    it was my mistake of choosing HTC again. and i am paying for it now. really HTC have played with my emotions of being loyal to your brand. have placed complaints so many calls but at the end of the day what i get is nothing. took my phone on 7/8/2013 and all of a sudden it stopped working on 21/08/2013 they say mobile cannot be replaced after 14 days so have to take request. still have not received any answer.. i regret my decision of buying HTC again. it is not my error your technician said so kindly replace my phone. if want details about IMEI no etc contact me [protected]

      Dear Sir / Madam, I have given my Mobile (Model : HTC DESIRE SV) for the services purpose and the promised date for the return was 24/08/2013 but unfortunately I didn't get any reply for your side, regarding the same. Pls. inform me when you are able to give me my handset back. because i really need it on the urgent bases. As it has already taken 18 days for the repairing, and that is too much time, so Pls. immediately tell me what is the status and when i am able to get my handset back. If any major issue is there than please inform me about that also so I come to know what the exact problem my mobile is having...         With my friends suggestion i got HTC desire V previously i used Samsung and Sony .Just after 4 months the bottom 3 Led buttons are not working they are only working when it is connected to WiFi..and also the phone will hang for every 10-15 minutes .so I submitted the phone in warranty service center in Hyderabad .I didn't heard any thing from them till 8 working days and after that i got an email from HTC team stating as I need to pay 4300 for repair ,I called the support team for the clarification and they started to explain me as its a physical damage,customer abuse and all other crap. This is insane the device in only 4 months old and I hardly used it and the HTC team explained me that its been damaged with water and mother board changed in to blue color and all crap ..guys this is the worst experience ..which i have faced and the guy named anoop (may be floor supervisor) was very rude and he is representing HTC,i felt like he is working for china mobile support company that's the way he responded to me very rude and very ire-responsive manner...I felt may be the Micromax support executive would have responded in much better manner am very upset with what happen to me and the HTC India support team this is for you i don't know who diagnosed my device this is the imei # [protected]..how can you get in to conclusion that its damaged (water damage) and also physically damaged (when only 3 bottom led buttons were not working) explain me .. guys don't go with any desire series in HTC I heard a numerous complaints by users who came to submit there device in service center ...the bottom line is HTC sucks and they have to train there support executives about the soft skills how to talk to customer ..the guy who communicated with me (Anoop) he hung up the call on me and not even for the single minute I considered or felt he is representing the organisation HTC .

          Dear sir/madam, I have purchased HTC One V before 1year 4 Months as I have a faith on HTC but it is very unfortunate that no one bothered to tell me the problems of my mobile in front of me. The local service centre was convincing me that they will definitely address my problem in a very low cost and charged Rs300 and promised me to deliver it with in 15 days .I have rejected their quotation as it was very pathetic .Just try to think should I pay Rs.10000 for repairing when it was purchased in Just Rs.17000, it’s a very disgusting proposal I know my mobile was not so bad that you are charging, After my rejection I am still waiting for my mobile which I didn’t get till now .I have visited many times in Service centre and they say “Your mobile will come tomorrow” And now they are saying it will come on 28/08/2013.             I bought HTC Desire SV 6 months back. Last month I started getting problem with the mobile set – the phone gets switched off automatically soon after switching it on. I submitted my set to HTC Service center at gemini parsn complex chennai on 27th May 2013. They said that I will get it back on 6th (10 days after) the period itself is too big.

            I requested them several times to reduce the period as it is very difficult to live without mobile for 2 weeks. They said that they don’t have the part to be replaced. They will start working on the part as soon as they will get them.

            Now when I approached them, they are saying they still haven’t got the part. So they need another week to return it back to me.

            I am totally helpless as it has been already half a month without my set and they are asking it for more time. This is not expected from company like HTC whose mobile you buy because of support values of these companies at the cost of extra bucks.

            I request you to please help me out resolve the problem.

              1. I have bought a new mobile based on recommendation by Tec Zone, understanding that it would ease my life & provide long-term stable support for my activities. (Date of Purchase: 18/07/2013)
              2. Since day 2 of buying the mobile, there have been operational issues which I immediately brought to the notice of Tec Zone. I spent many costly hours doing this & was always told that I did not know how to use your phone. My contention here: I have been using cell phones for over 10 years of my life & have also worked in complaints resolution dept of various reputed cellular companies in India. If a person like me finds it difficult to use this phone, why does HTC make such phones???
              3. Still, I spent more money at Tec Zone taking One Assist security & scratch guard so that my new prized possession - your supposedly "excellent android phone" would be well-protected.
              4. Even after all these hours & expenses, when my phone suddenly just quit working on 8th August 2013 (within 2 weeks of purchase) & refuses to start, I am being tossed like a ping-pong ball by the dealer to HTC Service Center, giving false promises of immediate resolution, whereas at the service center, just to get my problem understood I have to wait for hours.
              On contacting HTC Call Center on their published Toll-free number, am unable to get though at any time of the day. Finally, on submission of written complaints to HTC I receive calls again asking me to visit their service center. When I explain to them that this is impractical & irrelevant because I do not have the time to wait hours at their service center which operate only during office hours & never on holidays and anyway I am not willing to own such a defective or any HTC handset, so they just need to take back the handset & give my money back, they refuse to help me.

