I bought a new HTC Desire phone from Sangeetha Mobile, Jayanagar 9th Block, Bangalore. After 1 month, I met with an accident and the cell phone screen got broken. As promised by Sangeetha Mobiles, having Oriental Swift Insurance. I called on the given numbers(onsitego) to get the issue resolved; next day a guy is at my office to pick up the phone and relevant documents. 1 month passed by no information. After making atleast 100 calls to their service center some day they say that the repair would take 4700 but the insurance company has approved or 4200 only, and ask me to pay the balance amount using their online site care.onsitego.com. Paid on the same date. Then i recieve a SMS message that my phone and the repair cost has been handed over to the service center TVS-E SERVICETEC LTD HTC with Job sheet Number# [protected]/WT47WY204476 (Onsite Req Number:99949). Post this every week they increase the time taken for repair and delivery date. So on carried forward almost 3 months gone by I have no clue on my phone, the service center people never pick up the phone. Onsitego people will say they have no clues, sangeetha mobile people say this is not our responsibility. Worst People, Worst Service. Horrible Service by HTC, Onsite and Sangeetha Mobiles.

My HTC Desire 700 Hand set had touch issues so I handed it over to their Service centre at Thane Ccom Telecommunications Pvt. Ltd(Mumbai), F-11 First Floor, Etemity Mali, Teen Haath Naka, Thane West Via Tkt No: 141NA[protected] on 15th Dec 2014. After 7 days I received a call that there will be a charge of Rs 5837.00. I called and confirmed that the handset was under warranty but they told it was physical damage. I confirmed them that while handing over the phone it didn't have any damage as mentioned in the hTC Care Service Report. After that they confirmed that the damage had occurred at their end & they will get it repaired free of cost. I received the hand set back on 7th Jan 2015 but this time it had network issues. I again handed the handset back to them & requested a replacement as the phone was damaged from their side & they assured me of replacement. After that I kept calling daily & they assured that the technical team will call back but no one called till yesterday. Yesterday I got a call from them & they said they won't be able to replace it but will they will repair it & extend the warranty by three months. I don't know what damage they did to my phone and don't know how many more days the hand set will work properly. It has been above one month & I am there without phone & they are least bothered.
I am attaching herewith all the service ticket & invoice copy of the phone for your reference.
