1.TO start with a postive note i was very happy when my husband gifted me with a pc even though i already had a desk top ( HP product ) but was lazy to go to the first floor to use it.
2. secondly i am happy that hopefully that i can get in touch with you and i do hope that u can help me
3.I got got a pavilion dv6 3208Tx notebook pc 32 ( bit )which i upgraded to ( 64 bit - )i was advised to do so because of my apple phone on[protected].
4.I am not very computer savy and about a couple of months later i started facing some problems and used HP support chat which started with with by first
stating my problem which i could not explain in technical details then as per system my data was transfed to HP.
5. They asked me to find the issue which i was unable to find because i did not know what to do and what to look for ( they told me to tap f8 , f 5 , f 8 )

6. They insisted that unless i found the issue they cannot help.
7.All i can say is that had they given me help then my pc would not have crashed which happened over 2 weeks back i informed microsoft and HP .
8. I recovered the pc to factory settings about which i again informed HP and Microsoft asking for advice as to what to do next.
9. I agreed to even pay for the support but they send me help sites again where i am lost as to what to do.
10.Right now i feel that the pc is unstable or i am using a double pc.
11.I have never had to use the word please as much as i have used with HP chat support infact once i was advised by chat support to call up phone support regarding my problem so that i could speak in hindi.
12.worst news for me i realized a couple of days back that office 2010 is not working and i do not have the key i am being told by HP tech that it was a trail version and
inform them that outlook was working even up to the time it crashed then i am told that it is microsoft problem and microsoft says that it is HP problem i clearly stated to them that i am no happy to be used as a shuttle cock in their blame game
then i was told by the HP tech that the dealer could have given some kind of a special deal when we purchased it.
13.I informed them that i am prepared to lose a pc which cost 36,ooo ( not sure ) but not my self respect .
14.I got your details from my husband today and wanted to inform u about the mistake made by buying a windows 7 pc HP pavilion dv6 3208Tx

    My HP printer will only print when it wants to print. The rest of the time, it will spit out a sheet of blank paper. It goes through ink like a thirsty man in the desert. Given the experience I've had with this printer, along with every HP computer I've owned, I will NEVER buy another HP product ever again!!!!!!!!!! We currently have 4 computers in the household, and have had computers in our house since 1990. We use both PC and MAC products. We are not newbies when it comes to electronics. It is not user error - it is simply a poorly made product. HP needs to stick to a few products and do them well instead of cheaply making hundreds of products that are just that - cheaply made products that fall apart close to or soon after the warranty expires.

      HP ALL-IN-ONE PRINTER — not received printer yet

      Dear sir,
      as per your mail send on 2oth apirl 2009 about the dispatch of hp printer with dispatch detail #55894 vide overnite express of Docket number[protected]. But I have not received till now so you are requested to send the the printer early as possible.

      i have purchase a compaq computer pc from hp dealer logic pc world, gorakhpur on 31st march, 2009 & send you Rs. 999.00 via check no. 022625 dated[protected] in favour of you as per your scheme. You alloted me the registration no. ZKKWB8ACOK but i have not recieved a printer all in all as per your commitment till date. Already six months are spent as per your commitment that gift should be recieved with in 2 months of purchase date.         I have new purchased printer HP laser-jet 400 color M451nw. the product cartridge is not available from HP. i raised numbers calls and complaints but there is no positive reply from hp desk.i kept the printer idle for the past 2 weeks due to stock. sill they didn't confirm the stock.

        HP — Laser colour jet

        We happen to be unfortunate owners of a HP colour Laserjet2600N bought at a handsome Rs17, 500/-.
        We had sent it on Thursday 11.12.08 to Redington because the printing was non aligned and paper pickup problem. Sonali at Redington had said it would cost us Rs.150/- for checking what the problem was and we would have to send it to their address since it was out of warranty. We agreed to send it and specifically instructed her to get the machine checked then and there and report and return the machine, since we didn't intend to leave it at their works.

        Inspite of it we were asked to leave the machine and to contact today. Today the machine was released after we had to cough up Rs750/- for cleaning it seems. (instead of earlier quoted Rs.150/-). What cleaning ? The machine has been used sparingly and kept dust free all along. Used properly single handedly. The problems still remains.The cleaned machine has gained new scratches on the exterior shows mistreatment of the machine while it was lying at your works .Sachin who says his role is to clean the machine and charge Rs.750/- If the machine is to be made workable we have to change the scanner and many other parts about which there is no report.
        We have spent Rs.1000/- odd more for nothing. Rs.200 each time and man hours to send the machine one day and to bring back after 2 days.

