I have purchased HP laptop in May 2020.
It has been 5 months since the purchase and i am raising complaint against the laptop twice.The first time i had to replace the faulty fan.Now in Oct 2020 the mother board has got damaged.
The case Case ID : [protected] has been shifted to service center in pune called Impact Infotech Pvt. Ltd. with the below address:

101, Kamayani Towers, Jangali Maharaj Rd, above SBI Bank, Shivajinagar, Pune, Maharashtra 411005

The service center center says as per HP Policy internal mother board damage is not covered in warranty.What this means is i need to trash my 50k INR laptop in 5 months???
Secondly the service center provides pathetic service.They dont revert back after weeks together, They havent reverted back with the quote for replacement either.

In the covid time it is very difficult without laptop and HP and service center both are not working towards solving my issue.

    I had newly purchased HP laptop specially for office uses only during my work from home. While working, suddenly screen of laptop is partially blurry and rest screen is showing normal image. There is no physical damaged over the screen and other part of laptop. After detailed consultation with HP representative over customer care number. Today I have received replied that your laptop is damaged and it is not covers in warranty.

    My question is that without seeing the laptop and without knowing the reason how you come with conclusion of damaged by customer.

    Representatives is unable to answer my question and stop talking to me at other end. Then I requested to transfer my call to seniors she again silent and cut my phone.

    I again try to call customer care but at other side someone is cancelling my call.

    I request you to trace the call, female was talking to me, time 18:11pm, date 24/oct/20.

    I am not satisfied with HP reply. They must send service engineer for visit with blaming customer for physical damage.

      This is to bring to your kind notice that I(Manoj Agarwal) from Agra(India), Owner of hp laptop dr0006tx(Serial number CND8467B74) want to dispute my warranty. The problem is that when I checked for my laptop warranty, your site shows me that my warranty has expired but I had purchased the laptop on 22nd June, 2020. I had also contacted the laptop salesman and he was saying that he will extend the warranty period but after 4 weeks still your site shows that my laptop warranty has expired.I am not getting any support from the laptop salesman. I also tried to contact Hp support but they didn't pickup my call.I also want to tell that I am feed up of your hp support call service. I have attached my bill copy so look into the matter and extend my warranty.

            My laptop is in warranty and I am facing an issue, , , i registered my complain on 4 Oct. 2020, , after registering my complain technician visit was scheduled and technician visited my laptop on 8 October and told me only hardware part will be changed, , no software will be installed, , , you need to install in another laptop i told him I don't have other laptop or desktop, , then I talked to hp agent he told me 1522 rs will be charged, , what is this!??, , help me i want Windows in my laptop, , , although senior is not helping me, , , i want help regarding my laptop for recovery download, , , , hp senior executive declined and told me to install but I dont have any other laptop or desktop so my complain is for software installation in free cost bcoz my laptop is in extended warranty, , , my laptop serial number is CND8443C4H and

                I bought HP 410 Inktank printer from Amazon.in. The printer is delivered on 17th October 2020. I contacted your no.[protected] on 17 october itself
                for installation of printer .
                Customer care executive took all the details from me i.e. name, address, printer serial number, home or office, mobile number etc. She completed all the form filling procedures on phone. And she said we will do the needful for Installation.
                Then I got SMS from HPCARE giving details of service partner Mr. Sachin bhandwalkar mobile number [protected]. I tried to contact Mr. sachin on 17 and 18 October many times. He never bothered to pickup my call. Then I SMS him my concern. He in return sent me two numbers to contact. When I asked him about negligence on his part, and complain to HPCARE, he wrote 'Sure'. Such a irresponsible behavior is not expected from HP partner representative suggested by HPCARE.
                Why I am trying to sortout Installation fast is, If anything is wrong with printer, I can return it to Amazon.in within stipulated time.
                Want you to look into the matter of installation and behaviour of service partners of HPCARE.

                  I bought HP Laptop in May 2020 and since then facing many issues. The laptop OS has been updated by the customer service but still the issue persists. The warranty is also expiring in 6 months, it should expire in 2021. Despite of numerous follow-ups through all means, still not getting any support and feels like cheated.

