Last month 10 jun i have purchase htc 626 desire this set have many broblem and htc customer care is ignore and avoid me and my complaint i submitted my set in service centre but they are not resolve i have all proof when i have purchse this set after 4 days i have face auto on off problem and this broblen till now and solve please. Please solve and take action regarding my complaint your authority and organisation are not solve my broblem so i have legal action .

        When i reached at service centre on 27.07.2016. And received my handset, its back
        Cover is damaged and danted open from all the sides. They said after repairing
        Your handset proper fitment is not possible. I have returned my handset at service
        Centre. I am just not happy with their services. I need your intervention so that
        I can get my phone back in a proper condition.

          This is to inform you that i brought htc desire 820 g+ dual sim mobile from e-zoone, noida branch, delhincr on dated 26/8/2016 vide invoice no 91865316 vide order no [protected]. last few days, my mobiles display disappared i am not able to charge the mobile.
          On dated 23/07/2016, i visited noida sector -2 center to check the mobile. the person attending the same told me that this mobile is under warranty, and told to bring the warranty card. today morning i visited the same branch, one lady was sitting there, she is not seen any thing, she is simply telling that if mother board i have to pay rs.7000/- and other parts rs.12000/- plus 240 for checking the mobile. total cost it comes 19240/-. when i told what should i do, it is under warranty she is not bothered to look into the problem, she told me that deposit rs.240/- to diagnose the problem. after waiting 40/45 minutes she told me i have to pay rs.7000/- + 240+... as my motherboard not working. i requested her to rectify as my phone is under warranty. on saturday 23/7/2016 they told the mobile is under warranty i need not pay any thing. after that she collected rs.230/- for diagnosis the problem.

            I have bought new htc 630 mobile phone from vijay sales janak puri showroom on 22/7/16 and after opened and found its not charging, next day we went vijay sales showroom they checked and found same problem (Dead arrived) but they did not exchange the set they refer to htc customer care, this is really very bad even product received dead they shoud replaced the mobile on their end why should customer suffer every time wether its their fault and manufacturer fault they should be responsible, now iam chasing to htc customer care,

            Actually before purchasing any product must check review that was my mistake now its clear what is the company reputation 1800 complaint there and resolve only 29???

            I am using HTC 8x. When go to sign in to microsoft account it say that cant connect but I have an good data connection and time is also correct. My question is that to sign in does it needed the only wi-fi.

              Sir/madam, i have bought htc desire 826 dual sim phone in dec'15.in march'16 i faced both camera blurry, they repaired (changed lens) it. again after 10 days camera stopped working, i went to service centre located in patna, bhar, they told me due to liquid you need to change camera and motherboard (estimated cost rs 16000 will be charged) it will be considered out of warranty. i contacted htc and after 40 days they also gave same statement "out of warranty", in this period many times my camera opened and after few days of that my camera started working fine till date it is working and now again it is going blurry.
              So my concern is how my camera opened when liquid is there. service centre is also looking for money and till date i have not got any satisfactory answer from htc.
              All this happened within 7 months of purchase. please help...

                My concern : i given my mobile to tanishq connects, besides kotaka mahindra bank, jalna road, aurangabad (maharashtra)
                On 04/07/2016, they sent to htc service center head office.. sms me on 18/7/2016 that your mobile is well rerpaired, now all is well with new battery also in mobile, charged me bill of rs.4325/-, i have given them cash, then on my request they given me labor charges bill (handset repairing including service charges) on 20/07/2016. when i called to htc call center they told me that ur mobile is in warranty period, & ur bill amount is zero.
                But fact is that niether mobile was repaired nor battery changed. they made me full.
                11 days what service center had done with my mobile as problem is not resolved...
                What the hell you are doing then??
                Is this htc standerd customer service
                Take serious action...

                Get my mobile problem solved at high priority...

                What a pathetic service by htc...
                I am totally unsatisfied...

                I want escalation & immidiate action plan & quick reply to my mail...

                  I am having same Issue with my HTC 820 Desire dual sim Phone.
                  It got switched off automatically but after that not able to Powered it ON. While charging LED instead of Bold it is Blinking and not charging. I tried Hard reset Option but no result.I had bought the mobile in 2015 and now its just around one year old and a am facing such problems.it costed 23000rs. and now the service centre says it will cost 9800rs to repair. M not reADY TO spend such a huge amount for a company's software fault.
                  Kindly help me get it resolved.I want my mobile phone to be replaced by HTC or get it repaired free of cost.