        HP Products are costly and and substandard. There is no after Sales interaction. Meanwhile the warranty runs out. and the so called appointed service stations also are out to dupe customers.

        We need refund and a report on what the problem and what parts need to be changed and at what cost ?

          I purchased my laptop from Hp showroom, Jhansi in August 2011..Within 1 year many hardware issues came like time and date battery is not working, charging battery not working , display screen disappears and internet connectivity problems..Every time they say that the viaos is not updated...I asked them to replace this model with another one but they havent taken any step till yet ..I want you to help me in getting this product returned..as I have wasted my money as well as my time in getting these issues resolved..I have report of all the problems which came during this year..

          I purchased laptop, model Pavilion g6 1201 Tx from Hp showroom, Allahabad.within 4 Months got one side speaker not responding with sound. No. 10, Block-A, CPWD Colony, Bunglow No. 17, Telangkhedi Road, Civil Lines, Nagpur-440 001 have purchased a HP Laptop Product No. A9R40PA Serial No. 5CD1504WK2 from Micro World Computers, Opp. Ghulam Building, Residency Road, Sadar, Nagpur-440 001 on 14th April, 2012 vide Tax Invoice No. CR/12-13/0544 dated 14.04.2012. As per HP's advertisement in the 'Times of India', Nagpur edition dated 7th April, 2012 I purchased this product as HP had claimed that it is offering extended warranty on this product for another two years on payment of Rs. 1133/-. Accordingly my dealer viz. Micro World Computers have sent a Demand Draft No. 58408 dated 18.04.2012 for Rs. 1133/- drawn on the Canara Bank, Sadar Branch in the name of M/s. Solutions Integrated Marketing Services Pvt. Ltd., New Delhi on the same day and assured me that within 8 to 10 working days I'll receive the extended warranty documents for my product. But even after three weeks, I have not heard anything either from the Dealer nor from you regarding the extended warranty. Kindly look into the matter and inform me.               I have purchased a HP Pavilion G4 1326 TU Laptop from the HP IT WORLD, EXPRESS AVENUE, Shop No : 303, 2nd floor, # 49/50, Whites Road, Royapettah, Chennai - 600002, Ph no[protected]/90 on 29.04.12, invoice no : 298. The employee at the store told me that I will get an extended warranty of 1 more year on this product if I register it by the next day by paying 1133INR more. I purchased the laptop then & there, but I was very upset when next morning they informed me that the offer is not available on that particular product and it was a wrong commitment by them. If I have to extend the warranty for 1 more year, then I have to pay 4,500INR extra and 6100INR for 2 more years. Kindly suggest me, what I should do now.

                I am sudhanshu Kumar . On 16th Of April 2012. I Purchased Hp Dv6 Series 7010tx Laptop @Rs. 58,400. from Mahi Computers in Patna. From 1st day my laptop get over heated ,thermal shutdown, not supported full screen games, rattling speaker sound. After this i contacted hp care but m not getting satisfactory answer from hp. Then i requested for DOA of my Laptop. Hp provided DOA letter to me and i submitted with Laptop and purchased Bill to HP Dealer. After submitted they are not taking any on this. When asked about this every time they said 'stock is unavailable' and finally refused to replace the defective laptop.

                  I have given my HP Laptop (Model No.- DV5-1104TV, Sr. No. - CNF8491PG1) for servicing of
                  problem screen blinking problem dated 11/02/2012. But the problem was sorted temporarily. After one month , the problem was reoccured. when we went to complain about this to HP service centre in Noida branch address:

                  ELITE BUSINESS MACHINES PVT. LTD.
                  B-106, SECTOR-64, NOIDA 301201 (U.P.)

                  they again asked for the service charge (500/- ) and given the very negative response.

                  This screen blinking problem is very general in the HP DV5 Modal laptop. My some friends also suffer this issue in their laptop.

                  I have told them that problem was occurring from the next day of servicing but i was out of station. i was try to call to the office number. But the Telephone number was not reachable. that's why i was not able to complain that time.

