I have purchased an HP Laptop on 14.06.2020 but, since then I trying to contact you but, no response from your side.
I've four complaints for you as under:
1. Dispute in Warranty Period, laptop shows upto Dec 2020, whereas I've purchased this laptop in Jun 2020
2. I'm unable to activate Microsoft Office Home & Student on my laptop
3. Call Center Executives are irritating, continuously says 15 times that "Sir are you able to hear me" whenever I call them.
4. Support Links provided are of no use.
I'm sorry to say but your services are pathetic and super slow, since June third week I have been trying to contact you thru your links and touch points but no respond?
Hope someone will resolve above issues asap
