Dear Sir,
I have purchased my laptop with a 3 years warranty. I am facing an issue of white spot on display (10 nos and it keeps on increasing ) and also sent the snapshot of the same. i have contacted the customer care department when the system is in warranty, but HP denied any support citing that their pixel policy does not cover the screen under warranty eventhough it fulfils warranty...

In My laptop touch pad is not working and num lock also not working and some times it's taking so much time for start...

I ordered a hp 15s laptop from flipkart on 9/08/2020. unfortunately the laptop i received is defective. (touchpad left and right buttons not working). i contacted their customer service and opened a ticket.

i had to spent almost 2hrs doing what i was asked for and nothing helped. later the customer executive i was chatting with escalated the issue to another officer...

I have placed order no [protected] on 06.08.2020 to purchase one hp laptop. till date i havnt received my laptop.
on order status at hp website, it is showing that my order is cancelled although i never requested for the order cancellation.
if my order is cancelled then why hp is not refunding my money, it is blocked with them from last 12 days. neither they have given me laptop not they are refunding my money.

I purchased this laptop in march end, and now this laptop is showing is showing extreme slow charging .Earlier it used to charge in about 1.5 hours, but now in 6 hours it charges by 10 percent.The laptop is under warranty still 7 months remaining.This issue is not contionuous, but its frequent.resolve this issue bcos i am a student and i am not liking working on my new laptop while plugged in. i purchased this laptop online....

Few minutes late i called hp to enquire about printer to purchase. He misbehaved and ended call. Not even told his name or may be it was not audible.

I had bought hp desktop a/o 20-c435in pav from smart planet it solutions private limited.

They had supplied a defective desktop and refused to replace instead visited and changed couple of parts in the system.

But, the system never worked seamlessly the camera never worked.

They have even billed more than the mrp and refused to address the issue.

I have purchased a laptop and 20 aug 2018 and i have also purchased extended warranty (Care pack) from hp website. Now my laptop has intermittent boot issue and i have raised a ticket for the same with ticket no [protected] and was surprised to know that my warranty in their system show expired so i was given a email address where i have send all the document. Even after 10 days i called and the warranty is not updated. Now they have closed...

My laptop apparently stopped working and now it doesn't show any screen. I need a home service for the same....

My son who is pursuing mba in mumbai purchased a hp pavilion 14ce 3022tx on 18th of may, 2020 & was delivered on 20th of may, 2020. Hardly using it for a month it started showing hardware problem and lodged a complain on 15th july, 2020.
