On 01.09.2018 I'd ordered for a new HTC One X9, battery for which the full payment was made through the Federal Bank within 30 minutes of the conversation. Later on Monday, I called for about 7 times on the number which has displayed on the website as well as the one who gave the account details for the ready payment. He not only picked the phone but several times he had purposefully disconnected the call and the 8th time the call was diverted to some number which was told to be the landline number of the service center.
Is that the right way to respond to a customer who had trusted the service center and made the full payment as soon as possible for ordering the new part.
On 03.09.2018 the product was not delivered as well as changed as they mentioned that wrong product was delivered if he had picked up the phone and heard what I had to say I wouldn't have wasted the time spend for that journey.
On 04.09.2018 I got a call around 3 pm intimating that the product has been reached.
On 05.09.2018 when I reached they had changed the battery with the new one, but they had failed to provide me the bill. Some lame excuses were told and finally concluded that they will mail me.
Not at all satisfied with the customer relationship and how they communicate and behave with the customer.

I will rank with 1.5/5 for this Customer Service Centre. Not only the landline number and the address of the location provided are entirely different. Even though they are using a new landline as well as the new location for the past two months they had failed to update those details in the official HTC website till now.
Please note to include the contact numbers of those persons who are responsible and liable for registering complaints.

The customer service center is Qubefix, Kadappakkada, Kollam.
An amount of 2400 was paid for HTC One X9 battery, even though they told 3 months to guarantee they didn't provide me with a guarantee card, bill or anything that mentions about the cash payment and guarantee only a service job sheet was provided.

I had bought HTC 828 phone on Nov 2017, on 1st June 2018 there was problem with my Display so i had handed over to the Sevice centre which is in Malad Mumbai with the name of Arpit Malik they had delayed so much that i received the handset on 25th June 2018 but there was another new issue arised that MIC is not working and Phone is getting switched OFF like if i charge now 50% within 5 Minutes it will come down to 1%.
Please help me with the New handset are do repair My Handset Properly

My self sharth naik i have purchased my htc mobile from flipkart online shopping & now my handset irritatingly problem in the camera while i captured the photos it happens abnormal sound with blurring. Very disappointed for this handset our colleagues refer me took this set very useful but mine not now. I totally fear about refer this handset to others. I am jeeban kumar dwibedy a htc user. Last some days my htc handset was not able to start. So i am facing many problems. Then i today i gone to your service centre which is htc authorized service center no. 359 1st floor rupali square, sahid nagar, bhubaneswar, odisha. Your executive boy which name amit kumar told me about to advance deposit money (₹175/-) for checking only. That's don't know what's your provision. But i told him to give me the same gst bill. He told me couldn't create the same. If you create the same gst bill then after repairing the phone will not have the total bill told your executive. I requesting you please sir tell me i what to do.

I bought an htc desire 10 (Pro) online dated on 05/11/2017 from amazon. Last month, i visited your one of the authorized service centre @ address: tvs electronic, bungalow road kamala nagar, opp amitabh banquet for resolving charging problem. They had checked and found that data cable was faulted. So, they replaced immediately as it was under 6 months warranty. But now, hardly after a month, the same problem were arise and they had checked again and now they had found that both charger & data cable (Which had been replaced a month ago by your service centre), were not working and need to be change with new one.
Now, the problem is, it is out of warranty period and they refused to replace. I would be ok with that if product cost would not be so high, but according to dealer, cost is too high and i am not able to purchase it in as frequent as the cost raises too high (Charger+data cable). Hence, i request you to please replace it from your service centre.
I am very disappointed with your quality of charger, means it took hardly 6-7 month and it got damaged. What is this, htc team. As you all know that your product cost is too high, however you should be loyal and liable to your quality.

Dear sir,

I passed my high school examination in 2015. From janta inter college, ambehta chand-247451 (U. P.). My roll number was 0600267. But there is an an error in printing date of birth on marksheet.

I tried to get it corrected but they said that it has been a long time so now it can not be done. Now i want to apply for passport but could not present proof of name as the date of birth in high school marksheet is not correct.

I have buy a phone from dehradun uttrakhand in last year after 6 to 7 months, its create problems still in under warranty
1) auto restart during the call / seeing the video etc.

