This is a post related to the hp laptop that i purchased few months ago. There are couple of issues that my laptop is having since the time i purchased it. The screen blacks out, there are flickering on the screen.

After many troubleshooting advised by the technical support team the problem seems to be there and no resolutions has been provided.

We have purchased HP Server DL 180 Gen9 E52609v$ SFF Server on 24 March 2018 with 3 years warranty from UNICOM Infotel Pvt Ltd. Server is not working, power off. My hp laptop is giving me problem science the day i bought it at fist i was unable to listen to audio because of some internal issues but i was unable to go to service centre due to lock down. Its not even been 2 years since i purchased my hp laptop and the battery has given up already.
I have an additional hp care pack which is active and according to hp's own virtual agent bot on their official website, says it covers 'product failure due to battery issues' (Screenshot attached) but, their customer representative says otherwise and states it isn't covered under the additional warranty.
The cycle count is just 161/1000....

I have received very bad service experience from hp-iqor servicing team.

I have bought 2 years extended warranty from hp-iqor service team, for which i have the invoice number: 104rh00041 on 24th. Case id for my 2 years extended warranty is jbl159/16561776 and invoice date is 24-apr 2018.

My extended warranty should have been till 24th august 2020. But till now i have besides the invoice...

My notebook which i bought from HP has many faulty parts . My battery doesn't even last 2 hours and my notebook gets heated extremely a lot and Google Chrome has crashed more than 20 times and data got wiped out automatically two times bcoz of auto shutdown issue . I have experienced very rude behaviour from service and executive persons who are just convincing me to hold on to the notebook . I want the notebook to be replaced ....
