We have ordered above part of the printer, provided part has manufacture defects, new carriages flex has defects so we used new carriage along that old flex, then our machine become corrected, As we requested to the Engineer to give discount on defect product, they have not agreed. Kindly help on this issue.

        Hi, I work for HP Global Soft Bangalore India and my employee ID[protected]. I resigned with HP on March 2014 and came out. I filled up PF withdrawal forms in the month of july, 2014 and not yet received any refund. I tried getting the status by calling or sending couple of emails and its been more than 8 months not update yet. HP office guys not proving even details or status. Could you please help me out in resolving this issue? Is the any quicker way to get it resolved this issue?           HP has got the worst possible service. My compaq 15s-104tx laptop developed a problem within 20 days of purchase. Since I had warranty, I called HP service center. The bios settings of my laptop had changed automatically. So, my laptop wasn't able to find the boot file. Nor was I able to change the bios settings as it was asking for bios password which I had never set. So, I told the service agent about my problem. From then on started 30 minutes of wasted time. I am pretty sure he would have put my call on hold atleast 4-5 times totally amounting to around 15 minutes of hold. Fine, that wasn't the big part, he asked me to send a mail with snapshots of the error messages and made me wait another 5 minutes so that, I could receive my case ID. Fine, that also wasn't a problem, as I was ready to wait any amount of time to get my laptop repaired as long as it is free. But that duffer called me back and accused me that I had forgotten the password. On top of that, he said, I may have to pay money as it is supposedly my fault and hence will not be covered under warranty. I argued with him for another 5 minutes that I had never set the password and that there has to be a default password. But no, he did not accept. He even tried to convince me by stressing the phrase "YOU MAY HAVE TO PAY".His "MAY HAVE TO" is equal to 100% they get money. I finally got irritated and cut the call. Evidently, it seems that every laptop has its own default password and so did mine. It took me a matter of 5 minutes to solve the entire problem by searching through google . HP service sucks.

When I purchased the laptop store manager Says to me that you have get pre loaded Window 8 license Version . But After one year a msg occur that your license has been expired within 7 days . after 10 days my window get corrupt .and my all personal and official data from last 7 years cursed . Now when I installed again window . driver not found due to my all data cursed in my hard disk. when I asked to my Hp shop dealer about window . he denied me. in my laptop my all business and personal data now cursed .many times I have tried to connect HP support.                           I bought a Compaq 621 Notebook PC Serial no CNU03210NK, Product XP865PA#ACJ on 1/11/10. But from few months it is discharged very quickly and to be very specific in 1hour and 20 minutes.Fan is not working properly and many a times it is automatically switched off.Fan is generally off for most of the times and starts for few minutes making laptop very warm.Within such a short span of time it is giving me such problems.                             i have a Hp Laser jet M1213nf MFP Printer ... when fax line connect with the printer the Line goes busy (ex: the customer u call busy with another call) the other function of the printer are used as no problem. this problem was not before. i have done FAX send & received before.

                                    Hello I Abhishek kumar one o[censored]nsatisfied customer of HP product. I Purchased a cartridge for HP printer F370 (All in one), but it was not working in printer due to manufacturing defect. then after some time I went to service center and replaced it ( Replaced After more than 15 days ). but still I was facing same problem again, means not working in my printer . That time I thought may be some issue have in printer and after a certain period I checked my printer from Mechanic at DC. he told me have issued in cartridge instead of printer means again manufacturing defect. And again I went service center for replacement, but they told me he cannot replace due to ' OUT OF WEIGHT RANGE ', but without print any single page and waste of more than Rs. 800/- how can they replied such that things to me.it means it is waste of money and time as well. It is manufacturing defect that is not my fault, even I told them please check it's circuit, it is not reading in printer, but they wasn't do. So please tell me I cannot measure weight of any cartridge, but one thing i want tell you after purchasing this product i haven't use it for a single print but wasted more than Rs.800/-.                                         I had purchased the above printer on 28.01.2015 and the person installed informed that he has already filled the required forms and the free cartridge will be delivered shortly. However as no cartridge was delivered I sent a mail quoting HP code 8683122 on 18th February 2015 along with copy of Bill of Purchase from Sri Lakshmi Systems Products, Chennai and the Serial number of the product - Now I have received a rejection mail from HP saying claim is rejected for non submission of required documents within stipulated time period - Kindly note that there was no 'stipulated time' mentioned anywhere - In any event I had submitted within 20 days - the offer is shown as valid even now on the internet - Hence kindly send the free cartridge - Im very upset over this rejection by a well known company like HP on 'no grounds'.                                         Sreelatha, Sometimes it happens and I know it's irritating. However, You can get your hp printer repaired at any authorized service center. Please pay attention to the "authorized" word. Because if the repairing center is not authorized then your device may become more worse.
