I bought the printer because of the offer that free catriges (one colour, one b/w).

No response from redemption department.

Why to advertise when your intention is not to give the offer.
This is not fair on your part.

    I bought hp pavilion laptop more than 1 month ago its almost 40 days now!
    And i registered for my gift just after 2 days after buying done with payment my payment mode was online... It showed redemption due by 19 spetember it was registered on 15 august and confirmed on 18. Its 20 september already today makes me getting a bad feeling about this now...
    Still gift is not dispatched. I mail them but they don't reply nowadays. I need serious help. Thanks

      I had posted the below on 13th Sept`16, Response from Hp is very poor, I have sent snapshots of the laptop as per their requirement but nothing has happenned so far, I called hp customer care and informed that there was a black patch on the right side bottom of the screen, they asked me couple of questions, the hold period to talk to a customer care executive was approximately 20 minutes, after that they started asking me many questions and then I was asked to take snapshots of the black patch, etc and send it to them
      I told them the procedure looks too long and I am not savvy enough and do not have so much time to spend to follow their instructions, since I have an onsite AMC they should assign me an engineer
      I was told in that case I will have to go to an hp store along with my laptop, my question is since I have an onsite AMC why do I need to visit a store.
      I am not happy with the way my problem is being tackled
      There is no point spending money for an onsite AMC if I have to take the product to an hp store
      Kindly do the needful at the earliest

          My gas regulator was leaking on 19 sep 16. On confirming that the regulator was defective, i took the regulator to the hp gas agency named jyothi gas agency at malkapuram, visakhapatnam. On seeing the regulator the staff changed the same and charged ₹50 for the same. On asking for the receipt they told that the receipt is not given for replacement. I had to pay the money for the same. Also there is delivery charges taken, more often as a right in addition to the charges specified by hp for home delivery of filled cylinder. The agency people know about it but still no action is taken.

            My Laptop was not functioning as a fault has occurred as the Laptop was not able to shutdown inspite of giving shutdown command. The Laptop was sent on 20th Aug 2016 to Strategic Marketing, Rajpur Dehradun. It was returned by them on 3rd Sep 2016. Rs 3500.00 was charged and No Bill as given. On checking again the same fault was there.Again on 9th Sep 2016 Laptop was sent to agency. They returned back Rs 2800.00 and intimated that the Company is not able to repair it. I am living about 120 Km away from nearest Hp dealer and not able to personally follow day by day.
            Kindly help and arrange for repair of my Laptop.

              My Notebook name is 15-AC122tu .I purchase my notebook on 1st June 2016 from Diamond Sales(Jodhpur, Rajasthan ). After 3 months my notebook fan suddenly create noise. I complain this to the HP helpline number.He give me a BIOS file but the BIOS file is not support in my notebook. I take my notebook to the HP service center. They said me to complain on HP help line number. After when I call on the HP help line number. He take my call to here and there. He could not connect my call to right branch. So I request you to please send an engineer to my home.

                  I purchased the laptop in april 2015 and since then i have been facing issues regarding the laptop being slow and other performance issues. During warranty, hp support provided invalid support which did not prove to be of any help. Now after warranty is over, they say its out of warranty and they cant help in any way. I asked for a replacement of the product in the warranty period itself but they didnt help me.

                  Here are few steps that you can try to improve the speed of your laptop.

                  Try the Performance troubleshooter.
                  Delete programs you never use.
                  Limit how many programs run at startup.
                  Clean up your hard disk.
                  Run fewer programs at the same time.
                  Turn off visual effects.
                  Restart regularly.

                  Hope it helps.

                    Purchased from Setia Infotech, Chandigarh HP (Hewlett-Packard) LAPTOP HP 14 – AM020TU, S/N – 5CG61971BG vide their Invoice No. SI/RTL/2015-16/0274 dt. 14 Jul.2016 for Rs.33000/-. It stopped working within 20 hours of it's use. Mr. Ashmeet Singh & his father Mr. Bhupinder Setia of Setia Infotech misbehaved, shouted on me too too much. They challenged me "do whatever you can do". Setia Infotech & HP Customer Care did not bother and did not do anything. Served legal notices on all of them, through registered post. Setia Infotech refused to receive the notices. Filed police complaint against Mr. Ashmeet Singh & Mr. Bhupinder Setia and claimed refund of full amount, cost of notices, interest and compensation on account of my physical & mental harassment. After police intervention they refunded Rs.32000/-. They illegally and unlawfully detained my Rs.1000/-. Now I am filing a compensation claim in Consumer Courts at Chandigarh against HP, Mr. Ashmeet Singh, Mr. Bhupinder Setia & Setia Infotech to claim the illegally & unlawfully detained Rs.1000 + Cost of the notices to HP & Setia Infotech, Interest & compensation. Harassed customers of HP & their dealers must take proper & appropriate action, since HP & their authorized dealers (hand in hand) cheat the customers.

