i have purchased HTC Mobile Handset Desire-V T 328w on the date of 31May 2013 , and now when i call or receive the calls , and when i unlock then its working functions automatically and receiving many commands , lots of time i lost my balance for unwanted calls and Internet uses.

I was going to the showroom where i got it for the repairing but there have no service center at Sirsa or Else where in Haryana , they prefer to me go to Chandigarh or Delhi , but its not possible to go there just only because of the loose services by HTC Mobile .

    Dear Sir/Madam,

    I have purchased HTC Desire SV Mobile Handset in February 2013, IMEI No: [protected] and in April 2013 i started facing issue of Mobile getting Switched OFF during phone calls and also in Idle Mode. So i have contacted HTC Complaint ID (13INCW18ENA000847) and they requested me to submitt the Handset to the Service center so i have submitted the handset, after 15 days they told me to collect the handset and they told me via email that Touch is replaced from the Handset but from the next day i started facing same issue so again i called back HTC Complaint ID (13INCW24ENA000681) again i submited handset to service center on 13th June and collected back in 12 days, HTC replied me via email that they have replaced Vibrator but even after 2 times of repair i am facing the same issue of mobile getting switched off. I called HTC today 27th June again they are telling me to resubmit the phone.
    The Big issue i am facing is i need to travel 150 KM for submiting this handset to their service center and again 150KM to collect back. also both the times they have removed screenguard which is additional charge of RS 200-250/-

    So i requesting help from you in order to come out from this issue permanantly.

      i have sent my HTC X One to Technocare within the warranty period to be repaired, as it was always disconnecting the calls on its own and I always could not hear the other party speakign to me. one more problem was that alot of my friends kept telling me that my mobile is always switched off while it alwyas showed full signal and it is switched on.
      Technocare has shown very bad customer service as after they returned it to me the first time, the mobile started giving me even new problems and the old ones came back again, the touch on the screen started to be so bad, it was so difficult to naviagte from one page / icon to another.
      Technocare picked up the mobile for the secoind time and when they returned it they said they changed the board and the battery, howevere, it came back with all the same old problems and on top of that the battery whichj i had never complained and they changed starting wearing off much quicker than it used to be. And what drove me ven crazy was that the SIM card compartment was even damaged as it seems someone tried to open it the worng way.
      I contacted HTC Contact Us for their support, but they were even worst, it took them ages to communiacte with them, just like Techncocare and until today i have not recieved a proper customer service, i had to email them repeatidly and I only got to know that my mobile was repaired again June 4th and they tried calling me once but i did not pick up because i was in a meeting and so they just considered they ahve done their part.
      IU rceieved call from Technocare telling me they will send me back my mobile as per instructions from HTC COntact Us but i refused to recieve utnil i am conatcted appropriately by HTC and understand what had happened and the update on my mobile. They called me from an unkown number os i can not even return the call this is so frustrating and i have been without my mobile since March 14th, 2013.
      Please i need to raise this complaint to a higher level to be investigated in at the least someone repsonsible contact me and understand what is my problem. i have all the correspondance i can share it with you as appropriate.

        My self lakshminarayana G i am using the HTC Desire C Mobile Phone for past 6months i have problem with the mobile its getting restart automatically and its not working fine i want to the service center for 4times but still issue is not resolved i not happy with the service its under warranty i need the replacement of my phone are my money back but there are not ready to do please help me on that

