Phone has bended - htc desire pro 10 mofel within less than 1 year. Such a pathetic product. Need to replace it else going to consumer firm. But this is worst product ever seen.
We have bought this in may 17 and is with in warranty but of no use.
Going to post on social media and make sure no one else faces harasment and same there hard earned money.
With bend the glass has also broken down and no service station to help out pf 22.5 k handset.
Worst company and product htc htc htc...
Apple is far far better writting from iphone.
Htc is worst company with worst product and no after sales service.
It should be banned from india and world... Stealing comman man money.

I have htc desire 828..with a software of 5.1 lollipop..in those days..in market...8.0 oreo already lunched..and aslo every phones gives upadate of minimum 7.0 nougat...bt i can not recieve any update about this modle..even..not marshmallow version...we are haroused...plz...give us minimum upgrade of nougat version for htc desire 828
Very worst mobile i didnt seen in my life...Comparing China mobile is good ...Charger not in TWO hours...Always Mobile got heat...Totally worst mobile...i wasted my money...Thank you HTC for your best service..Dont to be suggest any one often, , , plss

    My htc desire pro10 is given for repair on 30/12/2017 @ rajkot service station. All details of complaint is shown here.
    Till date mobile is not repaired because of part not available from head quarters.
    Actually lcd screen to be replaced in warranty but this is not available. I have called to service station for five times but same answer i got that part is not available.
    Do needful as we are living in 21st century.

      Worst product and worst service by so called authorized service provider "tvs electronics". I have htc desire 728 its started giving problem form very next month from the day i purchased. It was getting off automatically even with enough charge so i gave it for service at tvs electronics basavanagudi
      (Bangalore), they return my phone very next day telling that battery connector is refixed. But the problem is not solved same thing is happening.

      I write to both htc india and tvs electronics but no responce.

        I am htc user for over5years and it functions quite well but this time with my htc desire pro 10 handset the camera doesn't functions like its 20mp.. The camera used to be fine and nice at the beginning of my purchase of this phone.. I bought this phone in the mid of 2017... Its not even been a year and the problem i faced is the camera which is very essential for any user.. The camera is blurry, doesn't focus well, grainy etc.. I have tried cleaning up the lens.. Clearing cache. But still the same.. I would like you do solve my problem cause its dishearting for a loyal user.

          Last year i purchased htc 828 3gb ram 32gb model, by spending around 19, 000/-, still there is no update, lot of apps are not working, lte issues, i cant even sell this phone - secondhand also, because in 4-5 thousand all are getting android 7.0 version phone, is this the way you treat all the buyers of htc 828,

          Let me know if this model gets update are not? If not we will through this phone in dustbins, worrest service of htc

            1.Handsfree Not Working
            2.Slow charging
            3.Bettery Drain fastly
            4.Hanging Problem
            5.Touch Not working
            6.Speaker Volume is very less
            7.Camera Hanging Problem
            8.Charger Not working
            9.Burn Smell comes during charging
            10.Mobile Heating Problem
            11.Self Restart Problem
            12.Volume not clear
            13.Incoming & Outgoing Voice Problem(Microphone & Receiver Problem)
            14.Back Camera Not clear

            Many times I called to service center but no response from them. Its Manufacturing defect.Pls refund or replace my phone.
            Due to phone many times I have lost my data from phone due to Self Reset Problem.
            I have lost business money due to lost of data from my Mobile.
            We are requesting you to kindly repalce or Refund my phone .I dn’t want to go in consumer court.I belive in such a reputed company HTC.

