I bought a laptop 10 days back from HP world, mysore. Now it showing charger pluged in but not charging. And now it is switched off. No support from hp support. It cost my job. Since it is switched off i couldn't do my work.
HP India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
Disconnect all devices from laptop including charger .
Press and hold power button for 120 seconds.
Release the button, now connect charger to laptop, charge for 30 minutes.
Switch on the laptop.

    You company is making me fool by rejecting my adp case according to your policy we can use adp once in 12 months from laptop purchase date and I have claimed adp once in 12 months period and now it's 13th month and my laptop falled from hand and got damaged now I must avil your adp but you company has rejected my case by saying adp is part of one time approval and rejected my case I want my laptop to be repaired 100 %.YOU CALL ME ON NO.           My son who is pursuing mba in mumbai purchased a hp pavilion 14ce 3022tx on 18th of may, 2020 & was delivered on 20th of may, 2020. Hardly using it for a month it started showing hardware problem and lodged a complain on 15th july, 2020. But hp technician couldn't resolve the problem till today and he informed my son that the laptop had multiple issues and then took it to the service centre promising him to give a standby as his online classes as well as examinations are going on. We tried our level best to make them understand the seriousness of the problem and asking them for a replacement since it is under warranty period & the laptop has multiple issues. But hp is not hearing our request and even misbehaving with us. They have shown mere negligence. The case id is [protected].

              I had registered a case with hp on battery malfunction on 23rd july 2020. I was informed that battery is covered under additional warranty and care pack during the complainant registration. Later up on checking the status on field visit with hp, i was informed that i will be charged for the replacement. I wanted to know why the battery is not covered under the care back as promised during the purchase of this product from hp.

              Also i have raised few other concenrs with hp and which was not responded even after mailing to the service head.

              I would like to talk to the right person in detail regarding all the concerns.

                  Received new case id :- [protected]. This is third time i am getting case i'd
                  (Earlier case i'd [protected] and [protected]) and many no of chat i'd for the same problem. Laptop is under warranty

                  My laptop is not turning on/auto turn off if it starts occasionally which i keep on complaining since 1st week of june. After two month i am back to same position

                  Just wastage of time and you are interested in closing the case i'd. Repair are not trust worthy. Even though you reported motherboard replacement (After two fail attempt) i am having serious doubt whether u replaced new? (As per my close technician it was not replaced)

                  Once you repair done at your end you always insist to install windows update/bios update which i did as per your advise but problem reoccurs.

                  I also replaced power cable as per your advise.in addition ac adaptor also changed. Still same problem

                  No improvement for last 60 days even after you kept laptop for 14 days to repair and not trust worthy for repair once again.

                  I want to solve problem as a whole problem and doesnt want to repair part by part and fixing one issue at one time

                  So you can repair as a whole and install all update at your end and handover to me once you finish all your end. Don't inform me to do certain job like installation /update system after you repair. This hindernace problem which you are not able to diagnose

                  My experience says that your service technical person don't have basic things like to ac adaptor during on site visit which is surprise to note.. Also they should have all facility/update while testing on site

                  In most of the cases either your service center no/whats app no is engaged or long time to respond. Some time you respond more than hour in responding whatsapp. Message while you can't wait more than 5-10min if we are delay in responding. I also want bring your notice that in one of incidence, where your what's app collegue is hesitant to try my laptop by restarting which made me to believe that your college are only interested in closing problem for that moment

                  If you want my laptop for repair again i want repalcemenf laptop till you repair or send me new laptop.

                  I wasted my time, patience, money, mental consdition for above since 1st week of june. Frequent visit your service centre/attending technical during their site visit especially corona time i am eligible for the compensation much more than laptop worth. Ie rs 1lakh. However i will claim new laptop as a settlement this issue along with extension of warranty for lost days

                      Since 16th June my HP laptop is dead. The laptop is new laptop. the technician visited on 17th June and told mother board needs to be replaced. since then the laptop is not repaired or replaced and even my money is not refunded. The customer service just say it is escalated and you will recive call. I haven't received any call till date. also they are not refunding my money so that I can buy new laptop. sending faulty pieces and than harassing customer without any service. Every day am calling but nothing done till date. They have failed to their terms and conditions of customer service and now they are not refunding my money

                          Customer support not supportive at all .

