I would to say that htc was a good phone i used 620g desire and 816g desire,
But i have a problem in your service..
Here some days ago while i updating my 816g it's boot system was crashed and i went in your service center here in agra
I think that was of hcl.
There they said tmmrw u come over here and you will get your phone.
And one day i went dere. Now they tell dere is fault in my mobile mother board.
That i didnt get. How for a tinny issue of my phone that of software became a major issue of board.
Okay after that they call me day after tmmrw. That was oky but when i call them they didn't pick any calls.. And when i ask them why dont u all pick the calls
They says our phone was not working but when i noticed them what they do, they simply plugged in the cable when they need to do any any calls another wise they plugged out the cable
Now u say if one person caming dere from 25 km and after that they dont get dere phone. Atleast they can tell this about dere status over phone.
I[censored] did customer satisfaction servery of that particular service center i think 90% of your customer was not happy from them.

I simply request you to do me the favour.

For a tinny problem of software they submitted my phone from 10 days. Its have w5s[protected] service no and its was in hcl service ltd swadesi bima nagar agra. And now when i asked them for my original bill, that dont have neither of any photostate copy of my bill. Who was responsible for it.
Do the needful help asap.

i have given my earphone in your service centre at lawrence road, nehru shopping complex approximately 10 days ago. they told me to collect new earphone on monday i.e. 23 May 2016 but today also they told me that they need one more week to replace my earphone.
this was not expected from your side because while i m purchasing your phone you told us to give us the best service but now...

I m a constant user of Htc and many in my contact uses the product. But this time I am highly disappointed with the product. I was using htc 820 desire and it worked well for a year until 2 days ago when it said to update to the latest software and I did and after that it turned off and is not starting. I took it to htc service centre Agra and they said my phone's motherboard is crashed. This is the fault on the part of the company. Kindly take this seriously and reply to the message. This is a cheating. Consumers are not at fault. Service centers in Agra gave me an estimate of 10500 to solve the issue.
And I was not the only one facing the problem. Many were aggrieved of the above stated problem. Look into the matter and do something.

Htc sucks! I feel i would have never shifted from samsung to htc. The camera lenses are so delicate! You have to covrr your whole phone like a 1 day old baby. On top of that you guys have collection centres and not authorised centres. And the whole process takes a month, while you certify it to be 15 days. I am telling you. If my phone does not come back within 15 days, i will see you in consumer court with hell a lot of people.

I have submitted my handset for repair on 7th may 2015 and the same was under warranty and it was told to me that the same will be repaired within 15 days. They don't pick the phone nor they have provided me any specific timeline by when the phone will be repaired.

It's really tough for me to work without a phone and it's being a day-2-day need.

Please help me. If they are not able to repair the phone then they should provide me a new one.

I have visit 2 times of nearest htc center but they have no solution for us .if there are no solution for customers than shutdown same .they have corrupt files and saying i'll call you .they are not able to solve problems than why they sit .i think this is worst service ever, so many customers are disappointed with them .my phone have problems that cant't switch on if I off it. kindly solve my problems and don't compel me to move other service .if you have no solution for old sets than why do you sell it every phones get old after sometimes .very irritating.

I am pankaj from karnal. i have given my mobile on service centre on 2nd may 2016. they told me they will give it back to me maximum 15 days. 9 days i didnt asked them abut my phn. but beacuse of an emergency problem. i need my mobile. i went there and asked them. they reparied my mobile or nt.but they said they had not got the part from the company. after 4 days 1 asked them again but they reply me the same we hadnt recieved part till nw. i m calling daliy on customer care of htc but every day i talk to a new person.every person said plz wait for 24/48 hours. we will tell u .but there is no response of it. its 22 day today. i have nt got my mobile back.i am attaching my worksheet of mobile.they had given to me on complaint time.