        Htc — NO PROPER SERVICE

        I had purchased HTC P3300 mobile phone in Bangalore on 01st Oct 2007. However, this year, I have had series of issues with the mobile. The last one was major, where I wasn’t able to switch on my cell phone. It had happened after I had put my phone to charge.
        I hail from Bangalore, Karnataka. On 23rd Sep 2008, I had handed over my HTC phone to the HTC service center. The person attending me is Jayesh (Sorry I don’t have his full name). It was told to me that they will get back to me on what was wrong with my cell phone. I received no call from Jayesh with regards to my problem in my cell phone. Instead I had to make a call to him and end my query. It was said my phone’s main board had a problem and had to be replace. However, this is where the problem started. I have made continues calls to HTC service center (I don’t even remember the count) to know when would I have my phone back, everything I get a excuse and a delay. The promises / commitment made by the person have not come true. Last I can say, I am fed up with HTC (which once upon a time I used to admire). I would never ever recommend any of my family, friends, colleagues or strangers to go with HTC, not because it not good. But there is no proper service given. I have been an HTC customer since DOPOD days.
        I sincerely apologies if my mails comes cross as hard but I hope you now know what I am feeling. My phone number is switched off for 2 weeks now. I hate to attend my calls of (on) my land line. All, I request now is please get my phone repaired and back to me at the earliest.

          I had purchased HTC Desire V in the month of December 2012 from the very next month I was facing severe problems with device and it indicates that the System was crashed.

          I had surrendered Device to service centre twice for servicing, both the times while submission I had clear,y informed that the system was crashed, but guys at service centre did took my complain seriously and device was return with just with changes of mother board or any other part.

          Third time once again I had submitted along with photographs of system crash ( submitted on 28.05.2013) , and I was being informed by customer service that I will get a replacement of the same within couple of days.
          In-fact they send me a mail that replaced device has been reached to their service centre ( kurla - Mumbai) where I have submitted my old device. When I contact them they are refusing and informed that they have not received any.

          I am constantly following HTC team and mail are also being sent to them and marked to their head marketing in India., but non of them is interested to solve this issue.they just want customers to suffer.

          Its better to buy Indian manufacturers cell rather then going with HTC.

          Hope this complaint may cause you to settle my trouble finally,

          HTC — have to change touchflo theme to another

          I INSTALLED WM6.1 ON MY HTC P 3452 MODEL, IN THAT TOUCHFLO MANIA2.0 THEME DOWNLOADED, I TRIED TO CHANGE THE THEMES IN SOMEOTHER, EVENTHOUGH I INSTALLED THE TF3D CONF.

          HOW TO CHANGE THE TOUCHFLO THEME, PLS ADVICE

            My phone HTC desire VC which is under warranty has suddenly started giving Display problem. I took that phone to HTC Serivce Center Lajpat Nagar Delhi because there is no service station available nearer then Delhi to my place Rohtak. Where they advised that you will get it with in 7 to 14 Days. I said its a long time so can you provide me any Standby Phone for that purpose. They denied that's not feasible as per their policy. I kept on following them and on 15th day they said they don't have the part availability and it will take more time. I again advised them to give me standby phone because its getting longer. They straight away denied and just said wait for more time.
            I am working for a company where my whole work is based on phone just because of this time delay from HTC i am losing my money and job responsibility. Kindly help!!

              I had purchased a HTC One V handset on 17.5.2012 from the Sangeetha Mobiles Showroom at CP Ramasamy Road, Alwarpet, Chennai branch.

              The mobile developed problems with the lock on/off button and the volume control button failing from the 8th month since purchase. Since it was within the warranty I had these replaced by the authorized TVSE service center at Nungambakkam/Anna Salai.

              Subsequently, exactly 5 days after the expiry of the warranty period, on 22.5.2013, after a normal 10-15 minute phone call, I had placed the receiver on a table and when I picked it to take an incoming call, noticed that the handset had heated up and was continually becoming warmer for almost 10 minutes. Since the one V model does not allow easy access to the battery unit, could not remove the battery too. After 10 minutes of such automatic heating up, the entire unit shutdown and despite many attempts neither did the device turn on nor did the display work.

              We took the mobile to the same HTC authorized TVSE service center at Anna salai and the handset was examined. The technician thoroughly examined the device and mentioned that three important components including the display, battery and the main board itself had to be replaced. The problem was identified as internal shorting, however, the technician himself observed that this typically happens when water seeps in but there was no indication of any wetness or liquid seep in when he opened and examined the handset. The total cost of the repair was quoted at ~Rs.12,000.

