Sir/mam
Yesterday i got a call from naukri.com and they asked to attend a telephonic round conducting by the hp company due to the coronavirus pandemic crisis
He asked me for paying the money of 2500/-. He said i will get a interview call. I got the call and he said that i will receive a mail if i got selected. I received a mail that i got selected and they mentioned that i need to sign a bond process of paying on year basis
For 1year i need to pay 15550/-
Sir is this process is true one or a fraud one sir

    I have placed an orsee of hp printer and till today i have not received a single message except the confirmation of order.
    The customer care always seems busy on other calls. The queries which i have asked throgh email are not responded.
    Can you please let me know yhe current ztatus of my order

      My hp system monitor is black screen problem 20 days before come.warrenty is available.
      i register complient hp support website. but no one response. i call chennai support center. always tells story this covid situation fiels engineers is low so not possible told. very worst services hp.

        Received HP Smart Tank 530 printer after about 10 days (purchased via HP online store) for about 16k.

        Raised installation request HP-270379 and had Wipro person come to install.
        He failed to setup the printer as it showed to fill the tanks even when ink was already present.

        Haven’t heard from them ever since.

        No way to reach out any other place.
        Regretting my decision to buy from HP

          Dear Sir,

          Sub: Defective Laptop and Deficiency in services.

          I have purchased a Laptop on 1st Feb 2020 from HP’s Authorized Centre (K.P.Infotech Jail Road New Delhi -110064) My Laptop was not performing as said by your team from the first day and I informed this to Mr. Mukesh sales person at K.P Infotech. He asked me to use it for few more days and if still not satisfied then HP has policy of replacing the piece after all checks. Respecting his words, I used the laptop for few more days but problem remained the same.

          Then sudden this lockdown happened and I still called again to Mr. Mukesh and he again assured me that I don't need to worry once the lockdown opens, he will help and solve my issue.

          Meanwhile I also complain on HP’s whatapp number on 12th April 2020 and they took all the information of laptop from my side, since I was not carrying my laptop with me at that time, they assured me call back. On 23rd April 2020 they did some trouble shooting on my laptop and found that yes there is an issue with laptop keypad so they themselves file a complaint and told me that their executive will call me after lockdown and resolve the issue.

          Then I received an Email on 24th April 2020 with my complaint id mentioned ([protected]) and saying issue will be resolved soon.

          I got the call from HP support on 6th May 2020 number[protected] stating that Engineer will call and resolve the issue.

          After waiting for whole day, I mailed to HP on 7th May 2020 that lockdown is Over in Delhi so resolve my Issue Asap as it was already so late but there was no response from HP’s side.

          Again, sent a reminder mail on 11th May 2020 to HP and got an auto response of receiving only.

          On 13th May 2020 I called Mr. Amarjeet Yadav ( Mob: [protected], Manager I HP Operation, TVS Electronics Ltd ), after detailed conversation he assured me to get my Issue resolved by his Engineer and soon after I got call from an engineer by the name of Mr. Satvinder Singh stating that he will be coming to check the laptop next day i.e.14th may 2020.

          On 14th May 2020 Mr Satvinder Came with a keyboard to change my laptops keyboard, Although I was hesitant for this as believing fittings might not be as good as a new laptop but still I said yes for this knowing that HP has policy of replacing laptop if not working properly. I got another shock by Mr. Satvinder Singh (Engineer) after opening whole of my laptops keyboard that the keyboard he bought was not fitting to my laptop (to be precise it was a wrong part sent by the company) after all this battle he again fixed my laptop with my own keyboard and suddenly there comes another problem of some wire not fitting properly he again opened whole keyboard and try fixing it again. He called Mr Amarjeet Ydav from my place and informed him, about the wrong spare part sent, Mr Yadav assured that he will arrange the correct spare part ad get it fix soon.

          After wating for more then a week on 25th May 2020 I Called Mr. Amarjeet Yadav and he was still not able to give me satisfactory reply. He only kept on saying that will check and let me know about when the spare part will be arranged.

          On 26th May 2020, I again mailed to HP but got no response. Same Day I again Call Mr. Amarjeet Yadav and he was again trying on convincing me to get my issue resolved by next day for sure.

          On 27th May 2020 I again Called Mr. Amarjeet Yadav and he took Mr Satvinder singh on con call and assured me that he will come with correct spare part tomorrow.

