    I bought hp pavilion gaming laptop 15cx0140tx serial no:cnd82454zb on 29 may, 2019. I started facing problems of discolouration, display flickeringand blank display from starting of march. I have bought extended warranty with onsite service provision. So after these problems, i made multiple calls on the phone no. [protected]. But the only conclusion they came to was that it is a software problem and would not assign an engineer unless i would give them the proof of hardware issue by showing it on the bios page. So, in the end i myself took my laptop to the service centre, sysnet global technologies and after 11 days, they gave me my laptop saying that they replaced the lcd panel. But my question is why then the initial calls i made to the phone no. Stated above told that they would not assign an engineer? If i myself was able to give the proof, then why i need to buy onsite service? The problem is not finished till yet. When i bought my laptop back home from service center, after two days o[censored]sage the laptop showed the same problem of display going blank. So, even in 11 days your engineers cannot find the problem and they just did a hit and trial to replace the lcd panel and when i am asking them, they are saying they again need to recheck. So, am i that free a person to give my laptop again to them? Moreover 11 days are enough for the professionals to find what the fault is?
    So, here is a strict warning from my side that even if i would give my laptop this time for repair, the next time i do not want any such issue again and if the same happens again, then you need to replace my laptop otherwise i need to go to consumer court.

      I have purchased new printer of hp. Since 3 days back i have been assured that, hp executive will come for printer installation.

      But it is regret to inform you that, even after several times assurance from your office, your executive has not yet visited for installation of my new hp printer.

      Please consider this request on priority and send hp executive immediately.

        Mc no.8cc92853mh purchased on 16.09.2019 falied on12.05.2020 within warranty period.

        The issue of lines and black spot appeared suddenly around the 2nd week of may 2020. Since then i was trying and knocking at every door of hp - virtual agent, hp
        Support, whatsapp. Call center, hp service center, dealer etc., in short, no stone was left unturned.

        Let me list out my grievances with hp.

        1, no forum of hp was focusing on solutions neither empathetic with the needs of the customer.

        2. I wanted a resolution of the problem but the hp team was trying to shirk away the responsibility and liability.

        3. "our diagnosis confirms that this is a case of induced damage that is unintentional. Please avail our paid support by visiting a service center and get the issue fixed."- this may be possible in
        A laptop or tablet but how is this possible with a desktop placed in a workstation? How is this diagnosed without inspection? Are your service centers within reach and widely spread in a metro -
        City like mumbai? It is painful and a sorry state of affair experiencing such a worst situation with a product which is being literally worshipped and taken care of with passion.

        Under these circumstances, i assert honestly that there was no induced damage even unintentionally and hence expect hp to consider the hardships undergone by me during this
        Lockdown scenario and send a service personnel to resolve the issue under warranty.

        Pfa h/w the invoices of my hp products which speaks for the trust and faith we have with hp. (An mfp invoice is missing.)

          1. HP case id [protected]
          2. The motherboard and front panel was replaced from your bathinda(punjab) service centre, but still the issue regarding wifi card was not resolved and the same was agreed to be replaced by the service manager MR KULDEEP.I am a CENT GOVT EMPLOYEE, due to some exigencies in work I had to travel to TRIVANDRUM, KERALA. So on my request the location of the service centre was changed to TRIVANDRUM KERALA.
          4. The technician from inspire tech TRIVANDRUM, inspected the laptop and mentioned that the WIFI card was damaged physically while the motherboard and front panel was replaced by the previous technician in sysnet, BATHINDA, and the same cannot be replaced without approval.Now i received a mail regarding replacing the module on payment basis, the physical damage occurred due to carelessness of the technician who repaired it, why should i pay for it ?
          6. On 16 th june 2020 Ms Garima from HP INDIA emailed and called me as a reply to my mail and assured that a solution will be found out in 2-3 days, it's almost a week and no follow up action has been taken and further i receive the same email today from Mr muneera, inspire technologies saying that the repair has to be done on a payment basis.
          7. This case is becoming a vicious cycle without any outcome. The quality index of HP service dipped pathetically .In Spite as a customer I have written multiple emails to get the work done, sadly which is also of no use .Now HP IS saying that I have to bear the financial cost of something which an HP technician did with my laptop(damaging the wifi module), what an irony .

              Dear sir/mam,
              I had purchased 2 hp laptops - one for my daughter and another for myself.
              I am really pained to bring to your notice that there is an inherent manufacturing defect in these models as both the laptops have developed major problems in such short while
              The details of the laptops are as given below

              1) hp pavilion x360 convertible 14-cd0056tx serial no: 8cg8193zy4, product no: 4lr36pa#acj
              Date of purchase: 10 jun2018
              Warranty end date: 27 jun 2021
              Purchased from croma store - malad, mumbai, india.

              2) hp pavilion x360 convertible 14-cd0xxx serial no: 8cg8350nr7, product no: 4lr30pa#acj
              Date of purchase: 28 oct2018
              Warranty end date: 27 oct 2019
              Purchased from amazon on line.

