I have been calling on hp customer service toll free number to get on-site service but the toll free number ([protected], [protected], [protected]) are useless and they are giving me another number which is [protected] for further assistance. And when i am calling on this number they are asking for passcode. So just tell me hp where i can get the solution? Even the service center has no clue about this. This is how you give your customers 24x7 service? If i have opt for on site service then i should get that without any hassle. Forget about the hassle but your toll free number is not even working. I need onsite service or give my extended warranty money.

    I am not liking this product.

    What is the return policy.

    The camera quality is not what i was told. It's very poor. Image is very blurr like a ten year old laptop.in 50k bucks... This is what i am getting. A very poor camera!!

    The display on the screen is not as good as i had expected.

    It was delivered to me yesterday by croma, gurgaon.
    It has some internal problem .It sounds a large sound

      Dear hp head

      I would like to bring in your kind notice the problems i faced at sysnet global hp service center – srinagar-kashmir – india and strongly suggest management need to be changed or before lots damage is done to the reputed hp company and any other reliable service center caretakers should be appointed to save the image of hp in today’s competitive market.

      Kindly read carefully:
      About 10 days ago i gave my printer for service, it was showing paper jam, the guy checked into it and said need to get serviced as there is ink leaked, said fine but when will be ready so i can come and collect, he said come back tomorrow at about 11 am and it will be ready but he did not give me any paper or any service order receipt for this printer. Anyway next day i came back to hp service center at 3pm and he said sorry we were busy etc etc. Come tomorrow and again i came back next day he said i need to get part i will call you or in few days will be ready, there was no call from hp service so after 10 days yesterday on 21st march 2018 at 3pm i went back and the reply was this can not be repaired and i ask why, he replied if you leave for few days more i will check again and i start wondering what he was doing to this printer keep there for 10 days. This guy never even opened and checked on it he was just making me fool and taking me on ride. I took back printer because i felt this service center at srinagar is just shame for hp company to hire people like this.

      I suggest hp company to change the management before further damages is done to the such a reputed company. I have been using above 50 products of hp in varies offices and at this time i lost truth and faith on hp and not to go for further purchasing of any hp products and also will suggest friends and business associates the same. This guy at hp service center srinagar made me so upset and now don’t want to see the door again.

      I request you to have printer collected printer and get problem solved, above all i suggest to get checked by another service engineer who can exactly tell what was the problem in this printer so this will prove the bundle of lies from hp service center guy at srinagar.

          I have a hp laptop model pavilion x360
          S. No. 8cg60826pc (Under warranty) which is having some brightness issues. The brightness is stuck to high and i am not able to low down the brightness. I managed to get it to the service center located at noida sec-18. All they say is there is some rusting on mother board in the mounting holes where they put nuts and they cannot cover that issue under warranty. But whose issue is that i don't know since i have never taken to laptop to any local repair shop and they have asked me to pay rs.30000/- for a new motherboard. I don't know how hp is compromising with the quality. I am also attaching the motherboard pic. I won't recommend hp to anyone in future.

            My laptop is under warranty and they are not fixing my laptop. The customer service is worst since they don't know how to talk. They don't even help me properly. The incident happen on 12th morning and i visited the center on 12th and deposited there. And on 16th i get a call. It's not possible for us to repair/replace on free basis. I never knew hp will come out as this fraud and say that they won't replace the parts which is not even my mistake for it. My case number with hp is [protected]
            I was given the number of mr nupur das (+[protected] and she is not picking up the phone as she is the head of some department.

            Further more if you need any details for the same, please let me know. I will provide the necessary documents.
            Can you please escalate this matter!

              I recently bought newly introduced hp deskjet all-in-one printer. Unfortunately, while printing, the cartridge slots clip of the color slot got broke and came out. Due to this am unable to print as the cartridge cannot be fixed and locked.

              Since its under warranty, i lodged a service case but due to my surprise, the service partner refused to replace it mentioning its a physical damage and not covered under warranty. Though i have agreed to pay inspite of the printer under warranty but no one has reverted or responding to emails till date.

              As i mentioned the clip got damaged during normal use and not due to accident, misuse, liquid spills, abuse, contamination, or other external causes. If such small spare parts damages are not covered under the warranty then everything in the printer is spare part. I was about to take the extended warranty for the printer, but as all components are made of plastic or rubber for
              Eg. Wheels, cartridge slot, rods, printer tray etc etc. And if these are not covered under warranty then customers would not benefit with the warranty at all. As almost 90% of the printer parts are plastic/rubber and can be damaged / break during usual wear and tear, if these are considered as physical damage and not serviced/replaced, then its not a good customer service. If printer parts are not covered under warranty then its a big issue for customers. Big parts and big damage is understandable, but small parts
              Should be covered and serviced.

              Request you to please look at this case and help resolve as i am unable to use the printer for small thing.

              I have bought HP printer deskjet 5810 on 1.8.2017. Now the printer is giving problems and missing print while printing. I have checked the ink which is ok.
              I have also cleaned the head but still the problem persists. the printer status report shows that only 605 prints have been printed.My service ID is 15241 serial No. is CN6BP4G33706B8. Please provide immediate service.
              My spacebar isnt working . I also need cleaning for my lap .
              My printer is missing print while printing. I have checked the ink and clean the head but still the problem persists. All the initial steps required has been taken by the retailer as well and advised me to file complaint. please provide immediate service.