          On 28th May 2020 fooling me again there was no call or information of coming of engineer Mr. Satvinder Singh to my place after waiting for quite long I called him and got another surprise that he still doesn’t have the correct part of my laptop.

          Then 30th May 2020 I got the email from HP that my case has close (Ref : Case Number [protected]: Your Case Has Been Closed CRM:[protected]

          HP is getting on my nerve’s now and trying my patience hard from last 4 month I face the total harassment and false promises from a Brand like HP.

          After Paying such a big amount I only got harassment. After sales service is at the worst.

          Kindly request you please help and solve the issue on urgent basis.

            I have paid Rs.56000 against purchase of a Laptop on[protected]. i had booked this subject to availability of the laptop in stock.
            Till date i am only getting SMS that my product is packed and ready for dispatch.
            There is no person in the company who is responding correctly.
            Twice i have received an SMS that my product is shipped but it has never reached me, in fact it has returned to its origin.
            Such dubious dealing of this company.
            The customer care line is always busy and no one comes on line.
            Is there a method where we can drag this company for wrongly providing details of the product delivery and not responding to our emails.
            I am unable to even apply for a refund.
            Bloody useless company.

              Ive placed an order of HP Pavilion High Power Adapter 150W Order No - [protected] is my order number and paid ₹4, 087 through hp website on 19th march 2020 and the expected delivery was 4 days. 2 months has passed from that date and I'm honestly tired of waiting. I understand things getting delayed because of lock-down and corona but my area the restrictions have been lifted and I'm genuinely tired of waiting and dealing with Unresponsive customer service. I've written so many emails, and tried contacting through whats app support but i haven't gotten any reply to my mails and whats-app support blatantly told they wont be helping me with the problem. When i try calling them i only get redirected to IVR i get no chance to speak with customer support despite multiple requests. Please take a strict action against this unprofessional and fraudulent behavior. I'm expecting a resolution soon as charger is an essential item for my work and its been way too delayed and my grievances are neglected.

              As I have requested multiple times, i would like the order with compensation for the long wait times and false promises and the lost time in following up with them. ive emailed them and texted them on whatsapp contacted them on phone almost every single day since past 3 weeks.
              It was supposed to be delivered within 4 business days but till date i. E. after more than 2 months the product is not even shipped. Its a ready to ship product and also showing availability of stocks at their website however im still facing this issue.
              Moreover I lost my valuable time and also lost trust in hp products. My concern is as i've already paid for the product hence they should communicate for any kind of issues but they are not responding tried for customer care service, whats app support as well as email support too.

              What is point of trusting a brand e-store like hp store if their responsibility towards their customer is zero.

                  Hi,
                  I ordered a chromebook from store. Hp.com online on the 13th of may 2020. The order was paid in full, and the website at the time of placing the order stated that shipping will start from the 18th of may. The order id being [protected].
                  I did not see any change in the order status till date (25th may) the status still shows processing. The following are the sequence of events that happened

                  1. I called up the helpline number[protected]. After being on call for more than 20 mins waiting a customer care representative came online and said he is making the order as high priority and i can send an email to [protected]@hp.com. I did the same on the same day and got no response.
                  2. I also sent a whatsapp message on the number mentioned for support on the hp website the same day but got no response.
                  3. I waited till friday and saw no change in the order status, calling the customer care again, i was made to wait more than half n hour on live call before someone came online. He assured me that the order will be shipped by saturday morning else i can go ahead and cancel the same. I again sent an email to [protected]@hp.com but got no response.
                  4. Saturday till 1.30 pm i did not see any change in the order status and called up the customer care, after multiple attempts and long wait a customer care executive came online. When i asked for order cancellation he expressed his inability in doing so stating that only the representative who helped me in placing the order can cancel it, and assured me that the representative (Sanjana - emp id[protected], will call me back by 3 pm on the same day and help me with the cancellation.
                  5. The call ofcourse never came. I again sent a message on whatsapp to no response.
                  6. I sent an email to [protected]@hp.com again, but again there was no response. I filled in the feedback form on hp store website and got an automated response stating that i will be hearing from them in a couple of hours, which did not happen.
                  7. I wrote on their facebook wall and all i got was a response stating that i should contact them on the whatsapp number provided on the website, and my post was taken down.

                  As i have requested multiple times, i would like the order to be cancelled and refunded the money for the same in full, with compensation for the long wait times and false promises and the lost time in following up with them.

