Sir, mera mobile htc desire 526g+ he yeh chalte chalte hang ho jata he aur, 10minutes chalte hi garam ho jata he. Mujhe lagta he ki yeh blast na ho jaye. Bikaner me to service center bhi nhi he i am very sad bought this phone in 10000 and his not working properly. And mobile is expensive. I am a worker. Please help me! And this mobile is in warranty please help

    That i had purchased htc desire 816 on13.06.2014 amount of rs.23490/-
    phone was defective one
    replace one piece (in april 2015-htc 820)
    htc 820 was also defective one and its motherboard damaged within one year
    such repeated defects of your product may downgrade the reputation of your company
    you are requested to kindly help me by repairing/replacing the said phone free of cost in order to save my loss and maintain your reputation in the globalized market.

      I have a problem that's really annoying ... my mobile ( htc desire 820 ) keeps destroying my SIM card...despite that I don't miss with it .. but keep it in once it is inside it ... and I'm using the nano sim which is suitable for my mobile!!!

      so, I don't know what is going on ??? in less than 4 months I've changed the card 4 times ...

      Knowing that the card is not easily changed and the service provider refuses to change it that frequently!!!
      so what to do ?? and what is the problem with my mobile ????!!!

        Hi Sir,

        i bought a htc desire 616 on 28/02/15, after that in march 15 display was changed due to some manufacturing defects, again facing another problem ear phone, jack, and also display again in November month changed, same problem faced again display problem again changed in feb 16, total 3-4 times they changed display its the manufacturing defect when last time they ask me to change display they assure me its the last time even my mobile under warranty that time they told about they changed the display if i will facing same issue again they will replace my handset this was committed on feb 2016. now i'm facing same display problem again and he told now your display is under warranty we can only change display not mobile. but i don't want to change display i need replacement of this any how. Kindly do me a favor.

          Solution required - complete replacement with another htc model (Htc e9+) which is equivalent to htc desire 826 model
          Or full refund

          Complaint pending - for last 1 month and customer service is so horrible that they are stretching the issue without any proper justification and where the screenshot is showing how poor the device quality is


          I am writing to you to raise an issue about: htc mobile phones and my purchased model htc desire 826
          Please note that, i have already escalated this issue to htc escalations team and i am facing several issues for my htc device and i already clearly informed them that i will not accept any repaired device because in 9 months, i have been facing various issue starting with overheating and battery backup issue.
          Please find below the list of issues in my htc device.

          Please find the list of issues with my device :

          1. Device restart is taking about 3 minutes to launch the home application, which is very slow.
          The device is getting started in a very slow manner, which does not happen with smartphones.
          2. Every day, after starting my phone, i am getting an error message as “ please send the error report to htc”, “ wait”, “ do not send “ – totally scrap device this is – can’t use it anymore!
          3. While the device got restarted, the dual sims is not getting detected. Sim not supported errors are coming very frequently every time, i am restarting my device.
          4. Most often, i am getting the message “preparing sim card” and the message is not getting removed from the screen at least for 5 mins so accessing the other appln. Are getting stopped.
          5. The main concern is for overheating of the device and every time, i am using it for calling or accessing any application for a long time, the device is getting overheated and the temperature reported as 49-50 degree c. Screenshot already provided to htc. Already the overheating issue was reported earlier and again i am facing this within 8-9 months.
          6. Another major concern - the battery backup of the device is very poor. While after giving full charge, i am able to use the device for maximum 6 hours with maximum call time 25-30 mins.
          A device with 6-7 hours standby time (Max), with usage of 25 minutes call time is not at all expected.
          7. Sometimes, the device camera is also getting hanged and i was not able to capture photos by pressing the camera button. So in the same manner, other device apps are also getting hanged on numerous times which is wasting my effort to use it seamlessly. Very poor response time.


          I have been going through mental harassment for the last 2 months and htc customer service is so pathetic that they are responding with the same reply again and again!!!


          Please help me to get a proper replacement of my device because htc customer service people is forcing me to take a repaired device, which i am not going to accept as i am under warranty period and within 9 months if a device is having so many issues, then you can understand how the device quality is!!

          Hence, please take serious action against them and show me the proper direction to solve my issue.

            I gave my htc one m8 eye (Imei : [protected]) for repairing at htc service centre ( ¼, najafgarh road, tilak nagar) at 09/04/2016. Due to camera, hanging & heating problem and service centre executive prepared my mobile repairing job sheet and told me we will check it and after that we will call you. Since, my phone is in warranty period, not even a single call i received from them. I call many times but they gave dates and said that sir, htc is not providing parts to us for your device. They gave excuses at every call. Then i visited on 05/05/2016 htc service centre and i said to executive, i want my phone back and please make a note that no parts available in the service centre and sign and stamp it. I received my phone on 05/05/2016 as earliest condition.