              It is extremely disappointing that a device known for its quality brand fails exactly 5 days after the warranty period and we are asked to pay almost the price of the handset for its repair. This is atrocious to say the least. We are further troubled by the absence of a local presence of HTC owing which we had made very vain attempts to reach their toll free call center. Here we were only made to wait on the line for an unimaginable 30+ minutes to hear an irresponsible comment from their agent who said, " Electronics is bound to fail". This is not the response we expect after having incurred such financial loss and mental strain. We have names of the call center agents we spoke to and the unfriendly attitude but do not want to dwelve on that as our priority is to have this handset replaced ASAP.

              It is unfair to ask a customer who trusts a brand and spends Rs.17,000 on one high end handset to see it fail exactly after a year and then be told to pay up for the repair. The failure was not due to any negligence on our part but is purely due to some hardware glitch for which we want to be compensated.

              I expect a responsible reply from HTC and immediate action to take back this faulty product and compensate me with a new and properly working device of the same model, failng which appropriate action will be initiated.

              I had sent two mails to their customer care and get yet another irresponsible reply that since its out of warranty, we need to pay. How unfair this is. We wouldnt mind paying if it was some small defect, but here its the complete hardware failure which could have happened only because the original hardware was itself not tested and not good. Why should I as the customer be penalized for this??

              HTC doesnt have a local office and they also have very poor customer service. Anybody reading this be very careful when you are buying HTC products.

              I Mr. Sarang R. Kavishwar Have purchased brand new HTC Desire 820s mobile from Maheshwari Mobile Shoppee Amravati, Maharashtra on 27th April 2015, but only after 15 days charging problem occurred, means when I plugged in for charging the phone get charged only 58%. After that i have tried no. of times for 100% charging of battery but it could not possible at least once.
              The second problem is, the picture quality/clarity as not as good as the mentioned information from htc, after capturing the image it becomes blur image, I am not satisfied with the image clarity.
              After these problem I hand over the handset to the owner of the shoppee on 28th May 2015 and now after 20 days when i contacted to owner of shoppee he told me that, your mobile is in nagpur, maharashtra, it will come back after some days.
              When I comtacted to customer care on [protected] this no. they told me that they get my handset on 10th June 2015 and it will take some days to repair, as parts not available to them.
              All the persons from HTC where I have contacted given me various reasons for delay in service.
              This is very bad experience with me due to their faulty Handset, Solve the issue as early as possible.

                I purchased a HTC desire SV Mobile in dec 12,But i think i have to take some more time & see another company mobile phone before purchase this set , there is lot of problem in one set , i talk to service center first & they said we update your hand set & problem will not persist, but again this problem happen then i again visited service center & they submitted my handset but the problem can not solve , I have not that much time to visit again & again service center....
                Problem Description are...
                Phone switch off automatic in many times a day.........
                Network services are not good like when some body call me this show not reachable , but thanks to miss call alert services so that i came to know whose person called me .
                So i am dissatisfied customer of HTC & its services ..
                I was thinking i have to go with samsung & other company..

                  I bought HTC desire X worth 15000/- on 18th March 2013. Within few days its software got failed, it got flashed in the care centre at Ahmedabad. Immediately after that hardware problem started in which the mobile used to boot again and again. the mobile is with care centre again since 8 days, they are not even responding. since the date of purchase the phone is faulty which I need to replace from company.

                    I purchased HTC ONE V in July for 18 500 INR. After the initial 3 months itself the phone started to hang but now it hangs drastically. Now, while installing applications itself the phone hangs like anything and overheats quickly. After 10-15 minutes of browsing on the phone the phone heats like anything and while switching to different activity it hangs. Even for searching contacts the phone hangs which is VERY DISAPPOINTING.


                    Additional to that there is only one service center in the whole of Thiruvanthapuram.While purchasing i never knew of the limited service centers in the capital city of Kerala.

