Sir,
i have submitted my usb charger to htc service center address- f -46 b first floor, ramesh marg c- scheme, jaipur, on 11/19/2012. and till now on 7/12/2012. i have not receve my usb charger.they wouldnt give any responce to my phone calls also and at the time of submission they ask me to come with in 10 days and collect your device... my product is in warrenty period. i m facing many problems..and wested 1000 rupees for this.....so please help me.
they mentioned in their job card that..if the device is not collected within 30 days from the date of job sheet, htc will not be responsible for returning back the device. and now after 30 days..they wont give any responce...

    I had Purchased a New Mobile Handset HTC Desire X , IMEI no :- [protected] , on the Date 14 November 2012 , on The date 25 November 2012, during talk the phone Battary has finished , when i plug in My Handset , it did not start & Not Start . In Faridabad there is none HTC Service center , on 30 November 2012 ,i went to Delhi service center Named Redington, i want to Replace My Handset because when this New Handset could not work even for 10 Days then what is the Future Assurity of this Repared Phone .Service center/customer Care Reject my application of Handset Replacement , They are saying that we have only 14 Days Replacement Policy . i asked them ,if this is your policy , then why this condition or policy in Not Mentioned on Your Hanset Box. they said that it is the Company's hidden policy .

    First Time i have purchased this costly Phone , and at the time of Problem in handset , the company is embarrasing me by not Replacing My Handset & describing the cheap hidden policies.

      I'm writing this review after waiting for almost 5 months. I've submitted my mobile phone to HTC's Gurgaon collection center Reddington on 17th July 2012 & now today it is 3rd December but still I didn't got my phone back from them. First of all they never pick up the phone if mistakenly they pick the phone the concerned person is never on the seat. I've already visited their collection center 15-20 times & called them close to 100 times but still they don't have any answer when they will be going to return my phone. Please let me know if I can take any legal action against them. Now it is becoming a mental harassment for me daily calling them & not getting back any response.
      Never Buy HTC

      Within six months my handset hangs, touch is not working. I gave it for repair in your service got it back after a week and within 2 days i have reported same problem again. They took a week to repair my phone what did they do ? its just the same as it was.. I am so pissed with their pathetic service. Also there is only one service centre in mumbai and that to there is not a single technician at the service centre, people sitting their have no knowledge about the phone. what they know is the computer work. Please stop selling your handsets to mumbaikars atleast we dont have that much time to visit your pathetic service centre 4 5 times,

        Hi Sir,

        I have purchased the new Handset of HTC Model No HTC ONE X but within 14 days I have found some manufacturing defect in Handset.I contacted with customer care Department of HTC but not got a good response from their end and just passing the time.They said that within 14 days we can replace your handset but it was not written in any Terms and Condition when i contacted them they said sir now we can't replace your Handset, only it can be repaired.
        I don't want to get it repair only want to replace this Handset

          HTC Explorer A310e — MOBILE HAS AUTOMATICALLY RESTART

          I HAVE PURCHASE ONE HTC EXPLORER A310E.IT WAS PROBLEM WITH IN ONE MONTHS.IT IS AUTOMATICALLY RESTART ONE TIME EVERYDAY.WHAT WAS PROBLEM PLEASE ANSWER ME.THEN HOW TO SOLVE IT.

          service issue

          i gave my HTC desire 816 mobile for defective power button issue on 06/12/2014 to tvs electronics in chennai till date i dint get my mobile back and no response from the service center.

          htc 516 chrome cracked

          my HTC 516 dual white color chrome is chracked from all side... and my display is blink slowly slowly and the purchase date is[protected] just 2 month old only

          Always restarting

          I took HTC desire U two weeks back.The last two weeks i am facing some issue, per day at least 15 times phone is getting restarting.Every day its become more number.

As my mobile was purchased in oct'11 with 1 year warranty. Many times i have followed for this but no response. Now they are demanding for repairing charges.

                I am a customer of HTC I bought a mobile from them on 21/08/2011. The device was working perfect for 11 months but out of no where it malfunctioned and since the i.e from 16th (=- 2 days) of august 2012 I am visiting their service center and am not getting any concrete solution. The lost of time and money they cause me and now after 4 months when I asked them to replace the device they replied with a NO and the same cycle of visiting the service center is to be followed.
                going to service center - submitting the device - waiting for 20 to 30 days - operating the device for 2 to 3 days at max and the again to service center.
                I am mentally upset by this behavior of theirs. This device was to help me not to disturb my work. Sir please help me with the same.

                  I have purchased the Model One V 2 months back. The glass broke after following a minor fall, the screen still works perfectly even after the fall. The cost of the phone was Rs 17,000 & for the glass repair, the service center quoted rate is 7000 Rs! They asked to get in touch with the customer service to cross check. The customer service has absolutely no clue on the matter. All the websites online have mentioned a maximum cost of 89$ for the repair. Can't believe such a thing can happen in Mumbai city in this digital age of transparency!