                          Regionalization reset is required and the executives evertime gave me a time tht a executive will call me . But nobody called. Infact in one of the call i came to know that my previous calls were marked resolved and a was mentioned tht a solution was provided . Trust me it was a fake comment by their technical team .

                            I have ordered a laptop on hponlinestore on 20 Jul 20 along with extended warranty vide Order # [protected]. However, post payment, I noticed that extended warranty is free with this product. thereafter I contacted HP Online store for cancellation of my entire order. But customer care assured me that there is no need to cancel entire product and they have taken my request for partial cancellation of my order (extended warranty). Since then I have contacted HP via various means (call center, e mails) for cancellation of my order. But HP still not listening and product has also been delivered to me. Now I request that HP should provide a good forum for the customer. They have just assured me for needful but not yet provided resolution. Details can be obtained from me on [protected]

                              Very sad to inform you that i have submit the complaint of no sound while doing video calls.
                              Such a pathetic service support from hp team,
                              First time when i register the complaint the case no was : [protected]
                              I was assure that hp team will help me to resolve the issue, but sorry to say that no call from last 2 days after registering the call. Then i called again to customer care they had assured me that tommorrow we will depute engineer to rectify the issue.
                              2. Again no technician the i called to customer care no and apology was saying by mr. Subash and he has assured me to do the steps:
                              Bios checking and after that you have to check camera recording. If there is no voice then its a mike issue and he registered a new case no:[protected] and we will asisgn an engineer at your residence.
                              Again after checking when i called again to customer care no they were telling a new story.
                              They were telling again to check the softwares and after that mr. Sashi again registered a new case no. [protected]

                              Again sorry to say no engineer was assigned.

                              Then yesterday on dtd: mrs. Paulimi again telling a new story to check device manager and other softwares and at and was taken yesterday a lady called was telling the steps to check the software but she had failed and se drops a mail and called me to reply the mail and we will take up the matter on special priority and send engineer to rectify the issse.

                              I am totally fed up to buy a hp product and as my daughter is missing her online classes and no body is taking so much pain to rectify the issues.

                                This laptop I bought a year back, was defective from the start. It stopped working within 15 days of purchase and when I asked for a replacement, I was denied saying it can be repaired. It stopped working again in September. When I gave it for repair I got it back after 20 days with all my data gone. It stopped working again in December. I gave it for repair again and got it back after 2 weeks with all of my data gone. It stopped working again in july. When I called the Hp CUSTOMER care numbers they gave me two numbers both of which didn't work . Then they gave me a printer guys number, that person gave me 3 numbers all of which didnt work. This shows your CUSTOMER care is very useless. Hp is the worst useless irresponsible company I've ever seen. They sold me a defective laptop which costed me thousands of money on repair. And now it needs a new motherboard for which the service centre is charging thousands of money, what the hell is this company and its products, everything is trash. No replacement no refund nothing. Useless good for nothing people. I want a replacement of my laptop its high time now. I the one year I bought my laptop, I had it with me for hardly 4 5 months and all the other times in the service centre. I paid 63000 for this defective piece of ###.

                                  I placed following orders online with '[protected]@ltonlinestore.in':
                                  #[protected] dated 17/04/2020 for one hp cartridge 21b rs. 680.86
                                  #[protected] dated 06/07/2020 for one hp cartridge 21b rs. 831.90
                                  I have sent innumerable email reminders but i have not got response.
                                  I have tried to contact over phone but i could not get any response.
                                  The amounts i paid are stuck up.
                                  'unlock 1 & 2 have been implemented. Unlock 3 is also being implemented.
                                  Please note that the above agency is spoiling the greatest image & reputation m/s hp india pvt. Ltd. Has built up.
                                  Please look into the matter & help me get my above two cartridges or refund of rs. 1, 512/76 that i paid online. With regards.

                                    I have accidental damage protection included in hp care pack registered on my laptop according to their policy we can claim apd once per 12 months of purchase of device but i have 3 year care pack now its 13 months of my laptop purchase and my laptop accidentally got damage and i raised complaint in hp and hp checked all things and at last ithey responded me that company rejected case as adp is only for one time approval.i want my laptop repaired under policy as i paid high ammount for care pack.i want my laptop repaired.
