10th jan 2017 i purchased one google pixel phone from reliance.in less then one year i got major issue in this and suddenly it was not getting on. I took this phone to htc service center on 24th nov and they gave back to me after a week on 30th nov.in this one week i suffered without phone like any thing.

After repaired by htc also it is not working perfectly, now voice sound is jarring and even i cannot download new software 8.0. Htc service engineer told me do not download new software now and i could not understand his means properly that time. Now only i realized that they used some old or defective motherboard and temporarily repaired and this old hardware does not support new software.

I wrote to htc service support team (Ms. Akanksha) but she did not reply me positively. I asked her to refund my money or give new replacement but she refused my request and repeatedly asking me go again to her service center. I have already wasted my one week and lost my business also during this tension.

Please help me to refund my money. Please also suggest me that online complain is enough to solve this issue or should i send legal notice to htc?

This issue is not only with me but also lot of customers are facing same problem but people does not have time to fight with these big company like htc. They must have many legal advisers who can handle these matters but consumer has to attend every thing his own and many consumers drop their matters after some time. This is the only advantage for this kind of companies. But i am not leaving this matter till my problem not get solve.

Also i am sending one separate letter to telecom ministry and pmo and requesting him to issue clear guidelines to these companies to protect consumers.

Dear I using desire 728 ultra last 14 months, before 4 months my handset switch off frequently ...I m very disappointed about it, nowadays I can't access my mobile, I tried rebooting, restating so kindly give me perfect solution for that.

      Purchased mobile on the 30th sept, since then the mobile at times freezes and gets switched off automatically. Submiited to service centre, first they claimed to have serviced it, but same problem continued. The second time device sl no. Lc73vz901622 the same continued, they replaced mother board, till today the same problem persits, within 2 months
      HTC India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
      Now that every company is going for bezel-less phones and that htc will go that for too. But my request was to make a phone not so large but a medium size phone that htc made earlier. As a bezelless phone htc might make a 5 or 5.2" full bezelless phone. Hope so. Thanks for taking feedback

        This is to inform you about a problem regarding my newly purchased htc mobile model 828 ds on 22/03/2017 from potheys life style, trivandrum. The phone is not working properly. The problems i encountered are listed below

        . Low battery backup

        . Network problems

        . Problems with regard to auto off and on and many more like this.

        I am totally dissatisfied with this phone. I contacted the authorized service center authorities namely access technology, 25/729 opp. Thycaude hospital, trivandrum, kerala. I personally went there and gave the mobile for servicing on 11/11/2017. (Id no21/[protected]. Even after one week they didn’t repair my phone or gave any proper explanation for that. Their response to my queries were not satisfactory at all.

        They claim that they sent it somewhere for repair and didn’t receive it yet. I called customer care on 30/11/2017 and their response was that they would solve it within 48 hours. I once again called them on 02/12/2017. But nothing happened so far. I need a proper explanation regarding this issue and if not i will be forced to take the case to consumer court as the next resort.

        Hope the matter is clear.

          Concern person of htc service department

          I am ashwani tyagi, advocate - meerut court is a user of your brand phone htc desire. The was was suddenly became off and it is not opening. We have approached to your service center at f7, bhagwati complex, opp. Nandan cinema, garh road, meerut, uttar pradesh 250001. The service centre representative has said we have to submit the phone and then they will let us know what is problem in it. On my request that kindly confirm the amount before repairing it, his statement was that there will be a minimum charge of rs. 2500.00 else phone will not be accepted to be checked.

          That means if its estimation of repair will be high and i refuse to get it repaired then also 2500 will be charged.

          If it is so then it is clearly giving a impression that we have mistaken by buying 3 htc product in our family as for service either we have to be bound to pay minimum 2500 or we should get it repaired from private mobile service shops. What is the benefit of a being a customer of good brand if post sales service is unfavorable for user.

          Kindly provide the minimum charge norms of your company.

            My htc 828 desire get frequently switchedoff while iam using my phone. Suddenly switched off while operating the phone sometimes it gets three or four days or even one week to switched on or completely gets off and so.. I had repaired it from service centre but no use... My problem doesn't get solved even after repair. It is the same situation even after repaired

              I purchased htc one x9 duel sum mobile phone from dubai and used in india, this phone automatically switched off at times i contact service centre in eranakulam they informed me we have no international warranty what can i do to get international warranty device serial number ht71pbk01113 purchased date july 2017 the compliment happen even in fully charged condition

                Please provide us (Indian) vote update for my device htc desire 828.
                Because i do not want to change my mobile phone. It creates problems for me while i am calling because of vote lte.
                Please provide update as vote for my device as soon as possible.
                You are a reputed company please think about your customers.
                Small company provide update regularly but you are not giving priority to clients/customers.
                You should do some extra work to maintain your value in the market.
                Otherwise definitely you will loose your customers and market too.

