Myself, a very troubled customer of hp pavillion dv6 2005 AX. i gave my lap for
repair twice in 5months of buying it.
i strongly here giving my complaint against inacceptible and really irresponsible behavior fron hp
and its service centres at kerala.I gave my lap for some problems like

1)plugged in, not charging caption
2)very low battery backup while doing any work(hardly 1 hour)
3)over...

i hv a hp dv2701tx laptop.......
its just 2 yr old...............
nd my laptop is not working.........

hp service centre is saying that i hv to replace my MOTHERBOARD.........

and its cost is 25000............how it can b sir...........
plz do sm favour for me........

this is just insane to give 25000 for motherboard...............
its around 6th months...

I have a HP Pavillion DV 9385 ea series laptop purchased from HP. Time since I have bought the laptop, there have been continuous issues with it.
Within 6 months of buying the piece, it had a motherboard crash and had to be sent to the service centre and the Motherboard was replaced.
Later the LCD was replaced in a year's time as it stopped working.
Then again a DVD ROM issue. It stopped working and hence was replaced.br...

My laptop required servicing of display & I brought it to the
servicing center of the company at,
" LANGATE, Opposite COTTON HILL G.H.S., VAZHUTHACAUD, TRIVANDRUM"
on[protected]. They required me to wait for 3days
for their reply . When I contacted on 25th I was required
to contact on next day. When contacted I was required to contact
on 28th . There was no positive reply on my queries...

Jab Mera Laptop 1yera baad kharab ho gaya tha mai laptop ko service centre lekar gaya to service centre walo nai kha ki ki laptop ki warranty ko khatam ho gayi hai par manai unko 3year warranty kai documen dekhyai to unai musai bola tha ki jaha sai aap nai yai service pack leya hai un sai baat...

I had purchased a printer (H.P. model no. F 2418) from M/S 20 Computer warehouse vide their invoice no 445 dated 21.11.2009. The printer is not working since the date of its installation. On complainning to dealer he told us their is no ink in printer and charged Rs 150 from me. But printer was still not working. Again I approached the dealer who again charged Rs. 500. But printer has not worked.

i swati had launched complain in the first week of april,against the chrashed os backup or recovery disk of my system.
with the complain ID :[protected]. customer care people asked me to wait for 15 day days saying that i'l get the recovery dvd back. but after 15 days i didn't get proper response,they asked me to wait for the next 15days.saying we are sorry its not ready.i waited for another...

i am completely agitated and disappointed the way the gas dealer and agency is operating in our area. perhaps they are encouraging the hoarding instead of ensure that gas availability is made at door steps.

i had to face immense difficulty to get my gas cylinder for my domestic consumption. the timing is so designed that a official has to remain on leave from his office duties to get the gas cylinder replaced.
