I brought this mobile(HTC-Explorer A310e)-(IMEI No-[protected]) on 2nd-Sep-2012 which includes 1 year warranty. Unfortuanately my mobile started getting switched off automatically where i took my mobile on 2nd- Nov- 2013 to HTC Service Center which is located in Basavanagudi-Bangalore. They did a software update and said it would be ok now so i took back my mobile back but again it the problem started again and again i took this mobile on 9th-Nov-2013 to the same service center and this time they told me to keep the mobile in the service center for observation on which i did so. On 15-Nov-2013 i went to re-collect my mobile for which they said that they have done the software update again in which it was not required since they had done it on the first visit only and they informed me that if the problem persists again buy a new mobile since the motherboard cost is around 7000 in which the brand new mobile cost itself is 5500 in shops. After i came home again the problem started and i am unable to use the mobile now since it is getting switched off every now and then. This is hilarious and rediculous since they are charging 7000k where the whole new mobile cost is less cost than getting it repaired and when i called to the online customer care through toll free number[protected] even they dont know what is the cost of motherboard and in reply they say only the local HTC Service Centres and they donot have the price list of anything know. I dont know what to do and feel really upset and cheated on this whole episode which has happened on me. Hence i would request you to look into this matter and help me getting justice on this.

    Hi i have purchased a HTC One in Bangalore, but after using it for 4 months only it has shown me different issue like battery not charging, automatically speaker on,
    picture taken by the camera is redddish.
    So i have given the phone in HTC service center in Indiranagar branch with job id BGL[protected] on 19th October 2013.Even i have requested to replace the phone as i have used the phone
    only for 4 month, still they don't agree to replace the phone.At Lasty i have given the phone with return date of 26th Oct 2013,
    but when i call them prior to go there they are telling me that they do not have the parts to repair it and they will give me on 30th October 2013.
    After that when i again called HTC customer care they told me that they will provide me the device on 4 th of october.
    Even when i requested them to transfer the call to the manager first of all they were not agree and later they transfer the call where i kept
    on hold for 30-45 min but no reply after that i have disconnected the call.
    As a customer it is really frustating that we are giving this much money for a device and yet we are facing problem and the service center people
    telling that parts are not available.
    This is the reason why HTC is not successfull as Samsung and Apple.

      Dear Customer care team, I had bought HTC Desire C mobile handset last year in December. The handset is still under warranty. Since March, I am facing several issues which I am mentioning below: 1. The mobile hangs at any point of time 2. Switches off automatically even when charge is there 3. Switches off while calling 4. The handset doesn't switch ON on pressing the ON switch, however when we put it in charging, it switches ON. The charge shows 60%, 70%, that means that it's not a battery issue 5. Wifi - goes on & off 6. The notification bar disappears 7. Issue with some Apps - e.g. Whatsapp We have taken it 3 times to the service center in Jayanagar with in the last 2 months however everytime the mobile has the same issue even after servicing. We have requested for a replacement however the Service center guys said that they can't do anything. We need support in either fixing this mobile or giving us a replacement Thanks, Abhishek.           I gave my HTC Incredible S phone (Reason-touch pannel function abnormally)on[protected] in TVS-Electronics Ltd. 3/38 Vinay khand, near patrakarpuram chauraha, gomti nagar lko.             I bought my phone wildfire s on 12th april 2012. with in 2 weeks of my purchase my phone got damaged due to some hardware problem and the back panel of the phone got bulged.then i gave my phone to the service center for repair. Only after 2 months on 6/6/2012 i got the phone back from the service center with out repairing done.I was very desperate and ashamed among my friends that about purchasing a product of a non well established brand on that time.we friends bought a bulk purchase of phones of 5 form Universal cell thrissur in that only i bought HTC .Hence my problem was not resolved i give the product to a another time to the service and after 2 to 3 weeks i got the phone repair.But i was then after 1 month the got damaged again. And this time it was horrible as i couldn't deduct the Sim card so as i cannot make call "THE VERY BASIC FUNCTION".. Then i gave the phone again to the service center and got it repaired after 3 weeks. totaling a approximately a 140 days in service center.more than a quoter of a year and now from 1 September onwards i got an another problem with my phone as one side of the screen is not working. please tell me what shall i do.Do i have to sent the phone again to the service center were i go this kind of approach. Hence my warranty period is over this time i may have to pay for this service right? what the bloody hell is this . if i have bought any other phone of any other company as my friends i hope i doesn't had this situation.The fact is that the phones bought by friends have any kind of a complaint yet . except an another friend who bought HTC wildfire s, same model. Eventually he sold it. please assist me reasonably and with Justice. Diljith.