                  Hello

                  I have HTC One M8 mobile.. initially when I purchased it worked well.. but it is not the same now.

                  The problem is with the battery i think..
                  Mobile is getting switched off when it arrives 25% battery.. Its not exactly that its gets switched off at 25% only. Anytime mobile gets turned off when the battery is less than 25%.sometimes at 25% sometimes at 15%

                  Please provide me solution.. i even tried resetting battery logic by holding power and both the volume buttons..but no use

                      I had purchased a htc mobile model 830 on dated 05/04/2017 from yahoo mobile house. But after that i had continuously faced the technical problems in mobile like hang, heatup, battery drain and network problems.
                      The authorised service center of htc mobile is kapil enterprises roorkee.
                      I had submitted my mobile on dated 09/11/2017 at that service center and recieved 24/11/2017. But after that service i faced continuously above problems than i had contact to your service center. Then service center replied we cant solve your mobile problems. Your mobile have manufacturing technical defect
                      Sir you have a reputed brand among the people and this kind of mistake can ruin your reputation world wide.

                        Good morning, now a days my htc m9+ prime cam battery life is getting low even the mobile screen is off, this was noticed last night, while im on bed mobile battery was 60+ % while i woke up in the morning it was came less 20%... Whats there with this? Is there any any option to make it stop, this was happening from last week onwards, before that i was charging my cell phone once or twice in a day...

                          I purchased mobile on 18/02/2015, in december 2015, its lower speaker stopped working, i got it fixed under warranty (Since it again stopped working after march 2016) and using after 13 months my mobile went dead while charging suddenly. I was not even using it or i never charged it overnight or any other rash use.. I was using for only whatsapp and simple apps. Pune service center charged mi 9, 059/- for motherboard replacement on 24/05/2016. After that i was using it even more gently to avoid any other issue, but again my both sim card slots are not working now, it is getting power off even if i open camera or other apps, battery drains in 3-4 hrs, heating like a induction cooktop, and many other issue. For sim card slots repair, pune service center again asking for 10, 000/- for motherboard replacement in again 14 months..in december 2015, its lower speaker stopped working, i got it fixed under warranty (Since it again stopped working after march 2016)

                          There are soo many people complaining about their motherboard needs replacement in 14 months.. And my new replaced motherboard also worked for 14 months.. The fault is with htc motherboard, and they even not taking any action to recall their mobile and replace them.. I want my money back or i want my motherboard to be replaced.

                          The attached screenshot is taken when both of my sim card are inserted in their slots. i have not removed them from a year for any damage caused while inserting the sim card. it suddenly stopped working.
                          I have a Htc 626g+.Now it is out of waranty but it is not opening since last 5months
                          I had also visited the service centre in Lucknow but they cannot solve the problem.
                          I am not as much rich so please help m

                            I bought my phone from usa. I had a bsnl sim which i ported to jio now.. But after that i can't access my sim on the phone.. When i enquired it's like since the phone was bought in usa, indian jio sim won't work in it.. That ridiculous from my point of view.. Because i can't use my sim and phone now.. I've lost all my contacts with everyone since my sim is not working in the htc phone..

                            Kindly i need a help from your team immediately as this is even affecting my life now.. I'm ready for even any additional payment.. Please help me out htc team.. Kindly reply immediately..!!

                                I bought a new bluetooth speaker of sony (Model srs-xb10) but when i am connecting it with the bluetooth of my phone (Htc 626 dual sim), the devices are getting paired but when i am playing music, the sound is coming only from the phone and not from the bluetooth speaker. However, when i connected the phone and the speaker with an auxiliary cable, the sound is coming from both the devices, as a result of which double sound is coming out which is disturbing. Please help.

                                  Hi, htc service center damaged the device during the repair and now providing me clone phone with no warranty nobody is ready to help me neither the escalation team i'm filling case in consumer court with all call recording and email copies they have genuine product in stock but every time i call they make fake excuses and torchering and forcing me to take the clone product and keep quite also they threaten me to take phone otherwise they will close the case.

                                  This is completely wrong what htc is doing with me you service center engg who are so brilliant that they damaged the phone and you asking me to take repair phone why should i take any repaired phone damaged from your end neither i will get agreed for the red phone the black gold color is available and i demand for the same otherwise i really have to escalate this issue to all the social network and i"m filling one more consumer forum case.

                                  Kindly check the below conditions
                                  1- provide me same model black gold
                                  2- provide me refund in the form of vouchers so that i can buy the phone from htc india website online.
                                  3 - provide me replacement device red color but that should be box pack and with one year manufacturing warranty
                                  4 - i will collect the repair device but provide me one year of extended warranty.

