protected] and received on[protected] they have said that they have update the image because there are problems in the operating system of the tablet at the time of receiving . when I have asked them & my tablet was at service center then they have told to me that there is problem in its motherboard, we have made a order of it and it takes 3-4 days for a part to arrive but at the time of receiving when I have asked them with respect to this mater they have said that we have not even said a single word with respect to motherboard so I just want to say that it is a very wrong practise of giving false report to the customers. There are many problems in my tablet like problems in touch, in mobile network, in battery, in charger and also having hanging problem. I have attached many screen shots of mobile network problem which arose when mobile data is turned on and battery capacity/duration of working problem. So, now I am tired of my tablet which is full of problems as your engineers are not able to short out the problems that's why I want a full replacement of my tablet with a new one because I am fed up of giving my tablet to service center for repairing and receiving it in by adding one more problem/tempered by them.