                  Highly unethical of HP, i get a call at in 9PM from a private number who does not introduce himself and just rudely asks what is the complaint you have. Before i am able to tell him, he disconnects.

                    The mookambika hp gas agency hangal, haveri district, karnataka, the delivery boys are worst and rude for each gas delivery they demand money. Delivery guys are demanding 40 to 50 rupees for each cylinder delivery. This is happening from past two years in entire hangal taluk (Haveri district), this mookambika agency is stealing public money from past many more days (700days), people don't have money in their hand...

                      I've ordered 1 laptop through hp india's official website instead of other e commerce giants like amazon or flipkart for hassle free delivery.

                      At the time of taking the order the customer support and hp indias whatsapp support was very much active but after placing the order no one is responding while asking for the status.

                      It was supposed to be delivered within 2-4 business days but till date i. E. 5th day the product is not even shipped.

                      The product is not any custom based laptop.. Its a ready to ship product and also showing availability of stocks at their website however facing this issue.

                      My concern is as i've already paid for the product hence they should communicate for any kind of issues but they are not responding tried for customer care service, whatsapp support as well as email support too.

                      What is point of trusting a brand e-store like hp store if their responsibility towards their customer is zero. I should have purchased the same product from local market.

                      Kindly help.

                        Lack of proper service of hp pavilion all in one 23 - q141in
                        Serial no: 8cc541075q
                        Product no:n4r49aa#acj in coimbatore india by skypro technologies p ltd ref: : est3853 date : 29.01.20 for rs. 1624.86 paid by me on 29.01.20 for rs. 1824.86 - rs. 200 additionally by mistake
                        Service attended :[protected] not properly done, re-attended on 14.2.20 by 2 service engineers namely by mr. Prasath & mr. Lakshman.

                        The problem in desktop re-surfaced on march 20, 2020 when i informed lakshman. He sent an estimate for rs. 1624.86 and promised to send mr prasath on 21st. { this estimate is missing from my mail box. Several requests to wipro to resend quote is promised but not being sent and evaded for last 2 months}.
                        When reminded on 21st march mr. Lakshman promised to send service engineer on 23rd march. When reminded on 23rd he promised to send service engineer on 24th march. The lock down came into effect on[protected] in india for covid-19.

                        The service call has been pending since 20.3.2020 and it is now 20.5.2020 with relaxation in lock down came into effect for the last 3 weeks. I have been reminding over phone and text messages to mr. Lakshman and mr. Williams. The lock down is being mis-used as excuse without any valid reason.

                        Mr williams promised me on 18th may to send service engineer by 20th may. My messages and texts and phone calls on 20th may were not responded except one last call to say he is in a meeting. He did not call back even after hours. Similar message 2 days back, i did not get a return call until i called.

                        I have sent sms to mr williams as how much i am hurt of his continuing to ignore my service calls and continued silence for months now for reasons not known. This is not expected from an organisation like hp.

                        All that i was in need to know positive response with the following:

                        1. Fresh estimate with or without adjustment of excess amount paid last time to enable me to pay
                        2. Firm commitment date of service to attend the pending service call.

                        Since there was no response to my call, mail and text messages not having come with answers / response, i am taking this to you since i have waited long enough with lots of patience of the failed service and to provide proper service for which i am willing to pay again. The behaviour of how the sending of invoice is being evaded over months at the service centre revealing ignoring the service call of the product of hp for which wipro ltd c/o skypro technologies pvt ltd, coimbatore are being the only authorised agency in coimbatore are exploiting their monopoly over customers not being treated with elementary courtesy.
                        I am pained and frustrated on the quality of response and attending to service calls now over 4 months. I am a senior citizen close to 80 years. Without the desktop for the last 4 months and without proper service by competent service engineer, hp customer over several years is put to great inconvenience. I would appreciate your arranging for immediate service of my desktop, advise wipro ltd c/o skypro technologies p ltd; coimbatore 641 012. Their e-mail id: coimbatore.                                   The below was the message received after registering new laptop for b & o headset. This item has so far not been received. Lot of communication were also conducted about but there has always been false promise. Kindly request to update firm solution on this subject order.

                                    Address: Kalyani, Nadia, West Bengal.

                                    I booked cylinder one on 6th February, 2020 and another one on 13th April through online payment app. The money was deducted from my account amounting Rs 747 and Rs 774. But the cylinder was not booked. Even till now both the amount has not been refunded. So do the necessary as early as possible.
