    Please to be inform you that i have bought the laptop on dtd:19/05/2020.
    But it came to notice that wfrhile doing video calls there was no sound coming.
    There was no communication from both sides in sound.
    I was really surprised that hp laptop is having a problem, as i am frequently using hp laptop in office too.

        I have brought an all in one hp desktop on 22nd and the microphone hardware is having some issues. I tried 10 times by calling on support toll free number given by the dealer who sold it. Every time they used age old call centre tricks to listen to the issue but will not give me a complaint number. Even virtual support and raised a case no:[protected]. I tried call center number and 10 times they just disconnected my call by saying that they cannot hear after knowing the issue. But all i was asking them to take complaint and send an hardware engineer to replace the defective microphone hardware. Hp call center are very bad and worse experience, they think that just because they can disconnect our calls by saying they can't hear, it only reflects how bad and worse hp product experiences are.

            This is a post related to the hp laptop that i purchased few months ago. There are couple of issues that my laptop is having since the time i purchased it. The screen blacks out, there are flickering on the screen.

            After many troubleshooting advised by the technical support team the problem seems to be there and no resolutions has been provided.

            On visiting the nearby hp service center they advised me to format the laptop and then assured me that the problems will be resolved. I did that and also updated the latest windows with all the drivers that needed upgrading.

            Yet the problem seems to there and it has no change towards the issues that i am facing till now.

            Rather i must say that hp technical team is inefficient to provide a solution.

            I am so surprised to know that there is no escalation matrix available at their website where we can report it to their higher authorities.
            I strongly advice my connection do not buy hp products
            They are pathetic in their service #boycotthplaptop

            I have been complaining the issue and yet i do not have any resolution

              Thanks for the chinese sentiments in india. On july 21st 2020, unfortunately i had to get acquainted with a company known as hp computers, which is so pathetic as far as after sales service is concerned.

              I had a 3 year old lenovo, and lenovo were too good with their after sales service. When i ordered a hp desk top, i was surprised that on the box itself it was mentioned, that it is manufactured in china. After that, their maintenance contract date was the date from the date of manufacture which was mar 2021, and not the date of delivery (21st of july 2020) 0. When i contacted their help desk, they asked me for so many documents for a product which was sold by them. Can you beat after giving all the details, the company which sells me a pc does not have an invoice in their records. Ultimately i had to convert document into a pdf, and and then send it thru their wa help desk.
              Their wa help desk service is so poor, we have to wait for such a long time. When we do not give them a response, they disconnect and the other person asks the same set of questions which which we have already responded earlier. I feel they work like bots and not humans.
              Ultimately i regreted having placed an order with a high handed, sop driven american computer company.

              My caution to all indians. Chinese sentiments are very valid, but you should not end paying 40% more for an american product, which is 100% manufactured in china, and their after sales service is pathetic.

                Dear team,

                This mail is with regards to log id for my recently purchased hp laptop with serial no. 8cg00407pr.
                I had logged a complaint on saturday 3rd july regarding the caps lock light of my laptop not working. On the same day, i received a call from your technician saying that he would be unable to attend to our request today and would come on monday instead. He then asked for the otp which was messaged to my number (The otp message stated that the technician is currently at your place handling the issue, which was not the case). Which i denied him of the otp since he wasn’t present at my place to fix the problem, even though he insisted upon it. There was no technical support provided on monday. However, he came on tuesday 7th july to resolve our issue. I was absolutely disappointed with the way my newly purchased device was handled as the keyboard had to be replaced. The technician was constantly on another phone call while fixing my laptop and seemed to be in a rush to leave. Even though the caps lock light is now working, i am unable to connect my headphones and external wireless mouse with my laptop (Which was working fine until friday 2nd july). My wi-fi connectivity has also gone for a toss after the keyboard replacement. We have to sit in very close proximity of the router to somewhat have an interent connection.

                I would like to bring two things to your notice here:
                1. I have bought this new laptop so that my kids have smooth and unhindered online classes but if i have to instead waste precious time in fixing these technical problems, how are they supposed to attend their sessions.
                2. I have two elderly family members with underlying illness and two kids below the age of 10 in my house. As it was a technical problem which required a technician to investigate the problem personally, i allowed them to visit my house. But i cannot allow strangers to visit my home every time in these unpredictable times and expose my family to this pandemic.