                    Hello team,

                    This is in regards to imei # [protected].
                    The mobile is submitted to kolkata service center (Tvs electronics limited, 218 & 219 2nd floor e-mall) for battery issue.
                    This has been communicated to me that the set will be returned on 12th of this month however did get any response.
                    While i called to service centre to for the status of phone they respond "we are investigating the issue of phone".

                    This is very disappointing for me that after a week of delivery time still getting a response like this.

                    Requesting you to please respond me asap on the complain.

                    HTC India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                    I called several of times in Customer care service and every time I received an assurance that with 48 hours you will get the resolution.

                    Till 30th july 2016 I did not get a positive response from the Customer Care, at the end I had a talk to Mr Abdul and he said they are looking for a request for replacement and will get by 1st August 2016, because it took so long time get repaired and still its in untouched, requesting you to replace my mobile. The request has been raised by called to toll free #.

                    I did not get call for replacement till 3rd August and when I call back they responded "we can not replace the phone to you, we need few more days to repair the device".

                    I am very much disappointed by the service (service center & customer care) of HTC, its almost 1 month I submitted the phone and still not getting any positive response.

                    Looking for your help and support as I feel, being cheated by the HTC.

                      I am using mobile phone htc desire 828 dual sim. Mobile was purchased on 19 march, 2016. My mobile was malfunctioning. Therefore i went to htc collection point ambala. Collection point updated the software. However just by updating the software, problem could not be resolved. As the mobile was under warranty pperiod, therefore i went to htc service cente, chandigarh. The speaker of phone was not working. They resolved the speaker problem but as the removed the strips of speaker to do so, they could not stick strips again properly. I told them to stick properly but they could not. When i was coming back the strips of the speaker got removed from my pocket. The strip of downside speaker fall somewhere and strip o[censored]pward speaker fall into my pocket. I stick the upward side speaker strip with tape to show service center guys and also brought the same matter into the knowledge of htc by email. However i did not get any reply. After again weak or two mobile started to show some new problem, so i again went to service center. Service center guys said the strips will be not be sticked now as one strip has been misplaced but as it was not my fault. Strip was misplaced because of service center carelessness. I made a call to htc customer care. I was told by customer care to send a mail again with photos of the mobile and they will resolve the problem. But no reply has been sent to me yet even after sending a number of mails whenever i call them they said that we will try to resolve your problem. We are apologized. I am fed up with mobile. Showing a lots of problem in just 3 months shows the quality of product. I want replacement of mobile handset or refund the money. Also service center of htc is in chandigarh which is about 50 km from ambala. It is very difficult to travel every time. The strips of speaker must also be sticked as the fault is from htc end in case htc doesnt replace mobile phone

                        I had purchased my htc desire 826 on 15 jan 2016 within 4 months my charger was replaced 2 times for not working, when second time my charger got replaced after 15 days i got charging problem with my mobile it was not getting charged so i took the mobile to the gallery but they didnt accepted mobile for repair because they said my previous issue of charger is not yet closed by company even after its repalcement so the gallery people said me to call to the company and ask them to close the previous charger issue so since last 2 months i am calling the company to close the charger issue so each time when i call them they say they have sent an e mail to highier authority call after 48hrs this thing is going on since 2 months i am very frustrated please please solve my problem

                          This is with regard my htc 826 desire phone repair service.

                          I had bought htc 826 desire on 22.10.2015. The warranty of phone is of 1 year.

                          The phone didn’t boot nor was the phone getting charged on 25/06/2016.
                          The phone was handed to the htc service centre at thane india on 27/06/2016.

                          They said that the mother board and the lower board of phone needs to be replaced.
                          They confirmed that the parts would come that week and i would get my phone.

                          Till date i have not received my phone.
                          The reply of customer care is that it will require few more working days.
                          The exact time frame required for the repair is not being revealed.

                          Now the service centre guys don’t answer the phone calls & customer care guys insist that i should talk with service centre people.

                          Also the trailing mails were sent to the htc india customer care.

                          All this is causing a lot of inconvenience to me.

                          I need my phone repaired or a new phone earliest.

