PleaI BOUGHT A HTC 8X FOR RS 32800 IN FEB 2013.THIS PHONE SCREEN WAS CRACKED IN JUNE 2013 WHEN IT ACCIDENTALLY FELL.THE COMPANY IS KEEPING THE PHONE SINCE 19 TH JUNE 2013 IN THEIR SECTOR 47 SERVICE CENTRE .I HAD TO BUY A NEW NOKIA 520 AS MY DAUGHTER WANTED A PHONE AS HTC WAS NOT CONFIRMING ABOUT THE REPAIRS'.SATILL THERE IS NO CONFIRMATION ABOUT THATse provide as much information as possible......

I bought HTC Desire SV 6 months back. Last month I started getting problem with the mobile set – the phone gets switched off automatically soon after switching it on. The date i purchased my phone i am not at all satisfied by the service given to me by the service centre.

I gave my earphones for replacement.
I gave my power adapter for replacement and got replaced both of them.