                i had bought a htc desire v for Rs 20000 and faced many problems with my phone.....i had already given my phone 5 times before to the service centre for repairing each time for 10 days.....now again i was facing some issues with my phone so i gave it again to the service centre and this time my replacement is approved but they told me that i will get my phone back within 15 days but its now over a month that i have not received my phone back....every time i contact them either my call is disconnected or they say that its not in their hands and they dont even reply to my mails.....please help me out with it

And it touch is not working prOperly...so that I give to service center to change the display last 25 days ago...at HTC authorized service center syamal Ahmedabad...but they are not give me a prOperly reSpond to me about mY mobile phone...so kindly take to action...against my probproblem...

                  My name is Kishor N. Jashnani and I am a HEAD - HR & ADMIN. with Spanish Company - Rinder India Pvt. Ltd. at Chakan, Pune. I bought a brand new HTC Desire SV phone at price Rs-19000/-. After using it for a 3~4 months, after my travel during 22nd May 2013 to 4th June 2013 from Pune -Delhi - Beas, Punjab - Pune, I figured a problem with the handset that the screen has gone blank, the phones received were giving echo sound. The moment I returned to Pune I went to the nearby service center (Galaxy, Pimpri, Pune). They submitted my device for sending it to the Technical service center Mumbai and told me that they would intimate me shortly about the repair status. The Service Centre has written "Not able to Power ON", which was wrong, therefore I did not sign the Job Sheet prepared by the Service Engineer & refused to accept the terms and conditions. As a protest against this act of mine, after a week, I got mail from them asking Rs 7961/- for the repair of the phone. They told me that there is liquid damage and some parts needed to be replaced. When I asked for the details of the repair, they sent me that quotation. I refused to pay them anything because my phone was still under warranty but they refused. I wanted a replacement of my phone at first and they refused it. Later I found under the warranty norms that company is liable to replace phone only if they were unable to repair the phone. So I wanted them to repair my phone Free of Cost but they refused it to.

                  After so many efforts of futile conversation with Customer Care and Service Centre people I felt so depressed and mentally harassed. Then one day I accepted & approved their Quotation as they were holding my handset with them. The handset which was given on 6th June 2013 was collected by me on 29th June 2013, but to my surprise they did not return the damaged parts replaced in my handset. Today, while surfing on the internet I came to know about AKOSHA and I am submitting my Complaint against Bharti Airtel to Akosha, that HTC has never replaced any parts on my handset and looted me therefore i humbly submit that ; (1) The repaired handset should be replaced (2) The amount of Rs.7961/- collected from me to be refunded.

                    I had purchased HTC One M7 mobile of HTC mobile on 25/07/2013 . The got dead after only one month o[censored]se and is not getting started. When I approached to the Service Centre they said my phone is out warranty give no valid reason . After constantly asking for 15 days for the reason of Out Of Warranty and the quotation made of Rs23977 they didnt gave me a valid reason .They are not replacing my phone nor they give me any information regarding my phone and not providing any kind of compensation regarding the time taken by them. Now it has been over One and A half month my phone is with them
                    Please tell me what to do as there is no one taking any responsibility regard my phone

                    HTC Mobile — Wrong Product Delivered

                    Hi we have ordered for HTC Mobile from Lets Buy.com whose cost is 20999 and product delivered was speakers.My Order No is LSB 1059964, and i am keep on calling customer care but they are not doing anything always saying wait for 24 hours.Please help me out on this matter . I feel that they are cheating the Customers on internet.

                      My brand new phone HTC One's front camera stopped working. I had visited service center they rebuilt the device and gave it back to me, the camera worked only for 2 days then again it stopped working. I purchased it just 20 days back. When I asked for replacement they said they do it on for 2 weeks. I want to get my phone replaced.

                      When I open camera app, I get a black screen with all options disabled. If I touch anywhere on screen it exits by itself to home screen.

