We are regular user of HP Products from last 20 years. We had purchased a HP LJ 1020 Plus Printer
from your Dealer M/s Sogo Computers Pvt. Ltd., Bangalore -25 Phone No. 22276829, 22273981 on
13/7/2011 and the printer worked for about 10 days and suddenly stopped working - when we
gave a print, paper was coming out without printing. We had given a complaint to the said Dealer and in turn they sent a person who said that the sensor broke. Now our Dealer says that it is not possible to rectify or replacement of the part is also not possible even though the printer is new, under warranty and also used for only 10 days. We have used the said printer very carefully and only trained person had operated the printer. From several years we are using the HP printers and using the printer is not new to us. We had got the defective printer from HP and it has to be replaced by HP for esteemed customer like us. The Printer Serial Number is CNCFT 11195.

Your immediate action on this issue is highly appreciated.

    Starlite Pavillion, Patwari Enclave, Hyderabad not providing service as claimed in their advertisement.
    1. 24 hours water seepage.
    2. Swimming pool not there only heap of trash.
    3. Visitors room not furnished.
    4. No Intercom facility / wiring-false claim by Builder.
    5. No TV wiring
    6. No Internet connection / wiring
    7. Lift not functional - to save electricity ?
    8. No Metaled road all roads damaged.
    9. Misbehavior of Builder / his employees responsible for maintenance - free of cost.
    10. No Gymnasium - false claim by builder.
    11. No Manjeera water supply in majority of flats.
    12. Noise level between 60 to 80 DB on many days. No peaceful locality

      I purchased this HP Deskjet Ink Advantage All-in-One series K209a on 2 July 2011.

      On 25th Aug 2011, I called up the HP service centre to lodge a complaint (req. no. [protected]) to mention that the printer was blinking and not allowing me to print. I was instructed over the phone to open up the printer, remove the colour cartrige, and wipe it. He even instructed me to take a piece of cloth and wipe inside, which I did not do, in case I broke something. After putting the colour cartridge back, the printer was still blinking. The rep asked me to print a test page and tells me that the problem is with the cartridge. He tells me that the cartridge is an accessory and is not part of the printer. Therefore, I would have to physically take the colour cartridge along with my bill to Vikhroli or Andheri where they would examine it and decide what needs to be done. I tell him that I am staying in Navi Mumbai and I do not have the time to go and have the cartridge checked out, if even there is a problem with the cartridge. After much pleading he finally agreed to have someone sent over (onsite req. no. 3574114).

      On Saturday 27th August, at around 5:50 pm, I got a call from their engineer saying that he was coming over to check the printer. We waited for him but he never showed up. He didn't even bother to inform us that he could'nt make it. No one showed up on Monday either. On Tuesday, I got a call again at noon saying that he would be coming in 1 - 1.5 hrs. After making several calls since that time and he finally showed up around 7:15 pm. He checked the printer, replaced the cartridge with one of his and showed me that it was indeed the cartridge that was at fault. He again told me that I have to take the cartridge to Vikhroli or Andheri to have it looked at. Or I could take it to my dealer.

      Today, I went to Croma, Vashi (Dealer) from where we purchased this printer. They told us to speak with a co-ordinator, Santosh Patil at Vashi, HP service center. He very rudely tells us that they will not replace the cartridge. He also tells us that we have to take the cartridge to Vikhroli.

      What I fail to understand, is, when HP has a service centre in Vashi, why is it that I am being asked to take the cartridge to Vikhroli. First of all, when their engineer came over (that too, after 5 days), it was his responsibility to take the cartridge with him and forward it to whichever dept. it needs to go. Why are HP categorizing this integral part of the printer as an accessory and apart from the printer. Can their printer function without it? That too, this cartridge (HP 703 Tri-color ink cartridge CD888A) is the same one that came with the printer when we purchased it. I had not even used up 10% of it.

      It has not even been 2 months since purchasing this printer. And I am sure that I am covered to get this replacement. However they are just stalling and making me run from one service centre to another, so that I get frustrated and finally give up pursuing this matter.

