No. - [protected]). 3. Dainik jagran, A-32, Sector-32, Talanagari, Aligarh. Pin no.- 202001. 4. Problem - Red light in 300 GB HDD. This server is out of warranty. I want to take a quotation of 300 GB HDD.

Replace and strike". Even after so many trails, we could not sucessed and found there a HDD failure. Hence request to attend the call. Before making payment to M/s.Laptop Bazaar, Mr.Babu, Sales Manager of M/s.Laptop Bazaar confirmed the offer of “two years extended onsite warranty on free of cost” along with first year full warranty in consultation with Mr.Stefen, who is working in M/s.Bestsource Infotech Chennai Private Limited, 2/17, Tank street, Kodambakkam, Chennai – 600 024 and Mr.Ramesh Pyla, HP sales, Chennai will be passed on to our purchase. Based on the promises of Mr.Babu, I have remitted the cash and took delivery of the Laptop HP ENVY 15 Notebook PC (15-K204TX) bearing serial number 5CD44843W2. Trivial reasons has been offered by Mr.Babu for implementing the offer of 2 years onsite extended warranty from HP. I was totally in desperate situation to obtain the above said offer from Mr.Babu, Laptop bazaar. After my sincere efforts, Mr.Babu gave me phone numbers of Mr.Stefen of Bestsource Infotech Chennai and Mr.Ramesh Payal, HP. I have been dabbled between the above said 3 persons for more than two weeks to obtain this offer. Finally, on 18.02.2015, I have obtained my redemption code through email. But, in which three controversies appeared and they are as follows: - a) The email sent date is 18.02.2015; b) In which, the time limit is mentioned as “16.02.2015”. This is ante-timed offer and c) Bar code sticker has to be sent to Redemption cell of New Delhi Address. Apart from the bill, the bar code sticker is the property of the purchaser. If so, why we have to cut and send the same to HP Redemption cell to obtain our two years onsite extended warranty and I feel this is a cumbersome job and unnecessarily you are torturing the customers to obtain the redemption code. Even for an internet bank transaction, one time password is sufficient to pass the amount from one bank account to another. Whereas, cutting the bar code sticker and sending the same through courier in this fast world is tedious, waste of time and unnecessary expenditure. I have given my phone number, address and email ids to the retailer. In turn, the retailer updated through his invoice my details along with the product, which I have purchased to HP company through internet. If so, through my phone number, you may release my redemption code without wasting time or through your retailer. I humbly request you to give me the validation swiftly for the onsite two years extended warranty. Please help me in this regard and render justice.         FIRST AT ALL LAPTOP OF AMD PROCESSOR FROM HP CHECKMATE IN MALAD AT 29, 990 .IN FOUR I HAVE PROBLEM WITH THE USB PORT THE ENGINEER TOLD THAT THE PROBLEM IS FROM MOTHERTBOARD SO I HAVE GET THE DOA LETTER TO GET MY LAOPTOP REPLACED SO I REPLACED MY HP NOTEBOOK WITH i3 FOURTH GENERATION BY PAYING ABOVE AMOUNT AT 35, 000 AFTER 15 DAYS HAVE PROBLEM RELATING TO BATTERY IN LAPTOP THE LAPTOP DOESNT WORKS ON BATTERY IT WORKS THROUGH CHARGER ONLY. IN 6 DAYS THE CUSTOMER SUPPORT HAS TAKEN MY 6 DAYS WHILE DOING ONLY THE CHECKING PROCESS OF BATTERY STATUS, RECOVERY, ATTEMPT RECOVERY, ANTIVIRUS UPDATE, SOFTWARE UPDATE, ETC, ., THEN ON 30TH JAN 2015 MY COMPLAIN HAS BEEN LOCKED AFTER 6 DAYS ENGIEER WIIL TAKE VISIT.           Touchpad pad issue ! the left mouse click is perfectly smooth but right mouse click is not ! And above the touchpad theres a line that is outside and it feela irritating and and touchpad is not working good ! Theres a uneven gap above the touchpad ! and its been a month I have purchased this laptop and having problem ! I have regestered complain beforr also 3-4 times ! Please replace my laptop !             I am Dr. A. Nithya Devi and my husband has purchased a HP laptop from Malaysia by Dec 2013 Serial No. 5CD3521CTX AND MODEL NO. 14n222TX. I was a Professor involved in both teaching and research. It was much useful and the product quality is also too good. Recently by Jan, 2015, the laptop got spilled from my table along with my laptop bag and it got broken in the left side edge.I contacted the authorized service centre in Tiruchirappalli, Tamil Nadu, India where i am residing (EnsureSupport Services India Ltd, Tiruchirappalli). they are informing me that the topcover has to be replaced and it will cost around Rs. 6000/- and If i purchased the laptop from India, then only the repair and replacement will be covered under accidental damage cover. I got shocked I didnt expect this type of answer from a well known company like Hp. They are having sales centre all over the world and if the customers are genuinely asking for the protection schemes, they blindly telling such a silly reason. Is it our fault to purchase Hp laptop outside India, i.e., from Malaysia, a korean made laptop? This is really disgusting...

