To whom so ever it may concern..
I have purchased an "hp laptop" from your store on Aug 26, 2020.
I had problem with the web browser from the day 1 of the purchase.
I approached the sales executive who sold me this product. He asked me to contact "hp web support". I did as he said but the problem was not solved instead they told me to contact "hp support". Then I escalated the problem to "hp support". But unfortunately my problem has not been solved till now.
On 8th Oct 2020, I got a mail from them that the problem is because of HDD to which I was not at all convinced because I have only installed Google browser so far, not any other single app..
I am so depressed and unsatisfied because i am escalating this problem for the past 50 days and my problem has not been solved till date .
Further I am shocked to see that hp is compromising it's quality to this extent. I am completely unsatisfied with your problem solving approach.
I had to purchase this laptop in this covid situation to retain my job. But now I got to face lot of problems in my job because of this laptop issue..I am so depressed that I am not ready to contact hp support anymore.
I request you with great regret to get this faulty laptop back and render me a new problem free laptop.

    Dear Sir,

    With due regards, I would like to bring to your notice that I have bought an HP laptop for my wife in the name of Soma Adhikari (while my phone number [protected] was given in the order) with the details given in the reference. I bought it online from HP India website and the laptop was dispatched by SAVEX COMPUTERS LTD, probably in Kolkata, WB, India. I ordered it on Aug 19, 2020 (Order No: #[protected]). It was delivered on Aug 28, 2020. There was a problem with the graphics quality in the laptop which was manifested in many softwares, especially in many scientific softwares which I have been using in my other laptops for long. (Both my wife and I are researchers in Physics) I made a telephonic complaint to HP on Aug 29, 2020 and was guided over telephone by HP technicians regarding software upgrades of the computer including BIOS update and Windows update. But the problem was not solved. A case with number [protected] was subsequently registered. In the next few days a technician visited and tried to solve by himself and also by contacting HP support center but it was still not solved. Subsequently the laptop was declared DOA on Sep 16, 2020 (and DOA letter emailed), and the case was closed on Sep 18, 2020. The DOA letter mentioned 14 days time i.e. up to Sep 29, 2020. The DOA letter and the email directed that an HP technician would visit and seal the laptop after verification following which it will be reverse picked up. The email further informed that the DOA seal is the proof of verification and cannot be tampered. The technician visited quite late, i.e. on Sep 19, 2020 but he did not have sufficient time to clear personal data from laptop before sealing. So he left and revisited on Sep 22, 2020 and sealed the laptop. Please note that meanwhile I had to write several emails both before DOA declaration and after that, in order to escalate every step and I have all the respective documents for those communications. Reverse pickup logistics personnel visited on Sep 25, 2020 but insisted on opening the package and checking the laptop which was against the directives given by HP, so I refused permission to tamper seal and the pickup was not successful. I again informed the problem by email and followed up with few more emails and the HP team informed me that they are trying to solve the problem. But till date the laptop is not picked up. Meanwhile, after informing the expiry of the DOA letter (expired on Sep 29, 2020), HP provided another DOA letter on Oct 6, 2020 which is valid up to Oct 19, 2020.

    Now, following are some issues from my part—

    Firstly, as the laptop was bought online from HP website, I cannot visit the specific hp store to exchange with a new one. Also please note that the seller is probably located at Kolkata which is 600 kilometers from my place i.e. Jalpaiguri, WB, India – 735101. So it is not possible to visit the store. Also I am not willing to take a replacement of the same model because of a probable manufacturing defect. In this situation I also requested HP by email to take the laptop back and provide the refund but with no response.

    Secondly, I bought the laptop for my wife in response to an urgent situation. Her older laptop was suddenly damaged and she needed to take online classes in her undergraduate college due to the ongoing pandemic. This enormous delay in resolving the case has left both o[censored]s in deep trouble.

    Thirdly, since my money (INR 55000 approx) is blocked due to the purchase, I am not in a position to urgently buy another laptop to solve the urgent needs.

    Fourthly, this delay of 53 days till date (and counting) has crossed our patience.

    In view of such consequences, I would request you to kindly provide a full refund with interest, as applicable, along with compensation for the delay, within 6 days time, i.e. within Oct 17, 2020, failing which
    I am left with no other options but to resolve my grievances by legal procedures. Although I tried to avoid such consequences by cooperating with HP protocols, but the tremendous delay has left me with no other options.

        The HP laptop is with HP service centre since last one month. They are not returning the same after necessary repair. laptop is under warranty. Because of non issues which is not attributable to me, the laptop is not being repaired. Kindly resolve the issue and return my laptop in working condition.

          Very worst service, am chasing them for last two days for driver issues. Called them i waited for more than 25 mins.
          And also no response in chat.

          Last two months i bought two laptops in HP, henceforth i dont want to buy from them and i wont suggest HP to my friends, because of the worst customer service.

          If you can't solve the problem then why you are wasting my time by waiting for a foolish thing...