                                  I'm literally begging to you ppl but your as such that you don't wanna listen and help the customer but on top of that your forcing me and threating me everyday so i have raised one more consumer court case and i'm putting this whole conversation on all social media so that people will come to know about your and your way of treating customers and i will make sure i will spread the thing as much as i can also will file consumer court case tomorrow at thane office.

                                  I would like to inform you that i'm htc fan since 2012 when i bought the first model htc explorer with my first salary which is still absolutely in working condition with no single complaint but when i came to the current model of htc 830 i'm really disappointed, first i visited the service centre where i was not given proper service and then i have started raising consumer forum cases for the resolution i was again told to visit the kurla service centre by mr omkar from escalation team and he assured me that just visit once and the problem will be resolved and you will become fan of htc once again so i visited but your brilliant service centred damaged the motherboard of my phone and the phone went into useless condition.

                                  So i have raised consumer forum case once again and i started getting calls from htc to visit the service center again or else they cannot help me with this issue i was literally forced and stressed to visit the service center but why will i go for your htc mistake you have damaged my phone i followed all the procedure then mr gaurva from the escalation team requested me to visit service centre to check the phone and he found the same that there was lack of service and due to improper handling the phone got damaged so now he is providing me a replacement but of the clone device he got one htc red color model which is nowhere avaialble in the market not even on your webiste but he is forcing me to take that model of getting phone repair once aagain but i'm not ready for both so now he started giving me an excuse that black gold color is out of stock but i checked to all the stores and e-store and even on the htc website it is showing avaialble and even i'm ready to purchse from there and htc can provide me refund for my phone but he is not ready at all he is just using one single stamenent that "take old phone or replacement red phone"

                                  This is completely wrong what htc is doing with me you service center engg who are so brilliant that they damaged the phone and you asking me to take repair phone why should i take any repaired phone damaged from your end neither i will get agreed for the red phone the black gold color is available and i demand for the same otherwise i really have to escalate this issue to all the social network and i"m filling one more consumer forum case.

                                  I request you to please check the below-attached screen-shot and provide me the black gold phone which is available and resolve this issue by end of this month otherwise i will seriously take strict actions against htc and will never leave you till i get a black gold replacement phone.

                                  1 - check the description of model htc 830 and nowhere it is mentioned that it is available in red or blue color.

                                  2 - now check the screen-shot attached the stock is showing yes colors available is black gold which i have selected and when i entered the pincode it is showing that delivery within 5-7 working days.

                                  I request you to understand that my health condition is going bad day by day bcoz of your management decision and if tomorrow something goes wrong with me i will make sure that my family member and my lawyer will get htc responsible for the same as it is all happened bcoz of you ppl blackmailing and forcing me and dominating me with your decision and with your threat that takes it otherwise we will close the case i'm not ready to listen to anything i just want same model and color phone which is damaged by your service centre enggs and provide me same asap.
                                  Since the first day i'm being very cooperative and understanding by now this thing has come to my health so i request you to provide me the same.

                                  Kindly understand that when your escalation team members come and threatened me and force me everyday stating that we will close the case and all they are bloody liar first mr gaurav told me that replacement product will be box pack but today he changed his words saying that it will not be box pack when customer is ready to find some solution why you are so stagnant for your decision don't provide me any clone phone

                                  Kindly check the below conditions
                                  1- provide me same model black gold
                                  2- provide me refund in the form of vouchers so that i can buy the phone from htc india website online.

                                  I'm literally begging to you ppl but your as such that you don't wanna listen and help the customer but on top of that your forcing me and threating me everyday so i have raised one more consumer court case and i'm putting this whole conversation on all social media so that people will come to know about your and your way of treating customers and i will make sure i will spread the thing as much as i can also will file consumer court case tomorrow at thane office.

                                    I have an problem in my phone when i am not using for an hour my sim card is getting switch off and one msg will come then it's getting switch on even if my phone is switched on if some one call it's saying that it's switched off i have send a photo plz check that and my phone is lte can i convert it to volte plz if any changes then send me an application

                                      Htc desire 628 dual sim which has been purchased feb 2017 and is in warranty period. It does not work properly and switches off every now and then. Battery life is very low and heats too much. It is completely defective and need to be replaced immediately. Imei no [protected] and S/N no. oe71gbt13281.

                                        I am facing a charging issue. My phone is not charging.

                                        They are saying htc india has stopped providing parts of my above handset.
                                        Its very unprofessional service made by your company.
                                        I have brought this handset for 27k. And after 2.5 years i am facing this charging issue problem.

                                        Please take into notice and try to solve it.
                                        Htc have a good reputation in mobile company.
                                        I hope u can provide me essential parts for my handset.