                  When i have to meet the service manager, he was response very aggressively and he was not listen us and argued that we could impose some extra charge when we servicing the laptop. This shows their service is totally fake.

                        My self DUDHAWALA RONAK P. I bought laptop of HP company Model no: HP pavilion dv4-1506TX.from Tumkur ( Bangalore) during Dec.2010
                        When i brought laptop from Hp company still i get suffering so much problem. now my laptop is not working properly.

                        Now a days overheating problem in my laptop.so i kindly request you to give me feedback relating my problem.2-3 times i gave laptop from HP service centre but i dnt get it any perfection otherwise perfect reply from HP laptop..now what should i do ? I need answer because i pay 46,000 rupees for my laptop these cost is Very high for me. i waiting for your positively reply.
                        Problem during Dec.2010 to Jan 2011 1) Hard disk problem, 2) then heating problem, and 3) Nowadays Graphics cheap problem.
                        Last time whenever i went and meet to Hp service centre to Baroda in Gujarat. They told me your warranty is over You have to change your motherboard .
                        What is this?
                        How many time i paid the money??
                        what is guarantee, these thing wont occurred in next time ??

                          HP-Hewlett-Packard, which sells their laptop in India, recently launched new laptop series dv6.

                          But the model dv6-6154tx, has manufacturing defect of battery not properly connected with bottom panel of the laptop i.e. battery is loosely coupled with the bottom part. And battery hangs out from the bottom.

                          Not only this, the new dv6-6154tx model which i had purchased few weeks back has following defects:

                          1) Touch pas is having bubble on the surface
                          2) Speaker alignment is not proper with the top body because of which there is a gap between speaker and body part.

                          I have purchased HP Pavilion DV2901TU Laptop on 13th, september'08.

                          I had two reasons which made me to prefer HP.
                          1.)The positive feedback from many of my friends who had purchased HP laptop.
                          2.)The brand name HP-known for CUSTOMER CARE.

                          But to my disappointment, my dvd drive did not work properly right from the month of november.
                          When i use dvd drive, my laptop will get restarted after showing me a blue screen error.
                          Right then i never could use my dvd drive. Although the problem had been found, i was able to give my laptop for service at HP service center located at peter's road, Royapettah, chennai, only on 29th, Nov'08, as my university exams were on schedule. Once i was informed that issue was fixed up, i had received my laptop back on 5th, dec'08. But while i received my latop, i had found that my problems was not fixed up properly. But i was misguided by an HP EXECUTIVE at service center that, HP DOES CARE ONLY FOR HARDWARE AND NOT SOFTWARE. Also i was told that once i format my system, i can able to use my dvd drive.
                          I had beleived that HP customer care people were much responsible and does really care for their customers. So, i left to Ramanadapuram on the same day for project work. But to my disappointment, the same problem with dvd drive persisted, even after formatting my laptop completely.
                          Also i had found a physical damage in my laptop, while i had recieved it after being serviced. A minute hole was spotted at the left side of the touch pad. So i had booked a complaint to Mr.SELVAM stating the damage. They did not feel responsible to reply me with a solution.
                          Next issue is, my model has 3GB RAM memory, but the system shows that only 2GB is available. I had booked all my compalints to Mr.selvam over phone, as i was in Ramanadapuram. Also Mr.John had agreed to get me a solution if i could meet him at service center at chennai.
                          As i had no other option, and could not continue using my laptop, i had to move to chennai so that i can consult the service center. I had suspended my project work for more than ten days. On 11th, dec'08 (today), i went to the service center hoping for an acceptable reason for all those issues that had raised after my laptop was serviced.
                          But, when i met Mr.John today, he did not feel responsible to reply me, but insisted to submit my laptop for service.
                          They blame me that i should have been more careful while i had recieved my laptop on 5th, Dec. But nowhere in the servie order or in the bill, it is mentioned that customer should check all the TECHNICAL STUFF in their laptop while receiving it, nor the executives at the serive center had instructed me to do so.
                          Is this the duty of the customer to check the technical stuff??? They should have been more responsible to check those stuff. If i had not found that only 2GB of RAM was available in my system(which should have 3GB), that will have gone unnoticed forever!!


