I gave my HTC phone(model no. 620) charger under warranty to htc care at 3 february 2016 in sonipat (haryana) but i didn't receive my charger till now the two months have been passed when ever i call htc care for getting information regarding my phone charger they told me that your charger will come with in one week.so please solve my problem as soon as possible.

    Htc authorised service centre tvs electronics ltd.

    On 02-apr-2016 i gave my live working htc one dual for changing battery and power button. The service centre (Tvs electronics ltd., ansal plaza, new delhi, mr.Rajkamal) asked for one month time as spare battery was not in stock. After two weeks they call me telling that they changed the battery and power button but the screen has been damaged in the process of doing so and needs to be changed at cost of rs.11, 000.

    The service centre is not willing to take responsibility of damaging the screen. This is a pure case of damage due to negligence. Tvs electronics ltd. Is not a road side repair shop. They are authorised service centre and are fully responsible for causing damage to phone during repair.

    Please advise what legal action i can take against the company. This also seems to be a case of causing intentional damage for monetary gains.

      I purchased my HTC DESIRE 626 S not even 60 days ago from a Boost Store. This phone will just reboot itself at least 4 or 5 times a day. It seems to do this mainly when watching videos or playing a game. This is a obvious problem. Sometimes before rebooting itself it makes a loud long beep. I have sent every report the phone sends to HTC since this started. I would guess where ever these reports go this phone should have over a hundred easy. What do I have to do to either get this repaired or have the phone replaced? I do have original box and receipt. Thanks in advance. [protected]@gmail.com

        I have purchased Htc One E9+ Dual sim from e zone for rs 35, 987 INR,
        One the same day after 8 hours o[censored]se auto rotate got off so e zone replaced immediately, used the phone for less then 2 days had seen extra heating issue, battery issue & abnormal reset so have submited the device at htc service center kurla phoenix told will get it in 7 working days, after daily follow up got it repaired after 30 days battery & mother board of phone was replaced,
        went out of station came after 2 months started using the phone an within 10 days have seen the same issue again & have submited to the service center & phone screen got replaced & mother board. used the phone for more 10 days & had seen the same issue in the phone had reached htc toll free no. for it and its more then 30 days they are just extending the case.
        i am so badly harssed by this htc service paid 35k for this & worst ever experience using the phone.
        this people sell just manufacturing defected phones.
        i just do not want to use this phone any more but by this harasing service surely want to bang htc company badly so that no other customer every get harass like this.

            Hi,
            I purchased an htc desire 826 on 6th june 2015. And since that day i have had recurrent issues with my phone and it has left me infuriated with the quality of htc products and not to mention htc service center's apathy towards resolving the problems. Here is the list of issues/problems i faced with my htc phone and service center
            1) in october 2015 (Just 4 months from purchase date), the phone invariably started switching off and on. Gave it to service center to fix this issue (Motherboard replaced).
            2) after the repair, the phone started heating up during charging and also during calls/texting.
            3) the phone took eternity to charge after the repair and battery started draining quickly.
            4) software update started giving errors and i am still stuck with older software!!!
            5) the travel adapter stopped working. Also the data cable malfunctioned. The service center had the audacity to refuse to replace the data cable!!! Had to buy a new samsung data cable as original htc data cables r not available in market. And this giving me great difficulty to data transfer in pc
            6) now a since few days back, the camera has stopped working. Tried factory resetting the phone, however that didn't help.

            Now that i have listed all the issues, i will be kind enough to give htc one last chance to come clean before i take this up with the consumer forum. I am expecting a replacement of the phone because i simply don't trust your service center's competency.

            Let me know if you need any details regarding the purchase.

            Awaiting a quick revert in next 2 working days.

            Hi Rashmi,

            Did your issue with HTC 826 got resolved finally? I am having same kind of issue with my 6 month old 826 and it is so frustrating. I am now thinking, made the worst choice by switching from Samsung to HTC. Went to their service centre and they reset the software but after one day, the problem re surfaced. I met with other customers at the service centre whose brand new phone (like 2 day old or 15 day old) HTC handsets are giving problems. HTC is such a rubbish brand

