I have purchased a laptop 0n 14 april 2018 with 2years extended warranty products reached me on 18 th april with 30 days free trial of mcafee. I didnt get any email from hp regarding antivirus. I have raised a complaint on [protected]@redeemnow.in
Cc: hp india online store ; [protected]@redeemnow.in.
On 19th may till now they have not sent the antivirus activation code.
HP India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
i think you wont get activation code for lifetime or 1 year from HP, don't waste time, instead buy new activation code from flipkart or amazon
Have purchased a laptop on 2nd July 2018. Was supposed to get 1500rs of BookMyShow voucher. Til now have not received. When contacted at "[protected]@redeemnow.in" they keep saying only sentence
"We apologize for the delay due to certain unavoidable circumstances.
Please be rest assured that we are in the process of closing the issue at the earliest and solicit your cooperation for the same."
Seriously Sucks!!! its been more than 2 months...Such liers!!

    I had submitted my laptop for normal servicing n its being more than 14 days i haven’t received my laptop. And today when i again asked for my laptop it isn’t being serviced yet... If you are not able to serve you had informed me i had not service for the vender. The vender had told me that you will get it after 7days i agreed but now its more then 14 days. What kind of service to hp provide. Is this the way you help your costumers..

        Dear team,

        Kindly note a week before my laptop stopped working and i called to customer care for an assistance. They sent me an engineer after two days. After fining the problem with mother board he didn't change the same and explained this was due happened due to ant, which is unbelievable. I was really shocked after knowing mother board is not working coz of ant, even i never imagined hp mother board quality us such cheap which couldn't with stand for ant bite. I'm working as a manager in reliance motor insurance company, for employees working under my control personally i have suggested to buy hp brand and more 150 staffs but after came to know about the quality then i need to re-consider. Service also very poor. I gave appointment for 3pm and he came only at 5.30pm where he made me to wait for 2.30hrs. I have never seen such irresponsible customer service in my experience. Engineer found my mother board is not working and that's too coz of small ants which is really not acceptable and unbelievable... I can't accept this at all. Trusting your brand and customer service i have added additional warranty in my cost.. Now for this silly reason. This bad experience makes me to advise my friends and family not use such cheating brand. If everything true.. Then how hp quality is such and there is no warning mentioned to keep away from ants. Now final requesting to reopen my case and change my mother board under warranty if can't then i'm ready file case against hp brand with help of my lawyer uncle. Awaiting for your positive feedback to take final decision.

            In january, i bought a 3755 in the us. I ran out of ink and called hp support, the person answering the phone told me that the replacement cartridges in india were 680, and that he would connect me to the hp store. I ordered the cartridges which i received, only to find that these would not work. I called hp support who now led me through the process of regionalization. However, the cartridges still did not work. The hp support staff then told me that the cartridges recommended by hp earlier were incorrect, and that i should have ordered 803. He told me that he would see what corrective action could be taken. Case number [protected]. Not having heard from hp again i purchased the 803, and they work fine. However i have a color and black and white cartridge for which i paid hp over 1200, which are no good to me. I request that as these were bought on hp's recommendation, suitable corrective action be taken, to either replace these with 803 or a refund of the cost. Once again it was hp's support staff who asked me to get the wrong cartridges. Regards ashok khanna

              I am facing a problem with the fan. It stopped working. The unit is under care pack warranty till[protected]. This can be clearly seen on the hp website, warranty check section. When i reported the problem to hp support first they confirmed that the problem would be solved with in a week. Then i was contacted by the hp support asking for the care pack certificate, which i mailed them. Then after couple of days later i was asked for the care pack invoice. I mail them that also. Now they are asking for the invoice of the unit. I am being harassed by hp support guys for past 2.5 months now. I think hp just wants to make money by selling bogus care packs but doesn't keep its commitment when a problem arises.

                Hi,
                I brought HP laptop from HP direct online store on 21/4/2018 for Rs.51000 (6 months installment). In the first week of May, not even first installment started, found a blind spot in monitor. Reported to HP support.
                Case/Complaint id:[protected], they took three days to check the complaint and providing a link now its not comes unde warranty and the way we are using is not proper.

                I am in IT field for a decade and I know how to use a laptop and been using laptops for years and this is the first time facing this kind of issue. How come a laptop can't even survive for 1 month and how
                can trust this kind of worst product for coming yeras.

                Hp Team, Can you pls take this laptop and return back my money. I can buy other brand laptops.

                Pls help me resolve this issue or else take the laptop and get back my money.

                    As per our complaint with hp (Case no.[protected]), we got a quote from iqor global, delhi and as per their condition we made dd for 12515 and sent scan copy to them on 4/5/18 for proceed to repair.in between we enquired about the repair and they said made order for parts and nothing happened till 14/5/18. But surprisingly on 14/5/18 we got another quote for 19495 for repair. We don't know how a company like yours are managing services for such costly laptop which was lying for almost 1 month and finally sent an exorbitant repair quote. Need justification for all these delay and revised quote.