I am a loyal htc customer, since 2012 i been using just htc mobiles, i been totally satisfied from htc side till previous experience. But with my present mobile "htc one e9+" which i bought on 9/2/16, i m continuously facing a single issue agn and agn tht 'rear camera glass is catching dust frm inside', whn i purchased piece rear camera glass was already gaining too much of dust making camera picture quality weak. I am too fond of clicking pics and its 20mp camera was one of the biggest reason i choose this phone. I took the phone to htc mobile service "shyamal branch, ahmedabad" on 23/4/16 they got me rid of dust and i was in comfort. But aft 2-3 days past again the rear camera glass was catching dust from inside. As days past it gradually increased n making the glass opaque (Not clear). Agn i took the phone to the same service station 10/5/16 i narrated thm the issue thy agn clean tht glass n thy promised tht this issue will b not faced agn, but thing is same pls help m tired need solution as soon as possible

I have bought my htc desire 828 on 03.05.2016 from m/s anmol watches & electronics (P) ltd., chandigarh. The set starts malfunctioning and i reported my problem at your service center at jalandhar on 13.05.2016. I got my set back after loading the whole software anew. The set again hangs up on the morning of 20.05.2016 and i approached again the same service center at about 5.00 pm. I again told to come on next day with again after loading software. I requested the girl at call center of htc on 20.05.2016 for resolving my problem permanently by replacing the set which is not functioning since i bought it. But she convinced me to get it resolved as the service center guys told me and i agree for that with telling her that if the problem will not resolve i should get a new set rather than coming again and again for getting it repaired. I went to your service center again on 21.05.2016 for collecting my set but still it was not working properly and guys at service center told me that it need to format and upload new software third time. I demanded the escalation system from service center manager mr. Ariz but either he didn't know or he didn't want to tell me. All engineers are not capable to resolve my problem. I left my set at the center because i was getting late to attend my office. I was so much harassed during all these because non of my fault.
I fail to understand why it is not working properly. I belong to jalandhar and working in a bank with posting in a far flung area which is about 30 kms away. I left home at 8.30 am and come back at 7.00 pm. I already has taken leave for one full day from my job to get the set repaired. I am not confidant that the same set will work again properly. I should get a new set in replacement.

My htc imei no [protected], & srial no. Lc56db425151 during the time of purchase the mobile dealer was confirm us if any problem within one year htc replace the mobile but last 6th months my htc phone have 3 times same problem (Ringer) and when i am go to service center they are always saying me pls deposit your phone for 15-20 days and they are not provide any back up phone and behaviour of service center also not good. I am not sending for these long days if any more option pls tell us and also share the email id of sr management so we will raise our compliant.

Sir, I VINAY KUMAR living in faridabad was having software problem with my HTC 828, then I went to the service centre address SCF-135, Sector-17, Faridabad, Haryana 121001, i have seen that not even a single customer is satisfied by their sevice (i have visited there 4 times) and they have
not solved my -problem till now after 5 days of submitting my mobile .
Please either change the staff or please take some steps regarding my problem and others also.

As mentioned in earlier complaint registered with id 1284864, issue was not properly resolved even though with so many interaction with customer service people and escalation team, device with imei: [protected] and ticket no: [protected] which i received from receiving point was not in proper condition consisting of many scratches on body and panel, same old over heating issue that too near ear piece while calling, and blurry image quality from rear camera, notification bars with different colour code, might they assembled mother board of blue colour model. So submitted device again at receiving point after a call with customer service people.
Even after so many interaction with customer service people din't got any proper resolution rather a good conditioned well organised workmanship serviced device, they are playing fools literally, my impression on htc has diminished as i don't have any alternatives for this piece of misery and frustrated with improper service provided and extended warranty.
I have been going through mental pressure for last 1 month customer service is so pathetic as they need to contact higher authorities and back end team for each and every confirmation. I would ask you to switch with some other model worth i paid earlier, as of i hardly used that device not more than 150 to 200 days, so replace with one series model like htc m8 eye or with htc a9.
I hope you agree with my concern, i trust that you will deal with this issue in top urgent fashion. I also trust that you will take necessary precautions to prevent such incidents in future

Sir, i am dulal chandra das (Mobile [protected]). I was buying htc desire 720 dual sim smartphone{imei no [protected]/[protected]} from contai mobile store. Since then i was facing back camera problem i. E back camera take pic perfectly without flash but with flash (Probably night) the pic shows red mostly nothing to understand. I was then go to mobile shop, they took my handset 4 to 5 days and gave me mobile, i saw same problem the camera shows yellow most. Next i went to mobile shop they told me they nothing to do. My complaint is that why you will launch this type of bad camera problem hadset. Is this your type of service that we expect from such a global brand htc. Sir plz remind on my word.