            · 1.No problems were solved.

            · 2.Carelessness of service centre & very unprofessional service i ever saw.

            Please take necessary steps on this service centre.

            I was highly disappointed by the service provider officers at the centre.

              I submit my phone on htc service centre on 4 april 2016 for some issues they have send my mobile ago... But they are getting action on my device complaint...Still i don't have receive any quotation regarding my device...Because of late service i am saying to them return my mobile back i don't want any kind of service i am fully frustrates with your service this time. Still they are not sending my mobile ...Some one says that with in two days you will get your phone we have already send it to service.Centre but service centre said we don't have receive your phone then i again call to htc free no. Then they said we will send your device with in week still nothing happens .I think they have lost my mobile ...Do something about it i am totally irritated with your service..

                I had bought a new phone htc desire 828 dual sim d828d on 23 jan 2016. Since that time it has been regularly getting hanged and not working properly. It has been send to service centre for repair but time and again it causes problem. Uptill when will this continue ? Buying a new phone and consistently sending it for repair i couldn't even use it. The htc customer care has provided me with no help. I demand htc company to replace this product as it has a manufacturing defect.

                The service centre gives me no guarantee of my phone working well and how much more money can i spend on it by regularly sending it for repair. Apart from that my trust in the company has been shaken. It was a new phone launched in jan 2016 and uptill now it's parts are not available easily in service centre for which they keep my phone with them for month time to repair it. Either way i am at loss after buying it and the company doesn't respond to request of replacing the phone. The company doest provide guarantee, they do not respond to complaint send to them on mail.
                I demand :-

                Either refund back our money or replace it with a new piece.

                  I have purchased the mobile handset (Imei no. [protected]) - model - 1e9 plus four months back. The handset is a defective product, gets heated up and hangs very frequently. During this period i could hardly use the handset.
                  It is a very sad state of affairs that very expensive handset costing rs. 36000/- has gone faulty within four months.
                  On taking the product to the service centre, i was told that the part no. 99hadm019-00 has gone defective and it will take more than a month for getting it rectified.
                  After purchasing a expensive mobile with the hard earned money, i am not able to enjoy the services. Besides financial losses, i am suffering from mental agony due to supply of defective handset. During these period, my officials works got suffered due to which i have lost my goodwill before my superiors.
                  Therefore you are called upon to replace the defective handset immediately, as i have faced a lot of harassment and mental agony. It is made clear that in case i do not get a new handset within 7 days, i shall file a complaint before the appropriate court at your cost and risk.

                    No network issue, mic not working, touch is very hard, very hang, when call coming that time mobile hang. service centre is not supporting for repair & they are unable to solve or resolve complaint of my mobile.i already given my mobile in service centre but they also not able to solve the compalint. and my mobile was still in their centre for repair, so please you help me to solve my mobile issue or replace my mobile .. the service centre in vashi are not helping me to solve or replace my mobile.

                      To whome so ever it may concern,

                      I am writing this mail with reference to ticket no-[protected].

                      My father - had bought a new htc - desire 8203 (Dual sim)
                      About an year ago, date - 3rd may 2015, from a outlet in himayathnagar, hyderabad

                      After about 3 months o[censored]sing the phone/device, he has been facing a lot of technical and software issues with the phone, major issues being - device used to switch off randomly and then turn back on in about 8 - 12 hours,
                      Most of the times he had to miss a lot of important calls due to this glitch in a device that come from such a reputed company like your -htc

                      We have been visiting the htc repair/service center almost every month with the same problem,
                      Its been 5 months since the phone has been acing very strange and everytime we take it to the service center, we are told that its a hardware problem and can be solved, once the device is back, after about 2-3 days we face the same problem.

                      This is very unprofessional service coming from a brand like htc.
                      Please make sure that this problem is solved for once and we get the device replaced!

                      I hope i receive a reply as soon as possible, because this has been a pain in the butt for us from about 7 months.

                      As in for now our device is with the service center and they said they are working on the 100% check up and hardware. But i have lost trust in your system, plz make sure that the device is replaced as soon as possible so that my father (Owner of the device) can smoothly continue with his daily communications.

