Above subject product i bought through ebay on 29 Apr 2014. with all India warranty. Since i live in Aligarh i contacted the hp Authorized service centre in Aligarh on following address..

Service Provider is asking me to pay Rs 450 and is not ready to issue any receipt for that.
Since product is still under warranty, its supposed to be serviced free since its not even a damage and its only a technical problem. hp in Aligarh is sidelining the consumer Laws of India completely.

I want hp not only to sort our my problem immediately but also take strict action its authorized service provide

In this regard i also have sent an email to hp customer support on following address in.[protected]@hp.com with product purchase receipt attached.

From last one month I am enable to use my HP laptop. I am fed up with HP service and support. Every day I am losing 15000 appox, just because I don't have a Lappy to work.     Bos it' s common practice of HP even I have similar grievance's with HP Here is what they have to say for their faulty parts .
    1. They are very keen to get new orders, but will never provide proper support for that
    They are doing good in US but in India they follow & think that we don't know anything & what ever they want to do they can do B'cos our Indian laws are not equipped with that force to help consumers.
    I'was convinced to buy new adapter for my ENVY Ultra book as the adapter malfunctioned resulting in damage to my smartphone the repair of the same cost me INR 5000/-
    Now when I've ordered new one from HP site on 8-Apr-15 it's still not shipped.
    The irony is that what online support offered me was INR 7200/- for adapter & online on HP website its INR[protected]/- .

      It is to inform that I got my gas booked on 23rd March through autamated booking system against consumer no.623887. But the gas cylinder has not been delivered so far nor any information has been received about . It is to mention that I got my consumer no. Linked with my SBI a/c.on 20th jan.2015 with the distributor.

          I have done a complaint for our printer. Details as below Case ID: [protected]//CASE-5180058. I received a message in my no stating that my complaint has been assigned to the Thane service centre. After few hrs I recived a call from Thane Centre saying that my complaint has been forwarded to the Vashi Centre as Vashi is near to Airoli. And till now no one has come to repair my Printer. Its been 4 days and we are still waiting .

            I am Madhumita Naskar lived in Uttar Badra Delhi Road, PO : Italgacha PS - Dum Dum, Kolkata - 700079. My Consumer Number is - 625909 and my Gas Distributor Name is "TAPTRISHA". Today I have received my gas cylender with Cash Memo No - 103226 . There are mentioned a total amount of Rs.646.00 including carring charges but delivery man whos Name is BANGO and he has forcefully collect Rs 670.00 from me with rough behaviour. He said that I have to pay this extra charges (Rs.26) as per Distributor's and if I am not paid this extra ammount then in future it is my resposibility to collect the gas cylinder from the gas distributor's office. Please kindly inform me that Rs.646 is including carring charge or not and if it is including with the carring charge then please take the action against the Distributor and Delivery man.               I would like to bring to your notice about the irresponsible Behavior of your employees( Maha electronics Service Center HP ) . I had just purchased a new laptop HP Pavilion. I was not able to lock the battery with the laptop, hence i had raised a complaint with HP Customer care which in turn was diverted to your Service Center. This complaint was lodged on Saturday 21/03/2015 on the same day on which i got the laptop delivered. Today is Friday 27/03/2015 and still i have not received any call from your service person or center. I called to Enquire on Wednesday where a lady called VARNA assisted me informing me that a person called PUNITH will be coming for a visit that day. And till today since i have not got ANY CALL from your people, i had to call them back asking for the status. This lady VARNA was very rude and unprofessional when i asked for the status.She was not ready to listen to what i was telling and ordering me to disconnect the call saying " I WILL CALL BACK IN 10 MINUTES". I have heard HP Provides very good after sales service, but i am very disappointed with this behavior of HP.

THEY TRIED REPLACING ALL PARTS OF THE SYSTEM (M/BORD, RAM, LCD DISPLAY) BUT ALL WENT IN VAIN. ATTACHED ARE THE JOB SHEET OF THE JOB DONE BY EACH ENGG. NONE OF YOUR ENGG IS ABLE TO FIX MY SYSTEM'S ISSU. THEY ARE JUST OPENING THE SYSTEM AND TRYING OUT WITH THEIR SO CALLED KNOWLEDGE WITH WHICH THEY LEFT THE DESKTOP SCREEN WORKING ABNORMALLY. I have an Hp Laptop in which there was a minor problem regarding charging when i deposit laptop in the service centre they said that there is only charging problem and the laptop is also in good working condition but after four days they said me that there is a problem in mother board but i am not agree with their thoughts because i have just used before the submission of my laptop in the service centre. so, i can fully confirm that the mother board is damaged by service centre.please take action regarding this issue.