                          Beyond all these issues, my laptop DOES NOT HAVE STABILITY, the system goes 'unresponding' frequently, so i feel that there is some other problem in my laptop, which is unable to be fixed up. I had spent around Rs. 1500 for traveling which is unnecessary burden for me. The only reason for this is I HAD PREFERED HP.

                          Since the day of purchase, I have been facing intense laptop heating
                          problems. In the 3rd week of Dec. 2009, the heating problems increased
                          so much that my computer started having 'irregular crashes and hang
                          ups'. I showed this to your service center at Vadodara - 'SIMTECH
                          COMPUTRONICS PVT. LTD.'' (email - [protected]@simtechcomp.com) The summary
                          of all the problems faced by me during the warranty period (2Sept.
                          09-2Sept. 10) and handled by ''SIMTECH COMPUTRONICS'' is given below:

                          1.Problem- Intense Heating, Irregular crashes and hangups
                          Problem Registered- 17th Dec. 2009
                          Job Card No. 5088
                          Time Taken for problem solving- 1 week
                          Action Taken- Serviced the laptop, formatted the laptop to 'factory
                          settings', REPLACED HEAT SINK
                          ASSEMBLY.

                          2.Problem- Intense Heating, Irregular shut down, DVD Writer not working properly

                          Time Taken for problem solving- 2 1/2 - 3 weeks
                          Action Taken- Serviced the laptop, Cleaning of DVD writer lens,REPLACED
                          DVD WRITER, REPLACED MOTHER BOARD, REPLACED HEAT SINK ASSEMBLY (AGAIN)

                          3.Problem- Intense Heating, DVD Writer not detected, Dust problem
                          Problem Registered- 9th Aug. 2010

                          Time Taken for problem solving- 5 to 7 days
                          Action Taken- Serviced the laptop, DVD WRITER REPLACED (AGAIN)

                          So, in short my MOTHER BOARD has been replaced once and the DVD
                          WRITER as well as HEAT SINK ASSEMBLY has been replaced twice. Also,
                          since the past 3 weeks, my computer has been showing Irregular
                          shutdowns again and the heating has increased so much that the
                          computer gets hanged as soon as I start it. My computer has actually
                          stopped responding completely since the last week. This, I showed it
                          again to 'Simtech'.

                          4.Problem- No power on
                          Problem Registered- 16Nov. 2010
                          Amount Paid- Rs. 300 as FULL DIAGNOSIS CHARGE
                          Response- Till now no response has been provided except that I
                          would have to REPLACE THE MOTHER BOARD (worth Rs. 14,000 to 20,000
                          approx.!) Only then would further diagnosis take place. Also, even
                          after replacing there is no guarantee that no further problem will
                          arise or that my computer will work properly without any interruption.

                          Sir, this is clearly not what I expected from HP. As far as I
                          understand, HP is an International Brand of World Wide Repute. Is this
                          what is behind HP's Reputation? I understand that being machines,
                          laptops can have certain problems but in my case you can clearly see
                          that it goes way far beyond that. Sir, I am a computer student and my
                          entire studies as well as work depends on my laptop. Already in the
                          past 14 months, my work has suffered a lot. During Jan. 2009, I had my
                          final exams during which instead of studying, I was running here and
                          there for my laptop repairs.

                          The dealer says that as it is 'after sales service' he cannot do
                          anything. While whenever I go to your service center they take on an
                          average 4 to 5 days to only diagnose the problem and an additional 2
                          days to repair it. If you calculate from the above details, till now I
                          have lost almost 1 to 1.5 months of my work and time. Also, there are
                          2 important facts :

                          1. Being a computer student, I purchased this costly laptop purely for
                          its configuration. I was told that it could run any high configuration
                          software which is clearly not the case. Even the simplest of softwares
                          or games cannot be run without the computer crashing after some time.

                          2. The most important thing. On the very date of purchase, 2ndSept.
                          2009, the dealer MR. Rahul Dhindhorkar of 'Day Infotech" told me that
                          I could extend my warranty (with some additional charge) from that day
                          till 1 month before my warranty expires. But when I went to Simtech
                          for the first time to extend my warranty, they told me it wasn't
                          possible as HP had stopped the warranty extension programs. As a
                          result, I couldn't extend the warranty. If this is the case, why was I
                          offered such false promises and misleading claims?
                          Sir, to conclude this mail, I would say that from the beginning the
                          laptop sold to me by HP was malfunctioned and defective. It didnt even
                          include the MWAVE remote control which was to be included as per
                          specifications. Sir, I have even bought a cooling pad especially for
                          my laptop since the 3rd day of my purchase.

