This is regarding my order # [protected].
I have placed an order on 06/01/2020. The order consists of 2 item
1. wireless mouse
2. HP notebook laptop

On 06/15 2020 after 15 days of placing an order all I received is mouse that to after following up 3 times on customer care.
I still have no status update on when my laptop be received.
The website https://store.hp.com/in-en/default/sales/order/history/ still shows no delivery updates about laptop.

I had sent out and email to

hpestore.[protected]@hp.com and
in.[protected]@hp.com asking about the status of my order. there has been no response from them whatsoever.

20 dys after placing order I received information that the product is out of stock and it will take 3 more weeks to arrange the product.
When I asked them to cancel the order . HP customer service agent is saying that I need to pay 5% penalty for cancelling the order.
In-fact HP should pay me the penalty for failing to deliver as promised and also compensate me for all the mental harassment that I had gone through while following up on the order status

Worst ever customer service experience in my life.
Never buying a HP product again

    My laptop is completely dead. i have been with customer care and technical team last 10 days and done with all troubleshooting steps and been to HP World OMR showroom more than 3 times and i get the same problem after doing complete reset and uninstall/reinstall OS and complete format. Now system is totally dead.

    I am completely unhappy with customer care and technical team .I am really fed up in dialing them and they keep on disconnecting my call. either they transfer the call or they disconnect the call.

    I need my laptop to be replaced with new one. My work is been stopped last 3 days because of this faulty laptop. take this issue in prior basis and solve it asap.

    Its completely graphics driver problem. No need to reset windows 10. You need to boot the windows into safemode and then uninstall installed graphics driver and then re-start

      Ordered a laptop over HP Online Shopping portal and got a faulty piece. Though case was raised to HP Customer care, as advised in the portal. Did not find any proper analysis or arrangement for system check initiated. Instead the technical team declared a battery replacement. After 8 days of calls and followups, the unit was declared defective and still awaiting replacement procedure.

      There is no proper response or responsibility from HP for replacing the unit. Getting some apology mails and one liner mails with auto formatted lines.
      This is total consumer insult and negligence, questioning their time and patience after taking the amount they stated for their commodity. Such cases must be closed by immediate call backs to customer, for its not customers fault to receive a faulty product which the company sent without proper quality checks.

      Strict action is necessary for such unhealthy approach from these organizations. It may be some people of the organization who may be spoiling the reputation, but these type of negligence must not be entertained.

          I had bought hp aio 20 - c416il desktop on 5th november 2018 from a authorised hp dealer - galaxy computer land in rs puram, coimbatore.
          The system has been giving trouble from the very start.
          The monitor would not switch on most of the times. The system went for repair/service atleast 3 to 4 times. Sometimes i did not get the system back for atleast 2months. They told they need to replace mother board. Later they told me to buy a small ups for power fluctuations which i paid n got for 2000 rs. Then again for a few months it was ok. Now once again, the monitor is not switching on.
          I feel like i made a big mistake in trusting hp. I have been a loyal customer of hp brand and even my laptop is from your brand only.
          For a selfemployed professional like me, my computer is my bread n butter.
          I faced a lot of stress, mental harassment and loss of work due to this.
          So many softwares which i downloaded on that system went waste as it was system specific softwares for a particular time period.

          I am attaching the "tax invoice" of my purchase.

          I need my entire cost price (Rs.23500) plus rs.25000 for the mental harassment & loss of business i have suffered inspite of buying from a big brand like hp.
          When i contacted support mr. Debashish dhar very rudely told me that it cant be replaced at all as its not in warranty period. He told to visit the service center and get the report - a process i have done before too.
          I m tired. Please i need my hard earned money back.

              My laptop's battery suddenly failed and as per the hp troubleshooting software diagnostics, it was found that the battery has to be replaced and a case was booked under case no. [protected] for
              Product description: hp pavilion - 15-au627tx, product number: z4q46pa, serial number: 5cd7293cwv
              Case subject: eas case - diagnostic failure: battery check, failure id:
              Ubxtp3-8pra4r-mfpurg-c08h23
              Was initiated on 01 june 2020. As has been directed by the feedback from this case submission online, i had contacted the hp whatsapp support on +[protected] to confirm the case but the response was not good. Subsequently i have contacted hp over the toll free number[protected] and was heard and a new case number was given: [protected]
              Subsequently i have been contacted by an agent called mr. Azad singh and he wanted to know why i am telling that the whatsapp support team was not helpful compared to the voice call team. He wanted to know who has helped me and told that the laptop was under warranty. Then subsequently he shot me an email asking "what i expect from them". I have replied that my laptop is covered under warranty for three more months and i needed replacement of the battery. Since then they have not replied me on email. I had contacted the voice call number numerous times and finally they gave the number of the hp service manager in my region and subsequently they send me a quotation. As per the terms of my warranty: they should diagnose the problem, provide the materials and fix it onsite. But they send a quotation with battery price and service charge of rs. 750, totaling to rs. 9148.13. I send an email that the system is under warranty. Now they send a second quotation without service charge but including the battery price. I have again emailed that my system is under warranty and now they claim that battery is not covered under warranty, orally. They are not ready to provide this by email or any chat service as it will be a record. They have provided the quotation under another no. [protected] and closed the original case number [protected], claiming that it is resolved. I have contacted their whatsapp chat support to know why the case was closed and waited for two hours for an answer and couldn't get one.
              As per hp document no. C05843717, on hp business notebooks - understanding battery warranties for business notebooks, my battery comes under "long-life, non-removable battery: a long-life battery that hp has deemed not customer removable has a warranty that matches the notebook it is embedded in. Additionally, the battery is covered under any care pack purchased for the notebook up to a maximum of 3 years." hence it is covered under warranty but the company is not ready to obey the warranty conditions.
              Please do the needful to provide service as per the warranty conditions.