                      I want to say that i am very disappointed from your services, because now its 10 days completed, and no status was there, when i asked customer care about what is the status going on, then they said its on process, this is really very ridiculous, how can we work without printer, when you are working a company how can we survive without printer, your all work stuck without printer, this is complain no. -[protected]

                        Case Number: [protected] dated[protected],

                        Warranty Expiry Date: 08/13/2019, W.O Number: 00337410 dated[protected]

                        It is only 1 year and eight months since purchasing above HP Brand Lap Top, the Battery became Dead which is not acceptable. The Battery is a Non Removable built in Battery and as such to be treated as one of the components of Lap Top and can not be equated to an external Accessory like Adapter, mouse or conventional Rechargeable Battery etc.

                        Hence, HP Customer Care in India[protected] on 25th April 2018 was contacted and was pleaded to examine the Case. Several repeated follow ups over phone since two weeks have been made and it was resolved after an Onsite visit by Service Engineer that free Replacement will be provided and accordingly above said W.O was also created.

                        Since then, I was following with local Service Center ( Vashi, Navi Mumbai, India ) for replacement, when I was told that the Battery stock is not readily available and that they would visit and replace Battery as soon as the stock is arrived for which they are following up with HP. SMS from HP were also being received quoting Case ID and advising that Battery would be replaced shortly. All the SMS received are on record.

                        However, after a lapse of two weeks, when the Battery was about to be replaced, suddenly from 10th May 2018 onward, the IQOR, Vashi has started taking a stand that they would not provide free replacement as the Battery is not covered under Warranty and that the same will be done on chargeable basis.They also enclosed a web link of HP Limited Warranty which is NOT applicable to this Unit which is under Extended Warranty.

                        This is not correct, as per Document ID: c05843717 Version 2 dated 22nd Nov 2017 of HP Support on " Understanding of Batteries" wherein it is clearly mentioned that the Warranty is applicable for a maximum of 3 years for Non Removable Batteries.

                        It is a through harassment for me after taking a decision to purchase HP Brand Note Book and also in wasting valuable long man hours in taking up with people connected to HP Customer Service and making them understand the faulty product.

Further this is the responsibility of the seller company to do all actions for resolution of my complaints as the same is in warranty. If the matter is not resolved within 5 days then i will take the matter to consumer court against the company and company has to resolve all the fault in my laptop as what ever the problem is coming is due to the fault in the hard disk. This is again requested to resolve the problem to avoid the harassment of consumer at the earliest.

                            We are hp gas consumers for the past 35 years and presently m/s ajit enterprisers, hyderabad is servicing us for the last 9 months.

                            We reminded for gas for more than 5 times and getting evasive replies.
                            Almost 20 days elapsed and yet to get gas cylinder.

                              Out of this the following two computers are not working.

                              The issue was taken up with m/s. Modern technologies nx several times but no action in this regard has been initiated.

                                  Printer is not working well it always sound alot and always take so much of time to print a document some times it shows that printer is not ready for priniting everytime ve have to wait for some time to take out prints which is creating lot of problems in our work we are not able to enjoy hp products at all we are not satisfied by the product so please send some person to our place to resolve the issue we have purchase printer 15 days ago

                                  We have purchased laptop 15 days ago we are facing issues for running our softwares laptop needs some upgrade in windows for proper software working there issues are disturbing our day to day working and we are not able to enjoy hp services properly at all we need that your executive should visit our place and should try to resolve our issue that we are facing
                                  The Printer is not working properly. When try to take a print the error occurs saying that the Cartridge is incompatible. But i didnt even changed the cartridge. I tried to contact the costumer care but they didnt respond. Try to provide a better service.

                                      ‌sir i am abhijith from trivandrum kerala.. I buyed a hp laptop on 11/04/2017. Its keyboard got complaint before the gaurantee period. On 07/04/2018 i consulted the hp service center which is situated in karamana trivandrum kerala.. At the time of submision of lap for repair, technician told it will get repaired within a week for sure and now 1 month over i yet didnt got my lap repaired. Whenever i call service center they speak as if they dont care and keep on saying 2 more days.. Is this the way how you treat your customers.. I was a fan of hp. Please dont ruin my image on hp.. Please find a solution for my problem as soon as posible.. As mentioned above i have been waiting for my lap since over month

                                        Above laptop puchase angast three years extended with accedental warrenty which i paid with in three months of purchse laptop was not getting on the techsupport taken so much time and technitian came and change the mother hood and case prematurly clses by manager pawan kaushik than complain persist than other engeenier came and also change mother hood its so long procdure like that 4 tomes they changed mother hood and tecovery was not taking place than i object of changing mother hood than other tech came and told port is not working than he change port but manager pawan was prematurly closes the case and taken whole three years whenwarrenty expires but while in between they taken my battery alone and changed it to some low grade laptop after stricker stik off and paste to exchange one so also they removed uncountable things like stopper now cd rome is spoiled so recovery was not taken place in bet but they do not want to rectify even not goving my battery so on telling warrenty expire but the dint catch the fault sice begning bec that my work and my buissnes sacificed but company is cheated to me

                                        I m hp gas user I have logined onlinefor booking the gas. But now I m not able to open my hp gas profile. I m writing the correct password it says invalid password. So kindly help me to solve this problem. I will be very great full to you.