                    I bought hp laptop on 8/9/2020 . On 19 september I found problem with touch pad. So I call HP care on 21/9/2020. They registered my complaint and on 22nd from hp service centre bathinda they sent an engineer to sort out the problem. But from 22 nd September I am keep calling 100 times to hp care as well HP service center bathinda. But I get nothing. I already call to sachin sir the supervisor of HP care . He said I will put your case on priority base and soon you will get the new laptop as called you get your laptop D.O. . But I am bear handed and keep calling HP care and bathinda service centre . Do know how long is hp's priority. Thanks .

                      Mane HP laptop march 2020 me liya tha jisme kuch problem aa gayi thi maine customer care me call kiya lakin unse baat nahi ho payi fir mai laptop ko Saharanpur service center le gaya . Pure 15 days ho chuke h aaj tak mera laptop thik nahi ho paya mai customer care me baat karta hu to wo mujhe pagal banate h .Aaj tak bhi mera laptop thik nahi ho paya h.Jiski wajah se mujhe bahut problem ho rahi h.Umid karta hu ki meri problem ka solution kiya jayega.

                        Sir/Mam,
                        I charged my Laptop up to 99% And then after i used it for normal work 30 minutes, then it comes with 65% with remaining battery, and full battery back up is almost is only 100 minutes, so you tell me how the battery back up is for longer period of time, company tell 12 hrs back up, i spend 83000 only for best battery back up and heavy use, i doesn't satisfied about that laptop

                          After so much harassment, they agreed to repair the laptop under warranty. It has been 45 days since the submission and going to take even more time.

                          On September 1, 2020, My Laptop Was First Submitted To HP Care Center, Sikendarpur, Gurgaon, Haryana. After 10 Days I Got It Back Without Any Repairs. So I Submitted It Back To Them On September 17th, 2020. They Assured To Return It By September 22nd But Again The Tried To Give It Back Without Repairs (Laptop Was In Warranty And Was Going To Expire On 21st September 2020). After Some Mails And Complaints, They Agreed To Replace The Screen And Conclude My Case Soon. They Gave Me A Number Of Dates And Delayed Them Again And Again. Today(15th October), They Again Gave the Date Of 25th October To Collect The Laptop But I Am Still Unsure Whether It Is Final Or Not. In The Covid Times, When Everything Is Shifted To Online Mode, A Student Is Suffering On Daily Basis.

                            Hello sir,
                            I am vivek kumar and i have purchased hp pavilion x360(8CG932842R) laptop and also buy accidental protection, when i was complain to hp department on about 22sep 2020 then more than 1 months remaining in my one year warranty then i am talked to hp department then a case is generated [protected] and he say that share invoice latter then i was share invoice latter and also 4 or 5 times before already share invoice latter and after somedays he says that my warranty was expired and say that hp support assistant was wrong show and then when i am checked hp support assistant then show that my warranty was expired.
                            and whenever i am calling to toll free number then aftersome time my call will disconnected by hp department
                            And also which warranty will right i do not know because may bhi 3 warranty show, please see in photo.

                              I have purchased a new laptop of HP 2 months back and facing too many issues for which I escalated the issue but the HP team is not helping me and re-directing me here and there and talking rudely.

                              Issue was escalated on 5th October for which query was already and the issue was regarding Software issue for which wrong numbers were shared with me [protected], [protected] also dropped an email to the entire team but no reply whatsoever.

                              They keep me on hold for more than 30 minutes and also have the call recording for how the executive spoke to me.

                              Please help me since I have invested 35, 000 rupees.

                                  I purchased the Hp PC on the date of[protected] from this date my PC is not working properly, I complained to Hp then approx 15-20 days after assigned a complain then they provided me a case no. [protected] but service centre didn't respond properly and without informing me they closed my case.Then I called to Hp company, I said my story then they said I am sorry for this and he provided me a calling number of Nupur das([protected]) and mail id manoj.[protected]@hp.com then I called and mail but noone responded my issue then approx 5-10 days after I called to Hp care and they provided me a new case number [protected] but noone has responded yet, service centre manager doesn't receive my call and I called him again and again but he didn't respond my any call and wherever talked he always said as an irresponsible person, he always began to mentally disturb me through their fraud word. 60days was left but my problem is not solved yet.