          Hi team

          we have taken care pack of 5 printer model- M2880FW. care pack number is HP SAMSUNG 2Yr NBD U9SP9E. I have been raising issue to HP care pack team from last 1 year but they are providing support regarding this issue . out 5 printer they only activated 3 printer last month(September 2020) which is after expiry of 9 -10 month of 1st year. still 2 printer are pending for warranty care and approximately 1 year of warranty is over. my printer is not working nad Hp customer cant provide after sales services due to non activation of 2 printer care pack.

          I have sent constantly mailed to following person regarding this issue.

          I am attaching bill of care pack and serial number 5 printer out which 2 printer are still showing out of warranty and rest of the 3 printer are activated

              Dear sir,
              I had purchased a lap top on 01 sep 2020 form hp world pimple saudagar pune. Every thing was fine till money was paid. Suddenly attitude of the owner mr. Ramesh changed.
              On 29/9 i came to know that i could get extended warranty for two years. On 30/09/20 i called up the shop and asked them why i was not informed of the extended warranty by ms. Payal sales girl. I was told by ms. Nazia who attended the call that payal is not available and that she will check and revert back.
              She did not revert back. I called her back and i was told by nazia that she will check with the boss and revert back. That, it will not be a problem. There was no revert back. I again called on 2/10 evening to ask her why she did not respond? Answer was sorry. She confirmed that you come and it will be done and that payment will be on line.
              I told her that i will come on sat 3/10. I was told by nazia to come on mon as sat and sunday there is a big rush.
              I called on mon 5/10 evening that i will be coming. I was told by nazia that i could not get the extended warranty as it is more than one month. I told her you have been telling me ever since that it will be done and now suddenly you tell me it cant be done. This amounts to breach of trust.
              I had a heated exchange on tele with mr. Ramesh. He refused to listen and said he was busy and will call back on on 06 /10 after 1100 hrs. He did not call. I called up the shop ms. Nazia said she was not aware as she was off yesterday. I told her to share his number. She refused. I told her to ask him to call back at 1127. No call so far at 1240 hrs. I asked for mail id she has not shared.
              You can see the attitude of your dealer. Please investigate the matter and that his dealer ship should be terminated. I should be provided extended warranty.

                I am writing this in great dismay and after numerous attempts to rectify concerns with my hp laptop. Due to the current pandemic scenario, my child’s schooling has moved online and for this purpose, i procured an hp laptop. We have had a great experience in the past with hp products and hence took our family friends (An hp employee and a brand ambassador) assistance in procuring the laptop. We received delivery of this laptop on 9th june 2020, and have been using this since.
                Initially, all seemed fine, until our son noticed the system becoming very slow and restarting mid-session of his classes. The issue becomes worse the following week when the laptop took over 10 minutes to merely log in to ms-team. This prompted us to seek your after-sales service assistance, and this is where our frustration starts. I first called the service team from august midweek, and after numerous attempts, i get connected and the engineer from qdigi services ltd visits/advises (As occurred) our home to rectify the issue. They initially started it is a hard disk issue, (Ref: case # [protected]) and had the same replaced, instructed me to procure a pen drive to install certain software by myself with a link shared by your team. They also advise me to speak to my internet service provider to improve speed as the said the issue may be due to poor internet. While my service provider airtel upgraded the system from 2.5ghz to 5ghz, and i was able to access this with my official laptop (Non-hp), our new hp laptop did not seem to recognize this connection.
                So, for the second time in our three months of ownership, i take the long frustrating journey of reaching out to the support team and then after numerous attempts, the engineer from qdigi services ltd attends to me (Ref: case # [protected]), and to my surprise, i am told this computer is not compatible for 5ghz bandwidth internet, and this could be the result of poor performance and he took the idr logs to escalate the issue.
                I find myself in a quandary since i am not aware of these specifics of the system, and while originally this system on the initial internet speed of 2.5ghz performed adequately for the first 30 days. The hard disk replacement has not addressed my concerns which continue to plague the system, namely;

                Loading any application like ms teams or a webpage takes longer (8 minutes) than usual.
                The system crashes often and requires a restart.
                Wi-fi disconnects during the classes on ms teams.
                With this, i believe the service team did everything possible based on my complaint, but my issue still persists.


                I am still not able to use this product efficiently because of its very slow performance and yet not meeting my requirement.

                Hp's customer support is completely ignoring this issue and absolutely no response from the team and still waiting.

                Kindly help me get the refund the cost of the laptop as i would not want to continue any relation with hp anymore

                normal internet speed does not mention GHz
                But speed always mentioned by mbps only .
                If your laptop comes with pre installed windows 10 means, then HP related softwares are installed by company . so booting normally takes slow.
                If laptop comes HDD instead of SSD, then booting is slow.
                solution 1.
                uninstall unwanted software's which you really don't need.
                solution 2.
                Delete all scheduled tasks in windows 10.
                solution 3
                disable all startup items under task manager..