                Hi, First of all let me describe the complaint in detail from the day 1. I am very very dissatisfied with the services provided by HTC. This is the worst experience I have ever come across my life till date. On Dec 27 2012 I purchased this product from Reliance digital in Mangalore. During purchase we asked the representative ""if at all there is any issue with the handset, would we be provided warranty for the repair of the part or the replacement. **WE WERE TOLD THAT THIS IS A REPLACEMENT WARRANTY**. We also confirmed from the counter and the manager there if it is a replacement warranty or the repair warranty and we got the same answer. We then purchased the set As I was out of town for 2 months, I didnt quite get an opportunity to use the set until Feb 27. I started usiing the set on March and that point I realized that my set was overheating and would become red hot. I spoke to the representative on couple of occasions on this and they(Shabana) said to go to Task Manager and kill all the apps always and also to download HTC Temperature check to check the temp But this step barely helped and as the days progressed, I observed that the temp was getting wrse and then I did install Temperature check and I found that my mobile would on consistent basis hit 48 degrees which is way above normal of 45 degrees. In the Month of may, my mobile went down completely. When I went to the Service center (Sree Sai cells in Indiranagar, Bangalore), when I asked them for the replacement they disagreed and said that they would provide quality check and sent it to factory for the repair This was the 2nd instance I went to the Service center. ( 1st was to show them the overheating condition for which they asked me to check with the Tech suport). On the arrival of the set, they told me that the Mother Board was burnt and they replaced it. On using the set again I found the same issue again, I found that my set was still overheating and I called several times on this case to HTC and spoke with Saurab and the steps provided by them hardly worked and I was tired calling over and over again and my regular visit to Service center too so in this instance i kept quite After couple months in the month of Aug my device went down again, and again I asked Service center for the replacement but they again disagreed.I was on 1 hour calls with several agents during this time ( Maneesh, Vipin, Renuka) at differnet instances to get a replacement and finally I was told that Quality check will be done on the device and if the issue reoccurs with the Hardware on this device, they will replace the unit and also on conversation with Vipin, I got an extended warranty of 1 month. So Jan 27 2014. I approached the service center too and they asked me that if the device is going down so often you need to call up customer service and ask for the replacement which I did but I got no positive response. On the arrival of the unit from the factory, it was again told to me that the device motherboard was burnt again and they replaced the unit And yet again in less than 1 month, yet another hardware issue with the set . This time it is the internal hardware issue with the camera. We did the basic torubleshooting steps with the agent on the call and the camera did not run. When I contacted the Customer support again, they again denied providing replacement Also, they denied connecting me to the Senior representatives on the floor even after I asked several times on this regard. They were blunt on the call and said that the seniors would also say the same thing. I still agreed to thus incidnet and asked them to connect me to the escalation team. I told them I would need a call back in 24 hours, however, they said that as per their SLA they will get back to me in 24 hours. Its been 72 hours now and I am still facing the same issue. The escalation team is least bothered to call me and time and again have not called me I have ffew questions to ask here. 1. Who will provide my lost time with the technical support, I have been making of the time from the 1st day I contacted them. I have made a total of 16 calls till date and the total amount I spent so far is 4 hours 35 minutes on the call. 2. I travelled to the Service center 4 times and the distance from my house is 14 kms. It takes 3 hours to travel to Service center to and fro. This way I travelled 4 times making it total of 12 hours. Is this a small thing to go againa and again when I know that this set is a faulty one. And yet again they asked to reach out to the service center again. These are the list of ticket nos and the agents I spoke to till date and I havent seen anything changing. 13INA[protected] 13INC[protected] 13INC[protected] 13INC[protected] 13INA[protected] 13IND[protected] 13INC[protected] And few more tickets which I dnt have the track of it now Agents I spoke: Shabana Alpesh Saurab Austin Vipin Renuka maneesh Bhoomika Omkar Nahid Mathew As per the warranty card this is waht it says and the Service center or the tech support are not aware of the rules and regulations: This warranty shall apply to the HTC product from the purchase date. Throughout the warranty period, HTC or its authorized agent will at its descretion without charge and suject to Clause no 7, repair or replace the defective product. Repair or replacement can involve the use of functionally equivalent reconditioned unit. HTC will return the repaired product or replace with another functional equivalent product to the customer in good working condition At this point I am in the helpless situation as I still havent received any call from the escaltion team and they are least bothered about it Please assist. If no action taken, I will be enforced to higher authority