2) hanging

This is to inform you i have to try to resolve the complaint at service center but in dehradun, no service centre

When i contact we customer care than they confirm me there is no service centre in dehradun.

You can switch off or restart etc. I do that but still same problem in phone

Kindly look into this matter.
Or give me replacement

The set is very sleepy and during my visit to kolkata airport to show the e - ticket it fall down from the hand of cisf person and the top glass broken down in july'2016.

I have given it to aanchal telecom and the lcd is replaced by taking rs: 6, 200/-

Now again the same thing happened in airport in january'2018 and the set is given to anchal telecom by me in march'2018 for changing the lcd.

But they said that the parts is not available.

They told that they are still trying but my question is why the company will not supply the parts immediately for such a valuable set.

I request the htc authority to look into the matter immediately else i have to take legal action.

I am writing this to complaint about the htc service center located in indiranagar, bangalore. There was a problem of display and the mobile is in warranty due to which i approached the authorised service center. On 17/03/2018 i deposited the phone with the job sheet number w[protected] and they asked 1 week time to fix it.
After that i am continuously approaching them about the mobile and they are not responding properly that they they can handover the mobile.
Initially they told me that part is not available and now they are saying that they don't know when they can handover the mobile.
Even i asked that lady to give phone to your higher authority and her reply was "nobody is here".
It's been a long time, please help me out.

I have submitted my htc one a9 to service centre patna bihar 800001
But till now i have not received my set and my set colour is grey whose screen is saying to be replaced by white which is not accaptable to me, please look into it and do the needful as i am your preveliege customer, looking forward to your support.

I am not happy with repairing service from htc centre jaipur rajasthan. They didn't affix the white cover on the speaker properly and it on the same day the white cover has missed and now it looks very bad and l am in happy with the service. I have called there for my problem but the denied and said that they can't do anything. So please solve my problem

I have submitted the faulty htc 830 handset (In warranty period) in near by service center on 07.03.2018. But till now the issue is not resolved. It's already 20days over. I am not getting any fruitfull response from the service center. I will lodge a case in consumer court if i am not getting the product in 2days. I want to inform you that this product is purchased for an ipos officer for official use.

I purchased an htc mobile 0n dec 2016. From the last 1 year i am facing one or the other issues on htc. 2 times i gave to customer care of htc but the promblem is still there. I have reported htc office but the issue is yet not bieng solved. As the warranty got over now they are asking money for repairing the defaulted piece. I would like htc to resolve this promblem

From first day i totally disappointed with the service of htc 828 cell phone. There are so many problems i am facing due to this cell phone. So many times i lost my valuable time to solve these issues. I am leaving in kota & there are no any service center of htc, for the solution of issues i have to go to jaipur and i think its not cool.

From starting i have problem in voice transfer during calls.

The other person unable to hear my voice on call & video call also but i can hear the other person.
I can't use jio network & idea network together in this phone.
After service for 2 tymes from your service center, jaipur there were start new problems.
There are no any option for second sim slot. I can use only first slot for any network.
There are also problem in camera, that's why i again send my phone at your service center.
I am facing battery and charging problems also
Frequent switch off mobile phone
Sense input is not working this message comes again and again
I don't know how to react on these silly but blunder mistakes.
This is third time for me that i again send my cell phone to jaipur service center from kota.
I want that its very difficult for me to use this cell phone please replace this phone otherwise it will became a serious issue for us..
I am sending you mail so please take action otherwise i have to take action through consumer court.

Hi,
I never expected such a bad performance mobile from htc. I have completed wasted my 14, 000 by purchasing this mobile. Within 4 hours automatically battery get drains. Mobile heating. Camera issue. Main thing is battery performance. Really i ll never advice my friends to by htc products. I am expecting good input from htc. I hope i will receive.
If really want to keep the customers in hand please produce good mobiles in market.

I m using htc desire 620 dual sim mobile, it is 3g phone that's why i m using jiofy for calling or net.After updated my jio4gvoice to 5.6 version it occurred some problem.M y call log is not showing on it.Bt my massages are display, only call log are not displaying
And also in previous version of jio4gvoice i can watch online and offline video or audio easily while calling, bt in latest version of jio4gvoice i can't able to watch online videos while calling, if i play any online video the incoming or outgoing voice are stop.Bt i can see my offline video