      I have even emailed Mr. Rakesh Rasalam (Service Head) regarding this matter.

      I did not buy a HP product to get this sort of disservice.

      Action needs to be taken against such companies for this type of malpractice.

      HP Deskjet K209a — No proper services

      To whosoever it may concern

      We are milestone international have purchase a HP Deskjet Printer Model No K209a (with 2 years extra warranty) from Cromo Malad on 22nd August 2010 invoice no[protected] registered by the name of milestone international tours and travel .

      This is to inform you that as per the below description our printer was not working from last 13 of January we also lounged a complaint on the same day (complaint no 102/13011/printer & office solution 14/919) but we didn;t receive any response from their side as we have complaint 3-4 times within a week we have also complaint to infinity retail LTD at andheri office they have support us a lot regarding the said complaint but even they did'nt got any response as per the complaint from HP till today (28.01.2011)

          i purchased compaq 621 norebook after 3 months its speker creates problem i take it to hp service center (micropro raipur chattisgarh) after going to 6th time they gave my notebook back but that also when i started the notebook at my home it suddenly after some time it suddenly stops working like what happens when their is no ups and sudden power failure. I then made a call to service center but they didnt pick up the call

            We have purchased one HP Deskjet 1050 3-IN-1 from M/s. New Version India Pvt Ltd.

            Within week time the ink has finished and the supplier provided a new cartridge and charged Rs.970/-
            We got print around 50 copies and then the ink show as ink low level . the supplier then arrange to get it refil and charged Rs.150/- But before getting two pages again it starts as ink low level.

            If every day we have to pay Rs.150/- for a single copy then there was no need to purchase thin printer where the stationery xerox charges only 50 ps per copy.

            So find a suitable solution immediately for this complaints.

            We have purchsed the hp inkjet printer 1050 from hp company before 2-3 days from M/s micro computers in Janak Puri. But the printer is not taking pages properly. There comes an error of not coming papers properly.

                My complaint is regarding the petrol pump at Lullanagar. The name of pump is Auto Lines and this is opposite to Mount Carmel school.

                This incident has happened two times with me and my doubts have been confirmed after second incident.

                While filling the petrol the attendant asks me to check the zero reading. I asked him to fill a petrol of 2000 Rs in my car. He starts filling and I can see the meter moving. The meter stops exactly at 300 Rs. Not a single Rs extra. The guy then tells me that the power has gone and he will need to start the filling again. Second times the meter shows a reading from 0 to 1700. The guy will not give me a receipt saying that there is some problem in filling machine. he will give me handwritten receipt. When I check my fuel indicator I can clearly see that my car was not filled for 2000 Rs. I am very sure that the initial three hundred was never filled.

                This happened twice with me and both the times the meter stopped exactly at 300. There was no power outage at any of the shops nearby or houses nearby. I don't understand why there was power outage only on his pump. When I get my car filled for 2000 Rs at other pumps I can clearly see that my indicator moves to tank full sign. I have been cheated of 300 Rs two times and I am feeling very bad because I could not do anything to punish them.

                As a proof of purchase I have credit card receipts with me that have date and time of purchase printed on them. I am sure if you check your readings for given date and time you will find out that there was no purchase of 2000 (or 1700 and 300 in combination). I want my hard earned money back.
                I want to apologies for the mistake in Name of petrol pump. The name of petrol pump is not Autolines.

                This petrol pump is opposite to Mount Carmel School.
                you are absolutely correct, the same pump cheated me 200 similarly two times. when the reading reaches 200Rs there is a power cut and it is never accounted for. I want two lodge a complaint against them

                  We have purchased this printer from Staples Future Office Products Pvt. Ltd on 10th August, 2011. The next day we complained to them that the printer is having paper pick up issue.

                  They said dont worry, they will complain to HP and HP engineer will resolve the issue.

                  The engineer from Redington, did arrive to our office on 19/08/2011 and informed that the product is defective and cannot be repaired. They issued us a DOA letter from their office - their Equipment Service Request No.: ININ[protected].