                    Hi,
                    I had given the complaint to hp care against complaint no - [protected] / 13.03.2020. For accidental protection damage (Adp) related issue.
                    In 1st attempt they rejected the approval and told me that it will not cover under adp.

                    In 1st attempt they usually reject the case of customer, i knew when i checked hp feedback over net so, i escalated to their higher level and after taking follow-up they approved my case for free part replacement, approval date – 27.03.2020.

                    Later due to lockdown they told, part will be replaced after lockdown.
                    On 28.05.2020 mr. Deepak hirwe who is the manager of my nearest service centre came at my place to fix the part. While fixing the part, fitting was not proper. He tried to fix properly for 1.5 hours but not fitted properly. Later meanwhile scratch occurred on bezel, when asked him regarding scratch he told sir this might be happened in handling while fixing the part. Later after discussion he agreed and told me that he will do the needful and will confirm back to me within 2 days but as usual no updates received from their side.

                    Now my complaint date – 13.03.2020 and got delay due to service center negligence to approve the adp,
                    When came at my place to fix the part, happened scratched on bezel due to unprofessional handling by your engineer. I am confused now as getting service from some hp service center or local technician.

                    Later i so many times tried to contact on their contact no –[protected] from where i was earlier receiving the call for updates from mr. Ashutosh mishra, later he stopped the receiving call and also not replying to email.
                    I escalated them on tweeter also but all are same in this company and no one bother about customer complaint solution.
                    Hp is worst class company regarding their services which i experienced. So i don’t want to continue with such unprofessional people and i want my money back.

                    Yet not my problem resolved. They are very unprofessional.

                    On 16.06.2020 there engineer visited at my place to fix the part, He tried for 1 hour to fix the Bezel but did not fitted properly later told he will visit on 17.06.2020 as some adhesive was not available with him for fixing the Bezel of my Laptop, but yet not visited neither called for delay.

                    What can expect from such a unprofessional Brand like HP!!

                    Its a big question mark on there services!!

                    No body is neither contacted to me nor receiving my call.

                    Its worst class services which HP is providing. I have attached Inspection report of your engineer.
                    He was supposed to visit on 17.06.2020 but yet not visited.

                    Now I don't want Laptop of such a careless company, Those who are totally irresponsible.

                    Please suggest what to do next for get my money back.

                          Yesterday i got a call from naukri.com and they asked to attend a telephonic round conducting by the hp company due to the coronavirus pandemic crisis
                          He asked me for paying the money of 2500/-. He said i will get a interview call. I got the call and he said that i will receive a mail if i got selected. I received a mail that i got selected and they mentioned that i need to sign a bond process of paying on year basis
                          For 1year i need to pay 15550/-
                          Sir is this process is true one or a fraud one sir

                                Received HP Smart Tank 530 printer after about 10 days (purchased via HP online store) for about 16k.

                                Raised installation request HP-270379 and had Wipro person come to install.
                                He failed to setup the printer as it showed to fill the tanks even when ink was already present.

                                Haven’t heard from them ever since.

                                No way to reach out any other place.
                                Regretting my decision to buy from HP

                                  Dear Sir,

                                  Sub: Defective Laptop and Deficiency in services.

                                  I have purchased a Laptop on 1st Feb 2020 from HP’s Authorized Centre (K.P.Infotech Jail Road New Delhi -110064) My Laptop was not performing as said by your team from the first day and I informed this to Mr. Mukesh sales person at K.P Infotech. He asked me to use it for few more days and if still not satisfied then HP has policy of replacing the piece after all checks. Respecting his words, I used the laptop for few more days but problem remained the same.

                                  Then sudden this lockdown happened and I still called again to Mr. Mukesh and he again assured me that I don't need to worry once the lockdown opens, he will help and solve my issue.

                                  Meanwhile I also complain on HP’s whatapp number on 12th April 2020 and they took all the information of laptop from my side, since I was not carrying my laptop with me at that time, they assured me call back. On 23rd April 2020 they did some trouble shooting on my laptop and found that yes there is an issue with laptop keypad so they themselves file a complaint and told me that their executive will call me after lockdown and resolve the issue.

                                  Then I received an Email on 24th April 2020 with my complaint id mentioned ([protected]) and saying issue will be resolved soon.