                      Respected Sir/Madam, I am Sri Bijan Choudhury ( 48 Years old ), an Architect by profession. I bought an HP Z- Book G2 17 Mobile Workstation ( Serial No: CND 4455X36; Product No: G6240AV; with 5 yr carepack, HP Carepack Serial No: XS2Y3KD567B8 )for my professional . works, worth Rs. 2, 04, 000/- ( Two Lacs Four Thousand Rupees only ) through the local distributor “ INFOMATRIX “ ( having its office at IA-224, Sactor-III, Saltlake, Kolkata) on 24th November, 2014. From the very 1st day The machine was very slow. I reported it to the dealer, and they said it will be okay within a few days. Within a few days it started showing a very wayward symptom. In running mode whenever it was going to sleep mode, inspite of trying again and again it was not coming to running mode. All I had to do was to restart the machine. In this way I lost several works / data / documents unsaved. I was utterly shocked and launched my 1st complain ( Case ID : [protected]) to HP on 20th February, 2015. After that several times I launched complains and you sent different service persons at different intervals, each having different excuses related to the laptop sleep mode problem and they just experimented with my device a number of time, but all in vain and completely trial & error basis. I am giving below each service details : ( Dated 20/02/2015 ) Case ID : [protected], no one came. ( Dated 23/02/2015 ) on 26th February they sent Mr. Raju Das (cont no: [protected]). He came and just updated the system software. The problem remained as it was. He went off. ( Dated 03/03/2015 ) Another service person came named Mr. Debashish Ghosh ( cont no:[protected]) came. He bought a new Motherboard, but ridiculously the new motherboard that he brought was not fit for my machine. ( Dated 10/03/2015 ) A new Service boy came named Mr. Swaraj Das ( cont no: [protected] ), who replaced my motherboard with a new backup motherboard and took the original motherboard back. Still the problem persisted. ( Dated 13/03/2015 ) Another service boy named Mr. Tanmoy Das who also did nothing but updating my system software, and as usual noting solved yet. ( Dated 17/03/2015 ) Mr. Swaraj Das came again and updated the software again. The experiment went on to its full swing. ( Dated 19/03/2015 ) Mr. Rupam Halder ( Case Manager India Customer, cont no : [protected] ) sent a consolation mail to me addressing the inconvenience I am facing till last a few months. ) ( Dated 20/03/2015 ) Mr. Swaraj Das came and took all my machine product data details for machine complete replacement and approval of DOA. ( Dated 21/03/2015 ) Mr. Swaraj Das came again and replaced the motherboard with the old original motherboard and asked me take data backup so that the machine could be sealed and returned back to the dealer. ( Dated 23/03/2015 ) Today your representative Mr. Singh came and sealed( DOA ) my machine at 1.45 P.M. and went away. I handed over the machine to the dealer a few hours ago. After buying an expensive HP Z- Book G2 17 Mobile Workstation for professional work, if I have to face such a traumatic experience within 1st 2-4 months and continuous trial & error service process of your service persons, Don’t you think I should approach higher authorities and consumer forum. Don’t I deserve compensation from your end? I had to face huge professional hardship and losses in last few months just for this kind o[censored]nnecessary harassment. I am really fade up and not sure whether the replaced machine which will come will not undergo again such problems. I think the model you sold is not time tested enough and the service persons who have come till date are not capable enough to handle such professional high end models too. If you can’t solve this issue within next 3-4 days I finally request you to return me back full money with interest and compensation for my continuous harassment and professional loss. I am really sorry to say that in my carrier till date I have never faced such unprofessional approach from any other company like yours.                           Hi All Myself Sanjay kaushik, I live in village asoati, Teh- palwal. I had purchased one HP 1050 deskjet printer from Ganpati Computer( G-9, Bajaj House, 97- Nehru Place New delhi - 110019) on[protected]. Last week i have purchased black cartridge form Neelam chowk, Faridabad. After installing cartridge in printer, i got some incompatible cartridge error message. Then i visited shopkeeper (Neelam chowk, Faridabad)two times. He told me this printer is not incompatible with this cartridge because this printer purchased from other country. I ask them to return / replace black cartridge. Shopkeeper refused to return / replace black cartridge and suggested to visit HP service center. I went to HP service center faidabad but same reply from their side. I am attaching all related documents with this mail. And hope for positive response from your side.                             I purchased HP x705w 16 GB Utility Pendrive (which was self claimed excellent pendrive with best performance ) from flipkart. It get washed out during operation and i mailed to flipkart as well as HP india, but flipkart taken off its responsibility by a phone call and HP India made me fool in this concern. I wrote few time to HP india, but no solution was provided. I am attaching on mailing detail and invoice of Pendrive. Please provide me justice.