                Hence, i demand that my device be replaced and all quality checks be adhered to, before handing me with a new device.

                    Dear sir/madam,
                    I purchased a laptop sr. No. 5cd9524lp5, dated 20th march, 2020 but due to lock down i am not able use that laptop, in first week of june, 2020 i started working on this laptop that time its working ok. in second week of june, 2020 that laptop suddenly not working, the problem is that laptop is not charging, i raise a complaint in this to your hp care case id is: [protected], from hp care, panipat haryana your engineer visit at my home two times, without opening that laptop he declared that laptop have temperature issue, due to high temperature laptop is not charging, when temperature will it will be ok, after the engineer's visit i wait for 3-4 days may be that laptop will charge but not. After 4 days of the engineer's visit, i personally visited your hp care, panipat, haryana. Now they open that laptop and separate the battery from my laptop and handover both the items to me laptop and battery, now that laptop is working ok.
                    After that issue i went back to delhi, where i purchased that laptop. Now your hp care, nehru place - 110019, delhi repaired that laptop, they told the laptop is now ok, i came back to my home panipat (Approx 200+ km travel from delhi to panipat) and started working on that laptop... Laptop is working but the problem is the same, it's working but not charging.
                    Again i go back to delhi (In this covid - 19 situation) for my laptop and the solution is still pending new case id, daily calls to customer care.
                    Please explain what my fault!!!
                    My fault is only that i purchased i hp laptop costing approx 80, 000/-
                    I don't need that laptop now, i need that replacement

                          This is regarding a laptop repair case with case id sys-kok/8856 with your authorized service center namely - sysnet global technologies (P) ltd, p-39, princep street, ground floor, kolkata - 700072. Phone[protected], email - hpbench. [protected]@sysnetglobal.com.
                          The details of the laptop taken for repair are as follows
                          Model number - 15v-g5serial number - cnd8373d9r
                          The laptop has hinges issues from the date of purchase (Manufacturing defect, it was too hard to open or close the laptop). Called the service center and asked multiple times, they said to use it for sometime and the same will loosen up. Finally, due to the tight hinges, the screws were undone and the laptop is broken to 2 parts viz. The front (With lcd) and the back with (The keyboard and all).
                          I lodged a complaint on 12th march and there was an onsite engineer assigned to me. He after inspection said that there is no issue with the hinges and only issue with the screws and the back cover. I asked him to check the warranty, he dialed a couple of numbers and conveniently said that it is not covered. He took back the hinges which were allocated for my laptop despite multiple instructions to at least replace the hinges. They sent me a quotation afterwards and i had approved the quotation (Quotation attached). no one responded even after the quotation was approved.
                          After that this covid pandemic started and the laptop was locked inside the office. I again tried to reach the hp center and they instructed me to visit the service center. I visited the service center (Sysnet global) and they took the laptop into custody. After several reminders, they sent me the quotation which consists of 4 items as below.

                          I have tried to make them understand but it looks like they are in a different phase altogether.
                          I have paid a whopping amount for getting this laptop and hp being a reliable name which makes me believe otherwise nowadays.
                          Please look into this urgently as the laptop has been given for repair around 20 days back and it is still under investigation.

Almost a week has passed, there is no communication from HP. Our operations are suffering.

                              I have given my laptop to aforeserve.com limited on 15/7/20 in which the screen was showing ho logo and in the left corner it is showing press esc to startup. So there after nothing is working on pressing the escape key, i gave my laptop to the so called authorised service station of hp for the rectification of the problem until now i have not received my laptop back and the people there are continuously telling something or other that it will be done soon. Apart from this they without my consent deleted all the data from my system. I seriously believe that this is not acceptable with a world class brand hp's service center people. I hope that you will take my complaint seriously or else i will move to consumer court for the same.

                                My hp laptop is giving me problem science the day i bought it at fist i was unable to listen to audio because of some internal issues but i was unable to go to service centre due to lock down. And now i an unable to switch on my laptop even though it is fully charged. My laptop only gets switch on only when it is connected to charger..
                                Kindly resovle my issue as soon as possible otherwise i have to take strick action against you.

