Dear sir/ma"'am

Since the time i have purchased this cellphone, i am facing issues related to camera, touch, & hang issues, i purchased this phone in the month of february, since then the phone is not functioning properly,

Today i reported to the service center with a complaint that the display is not functioning and the screen suddenly black out, i got a worst response as always i got an answer that display replacement is not covered under warranty, than what is sense of giving warranty when the company is not liable to any issues rising in the phone after purchase this is just ridiculous..

Had really worst experience ever, submitted mobile for 30+ days but no issue had been resolved!!
Still, all issue in the mobile persist. Even your noida customer care service center guys are so irresponsible and had no manner of working, made fake promises.

Now still had the same issue as it was earlier then why these people kept mobile for one month.
Totally waste my time.

I have htc desire 626g +, now it's not working, .
it have mother board problem but i want backup of my photos and
other relevant data.
it's very urgent for me.
but i m not able to take the backup.
how can i come out to this problem, its very hard to get the backup of my photos and other data.
so please give me any suggestion
how can i resolve the backup problem.

Sir, my htc one a9 phone set was giving problem of charging. (Charging port was damaged) purchased on 03/03/2016 given to htc service centre (Hcl jalandhar) on 19/08/2017 with ticket no.[protected], job sheet no.-wc[protected] promised to deliver my set till[protected] but today is 09/09/2017 and when i ask about set they tell me to take my set back as its charging port is not avaible with company and htc one a9 is closed by company but when check offical website and local market this set was available for sale and parts are also available in local market.. I donot know there problem why they are delaying and not to do repair of my set.. I want to repair my set from htc service centre please check the issue and do needful to me regards reply avaited harjot singh

Hello i want to tell u regarding the service center in my fimily atleast 4-5 have a htc phone but some hardware problems in phone but in my location assam dibrugarh no service centre nearby location also as i m a student not able to approach to guwahati for mobile. So i request u to please help us out and open htc service center in our locality thankx

I've submitted my htc desire 728 dual sim handset for service. My handset is getting automatically switch off. I've submitted my handset on 03/08/2017 but when i didn't got any response then on 05/08/2017 again i visited service centre. I found that they have not created jobsheet. And still service centre doesn't have any updates for my handset. When asked for alternative mob. Phone for use, they told me, "if you want mob. Phone we've to cancel your jobsheet request."

My phone back camera hardware have crashed and it's clicking blurr photos. After spending 20k i am getting defective product. Soon after warranty period is over malfunctioning of phone have started. I wish i could have went for a reliable brand instead of htc. Regretting my decision and wasted my hard earned money. As soon as the warranty period is over phone started malfunctioning. Please htc provide an option of taking back your phones at half rate of cost borne by us or provide us a better service and product.

In htc service center of surat i have given my mobile for remove dust from fron camera. For this they charge rs 935 and they return my mobile with defective display and now they say you need to pay 9000 for new display. Please take action against this service center.

I have an htc one m8 purchased in portugal and after 3 years the wifi no connection fault persists after sending to agent twice first time zero cost now i have been quoted 380 euros +23% taxes.
Since this fault is not caused by the phone operator i sincerely expect from htc nothing but to have the phone replaced.

I am using htc mobile model no is htc desire 728. It get switch off many time after having battery less than 50% even it is 4g phone but it does not have volte installed in it... It's very hard to use this phone when it appear s that battery is less than 50% and it's start switch off. Many times i switch on my handset but it's get switch off again

Sir i brought htc desire 728 d728w from store at 27/12/2017. I got a problem of low brightness. Then gave it for repair to preet services, 9-b, arpa complex, bilaspur, chhattisgarah at 14/08/2017. Today i got inform that my have mother problem and it need for repairing charge of rs14000 approx. But my mobile is in under warranty. Then i called to custmer care no-[protected] and they told same think and gave the ticket no-[protected] and told me disassembled at out side of service center. So charging is needed. But it is false story about disassembled. I am getting first time problem.
There-fore i request to u sir please solve my problem as fast as possible.

Sir i bought my htc desire 828 in feb 2016 after 3 month my phn battery was not working properly. I go to service center they replace my battery because at that time it is in the warrenty period. But now again my phone sim slot is damage /not working automatically. Again i went htc service center in jaipur they ask me to pay 15000 rs/- to repair it without any cheaking that whats the problem is. They are demanding for 15000 money without cheaking or without any reason.
Sir now i wanna ask that why should i pay 15000 for only a slot replacement. While the new phone price is only of 10000 rs/- at ebay. Why i shouldn't buy a new phone in 15000 rs/- it is really a big amount. Nd why the mambers o[censored]r service center demands for 15000 rs/- without any valid reason nd without cheaking the problem. And is the htc service is so bad that a 20000 phn may not work properly atleast 2 years. That we face the problem like battery, slot, volume in every 3 months and again and again plz give me ans plz reply and give a sloution. And plz improve ur service center quality also. Plz reply

Problem-bend slightly contacted to service centre at sahid nagar bhubaneswar and told by the official that bend is due to keeping the set in pocket and refused to repair within warranty. I argued the authority of htc to take my phone and examine the cause of bending and repair it unless i will move to the consumer court which cost u alot.. I purchased this phone at the cost of rs.15000/-.. Not lasted for even 8 months..

I bought htc desire 628 from amazon 6 months back. It started getting switched off automatically two months back. I got it repaired from authorised service centre twice but still the same issue. I am so disappointed with the services. I didn't expected this from htc... Was such an avid fan of htc. I won't buy it again that's for sure now... Not recommended to anyone. The people at service centre don't have any idea about what's wrong with my phone.

Karib 3 saal se mai htc ka mobail use kar raha hu.. Htc dezare 620 ka maine 3 bar display dalwaya hu aur htc dezare 828 3 month hua tha uska bhi display khrab ho gaya aur maine new display dalwaya tha.. Htc company itni badi hone ke baad bhi itna ghtiya phon banakar public ko sale karti hai... Aur phon mahenga hone ke bawajud aksar display khrab ho jata hai thode thode dino meh display khrab ho jata hai.. Itna ghtiya quality ka phon toh saste mobail company bhi shayad nahi banati hongi.. Pls htc se ye request hai ke aap jo htc ka heandset india me sale karte ho uske parts ki quality acchi rakhe aur yuhi indian public ko bewakuf banakar apni company ka naam khrab na kare...

I have bought a new airtel sim and filled data and call pack which is free for 3 months but from the time i have taken the sim the data was working very slow on my iphone 7 plus and now when i have put the sim in my htc phone the data is not working at all when im calling customer cxare the call is not getting connected is this the way you"ll run ur business. you"ll are a reputated company please look into the matter as soon as possible and try your best so that the data works in my htc phone thank you.