                            I purchased a HTC mobile handset from Krishna Enterprises, Kota on 28th May 2016. Initially mobile was working fine, but at 7th July 2016 I''d a network problem, I took it at htc service center on 9th July 2016 as it was closed on 7th and 8th July due to eid
                            At service center they were unable to solve my problem and they told me that this mobile will be sent to jaipur service center for further repair.
                            Then on July 14th 2016 I received a phone call from service center and they asked me to pay Rs 8500 for repair of a Rs10, 500 mobile. I told them that mobile is under warranty but they said that it is internal damage and not covered under warranty.
                            How could a mobile get internally damaged when it is under warranty and even when mobile screen which is most fragile part is not broken?
                            They also told me that battery connector was loose.
                            How could they manufacture such mobile which of no reason gets internally damaged.
                            This is my second HTC mobile and I am not happy with the service provided. Mobile was hardly 42 day old and it had such serious problem. What would I do with that mobile when it cant detect network nor could I spent 8500 on that piece even though it is covered under warranty and I''''d used several other mobile of other brands and no company at the time of service said that it is internal problem which happened due to customer misuse. Also they told me pay Rs200 for service and handling.
                            I now cant figure out the reason for purchasing branded mobile and warranty period.
                            I request HTC to consider my complaint and repair my device under warranty for no extra charge.

                              Above htc mobile was purchased on 29th may, 2016 from your authorized dealer vijay sales, goregaon (West) mumbai.

                              The mobile totally failed and was unable to get charged on 30th june, 2016. The complaint was lodged with vijay sales thereafter and as per their advise was personally carried to your authorized service center - tvs electronics ltd., kothari milestone, 2nd floor, s v road, malad (West) today - 16.07.2016.

                              The mobile is deposited and the job card has been made by the service center at malad on 16.7.2016.

                              The mobile is totally dead.

                              Requested for any service mobile - request was rejected
                              Tried to meet the center manager - was told that he will not meet the customer
                              The staff of center - one mr ambekar, spoke to me very rudely and when i called your call center and spoke to manager at call center on number[protected] mr ambekar refused to speak to mr gupta, htc manager of call center which was escalated by mr gupta to your delhi officials.

                              Although the mobile is submitted to center on 16th july, 2016, i was told that it would be ready by 19th aug, 2016 which is more than one month, particularly when i purchased the htc considering its brand name and its reputation, on 29th may, 2016.

                              I was told by mr ambekar of call center at malad (W) that he does not care about htc and that he will not speak to anyone from htc, although mr gupta, htc manager, from call center was connected to mr ambekar thru my another mobile[protected].

                              Mr ambekar was very rude not only with me but also with other customers who visited service center on 16th july, 2016, presumably because he was not found in proper census for reasons cannot be written over here.

                              I would now request htc as to how can a dealer's employee refuse to speak to htc official when he was requested by htc officer to come on phone when called from my another mobile number[protected]

                              Pls note my below complaint about my mobile lodged on your website for its malfunctioning just in about 1 month,


                              The above htc mobile is totally dead


                              When visited your service center - tvs electronics ltd, kothari milestone, s v road, malad (west), mumbai 400 062, manager of service center - mr nitin kawate - refused to meet me and his staff - mr ambekar spoke rudely and misbehaved with me when asked to speak to htc officer - mr gupta, called by me from my another mobile number[protected] and refused to attend to me or take a call of htc official and hence i requested htc official mr gupta from your service center itself in presence of staff of m/s tvs electronics, at malad (west), to escallate my complaint to senior management of htc. mr ambekar, not only spoke to me rudely, but disregarded the call of mr gupta, htc official who wanted to reprimand the staff of tvs electronics over phone. this took place in presence of other htc clients who visited the service center for similarly lodging their complaints.


                              Sir, under mrtp act, htc is expected to widely circulate escallation matrix for redressal of their grievance against the product or their service. however, htc has not provided same to me despite asking them number of times.


                              As per fair practices, htc is expected to give not only escallation matrix but should have circulated machinery and their e-mail/phone number for redressal of grievances of their customer, but despite asking to htc / your authorised service dealer - m/s tvs electronics, malad (west) same has not been provided.


                              The system also is expected to circulate appellate authority responsible under htc with their e-mail and phone number which is not given to me despite asking.


                              This not only tarnishing image and brand reputation of htc - india and would request concerned officials to take a note and give details of grievance redressal machinery made available in htc and their e-mail/tel number.


                              I am copying this msg to director general of public grievances, new delhi, for taking up the matter with your delhi office, for redressal of my grievance and replace the mobile immediately


                              The job card given to me by your service center - m/s tvs electronics ltd is attached to this mail, wherein the date is printed for delivery to me, as 19th aug, 2016, when htc mobile is submitted to their service center at malad (west) on 16th july, 2016, which shows level of service of htc and treatment of htc to their valued customers.

                                Mai shivam anand ap ko btana chahta hu ki 02/07/16 ko 728g ka head phone repair karne k liye diya tha. sare formlity pura krne k bad unhone max ten days bola head phone dene mai. mai jb ten days bad unko ph. kiya to unhone sixteen ko bola head phone k liye. mai ne sixteen ko phone kr k pucha to service center balo ne bola ki aap k paas tkt no hai na customer care no hai na aur phone cut kr diya. sir please action to my complen.