                                  I bought a laptop in us, before buying i called hp india toll free and asked them about warranty and support stating my model number, and they told me it will have international warranty and support and all. But after a month usage, i faced an issue, i contacted hp (Us team) and the guy told me that it has international warranty and since the unit is bought in us, either the part will be imported to india or we (Hp) will take the laptop to us for repair and return it (I don't have to pay, not even for courier), before that he advised me to go to an service center near me. There they fixed it stating that it was an driver issue. So the case was closed, but after a month again i faced similar issue, so i went to another service center (Authorised) as i shifted my location, there they denied the repair of my product as it is not bought in india. So i called up customer care (India) and they denied stating that it has no part support in india and they advised me to call hp us regarding this. Hp us again stated that they can schedule an repair in india, as the model is launced in india. But then after a week the case was escalated, this new guy told me that i have to bring back my laptop to us for repair. I stated that i was told that it can be done in india before and after purchase, but now (In covid time, travel is blocked, already stuck with this faulty laptop for nearly 6 months), but he denied it and asked me to search for hp international warranty in google and asked me to read it. Again here it stated that my product has international warranty and support if the product is manufactured in that country, now he is silent as us support team told that it is manufactured in india. And he didn't even answer why hp gave me false information regarding the repair and warranty of my product, and rudely ended my call.

                                    I have ordered hp laptop from amazon hp 15s du0120tu on 30th may, 2020 and i was supposed to receive my product on 3rd june, 2020 but after several complaints on amazon somehow i received my delayed order on 8th june, 2020. To my bad i have received a used and defective model from hp and it was specially ordered for work from home purpose.
                                    Now for 2 weeks laptop was working fine later the issues started so i contacted amazon the representative told me to contact manufacturer i. E. Hp as the return or replace window of amazon has been closed. First of all amazon claimed that this laptop has one year warrant and in my system its showing just 5 month warranty left. So i contacted hp and told all the issues which i was facing, the technicians told me to reset your laptop so that the issues which you are facing will get resolved so i under technicians guidance i did that still the issue was not resolved again next day i contacted them technicians told me again reset your laptop the previous reset was not properly done it was just recovery process runed on your system and 90% time this process don't work so there was a resetting done under technicians guidance for 2nd time and now my laptop is of now use the wifi option was gone ms office activation was deactivated. So 3rd day again i contacted hp with issue of wifi, ms office so they told me that the drivers might have lost from your system in the reset process so technician provide me with the drives for wifi to install in my system and after doing so the issue was resolved for only wifi icon its stated showing on my system. Instead of providing me an proper service hp sr. Person told me to buy 8gb ram as your system has ms office 10 version and 4 gb ram will not support. Now at first place why ms office 10 was installed in system when hp know that it will not support on 4gb ram being asked to hp sr person the told we don't know how amazon has did this. Here hp also don't know what and how amazon is selling their product with inaccurate descriptions of the product and they are fooling customers. Now the problem is still not resolved hp nor amazon is helping us in refunding my amount where i paid around 36k for this defective product and i am badly stuck in this issue. Hp nor amazon is least bothered to take initiative and look into this matter pro actively. Pfa all the supporting documents for the laptop.

                                      Hello team,

                                      I am writing this to file a case against hp for irresponsible behaviour and numerous tickets going on for about a month. I had tried a lot to coordinate with hp customer care, service center and even nodal officer, but seems that i have no option left other than to file a case in consumer court. Below is my story:

                                      In november, i had purchased a hp pavillion dk0049tx gaming laptop from hp website worth rs.90000. I had also purchased hp care pack. But within 9 months o[censored]se, hp laptop started showing its incompetency and laptop stopped working. On 16 june, 2020, i registered a case after performing all diagnostics as instructed by hp customer care and i got a case id [protected] saying that my charging adapter might not be working and a new charging adapter would be sent to me within 2 business days. Suddenly, after 2 hours, power light in laptop started to glow and i was able to start the laptop. But, i noticed that even after charging cable was plugged in, my battery was discharging. So, i left the laptop as is, assuming that might be charging cable would be faulty. To my surprise, when i tried to start laptop after 1 day, it started to behave normal again. When nodal officer called me two days after the case id was logged, i told him all story and he assured me that if it happens next time, then he will certainly help on that and he is closing the case now.