                        I had purchased a HTC E9+ 8 months back for almost 35 thousand, the phone is still in warranty but the phone does function well as all. It switches off on it own and restarts on its own.
                        I made a complain. I even gave the phone in the Service Center the did something and gave back in two day's time and then it worked for 2 weeks properly now it is not functioning properly again.
                        On calling their help center they are asking me to again go to service center i am working and it is a huge inconvenience for me to keep going again and again to their service center, plus they keep it closed on sundays when we are free. i demanded a handset replacement but they refused and asked me to submit the phone to the service center again.

                          Hi this is Avani, i am using HTC 826 Dual sim since October 2015, with a week i faced problem with device getting heat. later after two months charger adapter stopped working. Because of original adapter is not available in market, then i tried to manage by using another adapter to charge my phone.

                          Now after 7 months of purchase am not able to charge my phone. we do have HTC service center at ameerpet. Already i found very dis-satisfactory comments from other users.

                          what do i need to do? I have purchased HTC 826 model for 24000/-.I feel its waste of selecting HTC. i better suggest everyone not to spend too much of money rather go for low brands. better we can use and throw.

                            It is brought to your kind notice that i'm user of HTC mobile model…htc Desire 816G dual sim.I was purchased this product on…23/06/2015.(copy of bill enclosed herewith). I'm facing many problem with the mobile set, when i found many problem in this set, i reached two times at Bathinda service centre with same complaint and deposited the mobile set with service centre, but they failed to resolve the problems (Service centre slips attached herewith).
                            You are hereby requested to resolve my set problems.                                 I am writing my review as I am highly disappointed with HTC Service. I can't believe, they should reconsider of shifting to Manufacturing "GARBAGE" instead of mobiles. At least by this they wont trouble ppl, as they troubling by selling defective mobiles.

                                Omg!I cant believe such MNC's can also cheat people. I recently bought this HTC Desire 728G dual sim, and not even a month over and it has started giving problem. Once I started getting problems in my phone then, I checked on internet its reviews and came to know about its bad service. HTC brand mobiles has always some or other problem. Such a cheater mobile brand. Orientation doesn't work, if you insert dual sim it gives networking problem and cherry on cake is its display problem. Despite being such pathetic brand people buy its mobile and these company become successful in looting people their hard earned money.When give it for servicing they have all kind of excuses not to give your mobile on time like; this is new phone, parts will take time to arrive and blah blah blah and keep your mobile for month. Its almost been 2 months these service center ppl haven't returned my mobile. Its so frustrating Please if anyone is reading my review never go this HTC brand and waste your money instead give your money to some charity.

                                I think HTC has got accustomed of hearing such insults, that is why they are not bothered about their customer's satisfaction any more.

                                This is my first and last mobile from HTC, will never ever go for this brand. I committed mistake of not reading review and buying mobile. So anyone who is planning to HTC mobiles, Please at least after reading this don't go for it.

                                I think its time now HTC should pack its bag from India and permanently shift their profession in Manufacturing dustbins instead of mobiles. Hope there they do't disappoint their users.

                                  Sir this is santosh kumar I am using HTC desire 826 from 8months it has a very heating problem we can't catch the phone and we can't keep near the ear.because it has that much heating problem, and while we connect to the net it was hanging for 15 min.
                                  Plz give the needful suggestion, I bought it for 25500 rupees and 2000 rs for insurance

                                      I had purchased htc 816g in nov 2014, after few months one of the sim card holder did not work properly and i moved the sim to another one and just after few months other one also stopped holding sim. I took it to service centre (Tvs electronics ameerpet, hyderababd), they asked rs 9500 for motherboard replacement as repair was not guaranteed. Can you please help explain why the sim holder can not be repaired in service centre or is it strategy to discourage customer by quoting very high service charge. I am highly disappointed by the quality of 816g and htc should improve it product quality and provide better services to its customer. Thanks

                                      I got my phone repaired in Abids by paying Rs 1100 with 3 month service warranty against Rs 9500 asked by service centre. HTC service in hyderabad is a big fraud and it's not trust worthy. HTC management please do something else your brand value will be destroyed by its bad service centres. Please also take note of customer ratings and complaints seriously. Thanks.

                                        Hi team,


                                        I am still awaiting to understand why there has been delay for 2 months? The Phone was given for repair with an understanding that it will be repaired in 2 weeks’ time. ( this has been agreed by HTC on the job sheet that I was given)


                                        Since there was a huge delay, I had to buy a new phone. No communication was provided to me over the last two months. Only after chasing the team the phone has been repaired.


                                        Because there has been delay in the repair and the unprompt service, I have had to bear a huge cost. I will not be able to pay any charges.
                                        HTC India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
