    I had purchased a hp notebook on 16th december 2014 and i was eligible to take extendend warranty under a offer which was qouted to me at the time of purchase i.e. The Great Winter Offer. But when i registered for that offer they rejected my claim saying that i have an invalid serial number however my serial number is correct and i have proof of the same which i have also provided them on the mail. But still they are not entertaining me with my claim. Please submit my this complaint against HP India and take the action against HP India. Below are the proofs and the screenshot of the claim rejection mail sent by HP India to me.

      Dear sir, I have purchased one laptop through Amazon..in.I had placed my order on 31 Oct 2014.Model no is HP 15-R014TX 15.6-Inch Laptop(black)Order ID:[protected].The same was delivered on 02 Nov 14. When checked about the warranty period on line, i found it was started in 21Aug 2014.I can't understand how the warranty period can be before date of purchase?Is it a used product? The serial no of my laptop is:CND4330SHR Pl help out.

        I had sent my Hp Pavilion dm4-3050us Laptop at your service centre in Mumbai for minor error in starting the laptop... Few months later the service.. My Battery life decreased... And now its completed exhausted.. just works for 20 mins. even if its fully charged. I doubt that my battery was changed while in the service centre. What should I do? please help.

            This to being into your kind notice that, I have been using this Laptop (pavilion G6-2008TX). Since the time i purchased this Laptop it has become a headache for me. For the first Eight months it was ok but after that It started creating problems below are the Details: 1. Over heating 2. Fan making sounds very loud 3. Hanging problem 4. Touch Pad 5. No WebCam detect 6. HardDisk making sounds when data transfer I always give my laptop to service center regularly for maintenance, but no permanent solution to my problems. I have some case id’s with me. I just mentioning them for your references Case ID:- [protected]-471 = System Board Replaced (Rafeek saifi - Service Head) Case ID:-[protected]-471 = Processor Replaced (Rafeek saifi - Service Head) Case ID:-[protected] = Fan Repaired (Jay Narayan Sharma - Service Head) you can trace all the common problems through these and Other case ID you can get by my mobile number ([protected]) to Jabil Global Services India(P)Ltd, Sec.- 18, Noida. Infect service head of Jabil hp service told me that you visited office so many times so its promise to you not again facing the same problem related to this but still i'm facing same problem again & again and after repairing they said, if you still facing the same problem again then after that your product will be seen by senior hp technical team and if in case you are not satisfied with our service then your product will be replace by new one, but now in 7 days after repairing i got problem again in fan making sounds & hard disk, then on this matter what I have to do ?? After spending so much money on this product and still not getting the good product. So i would like you to replace my product because once my warranty expires after that i will have to pay for the services.               Sir/ Madam, I had purchased a HP Laptop "SYS LT HP 15-R119TU (K8T57PA) Laptop" dated on 14.01.2015 from LALANI Showroom, 6, Ganesh Chandra Avenue, Kolkata-700 013, Phone.:[protected] as per money receipt, of Rs. 25, 150/-. But the Lalani showroom has given me INTEL Pentium CPU N 3540, @ 2.16Ghz. Quad Core Processor, Which is not equivalent of HP 15 R119TU (K8T57PA) Laptop. And they have given one mouse of Coil Core Company and one Head Phone of Max Company (Not HP Company), one local cleaner kit along with the above Laptop those accessories are very much inferior quality. And MRP of this Laptop is very low as per your Laptop price chart. I have faced a lot of problems to work at this Laptop.. So pl looking forward my complaint & resolve the same as early..                   Dear Sir/Madam I had purchased a printer of your esteemed company (HP Office jet 5610 All in one printer) which is not functioning properly due to which for proper servicing it was sent to your authorized service centre of Allahabad district on 06.01.2015, where after observing the problem the concerned engineer Mr. Sandeep and Mr. Rahul told that we will clean your printer and install new cartridges thereafter it will work properly. It is painful to say that after retaining it for eleven days and installation of new cartridges when I went for its delivery they told that the problem is still existing and it can not be rectified by them it was further told that I may contact to some other technician of market. You are requested to look into the matter and may take appropriate steps to get my printer repaired expeditiously, it is further requested that any competent engineer may be appointed at Allahabad who may look into such kind of petty problems.                     I own a HP Pavillion 15-P077TX laptop with a Nvidia Geforce 840M graphic card. Within 4 months of purchase I faced complaint that system automatically shuts down within minutes after turning on the system. When iI showed it at the nearby HP service centre they examined and said that the Motherboard & Display cable his having complaint and need to be replaced. So I asked them change it since the laptop is under warranty and I got the laptop back after 10 days. Since then I am facing many issues like systems gets hang frequently, system does not restart, unable to apply any system updates, Nvidia graphic card does not function properly. So again I went to the service centre and again they changed the Motherboard and returned the same to me. But still I face the major issue with the graphic card which is not working properly as when I start any game it automatically goes into a grey screen with the message "Windows encountered an error and prevented this program from running". Someone please help as I spent 50K on this laptop and within 4 months of purchase I am facing a lot of issues. Expecting a favourable response.

