Laptops purchase on 24 October 2020 from Krishna Retail Zone Yamunanagar Haryana .Model no 3001 TU .It processing is extremely slow .I have visited Hp store Yamunanagar nagar thrice but same issue still persist.
Kindly resolve the issue otherwise I have to escalate the issue further on Consumer Court forum .
Once again asked you kindly treat my issue on priority.

      I bought the HP Pavilion 15 Gaming laptop which is marketed as a high-performance machine. The performance of the device is good however the built quality is not up to the mark. It is made of plastic that too of not that high quality and thus lacks durability.

        I purchased an HP All-in-One PC 20-c406il on September 9, 2020. On October 22, 2020 just month and half after the purchase it suddenly stopped working. On October 23, 2020, after trying out all the troubleshooting measures mentioned by HP virtual agent I raised a case and the case number was [protected]. That time I was told that a technician would visit with 3 working days. However no one has visited me till now that is November 25, 2020 i.e., even after 1 month from reporting the issue.
        I have followed up multiple times since then, mailed my concern to CSS_Service head every time I am told that this has been escalated to next level and someone will get in touch with in next 24-48 hours. Not just that, many times I am told that the issue is assigned to different service center and asked to contact them for further updates and either the number provided are not available, if available calls are not answered and if answered ambiguous updates are provided. On top of that my recent emails to CSS_Service Head are not even acknowledged.
        I am really concerned as there doesn't seem to be anyone taking ownership of resolving the issue and this has made me repent having purchased this product.
        Is there someone on this forum who can help me with this?

          HP Laptop in warranty not getting repaired since almost 1 month in Bangalore,

          The HP Technician Ramesh visited 3 times & told he will repair it soon, changed motherboard then told HDD faulty, & commited that he will replace it in 2 days, but its been more then a week, he has not came back yet & not receiving phone too, & my laptop is down since almost 1 month now,

          HP Case no. [protected], the customer care also just tells that they are escalating to higher authorities to get it resolved, but nothing happens.

          I had bought HP laptop considering it to be a good brand, but the after sale service is really frustrating.

                I purchased an hp laptop on 20 Oct. And on 17 nov it's display started malfunctioning due to some manufacturing defect. I called customer care many a time. But nothing substantial has been done so far despite repeated assurance and the problem has not been addressed even after 3 days have passed

                  My laptop keyboard was not working and as per the HP support executive's advise, I submitted my laptop at an authorised service center in Capetown, South Africa.
                  My laptop had global warranty and when I had submitted my laptop there was almost a month for the warranty to expire.

                  After more than a month, when the warranty had expired I received a mail from service center saying that HP had rejected my claim saying that the replacement keyboard cannot be shipped to South Africa.

                  I contacted the HP India customer service via E-mail and asked for the reason. They did not provide any specific reason and asked me to contact HP india Support. I elaborated the entire story to them and the response that I received was that I can get it repaired from the country of purchase (India) when I get back to India.

                  Now when I contacted HP India after coming back to India, they say that this cannot be repaired under warranty as the warranty has already expired and I will have to pay for the repair.

                  This is not at all acceptable. I have all the bills and email conversations for proof.

                      The printer's rear lock broke while reprinting the printer from HP Company
                      So they told me sir, it was repaired in 7 days.
                      After this, they have not repaired any 50 days.
                      The company has been compiled 10 times. No processing has been done yet.

                          I am compelled to highlight an utterly frustrating experience that I am having with HP re: a mal-functioning cooling fan for my laptop purchased in Jun '20.
                          I had decided to purchase the HP laptop only after receiving great feedback from my friends / colleagues - totally regretting that decision now.
                          I am less concerned about with the fact there is an issue with the machine (though it's barely 5 months) - I am appalled at the complete lack of accountability that your contact center / service center executives have displayed over the last couple of days. I haven't been extended the basic courtesy of an update / call back despite numerous follow ups / calls. The appended mail is just an example in point.
                          I am writing to you with ZERO expectation given the treatment meted to me - however as a senior executive you should know how your team is creating disgruntled customers on the ground.

                            I have purchased the HP SFR-1004TU laptop on 15 AUGUST 2020 and i have launched the complaint on 24th OCTOBER for keyboard issue, but still i am not getting any call for service or update from HP.
                            multiple times i tried to reach hp support team but team always said "your case is assigned to service center they will call you, we can't update you much more apart from that".
                            i am very disappointed about HP service, i am getting lots of trouble while doing office work because of keyboard and screen issue.
                            request you to kindly align the engineer tomorrow on prior base for this case, but still no one called me, same thing i put them through over mail on 12th NOVEMBER 2020 but they also not replied.

                              SUB: Unavailability of After Sales Service
                              My printer is purchased one and half year ago and now it is out of warranty. It needs to be serviced but I am unable to arrange the same on payment basis.
                              Each time I call the HP customer care, I been given a number to contact the HP world service centres at Bangalore and told to contact them. I have got five different contact numbers that I have received in five consecutive calls I have made to the HP customer care, but unfortunately none of these numbers are working and I am unable to make the service request. Sharing this information, I wanted to register a service request with the HP customer care, but even the HP customer care denied to do so leaving me at my wits end.
                              Finally I wrote email to HP describing the problem faced only to get a reply that "Thank you for sharing your concern. We regret for any inconvenience caused to you. We will be happy to provide our best in class service. For any further query, please contact our 24X7 Customer Care team via: WhatsApp : +[protected]. Toll free number:[protected]".
                              These were the same number which does not take service request and only provides details of HP World phone numbers (which does not work).

                                Case no-[protected], HDMI port of laptop HP 15S-DU2077TU -CND0291NBH not working. sequence of events below.

                                1. laptop purchased on 29 Aug 2020.
                                2. customer care advised bios for update issue not resolved.
                                3. Technician visited, problem not resolved, issue closed sighting OS problem.
                                4. customer care contacted again, advised graphics update, same done no improvement.

                                such a horrible service never expected from HP.

                                    I trusted HP and bought a laptop that cost me more than 1.5 lakhs. Please don't fall for their scam HP care/ extended warranty. I am a student and now can't afford to replace the battery for 20, 000 Rs.


                                    The HP care pack clearly says the warranty is extended to 3 years when you buy it.

                                    If I login into my hp account and check my laptop warranty status, THEIR own website tells me I am eligible for a battery replacement. (please check the attached image)

                                    My battery is nonremovable time. My laptop is HP Omen 15 dc1007TX. It has a nonremovable battery.

                                    I had bought an extended warranty, accidental damage protection, theft protection all because I knew I could not afford the cost of repair.

                                    Now HP is telling me my battery is out of warranty! I if you see their terms and conditions for the care pack you will see that they promise repairs of all parts!

                                    But the customer care people just keep sending me the limited liability agreement that comes with the standard laptop.

                                      I have taken the HP Laptop from Dubai on two years before, which I am using since last June 2020. One of its Hings broken, which is repaired on 26/09/2020 through your service centre.
                                      Today, 03/10/2020 other hings also broken, and not in a position to use the same. I suppose this is a branded one, but I don't understand why this hings broken freequently.

                                        My daugther is without a laptop and is unable to attend her online school
                                        for the last more than one month.
