मैन फरबरी 2020 में लेज़र प्रिंटर बदायूँ जिला उत्तर प्रदेश से खरीदा था, जो कि अभी वारंटी पीरियड में है मैने शिकायत दर्ज की हुई है लगभग 7 दिन हो गए लेकिन सलूशन निल है, 2 बार इंजीनियर की विजिट हुई है लेकिन किसी की समझ से बाहर है कि क्या इशू है, मैं मार्किट में जाकर अपना काम कराया रहा हु जिसका तकरीवन 500 प्रतिदिन का खर्चा हो रहा है, मैं बहुत परेशान हु लेकिन समस्या जस की तस है। कृपया समाधान करने का कष्ट करें।

      I visited hp petrol pump at j p road near apnabazar, andheri - west, mumbai-400053. On 07/09/2020 attendent-name= anshu k sharma (Jivan service centre) using mobile phone while filling diesal /petrol in car. As per fire norms you are not allowing customer to use mobile in car - but your attendant is using mobile - photo is attached for your reference. Please take action against such hp petrol pump/owner. For safety in such congested area - prime location in andheri.

        I bought a hp laptop online through hp store. I paid the money online on 16 jul 20. Invoice recd in pkg was of 17 jul 20 and laptop was physically delivered to my address on 20 jul 20. On 31 jul 20 the laptop did not switch on. I talked to hp support through toll free number and then to technical support team hp. After some time while talking to tech team hp and laptop infront of me, the problem was solved. Then on 12 aug 20 the same issue arrived, laptop did not switched on then again i talked to tech support team hp and complain to replace/return the laptop was made. Laptop would switch on after talking to tecnical support. Mail came that engineer will visit soon. But engineer call was received on my phone he asked whether laptop was working. As laptop was working i said yes and also told issues faced. Then agin the same issue faced on 22 aug 20. Then i talked to the engineer whose number was forwarded to me through mail and i stated laptop issue. Engineer came on 24 aug 20 took my laptop to the service centre. After some days he called me that your laptop defective part has been ordered and will be handed to you after replacement of defective part. I told him that i don't want that defective laptop i want new replacement for that. Then he told talk on toll free number. Then i talked to technical support through toll free number each time they would provide me case id and woul tell the case has been forwarded.in the mean time engineer called me that you want to repair your laptop or not otherwise we will return the spare received. I mailed my problem to doa, hp support, inced. Hp and every thing they wanted to know through mail. After fed up by their irresponsible replies i filed complain on consumer helpline (Id 2210461 dt 31 aug 20). I bought this laptop for my child studies but of no use. Doa is replying that unit is out of doa as 14 days has passed but i told them first fault occurred within 12 days of physical receipt of the laptop. You can check your toll-free number call details etc. Same issue not switching on in laptop again and again means that laptop delivers to me was defective. Now i want refund or replace my laptop

          Issue - auto shut down

          Details:

          I am facing auto shutdown issue from last two months. Case id provided above is the second id. Everytime im guided to update my windows or bios, the issue is resolved for sum days and then re occur.

          Again im facing same issue, it is frustrating after calling u people so many times it is still troubling.

          Pls take back ur laptop and gv the money back, i cannot continue to take ur lengthy support system every two weeks.

                With due respect I beg to draw your kind attention that, my Laptop not working in properly, I purchase this product from Galaxy Infocom on 02/04/2019. I lodge my complain through your Customer Care number in the warranty period, i.e. 20/03/2020 and my Case ID - [protected], there received my call Mr. Ankit but my problem did not solved and no one contact with me, now I arise more problem about this product, there after start this laptop with the help of cntrl. button, number 8 digit is not work and so many more. I contact this number in several times but did not connect to your delegate, now I contact your customer care on 01/09/2020 and my call received by Mr. Sankha and he told me the my case ID is close due to contact after long interval and he did not solved my problem and my warranty is laps and if you solved your problem so you must be pay, here question is in this pandemic situation of COVID 19 how to contact with you in lock down and how to enter any one in my house in this situation. as per Govt. rule in COVID 19 pandemic every case and every commodity was relaxation. So I cordially request you look in to matter as a special case and solved my problem as early as possible, other wise I shall be take necessary legal steps through Ld. Court

