Am purchase a htc mobile model numer htc desire 626. Its emi number - [protected] device serial number - hq65xbs28403. Am facing charging problem with it. Am four time visit in customer care office which is in ludhiana at ansal plaza. Every time they do somthing with it nd give it to me. After few days i was facing same problem. Last am visit there for this and they said that u have to submit your phone for a week. And its mother board chnge under warranty. After a month am facing same problem in my phone. And now they send that its not under warranty.

    Complain against htc service centre durgapur - tvse durgapur (Service invoice number is 90499343 dated 12.10.2017)

    I submitted my htc 830 for power issue/battery replacement but they changed the main camera of my phone with a faulty one to get some extra money.
    These people are fraud, kindly take action against this service centre. I will surely take this up with my local police station.

      We have given this handset for repairing on 18th august with ticket no.[protected] (Ime no.[protected]), so far they could not repair it, they are not sure when they will be able to repair it. We have made many calls at their toll free no. But of no use, finally we have asked them to return the set without repair even that is not happening. They are not responding properly we are facing difficulties as being a 4g mobile we have changed the sim accordingly now those sims are not working in other phones.

        Dear sir,

        It is very painful to convey that your service centre located in hisar, namely golden telecom, when i approached there for handset problem, they asked me tell the problem, i told them that i do not know nothing about handset, display is not being shown on phone & there might be some battery problem, they simply said charges for display are appox.4200.00 & for battery back up it will be around 1200.00, once again i said that you all are engineers, first you see what are the problems, they clearly cut said, you have to tell us the problem we can tell only the cost. I do not what kind of courtesy it was. I was totally shocked that because of such peoples, company goodwill was at stake, they were totally ruining the goodwill of the company. When i approached some outside agency, he merely changed the accessability of the phone and my phone was okay thus saved rs.4200.00 in a minute. Your service providers did not even took a little pain to see little bit setting of the phone. Such a hard & disgraceful experience i have ever had. Htc. Attending persons were mr. Ravi & mr varun jain.
        Very bad experience.

          The problem is front camera while tacking picture shacking, the picture is not coming properly and camera some sound is coming. Could you please respond ASAP.

            Am complaining against your service center in kerala kollam.. Am following your polayathod center but that was closed since one month. And shown a contact number for inquiry. But that number not answering calls and no any proper reply.. Am one the fan of htc but your service is too poor in kollam (Kerala) how can i get your authorized guy and solve my htc mobile complaint (With warranty)

              I give my mobile phone (Htc desire 626 dual sim) under warranty service, problem is automatic on/, off. I submitted my mobile phone on 27/9/2017on service centre and they says that they recover my mobile phone within 6/7days and i can take off my mobile phone, but still today 8/10/2017 (11days) they can't delivered my mobile phone.
              Reason says that, they havn't recovery product available.
              So please kindly, you can, possible to make delivered my mobile phone within 1/2 days

                Sir i have purchased a new htc desire 820 g plus dual sim mobile last year from a reputed shop here in ladakh for rs17500/-it's been hardly a year the fully charged battery lasts for an hour only, also phone gets hang frequently. It seems i have been cheated by this co. For my hard earned money. Is there a way where i can get compensation for this loss or any replacement for this phone. Please do enquire.

                  I have purchased an htc one x9 32gb/3gb bearing imei no. [protected] on 19/01/2017 from a retail shop at trivandrum as per the bill attached.
                  3 weeks before from today onwards, its rear camera is not working properly and a sparking sound is coming also when the flashlight is in operation. Front camera is working fine. When i approached the authorised service centre at trivandrum for rectifying the camera problems, they replied that, the repair is chargeable even in warranty period due to small crack occurred in the gorilla glass display. They informed that the rear camera and gorilla glass display will be replaced by the repair centre which amounts to half of the retail price of the handset and the amount to be paid by me. The small crack at one corner was occurred after two weeks of its purchase while it was taking out from my pants' pocket due to its polished metal body at rear side and gorilla glass face at front side.
                  I have purchased this expensive handset (Rs. 22, 000/-) as per the better quality specifications provided by htc.
                  I had a belief that the warranty of one year is for the whole product which covers the gorilla glass also as it is better than any type of display and costs large amount. The handset was working perfectly for the last 7 months after its display was cracked.
                  Hence i request that kindly do the needful for setting right the handset under warranty period without any payment.

                    Sir i had bought htc 828 dual here in sirsa haryana india almost 0ne year & 4 months ago. All of sudden mobile got switch off & it stops functioning totally. I contacted for htc service centre which estimated cost of 15000 because of motherboard problem. As it’s not feasible for me to get repaired the cellphone at this much cost. Please help me out.