                  Dear Sir/Madam, This is Deepak from Hyderabad. Recently, I bought a HTC One X Plus model costing around 28K on 6th August 2013 from Sangeetha stores, Hyderabad. This is my IMEI number: [protected]. But within no time(less than a month), it started giving me trouble. There are many issues with it: 1) Poor Camera quality: Though it boasts 8MP cam, the quality was poor than 3MP. 2) Heat: It gets over heated very quickly, I know this is a bit norm with the smartphones. But if you play any game for 5-10 min, then my mobile will burn like anything and even during the charging, it heats up. 3) Hanging: It is hanging very frequently, sometimes unable to lift the call and touchscreen will go unresponsive. It requires a restart of the mobile. 4) Error Message on start-up: Whenever i restart the mobile, some error message pops up and it will take a while to get the signal of mobile carrier. In order to address these issues, I contacted the HTC service centre in Ameerpet, Hyderabad on 21st September 2013. They asked me to come after 2 days, when I went there on time, they said that motherboard has some issues and it needs to be replaced. Initially, i provided them sufficient time, to get the replacement and hand over me my mobile, but its been more than 15 days since i have heard back from them. Whenver, I called them up, they will keep on giving some stupid reasons like they have ordered the product and waiting for it. So, the technicians itself said that that there is some problem with the motherboard and it needs to be replaced. There is no external damage or liquid logged on the handset. So, definetely they sold me a faulty handset and i am requesting for a replacement of my entire handset not just the motherboard.                     I have purchase my htc desire-x on 29-oct-2012, n i have not been using it for a month and every second month i have to send it to company for an eror, and i have send it 4-times in company for same problem and when 3rd time i have send it has been declare death and company has replaced it mother-board and send it back for use, now i have been using only for a week and now its display is creating a problem. now i'm not in a mood to send it again to company this time i will send my device to consumer court and reclaim my phone amount.                       I purchased this 'HTC Desire V' in the month of October 2012. After few days touch was not working. For the same I had to visit HTC service center where they replaced the touch and gave it back in a day. But soon enough, phone started to have some some more issues, brightness was very low and led's were not working", and hence motherboard was to be replaced and phone(after service) was returned with a new motherboard. Along with the brightness issues, lock/unlock was also not working. I received the phone back on 7th of July. Besides there was no response from customer care whether the phone is fixed or not and extra two days delay was there in the same. After I got the phone back, I had some more issues in the phone, Volume key's are not at all working and screen unlock key was hardened. Also touch was not working. And whenever I tryed to connect hot-spot, it gets disconnected automatically after every 2 mins and phone was so slow that it took 2min to process anything, I clicked. so AGAIN I had to visit service center and my motherboard was replaced AGAIN. In addition my phone was not returned to me in the same condition as it was before, it was tampered by your service team. and now AGAIN the phone is slow and touch not working properly. HTC SERVICE AND HTC PRODUCTS ARE VERY VERY BAD AND PATHETIC. What I want from HTC is to understand my problem and instead of fixing this phone for 'n' number of times, kindly replace the phone instead. Please understand, I did not buy this phone for regular customer care visits.

                        This with reference to the job card of yours, given on 29th August, 2013. The following details will help you to find out: H T C sensation: Serial Number: HT15 YV 817365 I M E I :: [protected]. At the time of submission for the repairing the Personnels has informed that it was made from HONGKONG, and the necessary things is to be arrived from HONGKONG, I have also accepted, for the time duration given by the Personnels, and I was waiting till today, but after enquiring today Iam really verymuch upset and really wonder, how the personnels are giving such a reply to the customers? Such am immoral reply. Can you please enquire about this subject to the Peraonnels and instruct them to correct it at the earliest to satisfy the customers by giving emergency importance. If they would have told me at the time of submission of the phone, the time duration to correct the phone i would decide, , whether it has to be given or not, Now I request your kindness please urge them to rectify and satisfy the valuable customers.                           Hi, I bought phone on April 2012 .But After 6 months only I faced issue .It was not getting switched on.That time it was in warranty period.Htc service center told that mother board has problem and as it was in warranty period they did not charged any money. But Same problem again happened on August (i:e just 7 months after the repair).Power button was not working and it was not getting switched on.Again htc Service center told this is problem with mother board and they are charging 10200 for this which is very big amount. Then I called customer service center and complaint about the amount.Then they offered me only 30% discount.(i.e 7500). But I am still not satisfied with this because how bad quality they are providing that phone did not work properly for 1 year. Can you please help me in this? service number: 131NA[protected] Now I dont want to give 7500 because after repair also it did not last for 1 yr.So there is no warranty that if I pay 7500, then it will not again show the problem. It is my biggest mistake that I bought HTC phone.

                            I am Sowmya from Bangalore.I bought HTC desire from Chrome kormangala,Bangalore during the month of April'2013 but after three month suddenly restart problem occur So have given for service thrice at H T C service center (plot No.11/1, Pattalamma Temple Street, Off Elephant Rock Rd, Near AV Nursing Home, Basavanagudi, Bangalore, Karnataka, 560004 Ph No:[protected] but no use same problem is occurring after changing Mother Board.Even service provider informed me that after changing Mother Board if it is not working properly file the complaint. So treat this mail as filing a complaint and provide the new HTC desire V ASAP. Request you to replace the new one.