                                  I got the call from HP support on 6th May 2020 number[protected] stating that Engineer will call and resolve the issue.

                                  After waiting for whole day, I mailed to HP on 7th May 2020 that lockdown is Over in Delhi so resolve my Issue Asap as it was already so late but there was no response from HP’s side.

                                  Again, sent a reminder mail on 11th May 2020 to HP and got an auto response of receiving only.

                                  On 13th May 2020 I called Mr. Amarjeet Yadav ( Mob: [protected], Manager I HP Operation, TVS Electronics Ltd ), after detailed conversation he assured me to get my Issue resolved by his Engineer and soon after I got call from an engineer by the name of Mr. Satvinder Singh stating that he will be coming to check the laptop next day i.e.14th may 2020.

                                  On 14th May 2020 Mr Satvinder Came with a keyboard to change my laptops keyboard, Although I was hesitant for this as believing fittings might not be as good as a new laptop but still I said yes for this knowing that HP has policy of replacing laptop if not working properly. I got another shock by Mr. Satvinder Singh (Engineer) after opening whole of my laptops keyboard that the keyboard he bought was not fitting to my laptop (to be precise it was a wrong part sent by the company) after all this battle he again fixed my laptop with my own keyboard and suddenly there comes another problem of some wire not fitting properly he again opened whole keyboard and try fixing it again. He called Mr Amarjeet Ydav from my place and informed him, about the wrong spare part sent, Mr Yadav assured that he will arrange the correct spare part ad get it fix soon.

                                  After wating for more then a week on 25th May 2020 I Called Mr. Amarjeet Yadav and he was still not able to give me satisfactory reply. He only kept on saying that will check and let me know about when the spare part will be arranged.

                                  On 26th May 2020, I again mailed to HP but got no response. Same Day I again Call Mr. Amarjeet Yadav and he was again trying on convincing me to get my issue resolved by next day for sure.

                                  On 27th May 2020 I again Called Mr. Amarjeet Yadav and he took Mr Satvinder singh on con call and assured me that he will come with correct spare part tomorrow.

                                  On 28th May 2020 fooling me again there was no call or information of coming of engineer Mr. Satvinder Singh to my place after waiting for quite long I called him and got another surprise that he still doesn’t have the correct part of my laptop.

                                  Then 30th May 2020 I got the email from HP that my case has close (Ref : Case Number [protected]: Your Case Has Been Closed CRM:[protected]

                                  HP is getting on my nerve’s now and trying my patience hard from last 4 month I face the total harassment and false promises from a Brand like HP.

                                  After Paying such a big amount I only got harassment. After sales service is at the worst.

                                  Kindly request you please help and solve the issue on urgent basis.

                                    I have paid Rs.56000 against purchase of a Laptop on[protected]. i had booked this subject to availability of the laptop in stock.
                                    Till date i am only getting SMS that my product is packed and ready for dispatch.
                                    There is no person in the company who is responding correctly.
                                    Twice i have received an SMS that my product is shipped but it has never reached me, in fact it has returned to its origin.
                                    Such dubious dealing of this company.
                                    The customer care line is always busy and no one comes on line.
                                    Is there a method where we can drag this company for wrongly providing details of the product delivery and not responding to our emails.
                                    I am unable to even apply for a refund.
                                    Bloody useless company.

                                      Ive placed an order of HP Pavilion High Power Adapter 150W Order No - [protected] is my order number and paid ₹4, 087 through hp website on 19th march 2020 and the expected delivery was 4 days. 2 months has passed from that date and I'm honestly tired of waiting. I understand things getting delayed because of lock-down and corona but my area the restrictions have been lifted and I'm genuinely tired of waiting and dealing with Unresponsive customer service. I've written so many emails, and tried contacting through whats app support but i haven't gotten any reply to my mails and whats-app support blatantly told they wont be helping me with the problem. When i try calling them i only get redirected to IVR i get no chance to speak with customer support despite multiple requests. Please take a strict action against this unprofessional and fraudulent behavior. I'm expecting a resolution soon as charger is an essential item for my work and its been way too delayed and my grievances are neglected.

                                      As I have requested multiple times, i would like the order with compensation for the long wait times and false promises and the lost time in following up with them. ive emailed them and texted them on whatsapp contacted them on phone almost every single day since past 3 weeks.
                                      It was supposed to be delivered within 4 business days but till date i. E. after more than 2 months the product is not even shipped. Its a ready to ship product and also showing availability of stocks at their website however im still facing this issue.
                                      Moreover I lost my valuable time and also lost trust in hp products. My concern is as i've already paid for the product hence they should communicate for any kind of issues but they are not responding tried for customer care service, whats app support as well as email support too.

                                      What is point of trusting a brand e-store like hp store if their responsibility towards their customer is zero.

                                        I am trying to contact hp online store for 7-8 days for my order #[protected] dtd 19.05.2020 but persons from hp are not picking up the phone. I am not getting the email reply & order status is not being updated at the portal. This is very serious matter on part of hp.