                      My problem has been goinf for over 2 months. I have been continuously giving this laptop to the hp service centre for service. Its hardly one and a half years old. And guess what due to this problem which is completely unresolved, i have not been working on my laptop for almost 4 months. Everytime i give it to service i get a call saying it is fixed..

                      Nothing is fixed.. the same problem is happening again and again. And all these HP people know is their PROCESS!

                      A customer would be irritated because of the non working (but highly stylish) laptop and the service centre guy would be explaining his stupid proces OVER AND OVER AGAIN!

                      52000 for this laptop and i feel like i have put the entire 52k to buy garbage.

                      FUN FACT: they gave my laptop back yesterday saying it is fixed. (I actually believed it) .. hardly 12 hrs into using it, it stopped working! The laptop wouldnt Start!

                      Just 12 hrs!! Look at the durability.

                      Piece of advice hp, instead of investing millions of dollars in your advertisements invest in customer satisfaction...

                      There were 5 friends of mine who were willing to buy a laptop, and i personally showed them my issue.. i made sure that they never turn towards hp again.

                      But rest assured your hp laptop is one good piece to look at.

                      So buy an hp. Keep it on the table. And look at it. And assume that u have worked enough on it.

                      Hp .. pls resolve my issue right now. Since its a problem at ur end, i need a new laptop right away! I am not backing out until i get value for the money i havr given. Kindly escalate this issue and let me talk to someone who understands and reacts and not a robot who barks out process..

                            Hi, this is Hemal Vithalani, I purchased an HP laptop from vijay sales Borivali west on 27.7.15, that had a student offer which had some accessories and more 2years of warranty, I had to submit my laptop model number and serial number to hp before 24.8.15, I did it on 17.8.15 by sending my invoice through email and i got a redemption code 90044554. I was suppose to get a response within 72hours but I didn't get any reply, I got a mail on 25.8.15 (which was after the offer due date) with the reason that my claim is rejected due to invalid model number, and no further request will be entertained. I simply uploaded my invoice which had serial number and model number both.

                            After the few arguments through emails, I got a mail that we regret for the inconvenience and the changes will reflect in our online module within 4hours, but nothing happened.. I never got any email to pay the charges online for the warranty and accessories..

                            After one year when the basic warranty is over, the few days later(5.8.16) my motherboard got some problem and I paid 4313/- to HP service centre. And now on 16.9.16 my hard disk is corrupted. I don't know whom to blame.

                            I want the solution for this problem, I have shared some pictures which has my email conversations with hp care and my invoice.

                            I feel cheated and I can't bear more expenses because of company's mistake. I need the solution, please do the needful.

                              There was keyboard problem in my laptop. After a long wait of 16 days your engineer (named Neeraj) finally came at 21/08/16.

                              He opened the laptop and checked the situation.He found that keyboard not working. He prepared a Service Call Report for this purpose.

                                Dear Sir,

                                As per discussion had with Customer care executive on phone No.[protected], but she has not revert on our HP laptop related my complain regarding. Basically we do have two complains:

                                Ref: Our Case ID #[protected] (Refer Laptop Details in below email)

                                1. Regarding Hard Disk crash (Internal problem) start of Laptop. Which has been rectified by replacing Hard disk and on our expenses Windows software CD were asked on your Rudrapur office.
                                2. Bottom body crack of our laptop was not taken care by your service Engineers who approaches us on many reminders over phone calls at last it was told that it will be on chargeable basis, so then what is the meaning of Warrantee period of Service after sales. Furthermore NEITHER your Sales office at Maninagar Ahmedabad Show Room (from where we purchase) has not filled form of or not asked to fill the form the ADP (Accidental Damage Protection Service) NOR your Service Engineer told who have visited for first installation.