                              Good Afternoon Sir / Maam. I am Ashish Verma from Sonipat. This is to inform you that i purchased two HTC Desire VC black smartphones from Indira Gandhi International Airport on 31st December , 2012 for Rs/- 42000 . One cellphone for me and another for one of my best friends. In other words , we both have been using these phones for 9 months. Now the problem is that both the phones have been creating problems since the first day of purchasing. We both are normal users and we also dnt use much applications. We usually use whatsapp only. Even after that the phones lag a lot. After a continuous use of only 15-20 minutes , there comes a message "THE UI STOPPED UNEXCEPTEDLY . DO U WANT TO SEND REPORT OR NOT ? " ( Something like that ). It really irritates a lot and most often the notification window also hangs automatically. Not only that we also visited HTC customer care center few months ago and the phones were with them for around 1 month. I still wonder what were they doing with the phones ? They said that they had updated the softwares of both the phones. But even after that the problem remained the same. We visited there again and they charged 450/- from my friend by saying that he didnt has any receipt. I argued to them you could track online via IMEI no and there was no need to charge us and the phone is still in warranty period. But nothing went well and they were succeded in charging us. They again updated softwares of both the phones and still the situation was the same . I cannt tell you how many times we have reset both the phones but nothing has changed till now. Please help us to get replaced our cell phones with the new ones. HTC sucks !! Please revert back soon and if you want details(IMEI no , active sim details , etc) of both the phones then i shall provide you the same later. I WANNA REMIND YOU BOTH THE CELLPHONES ARE STILL IN THE WARRANTY PERIOD. REGARDS ASHISH VERMA

                                I purchase HTC desire X in march month. my mobile is restarting in 3G network. i take it to serivce centre in indore they update,reboot the mobile but still same problem coming.after that they asked to summit mobile we have to send it mumbai for repair and ur mobile will working fine.they send and received after 10 days. i recharge with 3G and still same problem occor.they asked me to update the sim and i do that but not found any solution.they are unable to solve my problem.                                   I purchase this handset at 23 Nov. 2013.and i facing problems from 22 Jan 2013 within 2 mounts.I visit to those service center but they are not solve this problem. htc service center people are say to me that mobile is not good in performance and they suggest me to sold this mobile.i talk with htc customer care executive those people are not give proper solution.service is not good because they are not troubleshoot this "auto restart phone" 5 time i submit my mobile to those service center again 12 Oct .2013 submit my phone to those service center please give some suggestion

                                    I bought an HTC ONE just 1 1/2 month back with IMEI NO:[protected]. BUT the camera has a problem as it shows purple, pinkish shades in low light or even when we keep our phone on the floor with the camera on. I have tried talking to HTC Customer care but they wanted me to contact their service centre which I think is useless because HTC itself has confirmed it that they have traced the problem and it's not because of hardware problem, it's because of software problem and HTC told that they will be releasing an update to solve the problem. But my question to HTC INDIA is that why you want me to go to service centre which is 200kms away from my place when u itself don't have the solution at present. Just stop irritating your customers and start giving genuine service to your customer if you want to withstand competition in India. Frankly I don't have time until you come up with an update, so my request to you is that either you replace my mobile or else buy back my mobile.                                       HTC Desire V with IMEI-[protected] has been submitted to its service center at Redington (India) Ltd., Gurgaon for four times for the same problem of restarting. Fourth time on resubmission, Ticket No. allotted was 13INA[protected]. Everytime they ask for resubmission with the assurance that this time surely your problem will be resolved or you will get replacement.Its being more than a month and im coordinating, visiting the service center and still no solution. Infact they have not replied to my last two mails. they are just experimenting with the phone by first updating the software, second time changing the switch board, third time changing the LED pannel and fourth time, they are saying the part is out of stock, we have placed the order for the part, than only phone will be repaired. Everytime i receive the phone new problem along with old problem also comes in, (hanging, slowly working).everytime the phone is being sent to its main manufacturing center i.e. in Banglore. If the phone has some unknown defect, why dont they replace the phone and keep experimenting with it afterwards. Its simply harassment of a customer.

                                        Hi HTC Team, My device is still in warranty S/n HT29BW501469 purchase date is 10/2/2013. The screen broken so they informed me that this is misuse so i accepted the idea. One monthe after the power button stop working so to the service center of Jovi in Egypt i asked them to repair the power as this is within warranty. they called me to inform that is the price of the repair exceed the mobile price.....