                    I never knew the phone would be such a pain. I would say HTC let me down.

                      I purchased HTC Desire V mobile from M/s Harbans Singh and Sons thru Invoice No. 35245, dated 10 Sep 2013 (Bill attached).
                      This set was giving some screen display fluctuation problem from almost day one, but after middle of March 2013, its screen got shrinked.
                      I contacted to HTC Service Center, i.e.: Shivam Communication for the same and I was informed that this has to be sent to HTC main service center at Gurgaon, India. I submitted my mobile to service center on 05 April 2013 (Service Report attached).
                      My colleague Mr. Rajnish Sharma (who have same type and model mobile phone) that he faced same type problem (display malfunctioning) with his mobile and HTC replaced his set with new one (IME No [protected]).
                      After many follow-up over mail, I got a call on 11 April, from service center that HTC denied to repair the set under warranty. I need my mobile back urgently, so I have no choice to get it repair from my pocket, so I given clearance to HTC service center (M/s Shivam Communication, Sec 11 Panchkula, Haryana) to repair the same.
                      Now on 25 April, when I got my mobile back, I paid 3990 INR for repairing but I noticed that my mobile was not getting ON, I dropped again my mobile to service center (on 25 April only). On 26 April 2013 morning, I came to know from service center my mobile’s battery is faulty and he is trying to get it replace from HTC (FOC basis).
                      On 26 April evening I came to know from service center that HTC denied to service center to replace the battery under warranty.
                      I talked to customer care for same on 26 April, but he give me again 48 working hours time. After 96 Hrs on 30 April 2013, that soon I will get battery from HTC under warranty. I talked to service center and communicate him that HTC given clearance for battery replacement, but he said that HTC is still denying him to replace battery.
                      When I got no development on mobile repair/ battery replacement till 08 May, I talked to Customer care (Mr. Momil) and get conference with Service center Ms/ Shivam Communication (Panchkula) and HTC Service Staff Mr. Vipul and came to know that on 27 April 2013, Battery replacement on FOC basis approved by Mr. Arun (HTC), but it couldn’t dispatched due some problem in their “Flexy In Server”. after a long discussion it is concluded that Battery will be dispatched directly on service center’s address (Shivam Communication, Panchkula).
                      I wrote many mail communication to HTC regard ing this matter, but no action linked / initiated against mail. Every time I got a written reply “Thank you for replying back to us. We regret this inconvenience. We request you to co-operate with us as we have forwarded the details to the concern team(or similar to this).” and every time I have to call your HTC Customer care and service center frequently.

                      Yesterday I got call from service center that they received battery from HTC, but after putting battery, mobile is giving again problem, as its screen display was flickering, which I was facing from day one, but HTC said at that time that "Your mobile is physically damage, so your display replacement will not be covered under warranty. Now it is cleared that this mobile set problem only, as one of another frien Mr. Hemant Sharma;s mobile is also under repair for this problem from last three week. Service center says that again they will send mobile to HTC Gurgaon for repair.
                      Today status : Service center is unable to send my mobile to HTC Gurgaon, as again there is some problem in their "Flexy in server". 45 Days passed.

                      Please help me, as due to this problem I feel that I was cheated by HTC and suffering mental harassment also.
                      I need following from HTC:-
                      1 A new handset of same model (not repaired one) with full warranty period.
                      2. Return of repair cost, which I paid for handset repair.
                      3. Compensation for mental harassment.

