Dear Sir / Madam, This is Prof. Rahul Mehta from Government Engineering Rajkot, Gujarat, India. I have gone through various worst experiences from HP rajkot service centre. I would like to share the same with you as I can not tolerate them now. I have received HP 440 G1 through college TEQIP purchase in november (got 42 laptops from HP). From the day 1 there were so many issues with piece but due to delayed and false diagnosis from HP centre my DOA warranty also void. Then, on next call, service engineer from HP had done rough behaviour with me. I reported to the HP service centre head Mr. Jayesh but he didn't took any action and he also send the same person on next call and same problem of rough behaviour repeated. On next call, the person replied that company has not given feature of scroll and it can not be done whereas in official company brochure scroll zone is mentioned. On next call, the person from HP replace top touch cover but could not solve the problem. On next call, new person from HP solved the same problem of scroll zone but tapping facility was no more working after his visit. On next call, he solved tapping problem but keyboard became totally non-functional. My calls have never been attended in time. Calls have been delayed continuously and the person from HP comes late after 2 to 3 PM every time. So on his record they become safe but my whole day is wasted. Even the service centre doesn't have basic part for replacement. Due to this very small fault is remaining pending for 4 to 5 days. I kindly request you to speed up my keyboard replacement process and take necessary action. Hello Mr. Mehta,

I fully agree with you that HP support sucks big time.
support staff is very careless and useless. Very incompetent as well. These dont even know that to solve the issue of scrollbar, they need to install proper device drivers. Same issue happened with me a few day ago right after buing a brand new laptop.
And onsite support engineer was very rude and useless. Very incompetent as well. He could not solve the problem.

After he went, i did google for an hour on how to fix issue, and got to know that issue is with device drivers and not with hardware. I further google it to find right device driver, and finally found working device drivers. This whole thing took me just one hour. And not to your surprise, it took me several hours in filing compaint with HP and time they took for online diagnosis.

I'm sure you will not make mistake of buying HP again. Dell it the best when it comes to support.

    PC Type-Hp pavilion 500-210ix desktop Model-500-2iox/Product-F7F73AA#CJ SL No.-1NA40PT57Z Purchasing Date-17/09/2014 from local market at present the PC frequently shut down during operation & error massage display with back blue screen & restart the PC. One another massage is display memories corrupted etc.

      I bought my laptop on 7 feb 2015. Suddenly after 2 weeks or so black marks are appearing on the screen . I did not keep any pressure or something on my laptop. I would like to know the reason and does hp provide warranty for this problem . My laptop had warranty for 1 year.

        I have purchased a HP Voicetab7 from a Lapjat nagar store on few months before with an offer of Mynthra Coupon worth Rs. 2000. However, as committed by the shop executive, they have not provide the coupon to us till date, even after pursuing regularly many times. Later they conveyed that the said coupon cannot be given since the coupon is no more available either with store nor HP is providing. This is a fraud way of marketing done by them. I want to tell you about improper working of hp service centre.sir my laptop fan was not working well.so i went to the hp service centre Leela Bhawan Patiala on 27 Jan 2015.till date my laptop is under warranty.my laptop warranty expires on[protected].Staff is very nice.they deal with good manner.and after few days on Feb 4, 2015.they had changed my fan.i received call from hp also receive email on my email id [protected]@gmail.com.but on same day evening my laptop keyboard stops working.on of keys (;semicolon, @) are not working.next day i call to hp service centre. but no response received.my laptop keyboard working properly before going to hp service centre.due to fever problem i am not able to go hp service centre on these days.after some days(date is not remembered) i went to hp service centre for reparing my laptop keyboard.at that time my laptop completely stopped.they have started my keyboard.but these two keys are not working.they offer me to change my keyboard of worth range of 2500 to 3000 rupees. because my warranty period is over till date.in this case it is not my mistake.my laptop keyboard stops working during fan change in hp service centre.please give me a solution of that problem.I am student and i am doing mca in thapar university patiala.i am working on project.but failure of these two keys faces lot of problems. Failure of keys problem start in service centre.please help me.other details you can verify from hp service centre leela bhawan patiala.Please give me solution of that problem.I shall be very thankful for this.                     We have ordered above part of the printer, provided part has manufacture defects, new carriages flex has defects so we used new carriage along that old flex, then our machine become corrected, As we requested to the Engineer to give discount on defect product, they have not agreed. Kindly help on this issue.

                          Hi, I work for HP Global Soft Bangalore India and my employee ID[protected]. I resigned with HP on March 2014 and came out. I filled up PF withdrawal forms in the month of july, 2014 and not yet received any refund. I tried getting the status by calling or sending couple of emails and its been more than 8 months not update yet. HP office guys not proving even details or status. Could you please help me out in resolving this issue? Is the any quicker way to get it resolved this issue?                             HP has got the worst possible service. My compaq 15s-104tx laptop developed a problem within 20 days of purchase. Since I had warranty, I called HP service center. The bios settings of my laptop had changed automatically. So, my laptop wasn't able to find the boot file. Nor was I able to change the bios settings as it was asking for bios password which I had never set. So, I told the service agent about my problem. From then on started 30 minutes of wasted time. I am pretty sure he would have put my call on hold atleast 4-5 times totally amounting to around 15 minutes of hold. Fine, that wasn't the big part, he asked me to send a mail with snapshots of the error messages and made me wait another 5 minutes so that, I could receive my case ID. Fine, that also wasn't a problem, as I was ready to wait any amount of time to get my laptop repaired as long as it is free. But that duffer called me back and accused me that I had forgotten the password. On top of that, he said, I may have to pay money as it is supposedly my fault and hence will not be covered under warranty. I argued with him for another 5 minutes that I had never set the password and that there has to be a default password. But no, he did not accept. He even tried to convince me by stressing the phrase "YOU MAY HAVE TO PAY".His "MAY HAVE TO" is equal to 100% they get money. I finally got irritated and cut the call. Evidently, it seems that every laptop has its own default password and so did mine. It took me a matter of 5 minutes to solve the entire problem by searching through google . HP service sucks.

When I purchased the laptop store manager Says to me that you have get pre loaded Window 8 license Version . But After one year a msg occur that your license has been expired within 7 days . after 10 days my window get corrupt .and my all personal and official data from last 7 years cursed . Now when I installed again window . driver not found due to my all data cursed in my hard disk. when I asked to my Hp shop dealer about window . he denied me. in my laptop my all business and personal data now cursed .many times I have tried to connect HP support. No. INA405RMXC after two days purchasing the system, system not worked proper automatic shut-down again and again i locked complaint regarding this to hp customer centre and complaint number is [protected] but there is no solution about my complaint and without my knowledge complain has closed without Solution.