                    Hi,

                    I bought an HTC Explorer model in the month of May this year. Since then I have faced around 4 issues like Headset port malfunction, touch problems and battery discharge even though I didnt load much applications from it. When I went for servicing the same, I did not find it convincing from both the service performance as well as the behavior exhibited by the service centre guys. I almost went to all the service centers in Chennai and I just found technicians who lack the skill to overcome the issue or harsh responses from their side. I was ultimately forced to sell the mobile and I incurred a loss of 2000 INR. I am writing this complaint with a view that the same must not happen to all customers and HTC must take some severe steps on the same matter in improving their service, especially the service centers in Parsn complex and the one in Alwarpet. Also when asked for replacement, I found a surprising/shocking response from the technician saying that WE DO NOT KNOW THE PROCEDURE TO CHANGE A HANDSET. So my word to everyone, think twice before buying an HTC and I have decided not to buy an HTC product in my life and I would suggest the same to all my friends.

                    Expecting a sea change in HTC's service.

                      I own a HTC wildfire : A3333. i had spoken to the htc call centre two weeks back since my phone was not charging and on their recommendation i went to PRAMANIK MOBILE SOLUTIONS located at Indiranagar, Bangalore. On preliminary check, they told me that due to water logging my charging IC had got corroded and that was the cause of it and they quoted Rs. 3000 as the cost of replacement with no guarantee/warranty whereas the same spare online costs only 10$ ie about Rs.500 (http://www.htcrepairparts.com/htc-wildfire-g8-c-129_668.html?language=en). I asked them not to replace it and i collected my phone from them. My phone had been through the washing machine wash cycle more than 7 months back and i had blow dried and had also kept it open and not used it for about a week and used it after ensuring that it was completely dry. On receiving the phone i found out that they had forgotten to replace the screws, hence on opening the back-panel i found my rear panel accessible. i checked the panel of my cellphone and also got a second opinion from a 3rd party service centre and they concluded that there didn't seem to be any hardware issues with the IC. My boot-loader seemed to be intact and i was able to charge my phone through the fast-boot ergo my phone has software issues which the service centre was not ready to acknowledge and repair even on my insistence. earlier before i gave my phone to the service centre i was able to switch on and use my phone if the battery was fully charged, but i couldn't charge my phone(didn't try fast-boot then). now after i have received my phone neither am i able to start my phone nor can i go to the recovery. on pressing the power button my phone goes to the white HTC screen and it switches off. Even today when i call them up HTC service centre refutes my claims and insists that it's because of water logging that happened almost a year back. When i called up the HTC customer service, they gave me the address of a non-functional service centre. After sending multiple mails to the customer service, i still haven't received any response nor have received an acknowledgement from them. My phone is just a year old and just out of the warranty period. How do i get HTC to help me out and find a solution for the problem i am facing instead of making me spend my money on a non existing issue.

                          I have ordered HTC TOUCH PRO 2 Mobile i got delivered the product but whey i open my parcel i found wrong mobile which is HTC MY TOUCH 3G, so I have send the product HTC MAGIC TOUCH 3G by DTDC couriers to the vendor on last month 24 September .Till now i didn't get proper reply from the Rediff about my product when they are going to replace and send it back ,i want to cancel my order because its took many days since i have order nearly 1 half month and please refund my money with my courier charges which i have send to vendor for replacement .....

                          Courier charges for sending back to rediff for replacement - 720 /-
                          Total Refund worth 7123 + 720 = 7843 /-

                            I am facing a lot of issue from the HTC service center. I submitted my mobile in service center for internal issue on 25th of September 2012 (Job No - MAA[protected] and after a lot of follow up through phone, mails I got the answer that they have solved the problem and sent to collection point where i have submitted. When i enquired the collection point people they have said that “still there were same issues with the SIM & SD card so I resubmit it for repair again” this happens in first week of October. Second week of October i have got message from HTC saying that problem has resolve and shipped to collection point. When i enquired the collection point people they have said that “still there were same issues with the SIM & SD card so I resubmit it for repair again” and till now I have not received the set. every time the customer support person is saying will update you in 48 hours but till now no updates. Please do the needful to get my mobile from service center, and i want the penalty from the hTC service center for keeping the mobile with them such a long time & i want to get the alternate mobile for my day to day life.

                              I bought HTC Wildfire S smart phone on 5th Dec 2011 with one year warraenty from Ludhiana . Phone IMEI no is [protected]. In May the phove ringer and speaker volume become zero and it was not audible . We submitted the phone to Ludhiana Service center and got phone after 10 days of service and replacement of speaker. The volume for little better however the touch of the phone got little damage . After using for about 2 months the volume and touch of the phone got completely damaged . We submitted the phone again 2nd time and after receiving the phone after 10 days , we observed that the phone problem is still not rectified . On advise of service centre we submitted again and after 3rd submission the phone returned with volume problem unsolved. We checked with HTC call center many times and there is no favorable response to rectify / replacee the phone. We were told that technical team will call back however there no call received so far.