                  They advised us to take the printer along with DOA to the dealer and he will repalce this product immediately.

                  We went to Staples on 23/08/2011, at 7.30 PM in the evening and they made several excused and made us wait till 10.30 PM and refused to accept first the DOA and after told us that they donot have same model with them and cannot give replacement.

                  We donot know what is the brand image of HP. As the dealer have severely damaged HP brand image and refused to accept letter from HP service centre.

                  We have gone through severe mental trauma for the last 15 days since the time we have purchased this HP product.

                  We have attached herewith copy of our purchase invoice + DOA letter received from Redington and refusal letter received from Staples.

                  We request you to please kindly look into this issue on priority basis and resolve our problem.

                    Dear beurau,

                    This is to complain about an authorized gas dealer of HP. Dealer Name : "Honesty gas services".

                    They dont entertain people or their calls for any kind of query, bookings etc. They ask all to book their Gas refill through mobile IVR. However, there are many who don't know hw to use mobile phone. My family members are not that expert in using gadgets. When my family member approached them at their office they were abusive and the female seated at help desk were very rude and they said "COMPLAIN WHEREVER YOU WANT, NO ONE CAN DO ANYTHING", this is not the case only with us but with all members of that particular dealer. Kindly take some necessary action OR else I may have to start distrust using this site. If this site is not fake. kindly prove it. My contact num*[protected].

                        Dear Sir/ Madam,

                        16-18 months back I had buy a new HP monitor, which was cost around 12 thousand. After 1-2 month o[censored]se a lot of problem starts. Time to time I use to talk to HP customer care for solution. Once or twice, their engineer came to check the problem and commit that the problem will not occurred anymore but it continue til date.
                        Since last two months, I am in correspondence via phone with HP customer care to replace the monitor with new. They promise to replace but at the time of delivery, they cheat me and delivered USED MONITOR, which is in the worst condition, than my monitor. Now they are saying that they did not commit to deliver new monitor.
                        I belong to a poor family and at the time of purchasing, I took a loan from my company to buy this monitor. Since last two month, I call to HP. They often use to reply that they will get back in 2 days. But till date did not get any solution. That why I decide to put a case in consumer court to take the right action against these cheater and to short out the matter as earliest.

                          I have bought Hp printer 1005 Laser in Feb 2011. The company has given the warranty of One year. According to the company the power supply of the printer has been replace by the company three times, i have been asked the voltage rating second time and considered ok the given voltage rating.
                          Now again according to the company the power supply of the printer is damaged and HP company india is not refused to change the power supply under warrenty.

                          Sir, my point is that the HP company has given me the defected printer, as the voltage rating of my premises is correct then the fault would be of the company and the company should repair my printer under warranty as the warranty period is going on.

                          Dear sir, please give me the best solution of my complaint as early as possible.

                          I had bought Hp printer 1005 Laser (CNG8D6BOKR) in 31 august 2012 from C World G-45, Jaina tower-11, dist. centre, new delhi . but now cartaige is not working properly... only eight days before i bought it... i talked to dealer but they are not responding me... The company has given the warranty of One year as they told me before buying... bt nw they are not going to agree this.. so plz help me out... whatever the possibilities willl be in case plz solve me...

                            HI everyone. i woule like to share fraud practices used by HP( Laptop) to see there extended warranty package. on june 11th i purchased HP extended warranty by paying rs 4436/- and i was promised that i wil get extended warranty for one year and one pair of Stereo Headset and one Optica Mouse within 3 Weeks. but its been more than 2 months and i haven't got My stereo headset and mouse. and whenevr i call them they say that its out of stock.This is totally mis seling and excuse from comapny's side. company cant escape from there obligation like this. plz anyne help me in this

                            I got a new hp pavillion dv6-2001AU in a hp fair during christmas( dec 2010) and after 2 months the screen broke SUDDENLY and when checked with hp service centre(jayanagar) they say it cannot be replaced as its not hp screen its duplicate, when checked with the sponsorer they say it cannot be replaced ,told them that its within warranty a brand new one and they told me to go to consumer forum and did not provide me any assistance
                            i got it from sycom technologies banashankari bangalore.
                            Please help me out to get a new screen .Please provide me justice.As the laptop is within warranty and moreover the screen is duplicate.