                      HTC — repair followup

                      If bought htc hd2 and approacxh to service center for repaire after a lot but i havnt got reaired my device i conatcted so many people but no one support properly except Mr-Deepak-- ..A leesr he hear my issue properly he has support lot but he was also bound becase alone he cant change the htc

                      HTC Mobile — Problem with mobile battery

                      I purchase HTC 3400 mobile before 1.5 year. that mobile work good for 9 to 10 month. after that it start consuming battery very fast . i went to authorizes service station. they told me it need to reinstall software. they install software and give me mobile back. It work for some days again original problem start .
                      i again went to service station that time they told me that problem with battery and they don't have spare battery. thay will call me when they have new battery .
                      one month pass they never call me. after that i went service station and ask about battery they told me you have to buy the new battery.
                      i tell them the problem start in warranty period you should give me that free of cost. but they not ready for that. then i buy new battery (cost is 1164 Rs) . use for some days but problem is as it is. i again went to service station . this time they take my mobile and told me that they check it totally.
                      next day told me problem with mother board (cost 7500) and i have to pay for that.
                      please help me.
                      After using the mobile, when it will kept to the pouch the mobile will be switched off.

                      HTC — Hand Set not Return under given time period. And no further update given for mobile.

                      I deposit my mobile at HTC authorized service center on date 7-7-2012. But till today 30.7.12 no update given by the service center. While when i deposit it they said me that you will get back your mobile with in 15 days. Now when i ask them they said that they don't have any update. They also don't have any company concern person to discussed about it. When i call to company toll free no.[protected]. They also said that they can't help regarding this issue, they can't not provide any contact no. for discussion regarding my mobile status. My Job No. [protected], My ticket No. 121NA[protected]. Service center Rishabh Telecom No.[protected].

                      Please take necessary action.

                        Highly disappointing response from service centers
                        Hi,

                        I am highly disappointed with the kind the of service provided by the htc service centers.
                        I purchased HTC mobile imei no [protected] . I am facing issue with charging battery. I contacted nearby authorized service center where i was told that they simply launch a complain against battery and said your battery is reached your home with in a week on[protected], i am saying again again please check my phone if there is another problem i will not able to come your service center again and again because i am a handicapped person.but they do not check my phone and said you will get your after one week when you get the battery. Today 15/05/2013 i get the battery but still my phone is not on. i called their service center they simply said battery come with battery.



                        With the brand like HTC on which people rely so much if such kind of service is given than I am sorry to say that they are only selling their product and not the service.

                          I have a HTC wildfire S bought for 13K 3 yrs back. Display went off suddenly last month. After inquiry with HTC customer care, found that there is only one authorised dealer in Mount road. When I went there, i saw many people complaining there lcd screens are not working. They said finally the LCD display has to be changed and they dont have any stock and asked me to come after a week. The reception was v poor here. It is surprising to see that the company service dealer doesnt have a stock eventhough most of the complaints are due to lcd screen problem. after 1 week, when i went, I got the same answer. Got annoyed, when i called the customer care they asked to go to another centre near Loyola college. That centre took my phone and said that they will send to Blore and someone will call u inform abt the quotation for repair, once u approve we will service ur mobile. total turnaround time will be 7 days.

                          I didnt get any calls so far...even after 10th day. finally today i got an email stating that i ve to pay 10k to repair the mobile which is absurd. I didnt drop my mobile anywhere.the display went off suddenly....and now they ask 10k to repair with which i can buy 2 new good mobiles.....it is a worst experience..So, everyone please dont go for HTC mobiles...i[censored] want to use and throw after 2 yrs.please go otherwise...

                            I bought a htc one-v expecting a lot on the latest htc one technology they have introuduced.But after one month of the purchase time (November 2012), the phone just stopped working, since it was under warranty i gave the phone to service center. after many efforts i found the phone approx after 45 day. after that i faced the problem 3rd time recently i went to new delhi there was problem occurred again in phone So, i went service center which is situated in lajapat nagar E9 there was told to me that it will take 20 days for solving the problem and you go another service center which is in okhla phase 2, there your problem solve hand to hand, but there told to me same.
                            now i want the company return my money or give me a new phone instead this.
                            i am very disappointed because of this. please solve out the problem as soon as possible.

                              HI,

                              I had brought a htc one V mobile on June 2012. after a week, mobile is dead and they had replaced the same.