              Laptop no1- hp pavilion x360 convertible 14-cd0056tx serial no: 8cg8193zy4, product no: 4lr36pa#acj (Daughters laptop)
              (A) had a touchpad malfunction recently and we had to get the total os reinstalled - still the work is in progress.
              The touchpad suddenly stops responding including the left & right buttons.
              (B) biggest concern is that the main display screen of the laptop has started to come off (Peef-off) from the left hand lower corner (Photo attached)

              Laptop no2- hp pavilion x360 convertible 14-cd0051tx serial no: 8cg8350nr7, product no: 4lr30pa#acj (My laptop)
              (A) as per the trail mails had continuous problem of noise, and the fan motor assembly was replaced, which i was against doing that in a new laptop, but allowed the same. However even after doing that the noise has only marginally reduced and now i am living with it.
              (B) second biggest concern which is common to both laptops is that the main display screen of the laptop has started to come off (Peef-off) from the right hand lower corner (Photo attached)

              Now i am convinced that there is a definite manufacturing or design flaw in these models of laptops or the ones that i have bought from 2 different stores at 2 different times.
              It cannot be a coincidence that both the laptops can develop similar problems of screen coming out from the lower corners unless there is defect in the design or manufacturing part fit.

              I therefore request you to kindly replace these laptops with zero costs to me with a new better or improved laptops with a guarantee that such screen problems will not be repeated.
              I have high regards for the hp brand and i trust & believe that hp will live up to its brand value and own responsibility for such a product failure & that i would not be required to take any legal actions.

                    20 dys after placing order I received information that the product is out of stock and it will take 3 more weeks to arrange the product.
                    When I asked them to cancel the order . HP customer service agent is saying that I need to pay 5% penalty for cancelling the order.
                    In-fact HP should pay me the penalty for failing to deliver as promised and also compensate me for all the mental harassment that I had gone through while following up on the order status

                    Worst ever customer service experience in my life.
                    Never buying a HP product again

                      My laptop is completely dead. i have been with customer care and technical team last 10 days and done with all troubleshooting steps and been to HP World OMR showroom more than 3 times and i get the same problem after doing complete reset and uninstall/reinstall OS and complete format. Now system is totally dead.

                      I am completely unhappy with customer care and technical team .I am really fed up in dialing them and they keep on disconnecting my call. either they transfer the call or they disconnect the call.

                      I need my laptop to be replaced with new one. My work is been stopped last 3 days because of this faulty laptop. take this issue in prior basis and solve it asap.

                      Its completely graphics driver problem. No need to reset windows 10. You need to boot the windows into safemode and then uninstall installed graphics driver and then re-start

                        Ordered a laptop over HP Online Shopping portal and got a faulty piece. Though case was raised to HP Customer care, as advised in the portal. Did not find any proper analysis or arrangement for system check initiated. Instead the technical team declared a battery replacement. After 8 days of calls and followups, the unit was declared defective and still awaiting replacement procedure.

                        There is no proper response or responsibility from HP for replacing the unit. Getting some apology mails and one liner mails with auto formatted lines.
                        This is total consumer insult and negligence, questioning their time and patience after taking the amount they stated for their commodity. Such cases must be closed by immediate call backs to customer, for its not customers fault to receive a faulty product which the company sent without proper quality checks.

                        Strict action is necessary for such unhealthy approach from these organizations. It may be some people of the organization who may be spoiling the reputation, but these type of negligence must not be entertained.

                            I had bought hp aio 20 - c416il desktop on 5th november 2018 from a authorised hp dealer - galaxy computer land in rs puram, coimbatore.
                            The system has been giving trouble from the very start.
                            The monitor would not switch on most of the times. The system went for repair/service atleast 3 to 4 times. Sometimes i did not get the system back for atleast 2months. They told they need to replace mother board. Later they told me to buy a small ups for power fluctuations which i paid n got for 2000 rs. Then again for a few months it was ok. Now once again, the monitor is not switching on.
                            I feel like i made a big mistake in trusting hp. I have been a loyal customer of hp brand and even my laptop is from your brand only.
                            For a selfemployed professional like me, my computer is my bread n butter.
                            I faced a lot of stress, mental harassment and loss of work due to this.
                            So many softwares which i downloaded on that system went waste as it was system specific softwares for a particular time period.

                            I am attaching the "tax invoice" of my purchase.

                            I need my entire cost price (Rs.23500) plus rs.25000 for the mental harassment & loss of business i have suffered inspite of buying from a big brand like hp.
                            When i contacted support mr. Debashish dhar very rudely told me that it cant be replaced at all as its not in warranty period. He told to visit the service center and get the report - a process i have done before too.
                            I m tired. Please i need my hard earned money back.

                              Can he do so?

