Please note I purchased one HP Laptop ( Product Model:HP Pavilion 15-p077TX NB PC ALL; Product Serial:5CD43290PM ) from M/s. Lalani e-Tach City; 6, Ganesh Chandra Avenue; Kolkata - 700013 on 22/12/2014 ( Invoice # ETC/TI/14-15/04785 dt. 22.12.2014 ) . Since my purchase I cannot use my new HP Laptop for more than 2 hours continuously. My laptop is always showing busy symbol as if CPU is working and after sometime is gets totally hanged. I I called HPSupport on 31/12/2014 ( ref. # [protected] ) and talked to Mr. Mrityunjoy. I had system refreshment. But again the same problem started after few hours. Then I gave it to HP Authorized Service Center M/s. Ensure Support Services (I) Ltd.; 10, Wood Street; Kolkata - 700016 ( ref. Invoice # 6710 dt. 06.01.2015 ). They kept my Laptop for 2 days and returned me on 09.01.2015. Again the same problem started after use of few hours. Then again I called HPSupport on 12/01/2015 ( ref. # [protected] ) and talked to Mr. Sujit. He also tried over telephone but could not fix the issue. He assured me that some boy would call me from HP service team and attend my issue immediately. But I did not get any call in 24 hrs.

      To Hp customer care Bangalore As you suggested to visit our Service Center at Sector-18, Noida, U.P. I am very sad to visit the service center. They did not satisfy me. Their argument are not technical. I visited your service center on Saturday i.e. 3-Jan-2015. I explained my problem that my color cartrage Not printing colors. They told that this cartrage is over used.They also told that setup cartrage print only 4-5 pages only. I told that i did not print more than 10 print color pages only i printed black pages. The printer is also showing 133 pages printed. Black ink used approx 34 %. Therefore in my openion i got only the empty color cartrage only. They did not satisfy me. Please look into the matter and arrage color cartrage for me. This is a matter of trust and faith. I am telling the truth. I am using my HP Deskjet 1515 at home for my kids homework only.         Hi, I am informing you because I take this as my moral responsibility to let you know so that the same thing does not happen in office. I dont think hp teaches such ethics to an employee. Its highly dangerous for your workplace to have a person with kleptomaniac tendencies. I came accross this professional from youe company whose name is Divya Mukundan and thinking that she was employed with hp, it left me with a good impression. I managed to share an apartment with her. She started troubling me first with her domineering nature and imposing things. I thought that a lady working in such a huge organisation would never show an attitude like thisbut her expression of work in hp was something sshe used to boast about and this is what that made me link her every domestic activity to her workplace. She stole my stuff and denied to face off along with abusig me mentally and physically. She was so psychotic that she once locked me once outside the door at 1.30 am in the night, Without having the right to do so, she forced me to leave the house without any right to do so.

              An order for HP workstation LJ450AV & HPZ820 qty 1 no. each was placed on 19/7/2014 on M/s MIS International Pte Ltd., Singapore with M/s Microchip Infotec as its Indian arm. The original delivery date (DD) was 17/10/2014. The company requested for DD extension till 15/12/2014 expressing the delay due to "shortage of some critical parts". BEL reluctantly extended the DD. The extended DD expired, but the workstation were not delivered. On repeated follow-up, another surprising reason was told to us. "The delay is due to RPL restrictions", which was like a bolt from the blue. We never expected that standard product like HP workstation delivery can take longer than 6 months. Worst part is we still do not have a firm commitment when the delivery will happen. This matter be investigated from the concerned authorities at HP and suitably addressed. We will have to resort to alternate methods to find a solution to this problem if it is not addressed immediately. Looking forward to an early reply.                   Dear Sir, I have purchased an HP Omini 10 Tab on 24.04.2014 for my office use, however, since its purchase I am facing great hardship as it stop working at any time and its touch screen did not work due to which my working has suffered badly. I had visited thrice to the HP Service Center at Rajauri Garden but no avail. Hence, it is requested that the same may kindly be get replaced with a fresh piece. The Tab is still lying with the Service Center since 8.01.2015 and I had already send the Retail Invoice to the Service Center.                             Hello HP Team, I have HP Pavilion DV6-7011TX laptop. Two days back I found that my laptop adapter is not working. Then, I started searching the options on HP India's website so that I can replace my laptop adapter. While I searching, I found this link http://h10025.www1.hp.com/ewfrf/wc/document?docname=c04404446&cc=in&dlc=... I followed the instructions given on this link and found that the AC power cord that was delivered with laptop is "LS-15" marked. And the program to replace this cord was announced by HP in August, 2014. But, how could I know about this program as I didn't received any email regarding this program from HP. I am really disappointed after realizing the poor customer services of HP India. Now, what is the benefit of replacing AC Power Cord free-of-cost as it has damaged laptop's adapter. I find the HP India at fault in the whole case. So, I request the HP team that replace laptop's adapter along with the AC power cord free of cost.                               I have bought a hp pavilion window 8.1 from e zone store around 7=8 months ago. The laptop hardly moves aorund and neither it is taken to various places. It was bought with 39000 from e zone store kolkata. I have found within few months of its use the areas around my key board has been scratching from the lines of the screen area. the black sorrounding of the screen area too have been scrachitng and it has created mark that would make this laptop being bought 3 years ago. It is sad to see my hard earned being wasted . I would be very happy if the company do something about it and if possible they could replaces the exteriors parts od the computer as truely i would like to see the satisfaction of my money and longitivty of the product.                                 Hello HP Team, A few questions & feedback to my experience in dealing with HP: 1. People in the market might say HP is the Best, but this is how you Service your customer? The Laptop Model was available for 3/4 days in your website when I have booked it, infect it was listed under one of the Best Sellers of 2014. So now all on a sudden the Laptop model Disappeared? 2. You have suggested me an alternative model saying that the model you are suggesting and what I have ordered are of similar configuration and price range. But it is Vastly different, both in configuration and in Price range. Are not you misleading your customers in that case? 3. Your response time to query/emails are Pathetic, I didn't even know that the Laptop i have ordered is not Available until I have called you up. Is not it Customer Services' responsibility to inform me before hand? 4. When I have confirmed that I want to cancel my order and you acknowledge the same, why do you need another 24 Hours to process the same? Is HP services that Slow? 5. Last but most importantly, you said that you will remit back/refund my full payment since the order is cancelled. But it will take 7 Working Days. My question is are you refunding my money with the same/good value of the day I have paid you? If not, are you going to pay me the 15 days delayed interest that my Bank will Charge on my Credit Card? I know that funds/money can be back valued. I want my money back either with interest for delayed period or remit the money with the same value date on which I have paid out to HP.                                     Buying the HP Laptop is the BIGGEST MISTAKE of my life. It is a defected piece, facing issue every other day. I bought this HP Laptop 2 months back. I started facing some issues like battery problem.the BASE got expanded automatically with in 1 month. When I Registered the complaint against my Laptop. I called the HP customer care Team about 20 times but they never were concerned about the problem. After about 20 days the Engineer came and replaced that Base, but with he made a scratch on the removed, and removed al the stickers and logos of windows, HP, and the serial no everything, On 8th December i registered another complaint and called HP Team everyday but they never showed up.NOw my Laptop is not working, display is not coming at all, and they still give a damn about the customer problem. They are making fool of customer. SERVICE is pathetic, I believe WORST in the world. They never call u for ur issues, better buy any laptop from market. NEVER BUY HP LAPTOP!!