                Address : phonetel service centre which is authorised htc service centre jayanagar 3rd block, bangalore
                My htc desire 826 phone was having battery issue. It was getting discharged fastly. So we went to this service centre expecting a battery replacement. The shop owner took the phone, after verification he said, battery needs to be replaced and also the charging port is damaged. He can replace that as well, and phone can be collected next day. So we agreed for both replacements, paid rs 3700 (For original htc battery and original htc charging port) and collected the phone next day. He assured us the 3 months warranty for the service he provided.
                But the new battery which was replaced by him was worst than the original one. It was discharging quickly and phone used to get shut down when it reaches the battery level 20% or below. Added to this, the charging port which was replaced by him stopped working within a week.
                I was unable to charge my phone and hence could not use it any more.
                So again we took the phone to the same service centre, we expressed the issue about battery and charging port. He said he will verify, he collected the phone and asked us to come when he give us a call back after verification. He didnt call back upto 4 days. We visited service centre again, he said he needs to verify, he will give us call back. We waiting another 3 days, its been a week now and no call back.
                We visited again after a week and he started to blame us that we rough handled the phone.. So charging port is gone.. It needs to be replaced again and it will cost another 1500. And he will check about the battery. We were not ready to pay again as we have our 3 months of warranty period. He started shouting that, warranty is only for battery, not for charging port. We need to pay him if we need the problem to be resolved or else we can take the phone back. After some argument, he agreed to check the phone.. When we went back to collect the phone, he said he replaced charging port and battery and asked for rs. 400 more. We had to pay out of mercy.
                After all these,
                1. Htc phone is still not functioning properly. Phone shows as "charging" always, all time. Even without connecting to power.
                2. Phone gets charged only sometimes.. We are not able to identify whether its getting charged or not, as phone is displaying as "charging" by default. So it is like my phone is on charging mode always, waiting to be charged, than being used.
                3. Battery still gets discharged quickly
                4. Unable to use phone anymore
                Desirable solution : requesting for refund (3700+400) and phone needs to be repaired again, from the htc (For sure, free of cost and from different valid htc service centre). I am afraid to give it to any htc service centre after seeing the service provided them.
                I dont think, i can trust htc brand anymore with its poor battery and unethical service centres

                  My htc 728 was swittching off rendomly
                  I contact to customer care centre, they tell me few steps to resolve the problums but my problme was not resolved, then after i submitted my ph in connetion point ajmer on 23 dec 2017. Connetion point send my phone to jaipur service centre for repair but my phone was not repaired bcoz battery was not available and they send my mobile back to connetion point. Then i call to customer centre and request for battery on 5th of january 2018 after 3 days i get a call from customer on 9 january 2018 centre and they said me that ur battery request is accepted and u can resubmit ur phone and repair it again i resubmit my phone on 11 january 2018 but i didnt get any response and solution.
                  I was calling customer centre continue in these days but they didnt take any action on my request for my mobile repair.
                  And then again i get a call from connection point ajmer and they tell me ur phone will not repair again and ur phone is cancled and u can collect ur phone in two or three days without repair.
                  When i ask the reason they said we dont know, u can ask directly to the service centre jaipur.
                  When i call to jaipur service centre they didnt tell me the reason. And said u have to contact to connetion point. I call to customer centre and they said we dont have any update please call after 48 hrs
                  Today 19 january 2018 i call again to customer centre and they said kotation ammount was not confirmed to u so ur mobile was rejected again.
                  But company didnt call me or mail me for kotation ammount and company harrashed me from one month.
                  And play the game with me.
                  I want the reason why
                  Will company pay for my valuable time and for harrashment?

                      My phone is 1.5 years old and now it is showing display problem. As per the guidance of htc care centre i gone to service centre at trivandrum. They said display stock is not with them come next week. I gone next week and they said that come tomorrow. I gone 8 times and they said the same reply. Today when i gone they harassed me and refuse to give higher authority number. They mentally tortured me. What should i do? I dont have enough money to buy a new phone.

                      Brought htc one x9 a month ago and within somedays it started showing technical problem and battery was over heated and blast during charge, i visited near htc service center but no reply related to my phone repair...and he told me repair coast that is 18, 000 thousand ...and phone was under warranty when i visited the service center...

                        So i bought a htc u11 for rs 48000 because previously i had good experience with htc one. But this new htc u11 had camera hardware failure within two months (Under warranty). I submitted the phone to authorized service centre at vashi and they saud part will arrive in 2 weeks time and they will repair and give my mobile phone. The phone was submitted on 18th december. Its been almost a month now and still the part has not arrived. When i call up the service centre they say speak to customer care about it. When i spoke to customer care they said, they do not have any idea about availability of parts. I have asked them to escalate this issue and some person who calls up every 48 hours to inform me my issue would be resolved soon. But when i ask them to tell me when my part is going to come they have no idea. I asked them to replace my phone but they still do not want to do it. Do they think i will wait for one full year for a part to be made available. If you cannot repair the phone then replace it, its under warranty phone.

                          I have given my htc e8 dual sim for service because of a problem with camera on 27th november, 2017 at srkt enterprises, rajahmundry. The imei numbers of the device are [protected] and [protected]. It has been 40 days since i gave the device for repair and the device is not attended by the service centre.