                              Hi,

                              I purchase HP G4 series laptop on April 2011. It stopped working on 23 June and on 24 June i created a request with HP customer care (tele call). They got some information from me about the problem. I replied the problem is, laptop not booting up due to some heating problem. error code is 90B. HP customer care said, technician will visit your home and get laptop repaird within 2-3 days.

                              I waited for 3-4 days and when none came, i called up HP customer care again and asked about the details. They said the part that is to be replaced is not in stock and will take next 2-3 days.

                              There after i had to follow up with them for 8-10 days. I can't understand without looking into the laptop how can they say which part is bad. I again coperated and wait. Finally after too many followups i got it repaired on 15 July ( WORST SERVICE I HAVE EVER SEEN, THEY TOOK 25 DAYS).

                              I was happy that though it took 25 days and my hardware got replaced, it got my laptop working anyway.

                              Now the issue is, same problem is coming. Again laptop is not working fine and i analyzed the issue and it is the same problem. "System can't boot up as heating system of laptop is not working fine and could lead to data/ OS loss".

                              I again called up HP customer care and asked them to get my laptop replaced.
                              As i dont want to continue with defected piece. Within 4 months of purchace i am facing same problem twice.

                              Now how can i take things granted that after replacing some hardware laptop will work fine. Please note that problem is same and HP engineers will be same and same hardware will be replaced.

                              I have invested 45,000/- in HP laptop and still suffering with the product outcome, suffering from the services that HP provide. HP customer care executives says that they can't replace it as it doesn't fit in their 15 days window for replacement.

                              IN SHORT I WANT TO SAY THAT, I AM SUFFERING AFTER CHOOSING HP.
                              I HAS WORST SERVICE, PRODUCTS, NEVER GO FOR IT.

                              Now i am looking for putting up my complaint in consumer forum, where i can ask for replacement of defected laptop.

                              Please suggest.

                                I Jai dev Dhiman have a plotter Model No.111 of HP Company which is purchased by me on 30.05.2011 the cost of that plotter is Rs.67000/-. Now, from last 20 days that plotter is not working and after making so many complaints on helpline number they give me my case ID [protected] and assure me that their executive visit and check that plotter. After that their executive came on 05.08.2011 and check that plotter is not working, he change some part of that plotter and check that the existing part is working properly he assure me that he came another day with some more parts. On 09.08.2011 one executive came with some more parts and check that plotter, but the existing(old) part of plotter is working ok, he is again assure me that he came back with other part. On 11.08.2011 he agains visit my office with some more parts but no fruitful result came, after that on 17.08.2011 he visit my office with some more parts after a try of 2-3 hours he is fail to resolve the problem of plotter. Due to this act of company I am facing a great loss of money as well as mental tension which is not compensate in terms of money.

                                It is therefore prayed that directions may kindly be issued to HP Company regarding replacement of my said plotter with new one and pay the compensation amount of Rs.20000/- in terms of financial loss caused by said plotter.

                                        It was promised by HP customer care that some one will be visiting to sort out the problem with in 48 hrs. When no one came, I called on the above number after 72 hrs, response -
                                        1. Sangeeta has left job
                                        2. Engineer will be visiting by 10 AM tomorrow. Since today morning I have called atleast 5 times, every time time was incremented by half an hour.

                                        Still I am waiting for some one to look at my printer which is not printing properly since I purchased it. Initially it was told that because of set up catridges this problem is coming. After changing the catridges also no change in quality of printing, also catridge current status is showing only 20% remaining after printing only 10 pages in b/w draft mode with very poor quality.
                                        Finally enginner turned up, provided recommendation to replace print head and catridge, for which I need to visit ARC.