              I purchased a htc desire 826 dual sim on 18/12/2015 from heena corporation, sector-4, bokaro steel city, jharkhand.But the phone started hanging and gets off and on automatically so i submitted it in service center(Ginia care, city center, sector-4, b.S.City) on 07/01/2016.They told me there was an software issue so they would update it and give me the mobile after sometime.When i went there to collect it i saw a problem in the back camera so they told me to leave the phone that day and told me to come next day.I went there the next day and then they told me that the issue of camera cannot be resolved so the mobile would be sent to bangalore to the htc center.I told them to replace it but they told me that the phone cannot be replaced because 14 days have past so it cannot be replaced and told me to talk to the htc service center.I got my ticket number-16ina[protected] & i talked to the service center.Itold them to replace it but they told me the same thing which was told by the ginia care. I told them that it is an expensive phone so they should return me the money but they told me the money cannot be returned.They would fix the problem in the mobile and i would get it after some days.I got the mobile on 9/02/2016.The camera problem was fixed.But the problem was just started .The mobile was dead on 26/03/2016.Again many problems like mobile got heated up battery back up got 3rd classand & this time i submitted it in samky digital(Agarwal bhawan, 2nd floor, bye pass road chas) ticket number-[protected]so sir or madam i just want to tell you that buying such expencive phone every day is not possible for middel class like me. Ihave spent rs22000 for phone and insurance rs1749. 3 months have also not pasted nicely and the phone is creating so much problem.After 1year if the warrenty overs i cannot spent money in that cell phone .So i kindly request you to help me in this case and get me my money back i have spent on this cell phone.

                  Htc service centre replaced my phone and gave me another phone of same model.
                  I gave my phone for software update and they kept me waiting for 30 mins but refused to gave my phone back on same day, saying that there is further problem in the handset. I collected the phone next day and they had replaced it with different handset. It is highly unacceptable!!!
                  You do not expect such things from authorized service center.

                    Htc e9s mobile display not working.
                    I gave mobile at authorized service center of htc

                    "tvs electronics ltd, phoenix paragon plaza, 1st floor, shop no. 1b-62, lbs marg, kurla-west, mumbai-400070 maharashtra."

                    Ticket number is :- [protected]

                    In last 4 month display broken 2 times even mobile fall from 1.5ft height, mobile bought on oct 2015 with 1 year warranty, but in 4 months they doesn't have parts avaibility.

                    There is no dent in outside body of mobile then how display is broken.

                    There is a product defect is in mobile even htc authorized service center told but htc doesn't want to believe them also.

                    Even after i am paying on 30th march 2016 to htc service center

                    On 6th april 2016
                    Mobile parts will be available in 1 week mobile will ready in 1 week.

                    On 7th april

                    I received call, htc doesn't have part right now will reply tomorrow for further detail,

                    On 8th april 2016 service center replied sir we dont have e9s display we can give u another mobile display with white border (My mobile is black) and which display offered by htc authorized service center is also not original.

                    Even htc online service center is also not helping in same problem.

                    Still not received any feedback from HTC service centre or HTC customer care.

                    After submitting mobile at service centre before 12 days, still they are not able give availability of display card.

                    getting very poor service from this people.

                    My phone is ready at service centre on 21/04/2016, but can not close the case because FOC (Free of cost) approved ID not received from higher authority, this information i got from service centre. Same matter i discuss with customer care also & got same reply.

                    Every day i follow up with customer care & service centre, always they reply today it will come or by tomorrow,
                    They just delaying period.

                    My phone is ready but ID is not receiving from higher authority, so they keeping my phone with them long time.

                    This is really tribal service getting form HTC. only just delaying period.

                    First issue is phone lunched not more then 6 month, they don't have display parts in service centre.
                    After 22 day they got parts & now they don't have FOC ID. It seems there is no coordination between higher authority & service centre.

                    People should think twice before taking any HTC model.

                    I am VERY VERY disappointed with HTC service.

                        I am using htc 820q device, after 8 months of purchase, the device experienced few problems like call drop, receiver side unclear voice and mobile hanging. I gave in htc authorized collection points (Classic electronics, tirupur) and it was sent to htc service center. When i got the mobile back it worked good for next two days and the third day the same problem appeared in the device now second time i gave it to the htc authorized collection point and after few days it was returned. This time when i switch on the device at service center, the device fault exists and i immediately returned the mobile for service and third time it again for service and it worked normal for one day and the second day the same problem appeared. Now it the forth time the mobile went for service. And i requested htc in live chat for device replacement but they said they have sent a request to the concerned team and asked me to check update in next 48 hours but nearly 4 days went still they are saying that they are waiting for the update from the team. I really frustrated by htc service. A trusted brand globally is doing like this. If they are not able to rectify the issue, why they are sending back the device just doing factory reset. I was so upset, frustrated and not going to refer htc handsets to family and friends circle. Nearly 3 months gone by running behind the device. Technology alone wont take you to the top you must equally satisfy customer needs.