                          I have tried contacting htc customer care through live chat, email, toll free number. I have spoken to 5-6 people from htc customer care and i have explained my problem to each and everyone i've spoken to. The common response that i got is "we apolozige, we will escalate the issue and arrange a call back at the earliest on high priority".

                          It has been 40 days since i have given my device for repair and htc and it's service has dragged me to a position of begging its service representatives for a resolution. I don't think that i deserve this for trusting a brand like htc and spending rs.37000 on a mobile phone. I feel sorry for choosing htc.

                          I would like to have my device back to me in proper working condition immediately or want a refund of my investment on the product so that i can choose some other trustworthy brand.

                            This is to bring into your notice that i gave my phone in htc service center (Ludhiana) for software update as i was facing some problem to store my data on external sd card which they said as a software issue and software update would resolve it. He said that we can collect phone after few hours as it might take some time to update the software. I went there on the time mentioned but he said his system was not working so he would get it done by someone else and collect it by the next day. After that i went there a couple of times and he kept saying it would take some more time.
                            Then after 4 days when i went to collect my phone he said there is a fault in phones battery that it is not charging or it discharges in 5 minutes but there was no issue with my battery and how can a software update affect the hardware of the phone.
                            This kind of service is not acceptable from such a big company like you. I have been using htc phones from last 6-7 years i had this phone from from past 3 years and i didnt had any issue with it.
                            I just want to bring this into your notice and want my phone to be fixed because this problem started at your end so why should i pay for its repair if the fault is not even from my end.
                            Please take the action you need to take from your end.

                              I have purchased my htc 830 model phone before one year and the battery complaint started six months after purchase. Unfortunatly phone frequently get switched off so i sent my phone to service centre and it takes 15 days to get it repaired. They claim to me that they repalced my battery with new one. But the fact is problem started within 3 days of this replacement. Now my warrenty expired and complaint still exist. I am really disappointed. I feel like i dumped my money to a electronic waste!

                                They guys always say that you wait & our head executer will call you in evening but no phone calls sare received.

                                  I had purchased a htc mobile model 828 ds on dated 22/03/2017 from potheys life style, but after that i had continuously faced the technical problems in auto off, low battery backup and network problems. The authorised service center of htc mobile is access technology, 25/729 opp. Govt thycaud hospital, trivandrum kerala 695014. I had submitted my mobile on dated 11/11/2017 at that service center. {ticket no [protected]} i went to the service center on 21/11/2017 and the response was they have not yet received and will take 4 days. And when i called on daily the response was the mobile has not yet reached and they dont have any idea that when it will reached... Is this the response which they give to their customers? Finally i called customer care on 30 /11 2017 they promised me to the problem is solved on 48 hours. They have no solved the problem. Then l called the costumer care on 2/12/2017 the customer care adviser will not give me the satisfied answer. I was also sending a mail on 4/12/2017, 07 / 12/ 2017 and 15/ 12 /2017 not receive my mobile to this time[protected]

                                      In have purchased htc 828 this year and my handset and handsfree is under warranty of 1 year...
                                      When i met your one of the service centre located in malad west mumbai to replace my handsfree they told me to to wait for 3 days as they dont have the same in stock... Again i went to replace after 4 days the same story... What do you think a customers have free time to visit your store and easte almost 2 to 3 hours in your centres... This is how htc provides service after sale...

                                      Need a clarification on this asap... Or else the case will be escalated on social media aswelll...

                                        Dear sir
                                        I had purchased a htc mobile model 828 ds on dated 22/03/2017 from potheys life style, but after that i had continuously faced the technical problems in auto off, low battery backup and network problems. The authorised service center of htc mobile is access technology, 25/729 opp. Govt thycaud hospital, trivandrum kerala 695014. I had submitted my mobile on dated 11/11/2017 at that service center. {ticket no [protected]} i went to the service center on 21/11/2017 and the response was they have not yet received and will take 4 days. And when i called on daily the response was the mobile has not yet reached and they dont have any idea that when it will reached... Is this the response which they give to their customers? Finally i called customer care on 30 /11 2017 they promised me to the problem is solved on 48 hours. They have no solved the problem. Thenl called the costumer care on 2/12/2017 the customer care adviser will not give me the satisfied answer. I was also sending a mail on 4/12/2017 and not receive my mobile to this time[protected]