                                        i thought to purchase a high configuration laptop which could give me support up to next 5 year. so i purchased 15-K004TX paying a sum of 63, 000. from bhavnagar (city) Gujarat State). on 11th Aug 2014 at 6:00 pm.on the next day i found that there was some issue with the Touch pad, so i complaint the customer care on 12th Aug itself.the complaint for forwarded. as i had to back up my data from old laptop and start using the new one. day by day i started using the features available in the laptop. i found that the application of windows were not functioning.on 19th i received a call from a lady executive around 5-7pm. during this call i mentioned the problem of sound. this model say 2 speaker and one sub-woofer was not producing enough volume. she said a technician would visit and solve the problem.I then contacted Microsoft regarding the windows app problem, they trouble shooter and said the windows is corrupted and asked me to contact HP as the windows is a OEM. so i called hp and asked for a recovery. By the mean time i started facing a problem with 1. USB ( external hard drive and printer suddenly droops the connection with USB). the same Hard drive and Printer are detected in other USB drive2. Bluetooth ( Sending images from my Samsung Galaxy Note 3 fails and the Bluetooth of Laptop looses the connection).3. Geoforce not running.as the engineer was already appointed i waited for the engineer and recovery disc. thinking that it will be a software problem and will be solved after recovery.i received a call from Hp engineer on 21st.so i asked to wait as the Recovery disc was ordered and we had to run a recovery. so on 26th the engineer came and run the recovery. the recovery process was over. after starting the windows In his presence the hard drive connected to USB stopped detecting. the time was around 8:30 and i had to go home. so the engineer suggested that we will try to update the USB driver and this may solve the problem. the next day a got a link for driver from the engineer and i tried it. but again the same problem. there was no chance in the Bluetooth issue and the USB Issue.so i again contacted hp customer care and now started wasting my time in cooperating and still thinking that its just some software issue. the executive took remote excess and tried installing drives and software related to Bluetooth and Ge Force Experience ( showing error: Ge force encountered an error and must close". but all gone in waste. now the executive say they need to replace the bluetooth device. and in 3 days the engineer will come with parts and replace. there was also a problem with USB. and now it was confirmed that the problem is hardware and not software.i wasted lots of my time holding telephone & mobile and giving my support to solve the problem. due to which i am not able to give my time to My Export business. so instead of wasting more time i asked the executive to replace the laptop. so again getting call from Hp support Mr. fayez hassen. escilating the case for DOA. on 4th Engineer came and i again showed him the problem of Bluetooth and UsB & Ge Force. i also made him talk with Fayez hassen. and confirmed that the problem is related to motherboard and its hardware.Details:[protected]: CASE NUMBER : [protected]On 21st the Recovery disc was dispatched.[protected]: Case ID # [protected] (multiple issue).Bios updated on[protected]: Case Id-[protected]‏ Fayaz HassenCustomer Relations Case Manager[protected] : ADV) Case ID # [protected]and last on[protected] i received a call from Mr.Fayaz Hassen ( Customer Relations Case Manager )saying the reply he got from DOA Team is "as there was no complain done regarding hardware from your side the laptop can't be replaced". hp can just replace the defective parts.It was my Goodness and my cooperation and the time that i gave you thinking its a software problem. But this was the worst reply i got from HP. the taking the benefit of a loophole.I believe in maintaining relation as i request to take proper steps regarding this. i am just tired of this laptop and just can't waste more time on this. its now impacting on my business. once again i request you to provide me a replacement of laptop. as its a defective piece or either a refurnished one. i hope hp will work on customer relationship and do the needful process.last reply i got from hp:[protected]New Case -- [protected])As per above case - We can only have the part replace in under warranty. DOA team has already rejected this case, we offer for Part replacement in warranty, but u r not agreeing, so hence we are close this case.                                         All the companies executive didn't even bother to reply call and mails sended to them.

                                        worst company.

                                        my suggestion to other buyer dont by HP Product... wastage of time and money.
                                        yes plz dont buy hp products
