I am having a Laptop of Compaq. I have extended my Laptop's warranty for 1 year by HP Warranty Extension Scheme. Due to mess communication by HP Customer care executive my warranty extends just for 4 month instead of 1 year. As I quires about at they told me that you have to submit your laptop's fitness certificate. After that i have done it. But it is a very long period of 4 months they do not give me certificate of correct date....

This is complaint against the Airtel GPRS service. I have got Airrtel postpaid connection. i purchased a hp-compaq desktop CQ3040IL some 4 months back with 3 years warranty. but from the first date the PC is having some specific problems.