                          Please note I purchased one HP Laptop ( Product Model:HP Pavilion 15-p077TX NB PC ALL; Product Serial:5CD43290PM ) from M/s. Lalani e-Tach City; 6, Ganesh Chandra Avenue; Kolkata - 700013 on 22/12/2014 ( Invoice # ETC/TI/14-15/04785 dt. 22.12.2014 ) . Since my purchase I cannot use my new HP Laptop for more than 2 hours continuously. My laptop is always showing busy symbol as if CPU is working and after sometime is gets totally hanged. I I called HPSupport on 31/12/2014 ( ref. # [protected] ) and talked to Mr. Mrityunjoy. I had system refreshment. But again the same problem started after few hours. Then I gave it to HP Authorized Service Center M/s. Ensure Support Services (I) Ltd.; 10, Wood Street; Kolkata - 700016 ( ref. Invoice # 6710 dt. 06.01.2015 ). They kept my Laptop for 2 days and returned me on 09.01.2015. Again the same problem started after use of few hours. Then again I called HPSupport on 12/01/2015 ( ref. # [protected] ) and talked to Mr. Sujit. He also tried over telephone but could not fix the issue. He assured me that some boy would call me from HP service team and attend my issue immediately. But I did not get any call in 24 hrs.

                              To Hp customer care Bangalore As you suggested to visit our Service Center at Sector-18, Noida, U.P. I am very sad to visit the service center. They did not satisfy me. Their argument are not technical. I visited your service center on Saturday i.e. 3-Jan-2015. I explained my problem that my color cartrage Not printing colors. They told that this cartrage is over used.They also told that setup cartrage print only 4-5 pages only. I told that i did not print more than 10 print color pages only i printed black pages. The printer is also showing 133 pages printed. Black ink used approx 34 %. Therefore in my openion i got only the empty color cartrage only. They did not satisfy me. Please look into the matter and arrage color cartrage for me. This is a matter of trust and faith. I am telling the truth. I am using my HP Deskjet 1515 at home for my kids homework only.                                 Hi, I am informing you because I take this as my moral responsibility to let you know so that the same thing does not happen in office. I dont think hp teaches such ethics to an employee. Its highly dangerous for your workplace to have a person with kleptomaniac tendencies. I came accross this professional from youe company whose name is Divya Mukundan and thinking that she was employed with hp, it left me with a good impression. I managed to share an apartment with her. She started troubling me first with her domineering nature and imposing things. I thought that a lady working in such a huge organisation would never show an attitude like thisbut her expression of work in hp was something sshe used to boast about and this is what that made me link her every domestic activity to her workplace. She stole my stuff and denied to face off along with abusig me mentally and physically. She was so psychotic that she once locked me once outside the door at 1.30 am in the night, Without having the right to do so, she forced me to leave the house without any right to do so.

                                      An order for HP workstation LJ450AV & HPZ820 qty 1 no. each was placed on 19/7/2014 on M/s MIS International Pte Ltd., Singapore with M/s Microchip Infotec as its Indian arm. The original delivery date (DD) was 17/10/2014. The company requested for DD extension till 15/12/2014 expressing the delay due to "shortage of some critical parts". BEL reluctantly extended the DD. The extended DD expired, but the workstation were not delivered. On repeated follow-up, another surprising reason was told to us. "The delay is due to RPL restrictions", which was like a bolt from the blue. We never expected that standard product like HP workstation delivery can take longer than 6 months. Worst part is we still do not have a firm commitment when the delivery will happen. This matter be investigated from the concerned authorities at HP and suitably addressed. We will have to resort to alternate methods to find a solution to this problem if it is not addressed immediately. Looking forward to an early reply.
