    I have given my HTC e9+ mobile in service center for changing display on 1st March 2016, rill now I have not get my mobile back. On making call they say that display has not come yet.
    Is this reason that we take HTC expensive mobile to keep in service center for 10 - 15 days.

      We had receiver problem only...but In the center that are saying you already gave the mob for service in outside nu...but we did not gave .. we have 1 year waranty for mob so why we want to gave mob in outside for service.. such non sense talk that are speaking... we got mob just before 7months only...we have wheat waranty...I need my mob wit no problem... please take care of this...

        Hi brought HTC 826 in April 2015 within 3 months the phone touch screen stopped working, got it replaced by HTC service centre in rt nagar and again now after 10 months again the display of the new phone is not working. and the service centre guys are telling to pay 14 thousand as there is a motherboard problem..How come a device which is used for normal purpose not even played games on it, within 1 year two devices of htc not working.

        Shameless creatures Please do not purchase HTC products they are costly and the worst products in the market...and if any problem with the handset and if they replace it with new device then your warranty is gone what if the new handset also as problems who is responsible for this ...

          I bought HTC ONE E9 S in the month of October 2015. I am facing problem with charger phone not getting charged and while contacting customer care the solution I was provided were not feasible .I was advised to visit a hems a bad service centre or rajkot collection point where they dont guarantee to replace my charger on the spot and since I am working It wont be possible for me to travel to any of the days except Sundays and it's closed-minded Sundays.From a company like HTC after buying a phone of 24000 the after sale service for replacing a charger which is under warranty is so disappointing.

              I bought htc desire 828 on 26 JAN 2016. Since purchase, the speaker phone has not been working properly, with echo issue at the other end.

              Htc asked me to try different things, including factory reset. The problem was not resolved. It was a huge waste of time.

              On 27 FEB, I gave the phone to repair centre. They are not able to resolve the problem. Even though I had demonstrated the CDMA UIM to be working perfectly fine with my older phone at the repair centre at Gurgaon on 27th itself, they called me after 10 days to tell there could be network problem. I had to demonstrate the UIM to be working fine once again at the repair centre.

              This is bad product that is not tested properly and very bad service. Htc is not responding to my mails either. I have called their customer care several times but that is not helpful.

              I am stuck.

                MY TICKET NO. - 16IND[protected]
                It has been 41 days but my complaint is still pending. You know I can bet one thing that even a Chinese company can give a better service then you people . What the hell your timeline to solve a complaint is 48 hours that means two days but still after 41 days my complaint is not resolved. I have called you people more than 10 times but all the times I have got an update that please call us after 48 hours . What is this? I think there is a sort of defect in your minds. I appreciate that my device has been replaced but by replacing my device you have created more problems for me as this device has also the same power button problem and I am not able to submit it in the service centre as the service centre people are not able to file a ticket as the error is coming defective swap. So please resolve my Complaint on urgent basis as it has been already 41 days & I am waiting for a reply.

                    I had submitted my device HTC One E9S IMEI NO: [protected] for repair for the LCD broken on 20th Feb, 2016 at HTC service center, Malad, Mumbai.

                    The person their told me I will get my device maximum in 10.
                    During those days, I did not receive any call from the call center / service center.I was following up continuously with your team and they assured me I will get a call back on the update.

                    It is already 20 days over till the date i have deposit my phone at your authorized service center to repair it but still they have not received the new part.

                      Neha from repair team called me & she confirm me don't worry about device.
                      Lot of time i will talk with your team but i don't get any good info. now i am serious. pls give me device otherwise replace my device.

                          I was buy HTC DESIRE 820 ABOUT 10 month ego in this 10 month i had replaced my headphone more or less 7 times so i was buy this type of costly phone to replace my accessriss again n again...its just a heressmnt fir us..

                            I had given my HTC 826 dual sim phone for camera not working and battery getting drained on 19th of Feb 2016

                            I was assured i will get my repaired cell phone within 8 days

                            But when there was no communication to me despite 10 days i called up 11th day they said they will escalate the same and will ensure i will receive call back within 48 hours.


                            Still all in vain i called up after 3 days and to shock of my life they told me they have received quotation for repair of my phone for Rs 17000 and team who was supposed to call me back had not called me and appologise for same

                            I dont understand how can they ask me to pay for phone which is in warranty by giving an excuse that there is liquid in phone may be it would had fell in water

                            i told them nothing of that sort had happened but they were not ready to listen now i can assume out of all this warranty is for name sake as they may be giving same excuse for all phone which would be coming for repair and would be exempting from services which they assure while selling phone

                            Now when i said i dont want to repair phone and want it back again not surprsing they said it will take more 10 days to give me my cell phone

                            HORRIBLE, PATHETIC, DISGUSTING experience with so called HTC..if this is what they give to customers then china made or low brand phone are not bad who too provide many features like this

                              mobile phone sent for repair HTC emailed me on the 3rd March 2016 to say they received the mobile and have started to work on it .14th March still nothing from them I called operator states call back tomorrow as I have emailed the service centre I called back was put on hold she said my phone had already been repaired by someone else before sending it to them as there was some stickers missing in the back I said the battery wouldn't come out she say's it is not under warranty now I said the warranty is up in November 2016 so no repair or replacement just left to pay the monthly bill until November not a good service by them pity I loved that phone cannot believe they have not emailed me to explain