                  I ordered a laptop from hp.com on 5th of august through agent ID-.[protected] received the laptop on 12th August at my home. When I unboxed it, I found that the laptop is damaged. I tried to contact hp customer care support but failed to connect due to wrong number printed on the box that I have received. After that on 13th August I mailed on hpestore.[protected]@hp.com and [protected]@hp.com but they didn't respond to my mail. After that I took the customer support number through the agent and registered my complaint regarding the delivery of a damaged product to me. After that I had been told by the customer support that my laptop case is under DOA and I had to wait for technician validation. On 14th they registered my case and complaint. After 14th they delayed in assigning the technician, and he visited me on 18th, 4 days after registering complaint. Technician clearly stated after inspection that there is manufacturing defect and in- transit damage on the laptop. On 18th Jabalpur service centre issued me a mail on this issue and told me to contact Hp India for the replacement as the case cannot be registered for DOA because there is no hardware failure in my laptop. It is only damaged. I then contacted customer support again which has been really exhausting and frustrating for me to connect to them and explain the whole issue since I have received the damaged laptop. Customer support has been delaying the process unnecessarily despite receiving the technician letter and nod for direct replacement. On 19th August Suprit Singh Rathod (Service centre head) contacted me and assured me to provide the replacement within 1 day. But the product picked up on 24th August.
                  This case has caused me a lot of inconveniences and mental trauma and I have wasted a lot of time to get it replaced. It's been really disappointing to receive a damaged laptop and not receiving the refund. I'm feeling exhausted and frustrated. I never knew about the rigidity of the process that Hp India follows for return and replacement. Otherwise, I would have never ordered it from them in the first place. The kind of response I have received has not been helpful at all. I just cannot wait for the refund anymore as the product has already been returned on 29th August 2020. PLEASE, I REQUEST THE AUTHORITIES TO LOOK INTO THIS MATTER AND PROVIDE A QUICK REDRESSAL TO MY COMPLAINT TO SAFEGUARD MY RIGHTS AND INTEREST AS A CONSUMER. I have been really frustrated and depressed since this has happened with me.. Every time I call the customer care they tell me to wait for 24-48 hrs for the updates. This has been a mental harrasment to me and consumer helpline is the last hope for me to receive help. I request the authorities to help me get the refund of 44, 199 for the order that I purchased as I have already returned their damaged product (reached on 29th August to warehouse) as I am not in the position to be a customer of such careless, irresponsible and unresponsive brand. Please help me and resolve this at the earliest. Thankyou

                      Laptop purchased yesterday 31.08.020 at 2.20 pm not working from the time it is purchased and now after the sales the showroom is not taking any action and requesting me to run behind all the hp service center for repair. The brand new laptop not even used for 1 minute when it is not working it is the duty of the company to replace with new laptop since they have sold damaged/secondhand used refurbished laptop as new.
                      Invoice no. Anr[protected] dated 31.8.2020 generated at 2.21 pm. Amount paid rs.37499/-.

                      Request hp india to take immediate action and provide me with new laptop in lieu of this damaged laptop sold to me. Invoice copy attached for your perusal.

                      I have come to conclusion that HP laptops are poor quality. Needless to say they are made in China. Mine battery failed within 2 months and now dead pixels have developed on the screen. I am in discussion with HP on dead pixel related issue but so far it does not feel like they will solve it to my satisfaction. Dead pixel is many a times excluded from warranty coverage. This is my first and last HP laptop.

                        I purchased a laptop yesterday vide invoice no. Anr[protected] dated 31.08.2020 at around 2.20 pm. The laptop which they gave me when i took home at around 3.30 pm in my house it was not working. All the ports available for usb, mouse, hdmi etc were not working and not sensing and the system was not working. Immediately by 4 pm i went to the shop again and showed the problem, they said it is not their responsibility to see after it is sold and i need to take to hp service center in t. Nagar and get it repaired. I would like to inform that the laptop was not even opened and used for a minute and when the showroom has given a second hand item and which is damaged it is not fair to say that you need to run behind showroom for getting repaired. Brand new laptop which was not even opened and used for 1 minute i need immediate replacement with new one. The issue if need to check can verify from the camera footage in the showroom when i entered and when i left and when i came back immediately with defect what was the action taken in the showroom.
                        I need a resolution immediately from the company (Hp india) for the damanged laptop sold to me and replace with new one.
                        Amount of laptop purchased : rs.37499/-
                        Also in this connection would like to inform that when i was told by the saleman that when i buy the laptop wireless mouse, laptop backbag, usb 32 gb given free but should take any of the 2. But when the invoice was prepared they charged for all the items which i opted for ex. Laptop bag, usb, when i asked they said it is not free we will show in invoice but while selling we say it is free
                        I really feel that such a big company hp inida - trying to sell 2nd hand laptop which is damaged and not working by packing in a new box and sealed.

                        Please help in providing me a solution - the purpose of purchasing the Laptop was for my daughter's Exam Final Year & ICWAI inter exam which is conducted ONLINE starting this Sunday. The purpose of buying this laptop is defeated because of damaged/2nd hand not working item delivered.

                          There's a vertical line in my display 3cm9011537 for that i logged a complaint in hp customer support at 07/08/2020 and service provider give me a case i'd [protected] and make me believe my problem will resolve in 48hours but. But still there's no any response from customer support and i had complain many time but still my problem will not resolve.

                            For making me fool my adp case id-[protected]. I have three year adp pack. And according to hp adp policy we can use adp one claim per 12 months from purchase of device and in 12 month period i used adp once and now i again got problem and it's 14th month and now i am able to claim adpbut your company rejected it by saying that adp is part of one time approvalwhen i bought laptop at that time i bought 1 year adp care pack. But after sometime i paid rs10000 and extended it for two years by trusting you. I want my case approved. I am student i everyday have to attend online classes buy because of you i am not able as my laptop is damaged. I wanty laptop repaired or replaced under adp. I haven't. Got as this worse experience from any company and will not suggest anyone to buy hp laptop as i am frustraed from you. I want my laptop repaired or replaced from you.