                                    I purchase a laptop from Reliance Mar't Virar west on 16/09/2020. But till today the laptop is not working properly.                                       To whom so ever it may concern..
                                      I have purchased an "hp laptop" from your store on Aug 26, 2020.
                                      I had problem with the web browser from the day 1 of the purchase.
                                      I approached the sales executive who sold me this product. He asked me to contact "hp web support". I did as he said but the problem was not solved instead they told me to contact "hp support". Then I escalated the problem to "hp support". But unfortunately my problem has not been solved till now.
                                      On 8th Oct 2020, I got a mail from them that the problem is because of HDD to which I was not at all convinced because I have only installed Google browser so far, not any other single app..
                                      I am so depressed and unsatisfied because i am escalating this problem for the past 50 days and my problem has not been solved till date .
                                      Further I am shocked to see that hp is compromising it's quality to this extent. I am completely unsatisfied with your problem solving approach.
                                      I had to purchase this laptop in this covid situation to retain my job. But now I got to face lot of problems in my job because of this laptop issue..I am so depressed that I am not ready to contact hp support anymore.
                                      I request you with great regret to get this faulty laptop back and render me a new problem free laptop.

                                        Dear Sir,

                                        With due regards, I would like to bring to your notice that I have bought an HP laptop for my wife in the name of Soma Adhikari (while my phone number [protected] was given in the order) with the details given in the reference. I bought it online from HP India website and the laptop was dispatched by SAVEX COMPUTERS LTD, probably in Kolkata, WB, India. I ordered it on Aug 19, 2020 (Order No: #[protected]). It was delivered on Aug 28, 2020. There was a problem with the graphics quality in the laptop which was manifested in many softwares, especially in many scientific softwares which I have been using in my other laptops for long. (Both my wife and I are researchers in Physics) I made a telephonic complaint to HP on Aug 29, 2020 and was guided over telephone by HP technicians regarding software upgrades of the computer including BIOS update and Windows update. But the problem was not solved. A case with number [protected] was subsequently registered. In the next few days a technician visited and tried to solve by himself and also by contacting HP support center but it was still not solved. Subsequently the laptop was declared DOA on Sep 16, 2020 (and DOA letter emailed), and the case was closed on Sep 18, 2020. The DOA letter mentioned 14 days time i.e. up to Sep 29, 2020. The DOA letter and the email directed that an HP technician would visit and seal the laptop after verification following which it will be reverse picked up. The email further informed that the DOA seal is the proof of verification and cannot be tampered. The technician visited quite late, i.e. on Sep 19, 2020 but he did not have sufficient time to clear personal data from laptop before sealing. So he left and revisited on Sep 22, 2020 and sealed the laptop. Please note that meanwhile I had to write several emails both before DOA declaration and after that, in order to escalate every step and I have all the respective documents for those communications. Reverse pickup logistics personnel visited on Sep 25, 2020 but insisted on opening the package and checking the laptop which was against the directives given by HP, so I refused permission to tamper seal and the pickup was not successful. I again informed the problem by email and followed up with few more emails and the HP team informed me that they are trying to solve the problem. But till date the laptop is not picked up. Meanwhile, after informing the expiry of the DOA letter (expired on Sep 29, 2020), HP provided another DOA letter on Oct 6, 2020 which is valid up to Oct 19, 2020.

                                        Now, following are some issues from my part—

                                        Firstly, as the laptop was bought online from HP website, I cannot visit the specific hp store to exchange with a new one. Also please note that the seller is probably located at Kolkata which is 600 kilometers from my place i.e. Jalpaiguri, WB, India – 735101. So it is not possible to visit the store. Also I am not willing to take a replacement of the same model because of a probable manufacturing defect. In this situation I also requested HP by email to take the laptop back and provide the refund but with no response.

                                        Secondly, I bought the laptop for my wife in response to an urgent situation. Her older laptop was suddenly damaged and she needed to take online classes in her undergraduate college due to the ongoing pandemic. This enormous delay in resolving the case has left both o[censored]s in deep trouble.

                                        Thirdly, since my money (INR 55000 approx) is blocked due to the purchase, I am not in a position to urgently buy another laptop to solve the urgent needs.

                                        Fourthly, this delay of 53 days till date (and counting) has crossed our patience.

                                        In view of such consequences, I would request you to kindly provide a full refund with interest, as applicable, along with compensation for the delay, within 6 days time, i.e. within Oct 17, 2020, failing which
                                        I am left with no other options but to resolve my grievances by legal procedures. Although I tried to avoid such consequences by cooperating with HP protocols, but the tremendous delay has left me with no other options.