                          After buying the laptop worth Rs. 47,500 does HP really expect me to
                          shell out Rs. 14,000 to Rs. 20000 for replacing my MOTHER BOARD which
                          was to be included in the 3 year warranty which was not given to me.

                          Kindly reply how should I proceed to solve this problem.

                              We had purchased the HP officejet 7000 Wide Formate Printer Six Month Ago.

                              After the 15 Days of the Printer Purchased, we had problem with the Printer. After too many strugle with HP (2 Months) HP has replaced the Printer with New One. We have lost the too many man hours due to the problem in Printing has it was the only Wide Formate printer in the office.

                              After Replacing the New Printer, we have always Problem like Paper JAM, Power LED Continiously Blinking after Printer JOB, There were no Reponce after Print JOB, Once we swith OFF the Printer and Switch ON and repeating 5-7 Times, it may work for a hours or Two.

                              We have complain too many time but there were no final solution from HP

                              I think the said printer technology is default Faulty

                                i have bought my laptop on june 30 2011 ...nearly 8 months over ..i got poor in my battery performance...it works on only 1 hour battery backup and my touch pad light has gone..often my web cam produce waves,,,and my graphics card is often not working...plz check ur manufacturing defects and use lithium polymer instead of lithium-ion battery...increase the warranty to 2 years....

                                        I made an order to purchase a HP laptop through an online shopping site on 13th January,2012 which was delivered to me on 13th Feb.2012. Model is HP Pavillion DM1 Series DM1 3210 AU (Black) for Rs.20499/-.
                                        In this laptop two keys did'nt work properly.I discovered that icons like @ and # could not be typed. instead these were showing different icons " and symbol for british pound.I tried to contact HP helpline and they called my back but at time time I did not have the laptop with me so I requested them to call me on a certain date and time,and they did'nt call at the given time to solve my problem neither they provided any professional help at my address,but asked me to visit any HP help centre in my city which are very far from my place and it would also be expensive to travel.I requested them to solve my problem through email but no such address for customer help was provided to me.
                                        My problem is still continuing and one can image how difficult it is to work on such a laptop.
                                        Second problem about this laptop is that MS Powerpoint has not been installed in it so I can't open many files in this laptop .
                                        Third problem is is that it takes too long around (5 minutes) to open MS word program.
                                        And finally the most amazing thing is that if when I connect to internet youtube to see any song (video)it could not be seen.
                                        I also wanted to activate google chrome or any other browser other than internet explorer for fast service .It is installed in laptop but does'nt work. Any other browser does'nt work.I feel it very difficult when you spend a good amount and get such experience.

                                        hp pavillion laptops — Mic Problem

                                        Sir,
                                        I have bought a hp laptop and from some days i am facing an internal mic problem. The mic is not working properly. I contacted the HP Service center at Ludhiana but i am sorry to say they did not even check the laptop properly and just to mint money they told me to get the LCD replaced. My problem is with the mic and they are forcing me to get my LCD changed for 24000 INR.

                                        I mailed the customer care of HP but no solution was given to me. They just told me to keep in touch with the service center. They called me,mailed me but no solution was given.

                                        Please help me on the same

                                        I purchased an HP pavilion DV7-6B63 in December and it crashed in June. Within weeks of having it, the front edge, a thin plastic thread the diameter of a straight pin over each front speaker, began cracking and finally broke off completely. When I took it back to Staples where it was purchased, they sent it to HP who said that the computer had been damaged along the front edge and they weren't sure they could do anything about it. The cracking along the front edge is a design flaw on their part. A thin thread of plastic resting on nothing is going to break just from normal usage as one's arms rest along that edge while typing. I found photos online of the same computer where the owner had taken photos of the cracks that first appeared and then the pieces falling off over the speakers.

                                        I has been two weeks and Staples is still getting the run around from HP. I was disappointed that the front edge broke on this expensive computer, but had decided to ignore it. Now that the hard drive has crashed, I really think they should repair the front edge and replace the hard drive. Meanwhile, I am without my computer.

                                        Have not had much luck with HP in the past and won't buy an HP product again.
