Hi,

On 05th april 2016, i bought hp 64gb pendrive from snapdeal invoice number :s492ac/16-17/430. The pendrive is too slow and the data doesn't get copied to the flash drive. If i call the customer support they ask me to contact balaji computech in bangalore for assistance and when i contact balaji computech they refuse to replace stating the product is not imported by them and is a fake product. I asked for a written confirmation but they denied and snapdeal wants a written confirmation to take up the issue. Please help me as i am running pillar to post from past 6 months without any relief. I am extremely disappointed by hp's after sales service.