                        I have purchased HTC One V cellphone last year. Still it is under warranty. During this period I have sent it back to the company as I have faced issue of Screen Not working on May 25th 2013. Now again I am facing issue with the same cellphone and now complaint is Bettery is not working and even technically it is not working perfectly.
                        I have submited it today to the HTC counter at Ahmedabad, Gujarat through JOB NO : AMD[protected].
                        Now I would like to know that if there is somany technical issue with this model of HTC then why it is in the market ? Why we should purchase HTC ? When it is proven through an experience that the quality of this model is not competative then why it is still sold to others ? Also I have paid full amount against this cellphone but It is not working satisfactory as per the expectation to the customer.

                        I have requested HTC to replace this cellphone as it is disturbing my routine and since last two months I have deposited it back for correction as per technical need to the HTC center which is affecting my business. As I am a businessman and my whole work is based on the communication. As it is not possible to remain present in the office all the time I have to use a perfect communication instrument and looking to all this I have purchased a good branded mobile ( HTC ) but when I have started using this it is more painful to me to use. Techically this mobile may have such issue which company's technical staff needs to overcome for future mobiles which are under production. But for my mobile I would like to have a fresh mobile to avoid any further losses to my business. I need immediate replacement.

                        I don't understand How I can communicate this things to a BIG company like HTC as I am a small user.
                        That is why I need your help to resolve this issue immediately as my family is also depend on my income and I can not afford more losses to my business.

                          I had bought a new HTC Desire U online from Tradus.com. on 22 June 2013 but i received it after three days and it start creating problem in just one week and i placed it in service centre on 15/07/2013 and still the phone is not get repaired and it takes ten more days as per service centre due to non availability of parts. I want to replace this phone, but company doesn't pay any attention towards my call. I want to registered my compliant against the company for not providing any services on time. As i already wait for 15 days and still they don't assured me to provide the phone on time. I want a new D O but company hold my phone due to non availability of parts.

                          So Please registered my complaint against company and provide a appropriate solution for the same.

                            I bought an HTC Desire SV last year on 13 Dec.(bill attached)

                            The date i purchased my phone i am not at all satisfied by the service given to me by the service centre.

                            I gave my earphones for replacement.
                            I gave my power adapter for replacement and got replaced both of them.

                            I have given my phone thrice in the service centre for a problem i.e. it gets automatically switched off when in use or not in use.

                            For the First two time they just gave a software update to my phone n returned me back in a week's time each.

                            The third time when i went strict on the phone they said that let us repair the phone once if the problem is not solved we will surely replace it.. But now after 4-5 months of that commitment i am facing the same problem and the customer care now says that they only replace it in the first 14 days of purchase.
                            This is surely ridiculous and insensible by their side.

                            Every time i hear from them is they will repair my device to their best but they fail.

                            I spoke yesterday to the customer care team they still said that i have to submit my phone again in the service centre again and they will get it repaired at their best.
                            They repaired their best 5 month sago but it again went wrong if the same happens to me 5 months after this year then i have to pay because till then the phone will be out of warranty.
                            And each time i give the phone to the service centre they update the phone giving me a blank phone having nothing which is seriously a very cumbersome job to get the particulars like contacts music etc. back on the phone.

                            It is really very harassing time and again.

                            I have spent hours chatting with them on phone (i can attach my phone bill if you ask) despite being a college student.

                            This is very care-free attitude shown by them towards the phone replacement or be it be repairing.

                            Please look into the matter very carefully so that the best would come out it.

                              i had purchased a brand new mobile phone from Ebay.in of HTC DESIRE Z A 7272 on 5 month back at kolkata.
                              just using a couple of days the phone is not even booting at all. my presumption is that it is a total defected product they sold to us ..

                              therefore i kindly request you to take immdiate action on the above issue
                              my htc handset is having a manufaturing complain, ie after just 5 months the set is not even booting at all. kindly help me because customer care is not responding at all.

                                I had purchased HTC DESIRE U Mobile phone on 11th june 2013,but after some days it creates hanging problem and gets switched off while charging. I gave it in the service center on 7th july 2013 in sector18 noida. They said to receive the phone within one week. But till today i have not got my phone. Whenever I made call to service center they are not responding properly. They said that on 24th july you will get your phone, phone is not ready because of there some personal issues. But today i.e on 23rd july I made a call to confirm the status of my phone again they are saying that its take 48 hours. It is really ridiculous more than 15 days are passed i am facing problem a lot because of not having phone. This is not my problem that they have some personal issues regarding the material stock i just want my phone .I never expected this from them. From now onwards i will never purchase any thing from HTC and never suggest to anyone. I really fed up with them this is not expected.

                                  Iam one amoung the dissatisfied HTC customer. I have purchased HTC Desire - X by paying Rs 19000/- before 6 months,. With in 4 months o[censored]sage mobile got problem and i walked in in to the local service center they have replaced the Mother Board again with in 2 months again mobile got dead and they says again the issue was with mother board and we will resolve it in Free of cost since it was under Warranty.