After my several request to the HP Service centre of Jayanagara 3rd Block, Bangalore, there is no response about my complaint. Kindly arrange to replace new cartridge at the earliest and oblige.

                      I bought my laptop 8 months ago, initially i got a damaged piece which after a long run somehow got replaced, all thanks to the great customer service by reliance digital, than after a few days a mark appeared near the camera from inside i let it go, but now my laptop screen has got a white mark on the screen from inside, my laptop has warranty, but when contacted the service centre they are giving me such a foolish reason which is not at all acceptable, they said appearance of one dot does not come under warranty, your screen should atleast have 3 dots, i mean what should i do now, should i wait my for my screen to get more damaged. Sorry but spending so much money and getting services like this is not at all acceptable.

                        The single inverted comma is not working. Whenever i press the relevant key, the double inverted comma is coming. I have been facing this problem for the last two months or so. Had a talk this evening between 7 and 7.15 with the support stuff, was guided over phone to logmein123. Could not run the applet after downloading the rescue applet.
                        My product number is1pm39pa#ac. The warranty period is still on.

                            I bought laptop hp x360-u131tu on 23 september 2017. The second day when the laptop was started it did not respond. After some time and after many attempts of restart it started. Since then the laptop is having same problem. After starting it shows error does not start and after many attempts it starts. Could not complain as it was carried to some other place by my child. Finally it stoped working in february 2018. Complaint was lodged by telephone after many attempts of trying. They were not able to solve. As the laptop was bought in dhanbad we brought it to the shopkeeper for repair. At first the shopkeeper misbehaved and did not want to repair but after repeated request he took for repair. When we went to take it back he charged for repairing saying it was software problem. We gave and brought it back home. Again switched on and again the same problem. Again called the shopkeeper he said whenever u have problem call and we will tell command and it will start. Very weird way of sorting the problem but we had no other option because the laptop was for our child who was supposed to return to her college back from dhanbad for exam. The laptop was taken to bhuwaneshwar and was again started but now it has stopped working. Previously after repeated attempts it was starting but now stopped completely. Really very bad to say that your services are soo poor and the product quality is worse. From the day one i am suffering like anything. Please help to repair the laptop as early as possible. Rs. 50000 was spent but could not do a single piece of work in that. Moreover all india complaint no. Do not pick up the call most of the time. If they pick up soo many things they say to do that call drops and u have to try again. Really painful for customers like us who have spent their hard earned money to bring happiness to their children but all in vain and pain. The reputation o[censored]r brand is spoiled day by day. The pain and harassment which i am going through from the day i bought the computer will not recommend anybody to buy hp product. I am attaching here with the bill as well as the screen shot of the problem of laptop. Please help.

                              I purchased the hpau620tx laptap. And i ordered the same laptap with order id:[protected] as on january 23rd 2018 with 2 yrs extended warranty then i received the laptap as on 07th february 2018 but till now i didn't receive my extended warranty conformation card or mail. So kindly provide that warranty conformation mail or card or please let me know the status of my warranty issue sir

                                  I've booked my hp gas (Booking number: 545404, cash memo: 1053835) on 25th feb 2018. Till date i've not received my gas yet. Every time i call the distributor "chirag hp gas service in naihati, kolkata-743165" they are not able to provide me any information and asking to go to their office. If i have to visit their office then what is the point book the gas through ivr?

                                  On 27th feb 2018 i received one sms that my hp gas has been delivered with the cash memo number: 1053835. That means they have sold my gas to someone else. Even today on 9th march 2018 i called them several time for the update however, they are behaving rudely. I'd request you kindly look into this issue

                                    I bought hp printer on january 2018. Recieved instructions to claim inkadvantage offer. I couriered all the required documents and the claim got approved on jan-15, 2018 and asked me to wait for 4-6 weeks to coupon to arrive.

                                    I waited for 6 weeks. No coupon recieved either by courier, mail, sms or call. So i mailed them back on feb-28, 2018 saying that i have not received anything yet. They replied me that they have already sent the vouchers to my email-id.

                                    I daily check my mails. When i rechecked mail, there were no mail from bookmyshow or hp redemption team. I dropped mail and got reply that they will resend the coupon by mail in 5 working days. Still i havent recieved any mail yet.

                                    Even i tried calling customer care. It simply has automated voice asking me to drop mail.

                                    The problem is, hp asking users to send the documents by courier. But hp is claiming that they sent the couriers that too my email without any intimation by sms or call.

                                    I faced same kind of customer service problem even before this couple of time. I will never go with hp product.

                                    Please help in recieving this redemption coupon

                                      I am trying to extend my laptop warranty since one month before of my laptop warranty, , , but still now my issue has not been solved and now my laptopswarranty has also over, , , in between this i have called several times to ur customer care and everytime the tell me that i will get a call back but after 21days, , i got a call from ur tecnical team and they told me that they will callme back to extend my warranrty bur after that i had no call from them, , , , so wi am veryyyyyy very sad for such a poor services given by hp, , , please solve my problem, , my case id is- [protected].

                                        The engineer who came for installation could not complete the task as there is problem with the page alignment. Kindly send your technical person to do the needful at the earliest.
                                        It was purchased on 3rd mach 2018.