                                  Dear sir/madam,

                                  I’m writing this letter to complain about the poor service provided by htc service center. I had bought htc 620g mobile phone from magnet store located at irla, vile parle, mumbai on 23/07/2015. Due to certain problems in the phone i’d submitted my phone at v care it services & solutions pvt ltd, f-1 prime mall, irla lane, vile parle (W), and mumbai – 56 in the month of december. There was a camera, contact updation and a battery issue which was kind of resolved for some time.
                                  Again i faced the same problem in the month of april. However, due to time constraints i submitted my phone on 04/05/2016 which had come back after the service to the dealer in a week’s time. The ticket no. Provided for my phone was [protected]. As the battery issue couldn’t be resolved without the submission of it i waited till the phone came back from the service center.
                                  The phone came back in a week’s time after which i went to submit my battery but was not able to do so as the previous ticket no. Was still open. Finally it got submitted on 21/05/2016 at the same service center mentioned above and the ticket no. Provided was [protected]. After calling multiple times in the service centre i spoke to your senior officer mr. Numaan at the delhi service centre in the month of june. I briefed him about the issue and he told me that the issued would be resolved as soon as possible. This ticket no. Was discarded by the company which was not even informed to me. He told me that a new ticket no. Would be generated which was [protected].
                                  After a week also i couldn’t get my battery so i called the service centre again but as numaan was not available i spoke to mitchelle. She told me that the previous ticket no. Was discarded and a new ticket no. Would be generated in 24 hours. Next day again i called to get my new ticket no. Which is [protected] which was generated on 17/06/2016. I was been told by her that i would receive my battery maximum by 24th june which has not yet come to me. I tried getting in touch with them but every time i was been told that they are busy right now and you’ll get a call back from the.In past 2 months i’ve never received a call back from htc or any one of them.
                                  I’m unable to use my phone for 04/05/2016. My warranty too is getting over in july out of which 2 months have got wasted as first the phone was submitted and after that the battery. I expect to be compensated for the inconvenience i have been caused by providing me an extension on my warranty for the number of days i couldn’t use my phone.

                                  The above mail was sent to htc on 29th june. But did not receive any satisfying reply from them

                                    Problem with htc handset desire 828

                                    Htc not ready to accept handset at authorised service center all though it is under warranty... it is single moulded handset and you cannot remove any part of phone but to my surprise mobile camera is coming out i visited service center they say it was damaged from my end... i clearly told them explain me how to can we do that they were unable to anser.

                                      Dear sir,

                                      I am writing today to complain about my htc mobile, with serial number – lc49xye55682 that i gave for repair on 13th june 2016 at krishna communications with ticket number “[protected]“.

                                      I am complaining because its a months time i gave it for repair and there is no proper update on my product. I contacted the service center each time they say to contact customer care and customer care also don't give any proper update, since last 23rd june its under testing more then that no-one is aware of, how much time it will take whats the issue they are facing. Had received a call 2 weeks back saying the device is ready and you will receive in next 3-4 days but that also dint happen, not sure that was a real or fake call or they lost the mobile in between. When i call them, they keep my call on hold for long time and or just day wait for next 5-7 days. I had requested to arrange a call with the concerned team or person, but they are not doing so also just say we are escalating the case and will arrange in next 48 hrs, but never received it. They are just making false promises not updating call records in system also properly.

                                      I am very annoyed and have wasted a lot of my time following up on this and i have not got any satisfactory reply from anyone so am writing to you. This has already caused lots of mental harassment and wasted much of my time and affected multiple personal things. Am not sure do they have product or lost it or done something else with it, am really very worried and concerned about it.

                                      I look forward to hear from you as soon as possible to resolve this problem and help me to get my mobile back in good condition or the cost of it.

                                        I have a phone desire 828 dual sim and it is in under warranty, i have visited to the service centre on 14/06/2016. they told me that you have a new earphone in about 2 or 3 days. but now, its been a month but i am getting the same reply " sir wait for 2 or 3 days". what are the service you provide to the customer. if you person can't able to give the services just tell it to the customer, that you just sell it you don't provide its service. now the question arise as i don't have my ear phone since 1 month then would you increase the warranty of my ear phone as i am not using it.in my point of view very poor service, i have never seen such a poor service of any product. your so cool service center that give u always worst answer is known as hcl service ltd. c-6, gf, rdc, raj nagar, ghaziabad, ph. no.[protected]. htc you have a good repo.in the market of your mobile phones, don't ruin it with your services.