                    Case id cnd92133wq product nb15-da0327tu
                    Hp laptop purchased from noida on 11 jul 19. The case summary as below :-

                    Service complaint launched online on 17 jul 20. Hp sysnet technology, kangra engineer visited home on 23 jul 20 and informed that mother board change is required and since he carried wrong serial number mother board due to some mis communication no repair could be done. No charges asked by engineer since as per companys record system was under warranty.

                    Present status -
                    1. Sysnet technology blames consumer for quoting wrong serial number and since the variation (Incorrect srl with company slcnd 92553) is in all figures and numbers such mistake can not happen at customer end. More so one day prior on hp help line correct serial number was quoted copy already forwarded to customer care. Whoso ever is at fault must accept mistake.
                    2. As per service provider warranty not valid since pop is 11 jul 19 warranty valid till 11 jul 20. Laptop was six days out of warranty on 17 jul 20. As per warranty registered on net (Copy already forwarded) system was under warranty till 25 jul 20. Which is confirmed by the visit free of cost on 23 jul 20.

                      Replacement of Hp laptop due to Manufacturing defect

                      I bought an Hp Pavilion 14 cs 1000tx product of your company on 11/07/2019.
                      I get many display problems in it from last 4 months but ignored it assuming they may be due to some outdated drivers, but they are increasing nowadays. So, I went to hp repair center to repair it and they said, "YOUR LAPTOP NEEDS TO GET MOTHERBOARD CHANGED AS IT IS A MANUFACTURING DEFECT".

                      I have never asked for refund. I want to purchase extended warranty. I made several call after facing lots of difficulty in getting connected .I receive response of different types. Finally a gentle accepted my query and assured to raise to concerned department. Ticket number is 7303

                      Today I also saw details in https://www.hpupgradeprogram.com. Here cost of extended Warranty is 50%. I was not allowed to purchase as I have extended time period of purchase by Two days.

                      I have submitted my order within one month, I was informed about refund today only.

                      I do not want any refund, I want to purchase extended warrant, Kindly send me to care pack ordered on 1 September 2020 or allow me to purchase from https://www.hpupgradeprogram.com/, with permission purchase in extended date(n after one months as I had put order with in stipulated time .

                          I am vivek kumar and i have purchased hp pavilion x360(8CG932842R) laptop and also buy accidental protection, when i was complain to hp department on about 22sep 2020 then more than 1 months remaining in my one year warranty then i am talked to hp department then a case is generated [protected] and he say that share invoice latter then i was share invoice latter and also 4 or 5 times before already share invoice latter and after somedays he says that my warranty was expired and say that hp support assistant was wrong show and then when i am checked hp support assistant then show that my warranty was expired.
                          and whenever i am calling to toll free number then aftersome time my call will disconnected by hp department
                          And also which warranty will right i do not know because may bhi 3 warranty show, please see in photo.

                          nothing any step taken by company whenever i am calling hp toll free number then i am saying my consult then aftersome times call will disconnected. My question was If i am follow my support assistant then i am wrong or if i am not wrong then replace my screen and i am already talked to hp department about 6months before to crack on display. unistall 3 in one, in this appplication now shows that my accidental damage protection was not expired.

                            I had purchased a HP make desktop from Vijay Sales, Kharghar, Maharashtra on 08.09.2020. The desktop was not working and the complaint raised with HP on 12.09.2020 Via Ref.No.[protected].
                            Mr. Vishal Gaikwad (Mob.No. [protected]) for HP had confirmed on 28.09.2020 that he has initiative process for replacement of Desktop with a new one.
                            Mr. Akki Durgum ( Mob.No. [protected]) was co ordinating from Vijay sales. He has informed me that the replacement Desktop has arrived in showroom but they are waiting for HP person to seal the faulty one.

                              I ordered one printer from Hp online store 29 sept. Yesterday morning i canceled order via custmor care.
                              Today i got message that my order has been dispatched. What the hell. Why this order got dispatched while i canceled this one. I don't need this order. Order id is [protected]..

                              Pleasw help to cancel this i dont need now.

                                I have wifi issue from last two months, but the executives are just ignoring it. everytime i complain they ask from start and it happend dozens of time . now my warranty period is going to end int 15 days. i know its hardware defect but they show that there is no issue at all. if no issue then solve problem asap why you cant. i have proof for every chat on whatsapp.

                                  I am not getting good battery backup, it lasts less than 1.30 hrs. for online classes, etc. I spend 1.20lakh for this product, i feel worthless with this battery life, earlier I had good opinion about hp laptops but now its no more.

                                    I brought my HP Laptop in 2019 oct month.It was working fine initially.The first problem I got is Hindge issue.I got keyboard problem.I got several manufacturing defects in my laptop.I have informed it to customer care but they are arguing me as a software issue even after hardware tests by entering hardware test mode.I have hardware manufacturing Problems in Display, Keyboard, Battery, Hindge, Body, charging problems.My laptop is filled with problems even the HP care people are arguing hardware problem.they are not resolving my issue