                              HP care pack doesn't cover battery replacement and taking advantage of it, they are providing very poor quality battery. It is impossible to escalate the matter with relevant HP India authorities as the tech help guys have no idea what the escalation channel is!! I find that alarming. They tell you either to search for it in their website (which I couldn't find) or else provide a bogus number i.e.[protected]. Not expected from a brand like HP.
                              HP India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                              To further update, this particular battery model PI06 for laptop model 15-E016TX is not available anywhere in India and is being procured from abroad. This is a testament to its quality since the inventory has been exhausted by customers like me who were forced to buy/replace the battery soon after buying it. HP Escalation team was not much help as they failed to give proper justification how a new battery can fail after 18 months of minimal usage. They couldn't even order a new battery and redirected the ball to HP Service guys who are now trying to import it! Well played HP...!!

                                Sir, I would like to bring to your notice that I had taken my HP Voice Tab to ensure Support Services India Ltd in Coimbatore on March 6, 2015 for a minor problem (power button damage). It is only three months since I had purchased the same as well.. They said they would get in touch with HP before resolving the problem. Unfortunately, after a long wait for over 11 days, I got a quotation for the same from ENSURE saying this: Thanks for choosing HP services. Please find the attached quote for your recent service event against the case id : OOO5166919 Kindly acknowledge the same and request you to approve the quote value : 2, 928 /- Please forward your valuable approval to the mail id: yogeswari.[protected]@ensureservices.in. When I got the quote I was surprised to find it on the expensive end but I still agreed to the same the very next day. Despite that, I am sad that even after a couple of days they are yet to give me a proper reply on this. They say the HP server has a problem and that is the only reason they find it difficult to get the component. I am thoroughly unhappy with the services. I always believed HP has the best service support system but now I feel it is not. I would like to hear a favourable reply from your end failing which I may take up the matter further...I have also attached a copy of my complaint request bill for your response. Regards M.E.                                   Dear sir, I have HP printer Deskjet 1050. i am using cartriage 802 small in it. On packet written to support aprox. 120 Pages. But i never seen it print more than 50 - 60. Is this your Quality on product ? OR its only money making advertisement on product.

                                    Myself Prabhakar Sarma Neog, Asst Prof.at NIT Silchar. A few month back I bought a HP Envy laptop (sl. no. 5CD4375BWG, Model no.15-k112tx) from your partner in Silchar, M/s Advantage, Hospital road, Silchar - 788001, Assam. A few days ago I've noticed that one battery lock is missing, Without the lock the battery does not stay in position. So today (19th March, 2015) I took the laptop to the above mentioned dealer, M/s Advantage and described the problem to them. To my utter astonishment, one employee started to question me aggressively, as if I am responsible for it. When I tried to explain the problem again to him, he got angry and started insulting me in front of my wife and daughter. It seemed to me as if didn't understand what I am telling him and took it personally. Eventually I lodged the complaint (technical) using the HP support toll free number but the incident left me upset and humiliated, that too publicly. Please look into the matter and advice me whom or where I can effectively lodge a complaint against M/s Advantage.

                                        Dear Sir / Madam, This is Prof. Rahul Mehta from Government Engineering Rajkot, Gujarat, India. I have gone through various worst experiences from HP rajkot service centre. I would like to share the same with you as I can not tolerate them now. I have received HP 440 G1 through college TEQIP purchase in november (got 42 laptops from HP). From the day 1 there were so many issues with piece but due to delayed and false diagnosis from HP centre my DOA warranty also void. Then, on next call, service engineer from HP had done rough behaviour with me. I reported to the HP service centre head Mr. Jayesh but he didn't took any action and he also send the same person on next call and same problem of rough behaviour repeated. On next call, the person replied that company has not given feature of scroll and it can not be done whereas in official company brochure scroll zone is mentioned. On next call, the person from HP replace top touch cover but could not solve the problem. On next call, new person from HP solved the same problem of scroll zone but tapping facility was no more working after his visit. On next call, he solved tapping problem but keyboard became totally non-functional. My calls have never been attended in time. Calls have been delayed continuously and the person from HP comes late after 2 to 3 PM every time. So on his record they become safe but my whole day is wasted. Even the service centre doesn't have basic part for replacement. Due to this very small fault is remaining pending for 4 to 5 days. I kindly request you to speed up my keyboard replacement process and take necessary action.                                         Hello Mr. Mehta,

                                        I fully agree with you that HP support sucks big time.
                                        support staff is very careless and useless. Very incompetent as well. These dont even know that to solve the issue of scrollbar, they need to install proper device drivers. Same issue happened with me a few day ago right after buing a brand new laptop.
                                        And onsite support engineer was very rude and useless. Very incompetent as well. He could not solve the problem.

                                        After he went, i did google for an hour on how to fix issue, and got to know that issue is with device drivers and not with hardware. I further google it to find right device driver, and finally found working device drivers. This whole thing took me just one hour. And not to your surprise, it took me several hours in filing compaint with HP and time they took for online diagnosis.
                                        Also, Prof. Mehta,
                                        I'm sure you will not make mistake of buying HP again. Dell it the best when it comes to support.