                                I had bought HTC Desire 820 Dual for Rs 25000 before 1 year & 1 month. I dont use my cell-phone much as I am not a phone-addict. The only use I did is to pick up calls and whatsapp. My phone suddenly turned off and since then phone wasnt turning On. I went to HTC service center that is TVSE Service at Shangrilla Arcade, Ahmedabad. They informed me that my phone needs a new MOTHER-BOARD which will cost around Rs.[protected] appx. mentioned by the service center. I was shocked to listen this because Rs.25000 of Phone & its mother-board stopped working in just 1 year ??? Which kind of product HTC is selling ? Rs.25000 is not a small amount. TOTALLY THE WORST PRODUCT QUALITY is being provided by HTC. Now secondly, the service center employees were always blank whenever I asked questions. They refused me to give FEEDBACK FORM and told me that feedback only can be given on HTC website. One thing I learnt from this experience that I WILL NEVER RECOMMAND ANY ONE TO BUY HTC PRODUCTS as they are worst in service & as well as in PRODUCT QUALITY. I tried to lodge a complain on HTC website but it has a limit of 1000 characters, so it makes you to lodge a SMALL COMPLAIN. What's the meaning of buying such phones of Rs 25, 000 which can hardly run for 1 year & 1 month only??? NEVER EVER even LOOK AT THE HTC PHONES in future.

                                  The person their told me I will get my device maxiumum in 7-10 days time.During those seven days, I didnt receive any call from the call centre/service centre.I was follwoing up continously and they assured me I will get a call back on the update.
                                  Neha from repair team called me that I will get my phone repaired by 4th March, 2016 by friday.
                                  However then I received a call from Pradeep from Service centre, Jayanagar that since there is delay in part availability for the original model I submitted, can they change the model whichever is available.When I said no and told that this is mental torture for customers, Pradeep shouted at me that I should talk to call centre or call on the torture number.
                                  I want my device to be repaired by 4th March as communicated and an apology from Pradeep who shouted and misbehaved with me.
                                  My whole family is using HTC since 10 years and people like Pradeep demean the whole brand by providing such bad customer service.

                                  No update received as of now...worst customer service.
                                  Will never promote anyone to buy an HTC phone as the customer service levels are pathetic.
                                  As opposed to this other companies like Samsung have much superior and better customer service.

                                    This Problem Started from Dec 2015. I have given my phone (HTC) for service on 14 Dec 2015 HTC Ticket no 15ina[protected]. The Problem was for heating issue and speaker not working. HTC promise to return the phone in 10 to 12 days but instead took 25 days to return the phone and only one issue was fix "speaker problem". I Visited the service center 2 to 3 time to collect the phone as HTC CSR team keep giving me wrong information for the repair status. Got the phone back on 8th Jan 2016. Now is the interesting part, After 2 to 3 days i notice marks and gaps on all sides of the phone .Looks like they forcefully open the Phone as a result the Phone panel are not closing properly and lot of marks. I quickly sent Picture to HTC support team and ask me to submit the phone again to Same service center for the panel replacement . As i had really bad exp with the same service center I ask the HTC CSR for alternate service center. They said no other choice but i have to submit the phone at the same service center . A week past communication and getting a solution from HTC CSR team. They ask me to visit the Same center for the Replacement for the panel. Visited service center on 25th Jan 2016 waited for 2 hour and came back (cannot wait longer), when the next day spoke with one Rep and she told me the manager will order for the Parts (panel)and will call me in 15 days when they receive the parts (panel) and gave the phone back .After few days the CSR team call back and ask me to submit the phone or else they cannot process with the repair. So did submit the phone again on 4th Feb 2016 Ticket no 16INA[protected] and they promise to return the phone in 5 days. In Between I spoke with CSR for status as it was taking more then 10 days but they got no proper answers about the actual status so they pass the case to escalation team.They call back on 27th Feb saying the parts is on the way and will be ready by 2 or 3rd March 2016. On 29th I spoke with service center team over the phone they informed me that the phone is ready and can be collected . so reach serivce center by 4PM 29th March token no D36. waited for an hour as usual. The lady call me to collect the phone . She dint allow me to see the phone until i sign the release form . i told her what was happen last time and i need to check the phone physically. She replied she knows what is the issue and i can see the phone after i sign the release form . so i did sign and got the phone. but again there was a huge gap on left side worse from before . I told her i will not accept the phone and ask for the manager . she quickly gave the phone to some engineer and said the manager will be notified but dint allow me to speak to him. She return the Phone after 30 Min and said its fix.They were trying to make fool the customer. I check and found the panel was still not properly close and marks everywhere. It became worse from before. I told them clearly i cannot accept the phone. She gave the phone back to engineer again . After one hour the engineer came and told me that they have no stock of the panel and it cannot be replace. I was shocked they dint even order for the parts and simply try to fix the panel which made it worse. I told him i will not take the phone and need to speak with manager . That when he gave the Manager phone no . Manager said he will order for the parts from HTC . At this point I lost all the trust and confident with HTC. What they were doing for the past 25 days without even ordering for the Parts? why HTC CSR keep informing me wrong information? On the Service note it's given Re attach connector FPC which is not related with my panel issue. i was not able to use the phone for the past 3 month . So i had to buy a new phone . I don't want to continue this game further. I Want to get full refund for the phone from HTC . i cannot keep running to HTC service center with whom i cannot trust . The Phone was damaged by HTC service center, still under warranty and torture customer by making us visit service center again and again for no reason . Now i am not sure what all damage they have done to the phone from inside . I cannot Trust with HTC with all the lies trying to return the phone without even replacing the part. So now i need consumercomplaints.in Team help to get Full refund for the phone i hardly use. Thank You