                                  Why the hell i want to accept for replacing the mother board 2 times with 6 months of purchase. Then what will be the action after 1 year ( Non Warranty).

                                  My humble suggestion don't prefer HTC phones with Android OS.

                                  Also service center i walked in at 3.00 Pm at 5.45 only i could able to talk with the representative.Till that i was forced to sit in the Que.

                                  HTC mobile — HTC Worst handset

                                  HTC handset 3400i is dead, the service is absolutely pathetic. The response from the company provided service number & email id is pathetic.

                                  HTC — after using bsnl for 2yrs,suddenly i dont have network range.

                                  I have been using cellone since it has started.And i have been successfully using it with Htc since 1yr.Suddenly ,my range went off and i am not able to call or get calls.when asked helpline,they ask me to purchase new cellphone as this htc is not supported by bsnl...how ridiculous....

                                    My phone was not giving good battery backup so I went to service center of HTC located in Patna. They said that they will return the device in 15 days and I will get an email of the estimated charge. I was only having battery issue and they gave bill of rs 8701. I denied as i wont have to pay that much for a battery issue. When I went to take the device back it was in really bad condition. It was not getting switched on, the screen was hanging ouside the body and was having lots of scratch.I was having screen guard and now its gone and its full of scratches.
                                    So I want them to refund the device price as it was broken by their service executives.

                                    htc/handset — battery backup problem

                                    Dear All,

                                    I have purchased a htc (s710, imei no.[protected] handset in the month of nov. 2008, and as per review of this handsett battery backup will 7; hours talk time, but i totally fade up that its got discharged within continuous one and half an hour talking and if i used gprs its only work 2 hours. i have show this to svc center they just update its software now i just want to change this handset.
                                    and its got hang very much five to sevent times within a day

                                      Please ref my mail dated 24.06.2013 where in I have describe all the details of my query and problem with my handset. However, as per your mail dtd.27.06.2013 received just now you please go through this mail which is self explanatory.

                                      In this regard various mails were sent and received the replies with a promise to resolve the problem to the best possible. But, every thing in-vein.

                                      At the first instance it was collected back from the Service Center, BBSR on 24.05.2013 but it was not properly either repaired or not at all attended, due to which same problem persisted, hence the same was deposited on the same day and it was promised to solve with in a week time. During this time I have mailed several times on the matter which may please be referred to.

                                      However, the device again collected on dtd. 18.06.2013 after about 35 days after due repair as informed by ur executives.from Service Center, Bhubaneswar and reached to me on 24.06.2013 as because I am staying at Sambalpur which about 325 KM far from Ser. Center. But, It is regret, the same problem for which I was talking to has not been resolved.

                                      In this regard to day morning at 9.30 AM, I talked to HTC Toolfree No. and convey the same and after due verification they have allotted me a Ticket No.*13INC[protected] *and advised me to deposit back to the same Service

                                        I had purchased a HTC Explorer handset on May 31, 2012 vide Invoice no. 16528 from Modern Communication, Gomti Nagar, Lucknow, U.P. Phone was working fine and I had enjoyed using it till Mid of March’13. But during March 2013, it suddenly created trouble and stopped working and kept restarting.
                                        I approached HTC Service Centre at Lucknow on April 5, 2013, they received my phone vide Unique Docket No. 13INA[protected].
                                        I contacted Service Centre on several occasions but I could not receive satisfactory reply from them. After several follow-ups on the toll free service number of HTC they haven’t informed me the actual status of my phone.
                                        Since my phone was under one year warranty, I was keen to get is either repaired or replaced within warranty time, But They kept my phone’s till warranty period expired i.e.30th May 2013). I was called by Service centre called on 4th June 2013 and returned my phone without any repair in non-working condition. I was told that my phone is out of warranty and the repair will cost you Rs.5800/-.
                                        Now I got my phone back without being repaired by HTC Service Centre even after my phone was in warranty period at the time of submission to service centre i.e. on 5.4.2013.
                                        I am a PSU employed and transferred to Moradabad. Now I am shifted to Moradabad (U.P.) during May’13, therefore could not follow up with them.
                                        I would like that HTC should replace my phone immediately without any further delay. I found that there is no HTC Service centre at Moradabad.
                                        I would request the authorities to take action against HTC Co. for not fulfilling the commitment of warranty.

                                        Htc — cheating

                                        I bought a HTC phone. Touchpad was not working properly. twice company changed the pad. no solution. company said to change the handset. i said to upgrade handset by extra payment. both agreed. i sent the DD. after constant fol;low up of 15 days company said the handset is discontinued. after many efforts company said we will refund. after 20 days of follow up company is saying we will send with in a day or two. but same cheating style.
