I have submitted my laptop in repair at hp center delhi a month and a half back. Despite me chasing myself the hp team and the service center have by far given me the worst experience possible! How do you manage to work without your machine for over a month and then be told to give a 100% advance of over 40k then be delayed another month as they got the wrong part then they delay you.
In short please do yourself a favour and not buy...

Ordered on 6 march. Website shows 2 to 4 days delivery. Sales person also says 2 to 4 days delivery. Till now the product has not received. Support team never help to provide information asked 24 hr to answer but never gave satisfactory answer.

Hp printer deshjet ink advantage 5200 series all in one not takink full print, only one fourth print is taking after given full print command. The promised headser has not been delivered.

It is a pity that people who are patient do not get the headset and people who complain get it. My understanding from last email in oct 2019 was that there were some logistics issues...

The laptop taked the plug in for just starting 30 sec and then stops taking the charge.

The adapter is working just fine. When i plug in the charger the charging takes only for the first 30 40 seconds and then stops charging.

Due to which my laptop shows battery low and gets shut off in a min.
