My laptop is under warranty and they are not fixing my laptop. The customer service is worst since they don't know how to talk. They don't even help me properly. I recently bought newly introduced hp deskjet all-in-one printer. Unfortunately, while printing, the cartridge slots clip of the color slot got broke and came out. Due to this am unable to print as the cartridge cannot be fixed and locked.

Since its under warranty, i lodged a service case but due to my surprise, the service partner refused to replace it mentioning its a physical damage and not covered under warranty. Though...

I have returned newly purchased hp laserjet m1005 mfp printer 12a cartridge due to bad quality print to the hp replacement centre, at jayanagar 3rd block, bangalore on[protected] under pending no.1972, arc: iqor, and they have informed me to replace the said cartridge within[protected]. But till date they have not replaced the said cartridge.

The single inverted comma is not working. Whenever i press the relevant key, the double inverted comma is coming. I have been facing this problem for the last two months or so. Had a talk this evening between 7 and 7.15 with the support stuff, was guided over phone to logmein123. Could not run the applet after downloading the rescue applet.

Iam having problem with my hp notebook-15-ac025tx.. Its not respoding while charging. Its not getting recharge. Either its not working if backup is removed and charged. I don't know whats the problem is its not working. So please as soon as possible respond to my compliant. I thinks thier is problem with the internal components of the notebook.

Every time i call the distributor "chirag hp gas service in naihati, kolkata-743165" they are not able to provide me any information and asking to go to their office. If i have to visit their office then what is the point book the gas through ivr?

We have bought hp 1025 color printer in year 2015. Since from last 2 months we have problem in our printer & we are continuously following by call & by mail to hp service head as well as service center.