                                      After working for two days, again laptop started showing similar behaviour and i again called hp customer service. Now, let me tell you the pathetic logging system and call transferring system of hp. When you will call to hp customer service, then the call would be diverted to executive support who will listen to your query for 5 min, do all diagnostics and then being incapable of moving ahead, they will transfer your call to technical representative. Now, their call transferring system is so inefficient that you will have to again speak all story to technical respresentative, waste your 5 min again and then they will start looking into the matter. Not the least about logging syatem, when i called around 19th june 2020 and narrated the issue again, then he assured me that a technician would be assigned to me and same ticket id would be reopened. I thought that i will get a call from technician within two days, but to my surprise, when i called hp, they told that they donot have anything in the logs. Now you can imagine how pathetic their log system is.

                                      Again, i iterated same story and an executive assigned me a ticket id [protected] on june 22, 2020, saying that they have dispatched the charging cable and it will reach to me in two business days. I waited and waited for around 4 days, but i did not get reply or any call, then i called hp customer service again and they told that they have assigned this ticket to nearest service center tvs electronics and asked me to coordinate with them. Really, how can you ask a customer to coordinate with service center and follow up on ticket??? But i did follow up and they called me around june 26. Firsly, technician was asking me to come out and take the charger. I insisted that it is adp service and he will have to come in my colony at least to give charger. He gave me the charger and he left. I tested the charger and found that with the new charger, my issue was not resolved. I called service center again and i complained about technician behaviour. This time technician came to my home, he opened the laptop, reseated bios, cleaned battery cable and laptop started working.

                                      I was happy that at least laptop started working. But after 2 hours of gaming, it again stopped and same issue. I called technician next day and he told me to call hp customer service as the ticket was already closed. I called hp customer service around jun 27, and again told them entire story two times, they told that as technician has already visited once, they would not be able to assign another technician twice and told that they have reopened the ticket and marked the mail to service center. But till two days, no response. I again called hp customer service and same pathetic logging system. They did not have any conversation in logs that was discussed on june 27, 2020. I asked to them, really?? Bearing my anger and patience, i reported again and this time they told that they have logged issue in system and marked mail to service center again. Now, when i was calling service center, they were not picking up my calls. So, i called nodal officer and he assured me that he will ask service center to work on it. Around june 30, 2020, service center called me and sent me a technician and that too, when i forced him and told that hp customer service has asked to follow up with you. The service center sent technician and he confirmed it is a no power issue and he told that he will ask for mother board replacement.

                                      I waited for 2 days and thought of calling service center to know the status of motherboard replacement. To my surprise, the service center told me that he was not able to create an order for mother board from his end and he did not even care to inform this to me. I was in extreme anger and he was forcing me to log a new ticket. I again called hp customer service on july 2, 2020 and they gave me a new ticket id, [protected], and told that mother board will reach service center in two business days. I waited till july 5, 2020 and again called service center for follow up. I did numerous calls but service center never picked up my call. I called each and every day till july 7, 2020 and service center did not pick my call. Lost my patience and again i called hp customer service. Again they assured me that part will reach service center by july 9, 2020. He gave me the number of regional nodal officer ranjan singh and asked me to follow up with him. I have been calling ranjan singh from july 7 to till today. But like service center, he is also not picking up my call. I texted him but he asked me to text the issue on his cell. How can i narrate him all story on text?

                                      Now, i have lost all my patience. I called service center again on july 11, 2020. He finally picked up my call. And you know, what he told me??? He told me that the part is not available and he is not sure when part will be in stock. He will follow up on ticket and inform me. I was in extreme anger and called hp customer service, told all story again and i escalated it to supervisor level gaurav shah. He was so rude that he was not listening to me. Always giving me excuse that he does not when part will be in stock, he cannot even call service center from his end and he even cannot compensate on my warranty extension and my time wasted.

                                      Now, i am fully frustrated. Let me tell you that i have come to my home town beacuse of covid-19 situation on 11june 2020 and i am an it working guy. I had my laptop as my single way of working device and i had to take 5 days of holiday because if this hp rubbish. I have then rented a laptop from a shop for i don't know may be unlimited period of time. I am paying for this rent. I am felling very # to invest around a lakh on an expensive laptop and that too poorest service. I had a dell laptop previously and service was always amazing. Try to learn from your competitors, hp. I am trapped and i don't have any other option that filing a case against you, hp. I will even take it to twitter also.

                                      Now, i want either a full refund of my latop or replacement and a compensation of my time wasted on you and your service and there would be no compensation on this.