                I purchased Hp pavilion Laptop on Feb-14, purchase on wards i am facing problem with laptop. like while using the laptop it was restarted several times. And i visited hp custmour care more than 6 times. Everytime they said we replaced mother board, hard disk like this. But still my problem not solved . i am really unsatisfied with laptop. Almost i spend 35k on laptop . Now they talked like irresponsible on my problem., i don't know y... my concern : "please replace my old laptop with new laptop " Please take a action On Hp & do a Faviour me. HP guys are not responding .

                    had ordered an hp 7 voice tab on 7-4-2015 on ebay. And I got the tab on[protected].But today it have suddenly stopped working and showing a blank screen. Ebay people told to contact hp service center. When contacted they said screen damaged.and those people aren't responding properly and telling you ask in ebay itself. And they are also telling that they won't support Ebay sold products. And Ebay people saying that get DOA certificate from hp service centre but thy are not even providing that.Please provide me the DOA certificate so that I get replacement from ebay.

                      Today as per the discussion with customer relationship person, But Now they are telling the date is over and we can able do a service itself, This is UN SATISFIABLE SERVICE FROM YOUR END NOW DENYING FOR REPLACEMENT .

                      Well, Of course, I am not blaming only your Technical Service. But, certainly blame and accuse you who is the manufacturer of HP products. Because, primarily, it is obvious that you distribute defunct hp PRINTER to the markets and therefore you subsequently cause your product user suffer unnecessarily. Secondarily, you absolutely know this nerve breaking issue, at least through the complaints by your end-users reaching to yourselves by e-mails, issue through. But, unfortunately, you have not paid a respected attention to produce a satisfactory certain & functional solution which will prevent your end-users having such an ongoing crazy issue.

                      I hope you will save some time to deliver a rooted solution to me and your other downtrodden end-buyers.

                                Finding some lines on the display while working and drivers are not working properly and not installing. if i install the graphic driver system will run slowly and will not shutdown properly. from last three months am suffering this problem and i given to service but no use bcz feeling same problems after service also my warranty period is over before one month what should i do? requesting you to solve this problem.

                                  Dear Sir, We have MOU signed with HP on behalf of e-connect solutions, Udaipur for supply of original HP Cartridges. Since we are regular users of Original HP Cartridges, we have mistakenly ordered a cartridge set CB400/1/2/3 instead of CE400/1/2/3 on inspection we found that it does not fit in our printer. Now when we ask our vendor M/s e-connect solution to replace the cartridge with the correct serial number they are not doing so and asking for payment of the old wrongly supplied cartridges. Kindly advice on this matter since we are ready to pay for the correct cartridges but they are saying that we cannot do so. Thanks BK Roy [protected]

                                      Hi, My name is subhashis nayak.I have purchased my hp laptop on 30/10/2014 from croma store. After 10 days i got the wifi issue and i called the hp customer care support team for the resolution. luckly after doing some trouble shooting steps the wifi was working fine. but after few days again the issue reappeared and not yet resolved. issue: one day wifi will work fine then next 2 days it wont work. i am chasing the hp customer support team since 2.5 months. the customer people are very cooperative. but after replacing the part, the wifi issue is still not resolved.then i was suggested the OS is corrupted and i installed the new OS which i got from HP but still the issue remains the same. Then i was told drivers are not upto date. technicians updated the drivers but still the issue reamins the same. as i have purchased the new laptop the issue is occurring from the beginning and i am feeling like i have purchased the old laptop as the technician has to open the complete system again and again for replacing the part I have not purchased the laptop worth 35000 rupees to be replaced with new parts again and again, then what is the difference between new and old laptop. If the issue is exists from the day one i thinks its pretty much clear its a defective piece. I have asked either to replace the laptop or refund but HP technicians are more interested to do R&D and replacing the parts which is not resolving my issue I want the solution for my issue my laptop Details are below Notebook Part/Model no: HP 15-r065TU Notebook PC HP complaint case reference # [protected] mob - [protected]

                                      Hi,

                                      daily basis i am discussing with the HP team.

                                      When my wifi is working fine that time its detecting 20 networks but when it is not working properly it shows only 3/4 in which my router is not visible(again this 3/4 router also randomly coming not consistent)

                                      as per the HP technical team they are saying the problem is with my router, if the problem is with my router then why its not detecting other 15 routers?? I don't think all the 15 routers is having same wifi router brand i am using.

                                      HP technician agreed there is some problem but higher level they are denying the fact and saying if its detecting 3/4 its your headache not our

                                      as this issue is from the beginning its pretty much clear its a defective piece but HP people are neither ready to resolve this nor replace this nor refund my money

                                      I need proper justice

                                        i have purchased the laptop Product name:HP Pavilion 15 Notebook PC Product number:J6L90PA#ACJ Serial number:5CD4312BW0 BIOS (Configuration):F.12-08/18/[protected]F[protected]) Keyboard revision:77.26 Total memory:8.00 GB Processor name:Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-4510U CPU @ 2.00GHz is hanging from lst few weeks, , , its cursor become slow down and the screen flashes and it becomes normal after the flash.i have purchsed it 2 months ago and it is happening from last few weeks. please take actions against this complaint a soon as possible. i will be thankful to you.