                                My laptop's battery suddenly failed and as per the hp troubleshooting software diagnostics, it was found that the battery has to be replaced and a case was booked under case no. [protected] for
                                Product description: hp pavilion - 15-au627tx, product number: z4q46pa, serial number: 5cd7293cwv
                                Case subject: eas case - diagnostic failure: battery check, failure id:
                                Ubxtp3-8pra4r-mfpurg-c08h23
                                Was initiated on 01 june 2020. As has been directed by the feedback from this case submission online, i had contacted the hp whatsapp support on +[protected] to confirm the case but the response was not good. Subsequently i have contacted hp over the toll free number[protected] and was heard and a new case number was given: [protected]
                                Subsequently i have been contacted by an agent called mr. Azad singh and he wanted to know why i am telling that the whatsapp support team was not helpful compared to the voice call team. He wanted to know who has helped me and told that the laptop was under warranty. Then subsequently he shot me an email asking "what i expect from them". I have replied that my laptop is covered under warranty for three more months and i needed replacement of the battery. Since then they have not replied me on email. I had contacted the voice call number numerous times and finally they gave the number of the hp service manager in my region and subsequently they send me a quotation. As per the terms of my warranty: they should diagnose the problem, provide the materials and fix it onsite. But they send a quotation with battery price and service charge of rs. 750, totaling to rs. 9148.13. I send an email that the system is under warranty. Now they send a second quotation without service charge but including the battery price. I have again emailed that my system is under warranty and now they claim that battery is not covered under warranty, orally. They are not ready to provide this by email or any chat service as it will be a record. They have provided the quotation under another no. [protected] and closed the original case number [protected], claiming that it is resolved. I have contacted their whatsapp chat support to know why the case was closed and waited for two hours for an answer and couldn't get one.
                                As per hp document no. C05843717, on hp business notebooks - understanding battery warranties for business notebooks, my battery comes under "long-life, non-removable battery: a long-life battery that hp has deemed not customer removable has a warranty that matches the notebook it is embedded in. Additionally, the battery is covered under any care pack purchased for the notebook up to a maximum of 3 years." hence it is covered under warranty but the company is not ready to obey the warranty conditions.
                                Please do the needful to provide service as per the warranty conditions.

                                  I have bought hp laptop last year i. E june 2019. The charger is not working and it troubling my work.

                                  Can you please resolve this as soon as possible.

                                    Specification shown as wireless direct printing but when i got it delivered it was seen that wireless printing not supported

                                      Hi,
                                      I had given the complaint to hp care against complaint no - [protected] / 13.03.2020. For accidental protection damage (Adp) related issue.
                                      In 1st attempt they rejected the approval and told me that it will not cover under adp.

                                      In 1st attempt they usually reject the case of customer, i knew when i checked hp feedback over net so, i escalated to their higher level and after taking follow-up they approved my case for free part replacement, approval date – 27.03.2020.

                                      Later due to lockdown they told, part will be replaced after lockdown.
                                      On 28.05.2020 mr. Deepak hirwe who is the manager of my nearest service centre came at my place to fix the part. While fixing the part, fitting was not proper. He tried to fix properly for 1.5 hours but not fitted properly. Later meanwhile scratch occurred on bezel, when asked him regarding scratch he told sir this might be happened in handling while fixing the part. Later after discussion he agreed and told me that he will do the needful and will confirm back to me within 2 days but as usual no updates received from their side.

                                      Now my complaint date – 13.03.2020 and got delay due to service center negligence to approve the adp,
                                      When came at my place to fix the part, happened scratched on bezel due to unprofessional handling by your engineer. I am confused now as getting service from some hp service center or local technician.

                                      Later i so many times tried to contact on their contact no –[protected] from where i was earlier receiving the call for updates from mr. Ashutosh mishra, later he stopped the receiving call and also not replying to email.
                                      I escalated them on tweeter also but all are same in this company and no one bother about customer complaint solution.
                                      Hp is worst class company regarding their services which i experienced. So i don’t want to continue with such unprofessional people and i want my money back.

                                      Yet not my problem resolved. They are very unprofessional.

                                      On 16.06.2020 there engineer visited at my place to fix the part, He tried for 1 hour to fix the Bezel but did not fitted properly later told he will visit on 17.06.2020 as some adhesive was not available with him for fixing the Bezel of my Laptop, but yet not visited neither called for delay.

                                      What can expect from such a unprofessional Brand like HP!!

                                      Its a big question mark on there services!!

                                      No body is neither contacted to me nor receiving my call.

                                      Its worst class services which HP is providing. I have attached Inspection report of your engineer.
                                      He was supposed to visit on 17.06.2020 but yet not visited.

                                      Now I don't want Laptop of such a careless company, Those who are totally irresponsible.

                                      Please suggest what to do next for get my money back.

                                      I want to refund my money from fraud company HP, Who is not providing services on time.
                                      They take customer as granted, They have no value of customer time and money which they have spend to buy the Laptop.