                              We are frustrated with the service of company and would like to file the case with Consumer court to have justice . The details of the service job card # is LUH[protected] and LUH[protected]. The first job card details is not available.

                                My cell phone HTC One V, IMEI: [protected] with S/N HT23GTV09955 bought on 1st May 2012 at Kolkata, was having some display/pixellation issues and was deposited at HTC Customer Care Centre at GLOBAL TRADERS, Ultadanga, Kolkata ( HTC Service Centre ) against Job Number CCU[protected] on 08/25/2012 with information that it would be sent t the HTC repair centre for the defect resoolution.

                                After fifteen days, i called up to know the status of my repair/service which was within warranty period and was asked to call up at the main customer care number as they had no clue on the job status. I called up repeatedly between the two centres only to receive incoherent information from the service centres.

                                Despite several complaints and assurances, and no feedback on the complaints and much harassment, i finally decided to call up the main customer centre one last time before taking the case up in other consumer forums( as enlisted in the HTC website again). The latest complaint number being 12IMC[protected]. The last update i got was that the casE was closed on the 12th of September and surprisingly without any repair. The customer care had no clue of the whereabouts of my cell phone and the local service centre is too incompetent to tell me anything. He asked me to revisit the local service centre to receive the cell (which they have not yet received) and re-deposit my cell for repair after receiving it back(which still i dont know when if at all)

                                I am very irate with the kind of service provided( its been over a month now) and the irresponsibility on the part. How many times do i call up and revisit the service centre for status on the same. Further, over a month in service with no repair done and the harrassment i have to undergo for this, only makes the matter worse and the torture unbearable.( Just to add no replacement cell phone was provided ). Not to forget, the warranty period lapsing and the price depreciation of the cell in this period.

                                I have lost the service trust in HTC and will not be recommending this cell to anybody now.

                                    I used it for a week and it started asking to clear my memory due to low memory .
                                    The memory is way too low in this mobile .
                                    Now I don't even have single game in my HTC even though. My phone is supported by Android which offers a lot of games . To download any game I have to see the size of the game .
                                    HTC has clearly failed to give a good Android phone.
                                    I would suggest not buy any less expensive HTC as they are the worst .
                                    If you want HTC then go for more expensive one .

                                      I have a phone under warranty and I had some network issues, i gave it to them for service and they fixed the problem but the phone had issues with the SD card slot, so i again gave it back and they returned it by fixing the SD Card problem and adding a Battery charging issue.

                                      Its the third time i am returning the phone to them for service, and its annoying.

                                      Why would one fix introduce new problems in the phone, if so why don't they test it before handing it over back,

                                      My phone now feels like a horribly damaged phone, i have no assurance that this time when i get the phone back it wont have any trouble.

                                        Hello,
                                        My name is Lalit Naraian, I have purchased a HTC ONE V on 24th April, 2012 from Univercell Store, Whitefield, Bangalore. But it got malfunctioned just after 20 days, so I went back to store and they have replaced my device with a new HTC ONE V after 10 days. Up to this the things are fine but again after 20-25 days it got malfunctioned and again with the same problem that, it doesn't taking charge. So this time the Univercell store people said to me that, go directly to HTC Service Center and tell them that it's happened twice in just two months, so i did that. I submitted my mobile at HTC service center giving all the details of mobile that what happened with me earlier. They said to me that submit your mobile and you can get it back after 15-20 working days. After 20 days they gave me back my handset saying that now it wont happen in future. But surprisingly again after 20 days it got the same problem and this time i don't used the set even I hadn't inserted a SIM in it, I just keep it on but it gets malfunctioned with same problem again.
                                        The very next day 23rd August, 2012 I called HTC ccare and they said to me that go to our service center we will provide service to you. And now from past 20 days I am talking with them over the phone or via email. They said that they will will replace it with new one, but they are not ready to give me a single month of warranty that it won't happen, they are saying that it is an electronic device and it can happen with it. yeah I know it can, but how many time first time it is ok, but 3rd time. Why don't they sell their mobile at the same rate as China mobile if they can't guarantee for their device for a single day.
                                        I just get frustrated from all of this, they are doing nothing except talking over phone. Just calculate the time that for how many days I have used my mobile and for how many days they have used. Both are equal, so why should I only paid the whole bill if they are using it equally. Kindly give me justice I can't take this any more because from past 20 days I am waiting for their courier pickup as said by the HTC personal and what they have send in mail but except this there is no response from their side.
                                        Please give me justice, they are just making fun of me.
