Thank you for your reply. Considering the fact that the hp has no more warranty for their product I have decided to buy a new laptop from dell.

This is in reference to my HP laptop Compaq Presario product number: FF416PA, serial number: 2CE8262JNW. As per the conversation I had with HP technical support as well as the HP customer support dated as on 28th of January 2010. I was notified that the HP no longer serves an extended warranty on a consumer laptop in India. I purchased an HP laptop hoping to get a better service and a warranty for my product. HP — high priced printers useless
Bought a high end color laser printer two years back today there is a problem in printer and i sent the same to okhla service centre am shocked the mail sent to me"Dear Sir,
Sorry for the inconvenience,
We are extremely sorry that your printer can’t be repaired ,our CE has diagnosed your unit and founded that “Machine is not Sensing the Cartridge†for this issue we need to replace the whole Machine(ULR) .We advise you to kindly take your machine back from our Okhla Service centre in an unrepaired condition. You don’t need to pay any thing for that.

They mean to say that printer is not in repairable position and it has become useless aftr two years, there should be a law against these actions who think after warranty is over whatever happen to the printer it can thrown in dustbin without any issues
so Hp if you are listning and care please take necessary action