                      I bought htc desire 826 last year from vijay sales n since then had been facing technical issues.. Must say it's d rubbish mobile phone i have ever bought i had issue with d charging point for which d tilak nagar new delhi service centre charged 2k n instead of fixing d pblm they added more to it now they r asking for 13k to fix d issue.. I feel been looted by d company

                        I brought htc desire 10 pro.. Few months ago but recently it should be off randomly then i will go at service center and he told me there was a motherboard issue it should be send to a company for replace motherboard then i will submit my phone and he told me it should be take minimum 15 days for but still i am waiting for my phone last one month. So its my request please tell me the final status of my phone...

                          Hi, htc team, i was bad exp with this mobile m8 one eye. Speaker gone with one month after use, during call voice getting cracking and phone started to slow down. I brougth this mobile for 20k, not at valve for 10k worst product from taiwan maker. Both hearphone slot and usb are too closer both cannot pulgin at same time. M8 htc one eye is premium cum flagship model of company, daily am irritated using this, no reliability in software and design.
                          I would like send it back to company for services or replacement. Still mobile under a year warranty period.
                          Dnot sell product for money. Customer are core value of business. Don't cheat them.

                            I had submitted my htc 820 device having serial number ht4blyc02348 & imei no. [protected] due to the battery problem to tvs electronics ltd shop no. F 35a & f 1st floor, kaushambi, ghaziabad india on dated 19th sep 2017 & during the submission i was told by by customer executive that initially problem seems for battery however they will check & let me know about the problem, after two days i got the call from service center about the problem & approval related the parts to be changed, they said that battery & connector need to be changed thereafter i have given my approval to them to do so.
                            After repairing i came to know by one of executive that my screen touch is not working properly whereas at time of submission my screen touch was working fine moreover when i got the call after submission it was not communicated to me for screen also for that i have been given the accuse that phone was not in the condition of switch on so they could not checked, then what did they checked & why they took the time of two days whereas it was the matter of hour or two hour but i would like to tell you that my device will remain switched on while connecting the charger the same is also mentioned in the job sheet also.

                            Due to some mishandling at service center my screen touch is got stopped working & i m not liable to pay for that

                              I had problem in my mobile. I submitted my mobile to service center in agra on 19th sept. Whenever i contact service center to know status, every time they say, part is not available. Service and demand is sent to htc. As soon as part is available, they will repair it. I called htc customer care, they also said repairing under process. My mobile is in warranty period. If i had know that i would face such problem, i would have repaired it somewhere else. Never purchase htc product, they are fooling people at name of warranty. I would be leaving negative feedback at forum. Htc is cheater. They don't care customer... I do not know i can get my mobile... Facing big problem

                                Reliance jio not supports in my phone and volte service is not available in my htc 10

                                  The product has failed twice within 9 months of purchase. Once for battery failure and next for touch sense loss. When a product is failing multiple times within the warranty period, i doubt it good. I need a replacement or extension of warranty period. The manner in which the customer care executive spoke is highly repulsive. It has been near to 15 days and yet to solution in picture

                                    I have purchased a htc phone on 5th november 2016.
                                    After 6-7 month later i was facing some hardware and software problem. So i went to htc service centre.
                                    After first visit its need 2-3 service within 30-40 days for repairing.
                                    I think they didn't work properly and charge me wrongly. Now my mobile is under warranty.
                                    I want they should do work properly and return me the phone in running condition or replace it with a new one.

                                      I have bought this htc 828desire on 4th march 2017. But this is the 5th time in 6 months i am having the same issue of the phone suddenly getting switched off and not starting till i take it to the service centre to repair. I have requested many times to change the handset but nobody responded. Everytime they keep the mobile for two three days and then return assuring no such problem will occur in future but its sad, it does following which iam now forced to go the consumer court. Iam a doctor by profession and i keep important datas in my phone but it gets erased everytime they format the phone and iam tired of visiting the service center every month.

                                      Still this model has bot recieved android upgrade.It has 5.1 only.

                                        When i use my android phone for calling, it is good...!
                                        But when i start mobile data, my htc desire 826 become very heated within 5 minutes... And the battery low down very fast...!
                                        The sign of "!" also appear in between battery indication at upper side of mobile..!
                                        Mobilemobile an an an an an an va na bag by na na na na na na na na na na na na na na na na na na na na na na na b na na ban na va ca za na ha us ka ka we ha bahbahbahbah
                                        I am very much afraid of blast...!