                              after a couple of months, my mobile is getting hang and it wont respond atal for the next 30 min or so..,
                              * worst part is people(contacts) & Messages wont respond for 2-3 hrs.
                              * if i dial the number call will get connected in 5 min if am lucky, else it displays the message, "sorry, phone.android stopped working" then it asks, whether you want to send the data to htc to help your problem, if i say yes it will take 5 min to do so..
                              * if i get a call, it shows me a blank screen..,
                              * battery takes 9-10 hrs for complete charging and just 5 hrs to discharge fully.

                              [B]if the Basic mobile features like phone & SMS dont work then whats the use of having an high end Smart phone.[/B]

                                I have bought HTC one x+ on 25/1/2013, from the day i bought this phone i am facing lot of issues with it.

                                I have raise complain on HTC website on 31/1/2013 for display lag issue. they asked me reinstall the application which is lagging i did that but the issue not resolved.

                                then in march month i take taken the phone to service center they asked me to come tomorrow due to no power.

                                i went to service center very next day, i complained there are some hardware in this phone but they just re-installed the os. but still the issue is not resolved.

                                then i have given my phone to service on 2/4/2013, they said they will deliver my phone in next week.

                                next week i went and asked for it but they said it will take 10 days.

                                after 20 days i went to service center and asked for my phone but they said still it is not ready. i asked when can i get back my phone they replied irresponsibly we can't tell exactly when spare will arrive.

                                I really disappointed about the service and the phone cost 38800rs.

                                please help me to get my cash back or the new phone.

                                  I bought this brand new phone from Reliance digital MG Road,Bangalore. Within one month I faced problem with this phone as it was not getting booted up, gave it for service and got it fixed. Now after two months I am facing a new problem, my touch screen is not working properly, because of which I cannot unlock my phone, and even if I unlock my phone, I am unable to go through all apps. This phone has really given me a very hard time. I bought it for 18000 INR, but now it cost just 15000 INR. When I called HTC customer care number, I get busy tone and never get connected to them. Please help me in this regards.

                                    I Have Brought HTC One X 8 months back, my cell fell down from my pocked and the screen shattered into pieces like lightning bolt !!!, so first and foremost the device is not as durable as they promoted it while selling, I am in Bangalore reached HTC Service Center on there tool free number, They have only 3 service center in Bangalore , Jaynagar , Basavangudi, indranagar. All the service center are some sort of tie up arrangement not any of them are exclusive for HTC cell owners, The process is you go to center they will accept your phone then order for the parts, So as soon as you go they will straight away ask you to submit the device and wait for 7-10 days.

                                    Dear HTC wake up are you serious ,u asking for so much duration to replace a screen,

                                    Guys a humble request never buy there products as it will create a great hassle as you buy this and sync all your data to this so called smart phone and if it crashes only way out is throw it , as there is no service at all

                                      I had purchase a HTC One X mobile phone in April’12. Within 6 months o[censored]sage I had several problems with the phone – Low Speaker Volume/voice brakeage. I had given the phone for service to HTC authorized service center – PRAMANIK MOBILE SERVICE on 28th Mar’13 and was promised that the phone would be ready within 4 working days. It is almost 19 days now and there is no update.
                                      I had called the HTC customer care several times, Ticket # 13INA[protected] apart from false promises I have never seen any update on the same.

                                      i use htc one x(16gb)........in this phone i can't send file through wifi direct.....
                                      i use software data cable app for transfer file through wifi but in this app in my phone create wifi network not work....wifi hotspot can't created.....plz give solution......

                                        I had bought HTC Desire - VC in October and replace it thrice before getting the final OK device. This device wasn't working properly and I have submitted in service center for 3 times in last 1.5 months but they are not able to solve my problem. In last 45 days my device was with service center for 18 days and they are again asking me to submit it for resolving problem again. I don't think they can solve my problem and I feel there is fault with the device itself. Please, help me in getting my phone replaced.