I am a htc user residing in india. about a couple of months ago i bought a htc 820G+ handset from flipakart. of late i have been having some problems while playing vedios...Whenever i am playing a video it is showing hardware accleration error ...and the vedio is being constantly interupted...what shhould i do??? i also am facing the problem of my handsets charge draining very quickly... please advice me on what i should do???

I spend 38000/- behind my HTC ONE ME DUAL but within 5 months I found major issues in it and customer service taking too long time for repair and they did not give me replacement. Then after 5-7 times I visit servive center but no fixing in problem and also dening to give me detail service report of these all services. Please take quick and effective steps against HTC or put stay on selling of HTC in Indian market if they not provide appellet authority's number or mail. And also want to know where were in India Htc register its office ?

Please do not buy htc handset as the company do not know the criteria for qualification of dropped test on smart phones, the display screen of smartphones gets shattered easily without any external marks/ damages and the screen cost is too high.
In usa htc is selling the product on htc advatange scheme that within one year if the display or any other problem, its will be repaired free of cost.
Previously i used many brand like samsung india, nokia, sony, motorola and i have first time use htc one e9s and the functions, connectivity and all features are very good but the display is being shattered without any external marks. Till time htc india are not supporting for repair inspite of so many reminders.

The display shattered is big problem in htc mobile and just 2 months back i have spend rs22000/- to purchased the new htc one e9s but i was not aware of the future consequences. But now i am checking the internet and there are many complaints lying forhtc display shattered.

Complaint pending since 1 month and customer service is so misleading and stretching the issue without any proper acknowledgement.

I am writing to you to raise an issue about: htc mobile phones and my purchased model htc desire 826, imei [protected].

Please note that, i have already escalated this issue to htc escalations team and i am facing several issues for my htc device with malfunction in camera, overheating, proximity issue and frequent hang ups, moreover it has been replaced once nearly 5-6 months due to same issue.
As of i submitted device in good condition for the above mentioned multiple issues again to the receiving point on 11/5/2016 which was under warranty, later received call regard raise of quotation of 14800, with 2 screws missing was totally confused listening them.
For this instance i called customer service later transferred call to receiving point person to admit device submission in proper condition from my side, they initiated my query and informed about investigation, then on no reply with proper information from customer service end, except escalation to higher authorities for my issue concern.
Am annoyed that i wasted a month with false promise from customer service persons as i haven't received proper authentication from the customer service regarding free of cost repair neither replacement with some other model moreover 826 is a piece of junk.
My impression on htc has diminished as of customer service people play fools, so i registered complaint with nch with id:679915, because no extended warranty or any alternatives for this piece of misery.
I have been going through mental pressure for the last 1 month and htc customer service is so pathetic that they are responding with the same reply again and again.


Please help me to get a proper replacement of my device because htc customer service people might send some refurbished device or with refund.

Hence, please take serious action against them and show me the proper direction to solve my issue.

Hello every user of htc mobile. This is to inform that htc has the super pathetic service we have ever experienced. Remember I am not talking about any specific handset nor any specific service center. Htc is not able to satisfy their customer in terms of mob and services.

htc dont have their own service center in India. They have just outsourced their service center to HCL, TVSE and customer service department to Convergys BPO. You will never get any htc employee in their service center to listen your problems, forget about resolution.

I have submitted my 6 months old handset M8 to tilak nagar service center, New Delhi. They have submitted for the service and its been more than 45 days i am not getting any resolution nor the confirm date when i can receive my phone. They only have one answer PARTS NOT AVAILABLE. The same mail i am going to send to APAC and country head with phone submission receipt.

Never ever buy htc mobile because it will be headache for you to run for the service.

I purchased my handset in 2014..nd dat tym d android version of the phone was kitkat(4.4.4) nw itz 2016 nd till i didnt ev get the update of lolipop(5.0.1)..all the version of 820 got marshmallow (6.0) update till now i didnt get it...what is the problem in ma handset dat m nt gettin update of marshmallow..all ma friends got the update...is there no update for ma handset..