                              Hp laptop keyboard complaint not attended for 45 day from complaint registered, Hp service is very bad, I think not experienced exicutives in there service center, I have two case I'd for one complaint

                                    I purchased a HP laptop of around fifty thousand seven months ago. The laptop heats up and switches off itself after 5 mins and i have been hardly able to use it. Filed a complaint and the engineer repaired it two weeks ago. Changed the entire motherboard. Yesterday when I used it faced same problem again. I have been using Acer laptop for more than 7 years never showed such problem. Either refund the money or change my product. I don't use my laptop regularly and I am facing such problem with a new laptop. If such problem is occurring in seven months I want a refund or product replacement.

                                      My name is Vasu, I am from Hyderabad, India.

                                      I purchased the laptop on 25 November 2019. Within a month, screen flickering and blurring issues occurred on 19 Dec 2019. After consulting HP customer service several times, a new screen has been set up on 14 Mar 2020. HP has rejected my request for unit replacement by sighting '14 days replacement policy'.

                                      21 Jul - Blue screen, BIOS and booting issues occurred. Called customer service and have reset the laptop for 2 times, issue not resolved.

                                      22 Jul - Called customer care, done some hardware checks, had reset the unit with HP restore utility (from pen drive), issue not fixed. I have shared several screenshots with customer care. (Case ids: [protected], [protected])

                                      I kept follow up with customer care

                                      27 July – Abhishek Benarjee - Customer Relations Case Manager arranged a hardware engineer.

                                      28 July – Engineer has thoroughly checked the issue and performed some advanced troubleshooting. He has come to a conclusion that the SSD and the Hard disk drive have been corrupted and to be replaced immediately. He informed me that his team is going to report the same thing to Abhishek

                                      29 July – Requested Abhishek for replacement o[censored]nit as the both SSD and Hard disks are failed, but my request was denied by him. He said he can only replace the parts, not the unit. I asked them what if I deny replacement of parts, but there was no clear cut answer from them.

                                      Still, I have been requesting them for replacement o[censored]nit, but all my requests have been rejected.

                                      There was no proper communication from anybody since last 1 month. I have been experiencing mental torture from then and I am still waiting for them to replace my laptop. I also had told them if HP is not in a position to replace the unit, I have no other option than approaching the consumer forum, but I am yet to contact them.

                                      Both my personal and official work have been badly affected due to these issues.

                                      I believe, the 14 days replacement policy cannot be implied to all the cases of laptop issues. In my case both SSD and Hard Disk drives are crashed, which means the entire laptop has gone crashed.

                                      I tried putting the things precisely. Please help me with replacement o[censored]nit. I am available to discuss on my mobile no. [protected]. Thank you.

                                      HP does not care about the mental stress I have been facing from about a month now.
                                      I had tweeted to one of the HP higher officials about this. But same people have called me today to say the same words 'We cannot give you what you wanted'. I also requested him to extend my warranty for an year but they did not agree for that, they said they will think of extending it for 2 months.

                                      Can anyone tell me how to go ahead with filling a complaint against HP for this issue? Thank you.

                                        I ordered a hp laptop model no. 15s du2058tu online on 31/7/20. {Order no. [protected]}. Ipaid an amount of Rs 35, 639/- through debit card payment after checking & confirming my location delivery using pincode status. I was assured the delivery with in 9 working days. When I was following the status regularly, it was showed dispatched and shipped with no further updation. So On 5th Aug 2020, I personally called in hp helpline number[protected] and HP representative informed me that the order got automatically cancelled on 3/8/20. I was guaranteed the refunding of my amount with in 3 to 5 working days. But the amount was not remitted. Hence I again contacted on helpline no[protected], I was told by the HP representative that they will inform the VENDOR and the amount will be remitted with in 48 hours if the VENDOR initiate the remittance with in 24 hours. I have tried to contact HP people many times through WhatsApp messages(no reply received) and multiple emails in in.[protected]@hp.com, in.[protected]@hp.com, [protected]@hp.com, [protected]@hp.com, kalven.[protected]@hp.com etcetc. I am only receiving AUTO GENERATED reply/Emails all the time asking me to wait for 48hrs {thrice}. My second LAST call was on Saturday by around 4.05pm, and the hp representative told me they have already initiated refund procedures on Aug 15th 2020, and in 5 to 7 days money will be Remitted, (ie 5 to 7 days from 15th Aug) And They Gave me an Email I'd kalven.[protected]@hp.com and told Only He Can Help me in this matter. So I sent email to dis mail I'd. But it is showing that receiver is unable to accept emails. And I contacted today also in helpline no [protected].Niw they again asking me to wait for another 7 to 10days. Like realyyyyy. Its Been 22 Days already. Till now my money is not remitted and those people r asking me to wait for another 10 days. So I request you people to help me in this matter. Please kindly do something.

                                        Got Your mail. Thank u for your support. As per Your mail HP company representative must have been contacted me by now. But there is no respond from them. How many more days should I wait???????? Its been 25 days. Till now they have not remitted my Refund