                          I baught HTC626 imei no-[protected]. After using 8 th day of purchase handset dead automatically.I visited HTC service center Inderlok SK ENTERPRISES.they told me it is PCB fault. activation of showing this imei no-[protected] is[protected]. how its possible.. i baught on[protected] but activation show[protected]. I already asked to HTC customer care for replaced.My complaint no. is-[protected] spoken to MS KOKILA . i request you too please i want replace my handset.kindly approve Doa please its my humble request.I dont want to submit my 10 days old device in service center...this is my bill copy i attached here...please resolve my issue...

                            I'm using htc mobiles from past 8 years. But i bought a htc desire 816g 16gb internal mobile. The problem with the mobile is that its process is slow and not working properly. Its getting hanging or struck. I tooked it to service centre but of no use. This is the worst model which i have used till now in htc's.
                            If the problem was not solved i will file a complaint that i received a duplicate piece and about the working condition of the mobile.
                            I need mobile replacement or my money back

                              I was purchased 52000 of phone htc one m9+ but some white dot in my phone's screen. In my city service centre is not availble but i am going to ahmedabad service centre whic is distence from my city is 300km. They replace my screen but fitting is not perfecly. I have no time for go again 300km for repair. I am call toll free no of hct but they said to me that you go there dont give perfecly anwser

                                Member then he told me that there is a problem of (Program abnormal execution) and he will fix it and at the time of receiving i asked them that the issue was solved they told yes your mobile has been repaired.

                                Again this device showing same problem, are you people making me fool, i am tired of this,

                                I need justice other wise i ll sue in the court .

                                  I purchased htc 626g+ dual sim from anmol telecom, sec 22, chandigarh on dated 16 sep 2015.
                                  After purchase there was a big hanging problem in the device which was showed to your service center tvs electronics ltd. Chandigarh on dated, they updated the software and given me the .
                                  Again after few days it gives the same problem . Which was again given to your support centre . They again repaired it and given it to me
                                  Now again there was same pathetic problem and i given it to same service centre for repair .
                                  Now when i call up them and want to know the status . Some ravi was there who didnt talked me well and said that your ph is having some internal damage so it is out of warranty now.
                                  I requested him to update the software only not to do anything else.
                                  He was agree to update the software but after few seconds he denied to do anything and talked rudely with me .
                                  I told him to provide the contact number from him he again mistalked and said manager is on leave and i will not give his number .
                                  This is pathetic on htc's employees part that they are talking to the customers in such ridiculous way .
                                  I am reputed officer in mohali chandigarh and working with punjab police .Grievance cell but he insulted me .
                                  I need justice other wise i ll sue in the court .

                                    My name is prasanna . I am using htc one m8 eye. I have given my mobile headset for replacement on 14/03/2016 in trichy (Tamilnadu) service center which comes under warranty. Before going to there i called one of your representative and they said you will get your headset in 10 days . I went to them and they are really slow and doesn't know how to behave to customers. One of their member said you can come and collect after 10 days . I went to that center yesterday, they haven't send my headset for replacement. I been using htc for 8 years i haven't found any complaints on my phone and i never been to service centre . But after buying this mobile i am facing this problem 2nd time. So please consider customer as human we do have job and responsibility .We don't want to waste time in service center for 3 hours . I have all the recordings which i had with your csr and i have attached my service copy as well . Reply me your higher official mail id please.

                                      Dear Team,
                                      In a span of 6 months i had faced no of complainst of my HTC mobile phone Twice it was repaired by the service centre with holding time of total 20day.
                                      I had to wait for 15 days for arrangement of standby set by HTC.
                                      Due to frequent problem in mobile phone i was not able to use thje phone for approx 2 months .
                                      Last time mobile was repaired & recd from service centre in the month march-16.
                                      Again from last 10 days i am facing following problem in my HTC mobile .
                                      1)mobile sim net work not detecting smoothly due to which unable to dial urgent call & internet acess.
                                      2) auto rotation function is not working properly.
                                      3) Home key is not functioning.
                                      Request to replace the mobile as same is giving frequent problem incurring heavy losses as i am unable to communicate due to mobile issue.

                                        It has been about 3 months using HTC desire 826. but from last one month camera(front and rear both) are not working.also, there is no proper service center or response from the company employees.