                                NOTE: My the above mentioned Laptop is to be sent (within 2-3 days) to Guyana (South America) for my son studying there in Medical. Due to the problem of Hard Disk Crash, we need to brought back to India since in Georgetown (Guyana) there is no International Service is available. However we need to brought back here in India for Warrantee Service and during the transit it may be small brake on the Laptop Bottom body furthermore now we will not be able to brought back in India till next one year.

                                Kindly revert on this is highly appreciated and our warrantee to be extended by you till the next year since till two month your Service Dept has not provided the Service regarding replacement of Bottom cover of my Laptop. Hence the failure from your side will be panalised to you. Or we may complain in “GRAHAK SURAKHSA” just revert on the same on priority for the same…..!!!

                                I hereby confirm that my complain regarding Laptop is still not to be closed till our satisfactory reply from our side. At Last we are not satisfied with HP Services.

                                Awaiting your early response and Hope to provide us free warrantee extension from your side till the same problem is resolved from your end.

                                  Reference below mail, I called hp customer care and informed that there was a black patch on the right side bottom of the screen, they asked me couple of questions, the hold period to talk to a customer care executive was approximately 20 minutes, after that they started asking me many questions and then I was asked to take snapshots of the black patch, etc and send it to them
                                  I told them the procedure looks too long and I am not savvy enough and do not have so much time to spend to follow their instructions, since I have an onsite AMC they should assign me an engineer
                                  I was told in that case I will have to go to an hp store along with my laptop, my question is since I have an onsite AMC why do I need to visit a store.
                                  I am not happy with the way my problem is being tackled
                                  There is no point spending money for an onsite AMC if I have to take the product to an hp store
                                  Kindly do the needful at the earliest

                                  i have to put my laptop on charging only if i remove from charge so i will shut down. my laptop is in warrentry..

                                    Dear Sir, My HP CASE No. [protected]. This is a Business Printer of Engineers
                                    India Limited at Branch Office Navi- Mumbai Location. I follow to hp rules and regulation. According to hp engineer, It have require a Part. But According to HP service center, HP have not that part now that time. And it have no any limit of part availability.
                                    Dear Sir, Our Printer is useless from 3 months, then what can do, Can I waste the Printer. If Manufacturer Company not provide part of own product then what we can do now...

                                      Gave the above printer having printing problem to Cyber Works & Co, 10A, Hemanta Basu Sarani, Kolkata 700001, your authorized service center vide jobsheet no 1494 dt 24th August, 2016. They told us Carrier is to be replaced . After visiting the service center, at least three times, at last on 7th Sept they told us Carrier is okay but mother board is defective and take back the printer. From 24th August to 7th Sept, in14days, they could not assess the problem? What type of service center you have appointed who cannot assess the defect and wasting custmer's precious time ? At the time of delivery they are narratiing different problem ? A suggestion to you. In the present competitive market only those product survive whose service back up is strong. So improve your service back up by appointing good and efficient service center, keeping spares in stock ready. I am buying a new Printer but obviously not HP make.Why ? The reason you must have understood.

                                        I, Hemant Sharma, student of IIT(ISM) Dhanbad, have registered a complained about my HP Notebook (15- ac082tx ) at 11/08/2016.

                                        There was some display hinge problem in my laptop. After a long wait of 8 days your engineer (named Pintu) finally came at 19/08/16.

                                        He opened the laptop and checked the situation.He found that top-cover bracket holder of right side is internally damaged. He prepared a Service Call Report for this purpose. He said that we will elevate the case from service center to the company.

                                        From that day I have called to the local service center HUNDREDS OF TIME but every time they say that we have elevated the case from here but we are not getting APPROVAL FROM THE COMPANY. Its about one month but still YOUR COMPANY IS NOT PROVIDING APPROVAL. Meanwhile I called to the customer care also, but they are saying the same thing that approval is pending, we are not able to do anything.
                                        I wanna ask that who is responsible for this delay??? I am not even able to use my laptop properly, its half opened from the base.

                                        I MEAN WHAT IS THIS?? IS THIS A SERVICE CENTER OR SOMETHING ELSE???
                                        THIS IS NOT THE WAY GOOD COMPANIES PROVIDE SERVICES TO THEIR CUSTOMERS.
                                        VERY DISAPPOINTED TO BE A CUSTOMER OF HP.

                                        PLEASE CONSIDER MY COMPLAINT AS SOON AS POSSIBLE, AND PROVIDE THE APPROVAL SO THE DAMAGED PART CAN BE CHANGED. Otherwise I have to take help from "Consumer Court".
