Regret, inspite of attending and resolving my problem (Notebook was under WARANTY period), you have unilaterially, without responding satisfactorily to my complaint, decided to close my complaint. This shows your poor customer service and poor after sales service to product under Warranty. It seems you are cheating customer, mentioning product is under warranty.
Now, I find you have failed to attend my complaint and practising unfair means of business ethics, giving false product warranty. I making my complaint publicily and informing consumer forum for you unfair business practice.

i am mafidul customer code no. 643215. we have a single family, one bottle gas run up to two month. i am sorry to inform you that last 15/11/2011 delivered one bottle with seal pack but the bottle empty with in 22 days (07/12/2011). how it possible ???
