HP India — non delivery of laptop after online order with advance payment

Dear sir,

Based on hp online corporate offer for laptop, i placed online order (Eshopping) for one elite laptop of price or about rs. 105000/- on 07/05/2018 with advance payment of rs.10, 000/-. I got order confirmation that it will be delivered within 3/4 weeks time and the sales executive who was insisting me by repeated tel calls that i place the order asap, assured me that it will be delivered much earlier and she will take care of it personally. Since then till date i have not received any communication regarding when will be the laptop delivered to me. I wrote number of mails, number of helpline calls, requesting, pleading them to specify i) whether they will deliver the product, then when? Any probable date? Ii) if not able to deliver the product, then please specify / confirm so. Iii) to indicate how can i cancel the order and get my money refunded? But till date i have received any single reply except repeated sms in my moble as "thank you for your order no. 883/362 on hp online store. We are arranging for material... And excpect to deliver the same by[protected][email protected]." whenever i make helpline call, the executive replies that i shall be called within 5 minutes or so / my queries will be replied by mail shortly etc etc. But no body calls back and no e-mails are received. Except this sms which i am getting since few days after placement of order. Since the day one of prdering online status shows "processing" even after one month passed.

My company has advanced me this money to buy the laptop wiyhin the time frame, else i am liable to pay penal interest and they will deduct the entire advance in one go from my next salary and already i have got one sms warning from company for adjustment of the advance soon. Expecting that hp will deliver the laptop within 3/4 weeks, i shall be able to submit adjustment to my company within time frame. Now one month passed and i am concerned that money will be deducted from my salary.
Sir, please inform me in definite terms when will be the machine delivered and then i can pay the balance without any concern of non-delivery and money blocked from both side (Double penalty)? Else i unable to deliver please allow me to cancel the order without any charge immediately so that i can buy a different product of other brand immediately and submit adjustment without losing money due to penalty. I am very very disappointed by such treatment by hp towards me. My whole family is using hp onle, especially my daugther insisted that i must buy hp only. All o[censored]s are very disappointed and shocked.

To day 15th June, nobody from HP contacted me. I made numerous calls to their help line number with complain no noted. But no fruitful response. Once I became successful to be through the help line number and could talk to the sales executive, she said it will solved and she will call back. Then I requested her to at least mail me the soft copy of the invoice, since they are saying it is ready. When I got the invoice soft copy, I was shocked again. The delivery address is written to one address which is about 100km from my residence, which I do not have any connection and knowledge, immediately I wrote a mail indicating the mistake and required correction, but no response till date. In the mean time I got the AWB no by mail and over help line no. which are two different numbers. The transporter is 'Delhivery' who does not have any other no than one land line number ( Gurgaon?) which is always engaged and even in 1% case it rings, no body lifts. Also in all the branches as per google search indicates the same 0124... help line number which is as good as of no use. After paying such big amount of Rs.105000/- I am in utter despair about the intended product whether I shall get or not and after receipt what other chapter is waiting for me about the performance of the product. I have seen HP online ordering is of no use, never they changed the status once the order is placed by me. Also the address / tel no etc which are clearly typed by me online in HP order site, is never adhered to by the concerned team. Otherwise how they got one address and telephone which I am not all concerned. In this digital age, response by world's famous digital company calls for critical attention by all.
