I purchased a hp pavilion x360. The billing date is 31st of march 2020. The warranty of the product should be of one year but it is showing that six months is left and six months has been exhausted. This means that the product was active before i purchased it. Please do the needful to resolve this issue.

      Today i got a text message regarding lpf filling that:

      Hpgas bkngno 529822 con 700322 bkng clrd 18. Mar.2020 sangam hp gas ag otp 9659 http://ezpay.hpcl.co.in//ezypay//h//[protected] to pay for refill

      And i have done payment now but have not got any confirmation. I contacted to local concerned retailer and he told me that he have not received any payment though the amount have been deducted from my account.

      I want my refund.

        I booked cylinder on 20 march. Crona disease is pravelent. I badly needed it. But cylinder was sold in black. Refill memo no. 1312486 dt 28.03.2020.

        Sargodha gas agency. Gtb nagar. Jalandhar. Company is doing it in past also. Now there is no one to attend call. No one picking phone. I am very much depressed. Please resolve issue. Curfew has been imposed and i am unable to go outside.

          I have purchased hp omen 15-dh0135tx at perungudi hp showroom, chennai, tamilnadu. And i had a flicker problem with my laptop and i complained it to the showroom they got doa and they changed and gave me new laptop which again gave me the same problem then again i complained and that time they again gave me the new laptop, again i got the same flicker problem with my third laptop, when we contacted with the customer care they are not responding properly, im an architecture final year student and i purchased the laptop for my final thesis work now im lagging with my work without the laptop. I have only one month left for my project, lady who's attending me i think her name is sowmya the customer care person she never listens to the customers problem

            I have submitted my laptop in repair at hp center delhi a month and a half back. Despite me chasing myself the hp team and the service center have by far given me the worst experience possible! How do you manage to work without your machine for over a month and then be told to give a 100% advance of over 40k then be delayed another month as they got the wrong part then they delay you.
            In short please do yourself a favour and not buy a premium laptop from hp!
            I regret and obviously shall not make the mistake again but can my laptop be given back please?

              I have logged my case under adp 22 feb 2020. After that service engineer visit 25th feb and examine laptop and do all formalities. After that i follow up several times, calling, e mailing,
              I have been informed by your service coordinator (Nupur das) & service centre purnea bihar on 5th of march that my unit will be replaced, and i will get the replaced unit with 2 to 3 working days. Its been 12 days but i have not received my replaced unit yet.
              Again i many times calling your toll free number and calling your floor supervisor and highlighted the case and also many mails in your doa team but still now no resolution.
              Kindly do the needful and send my replaced unit at the earliest.

              we don't want above this model because there is not better graphics
              card as my previous laptop is having and backlit keyboard is also not
              available, and I need this two feature also. if you want to replace my
              model with another model then I can suggest you the model of    HP
              NOTEBOOK-15S-DR1000TX  SKU# 8LW48PA, this laptop is contains all the
              feature as per my laptop and is equivalent to feature and price.
              further if you can't replace the unit as per model I want then kindly
              give me CASH CREDIT NOTE, I will purchase laptop from your authorize
              outlet or hp store online.

                    Mr. Kalyan kar from hp authorized service center it works (104 dr b. K. Kakati road, ulubari, guwahati-781007) invoiced me for rs. 19, 625/- for repairing of my hp m475dn color laserjet mfp and i paid the same. After four and a half years, he returned me the printer in december 2019 without repairing it and said the advance paid for parts will be refunded. No news of the refund yet, and he is unreachable over phone (All his official and personal phone numbers are continuously switched off). Workshop is permanently closed. What can i do now?

                      First I was booked my gas cylinder second step I was goes for online payments through the link third step I proceed for payment through the debit card then that money is deducted from the bank. But my agency has said your payment is not done. I successfully paid the amount with paymantra you please send my amount refund back

                        I bought a hp laptop and made full payment for back to school offer in aug 2019 via redemtion code khhc452178kh. I have lost patience and looks like people who post here get the headset.

                        The promised headser has not been delivered.

                        It is a pity that people who are patient do not get the headset and people who complain get it. My understanding from last email in oct 2019 was that there were some logistics issues but should not that be applicable to all. How can headsets be delivered when people complain. Not professional at all.

                          We book HP gas from Mangunath Enterprises JP nagar. Each time delivery guy asks 30-50 rupees for delivery . Also my house is inside 2 kms radius of that gas distributor. This time the delivery guy have asked 50 rs for delivery . My consumer number is 673402.

                              I was purchased a hp pen drive 64 gb before 05 months ago from the amazone and also got the 2 years replacement warranty, so at present my pen drive is not working. When i connect it with my pc it was not shown in my pc. So please tell me what should do?                                 I had purchased laptop order number

The customer care had told me that they will share details of it but they haven’t shared anything yet. Even i had mailed them but they still haven’t shared the details.                                 Actually my laptop(HP PAVILION 15CS1000TS) is getting screen shaking while using much time and the performance of laptop also getting slow frequently.The display shaking is the main problem in the laptop.So, Please solve it as early as possible and try to get my laptop works much much better with high speed internet connectivity

                                    I bought my hp laptop with back to college offer in august, 2019. I registered for the offer online after a few days and paid 5097 for all the additional things. I was told that i will receive the bang & olufson beoplay h4 headset within 4-8 weeks maximum. It has been more than 6 months now and i have still not received the headphones.
                                    The customer care representative says it will take more time and the inconvenience is due to issues in importing it from another country. Even though the same headset is available in india, they are not delivering it.
                                    Bad customer service.
                                    Please resolve this issue as soon as possible.

                                      I had purchased my hp pavilion x 360 13 with serial no. 8cg6343dvd, part no. Y8j06pa in the month of october 2016.
                                      Ever since i had purchased the hp laptop, i never had the satisfaction o[censored]sing the laptop as problems started creeping up as can be seen from my case ids no. [protected], [protected], [protected] & [protected]. The problem faced was that the cursor was on its own functioning without even touching the touch-pad. This i came to know now that the problem is not with the touch pad but with the touch screen.
                                      The laptop had warranty of three years and as can be seen from the service extended that temporary solution was provided so as to avoid incurring huge cost to the company as the touch screen should have been replaced instead of the touch pad thus fleecing the customer and compromising their service, which hp is very well known for.
                                      I request through this forum to arrange to replace the touch screen free of cost as this problem had surfaced during the warranty period itself and permanent solution was not provided.
                                      Hope, hp, india will do the needful in case customer satisfaction is their prime motto and not otherwise.
